World’s Best Golf Courses [Photos]
It’s National Women’s Golf Month. While courses everywhere are laying on special events for women, we’re taking a look at the world’s best golf courses (in pictures, of course).
1. Pine Valley, NJ
This course has been ranked the world’s best for several years.
2. Cypress Point, CA
This club has 250 members and it’s hard to get a game – it’s said that JFK was once refused entry.
3. Augusta National, GA
Designed by Bobby Jones and Alister MacKenzie, this course is updated every year.
4. St Andrews, Scotland
Considered the home of golf, this course has hosted more Opens than any other.

5. Royal County Down, Northern Ireland
The first nine holes of this well-known course opened in 1889.
