I did not have luggage that required assist. Prompt service to and from airport. Process through website greatly expedited ease of experience. Will recommend to friends.

This was my first time using Burlington airport. I usually fly out of Albany and use the Park and Fly in Albany. I found the Burlington service to be equally efficient and friendly. The van was very clean and modern. The attendents were very friendly and helpful.

Upon arriving at the facility, there was no one at the counter. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to appear. Once a driver was located, it took and few more minutes before we were taken to the airport. Fortunately, we allowed enough time and were not delayed in our departure.
Our return pick-up went smoothly even though our return flight was delayed 60 minutes.The counter person assured us that we would not be left without a pick-up. That was reassuring.

I'm usually a generous tipper but your drivers did not get a tip from me. I'm a 40 y.o. woman and was traveling with my 78 y.o. father......neither time did the driver offer to help with our luggage. We had to lug it up into the shuttle and out both to the airport and back. Both drivers (different ones) just sat on their butt in the driver's seat...when I said "Good Morning" I got no response so I said "Well, I guess not!"
We got to the airport on time and being picked up was prompt but it was the worst customer service I ever had. Sorry for the honesty, but maybe it will help.
