- Come to find out that it is less expensive to work with Thrifty for parking at their facility than going thru ParkRideFly. I was a little taken back when I found that out. I haven't mad a decision as of yet as to whether or not I will continue using ParkRideFly.

- this was my second time to use Thrifty. My flight back to Dayton Oh was delayed and instead of arrivng @ 11:00 it was 12:35 a.m. I used the information number in the airport that told me just to wait outside and shuttles come from Thrifty every 15 minutes. 30 minutes later after all other park and fly customers had been picked up, I found out that Thrifty was not comming because they close up @ midnight. Had I known, when my flight was delayed, I would have called the TAXI I had to call to get to my car and not stood in the 30 degree weather thinking I had made arrangements. If that is their practice then perhaps that should be on web site or @ the very least the receipt!!! I thought I saved money but no..because cab was$12.00. When I called today to complain, your staff seen no issue with this @ all. As I told her politely, " I don't know everyone, but I know a lot of people. I will tell them all to never use Thrifty because of the attitude after the fact."

- Waited a very long time for the shuttle at the airport. He even drove past once but didn't stop so I couldn't get from the building to the pick up area in time.
