- Having used the comparable facility at LAX, I was shocked by the location and appearance of the lot at Burbank. Not only did I have to walk nearly a mile to get to the check-in counter but the lot was a desolate wasteland located by the railroad tracks and not conducive to parking or turning around. Getting back was even worse: the only way I was able to avoid walking along a dangerous road in the dark was (at the advice of some valet parking guys I asked) beg the driver of the Lot C bus to drop me off, which he did (and for which I tipped him a lot). I still had to walk a quarter mile to get to my car from where he dropped me, but at least I wasn't in danger of getting run over by a car. It was horrible, and I'll never do it again.

- just wanted to let you know that when I left, the cashier handed me a card for "easyparkfly.com" and said I would have saved a lot of money and I should use them next time and it is in the same parking lot as yours. FYI, M.A. Allen, maallen45@hotmail.com
