   • I was disappointed only on exiting when the attendent checking us out was handed a coupon I had for a free day of parking it said I was to hand it to the attendant upon exiting, the attendant told me I could not use it because I paid on line. On line it says nothing about that and on the coupon it said nothing on that. When I asked her where it said that on line she said I would not be able to use it and that was all. Not sure if I will use park and fly again or not. Linda Beliveau I used park and fly 6/16/10 thru 06/22/2010 at Bradley airport Conn. The drivers were excellent, and our battery was dead and someone came with in minutes to give us a jump thank you!

   • When we returned from our trip we were surprised to find that we actually went to the wrong place!! Even though this facility was named FASTTRACK, apparently we were supposed to be at a place down the street. No one looked at our papers when we checked in to validate that we had a reservation with them. When you come onto the street that is the first FASTTRACK you see, so you assume, with the stress of the trip, that you are at the right place! My brother and I both had to pay an extra $12. I know it's not a lot, but not something you want to be hit with when returning from vacation. I'm asking that it be more apparent that there are two different facilities that are name the same thing so this doesn't happen to someone else.

   • We were greeted by someone when we entered, but they never asked to see our reservation. They also never asked for our returning flignt number. I have never used this service before and it turned out we were parking in the wrong lot (should have been in the blue lot but parked in the red lot.) We were charged a fee of over $12 for this and I don't feel it was our error. If someone had asked to see our reservation they could have told us to drive down to the blue lot. We saw the valet ParkRideFly sign and as fare as we knew we were in the right place. We will not use this service again. The drivers were helpful and nice but this additional fee is no way to keep a customer coming back.
