Cancel a Reservation
For any reservation less than $15.00, Park Ride Fly USA will be happy to issue a “Rain Check”. This means that customers will be given a credit in the form of a coupon code. The next time the customer makes a reservation, they enter the code and the website will subtract the credit from the customer's total. Rain Checks can be used at any ParkRideFly location. Any reservation exceeding $15.00 will be fully refunded, as long as 24 hours notice is provided. All cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged the equivalent to one day of parking fees. A full refund will be given for cancelled flights.
No refund or credit will be issued for unused reservations in part or whole. No refund or credit will be given to customers who fail to present the printed confirmation upon exiting the facility. Customers who are required to pay the facility directly to exit without presenting the printed confirmation must contact the facility to seek a refund for the additional charges.

Printed Confirmation Required
Park Ride Fly USA customers are required to present the printed confirmation voucher to the cashier when exiting the facility. Failure to present the printed confirmation voucher will result in you being charged by the facility to exit the parking lot. Park Ride Fly USA is not obligated to refund your pre-paid parking reservation when you fail to present the printed confirmation voucher. You must contact the facility directly to seek a full or partial refund of the additional parking fees paid because of your failure to present the confirmation voucher.
