  Reservation # 1422393. The airport has Hotel/Parking Shuttle signs where people wait for the shuttle. Thrifty driver does not stop at this at this sign to pickup. He did stop after we flagged him down--- we crossed two lanes of traffic to get on the shuttle. The driver was very put off and said if I wanted to complain I should contact the airport not Thrifty. It is Thrifty place to tell their parking customers where to pick up the shuttle knowing that the Thrifty made the decision not to stop at this sign --- at least put a sign in the shuttle to make it known to those parking customers.
