For an awesome eco-tour, definitely check out Ichetucknee Springs in North Florida. It's great for tubing in the summer or kayaking in the winter. We'll feature it soon on an upcoming webisode on Scene from Florida - http://scenefromflorida.com

I lived in Orlando for a few years, loved it. I spent much of my free time at Daytona & Coco Beach and such. We enjoyed walking out on the jetties to see the creatures down in between the rocks. Florida was a lot of fun.
