Use these tips to get discount business travel

Everyone wants an upgrade, but it’s not always easy to get one. But instead of waiting till you’re checking in, you can arrange to travel in style and save money too with a discounted first class or business class ticket.  Let’s face it, who wouldn’t want a better, more comfortable seat, more leg room and perks and freebies? Here are some starting points for getting discount business travel and discount first class travel.

TravelTek

Traveltek specializes in discounted premium airfares, and claims to offer savings of between 40 and 70 per cent. In some cases, that could mean that your business class ticket is not much more expensive than an economy class fare - and far more comfortable. TravelTek offers fares to Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand - and also offers discounted domestic fares through United, American and Continental.

FlyFirstClass

FlyFirstClass promises a similar discount level, with a huge range of international airlines. Remember, these are first class tickets, so they won’t be cheap, but they may be more affordable than you think. When doing your research, though, it’s always worth checking if an upgraded economy fare is a better option.

AirBrokers International

If you are traveling outside the US, then Air Brokers International might be a good place to look for discount fares. The company offers discounted business class fares to Europe. It also offers a series of budget round the world packages for those looking for a longer trip or vacation.

FareCompare

Discounted first class fares are sometimes known as Y-ups (because of one of the letters in the fare code. There are also Q-ups and other similar fares. According to FareCompare, these fares are for travel within North America, and you can get some great discounts.
