I was charged an extra $10+ because I "checked in too early or returned too late"...the supervisor wasn't sure which. I also had to wait because you had a new employee and I was shifted from person to person to complete my check out! Pretty unimpressed with this experience. On the website I'm asked for a member number but I've never received a card.

I specifically gave the reservation confirmation showing paid to the attended who took me to the airport and parked my vehicle. Then upon return, the facility attempted at first to charge me, then when I gave them a second copy (I had taken it just in case) of the confirmation then no one at the facility knew how to process the payment-and after three different individuals trying, they had to call an off-duty employee. The checkout/pickup process was less than stellar given I had already been in airports for 16 hours throughout the day.
