Customers requiring special assistance should check the box indicating that they wish to add accessible parking and/or special services for mobility-challenged travelers during Step 3 of the reservation process:
Customers should also confirm their mobility needs with the individual facility, as each operator has its own policies and programs to better serve customers with mobility issues. The facility phone number will be listed on your parking voucher in your booking confirmation email.
