- Used you many times in the past. Probably no longerAirport dropoff was on wrong level. Pickup location was out of the way and driver was rude. Had reservation pre-paid and was at ck out for 5 minutes. Our flight was 2 hrs. late and was almost charfed for a another day.

- Arrived on March 31, found out flight detained (and perhaps canceled), and made arrangements to go the following day. Your personnel made this an easy transition, and we following instructions on April 1st for our departure. Pick up after our return was easy (the bus drivers were all friendly, helpful and prompt!). We did find check out to be very slow (car ahead took much time to go through) and although we gave the clerk our paid receipt with scan code, she studied it a very long time. We told her it was paid at the time the reservation was made, and she still took some time to find the information. I realize it isn't easy to become acclimated to all the procedures, but a sheet showing "paid" should be fairly easy to process. Yes, we are planning to use your services again soon. Thanks.

- Parking spaces are really close together! No directions upon entering the facility on what to do to get picked up from your parking spot. Pre-paying seemed pointless when there is no grace period factored in when your flight is even minimally delayed (i.e. less than an hour).
