   • I will never use your facility AGAIN! After leaving Germany at 4am (germany time 6 hr diff)getting to Dallas airport at 2:30pm, getting through customs etc, I called your facility at approx 3:50pm. A lady answered the telephone and I explained that we needed to be picked up and advised where we were. She stated that they can NOT pick us up and that I had to go to different area. I did, (D40), I called back. She still refused to pick us up and I got irrate. She said NOW we had to walk to D1. My phone then died. Using someone elses phone I called back a THIRD time, reaching a gentleman, which stated that there would be no problem picking us up at D40. I advised him to make sure a Manager was there because I was very upset at the girl and was going to talk to Mgr. Upon arriving, I was still VERY UPSET, and decided it was NOT a good time for me to be talking to anyone. I need to calm down first. I dont appreciate her games and refusing numerous times to pick us up. I wouldnt even give you one star!

   • Things were good except for the man driving the shuttle. He is very unfriendly. We have seen him 3 times and he is always a jerk to all the passengers. That's the biggest reason why we might not use the services again.

   • When I arrived at this location 12:15pm, I went into the front desk where I was greeted by one of the staff. I ask what time did the next shuttle go to the airport; she said 1:00pm. I’m assuming that she was busy and aggravated, but no one was in the front office but her and I. I stated to her that I was under the impression that the shuttle rides took place every 30 mins, and she stated “no every hour”. I said ok I will try to drive to the airport being that my flight left at 1:00 pm. I ask what could I do to get to the airport asap, she said that she could "call me a cab". I said “ok fine” she was still busy with doing nothing I guess because no one was in the office but her and myself and the phone. She somehow forgot to call the cab. I tried to drive over to the airport where I managed to get my bags checked but missed the flight. So I drove back to the ParkRideFly to park my car again for the second time and went in to the office again by this time the driver had returned from the airport and he stated that he could take us to the airport but he had to get cleared from his manager. So we went back in to talk to the manager to see if the driver could go ahead and carry us to the airport and the lady at the front desk said no , he has to be there in case someone needs to go to the airport and to make sure that he leaves on time for his schedule drops. I explained to her that we had already missed one flight and did not want to miss another one and ask to speak to a manager. The manager said with an attitude you are supposed to be here 2 hour before your departure and I explained to her that I did not see that on the document. I was under the impression that the shuttle runs to the airport every 30 mins and I would be very happy to pay extra if he could take us on an unscheduled run. The manager told the driver to go ahead and take them. Now this trip took all of 11 mins. If this would have been available at 12:15 I would have not missed my fight and just maybe I would use the service again. Now on the return I had read that I needed to call as soon as I get to baggage claims, which I did 6:06 pm. The lady said that it would take 30 for the driver to get to A17 American Airlines and it was three of us, at 7:06 (exactly an hour) I called back to inquire as to where the driver was, the lady said that he should be there and ask me again where I was and how many passengers were with me. I gave her the information again and she said that she would call him. After a another 30min or more of waiting the driver shows up the van is full and the driver asked me if he could just take two of us and come back for the other. He said that he was given the wrong information as to where we were and how many people that needed to be picked up. I stated to him no we have to get to the hospital asap and will not wait any longer. We had to cram our luggage in the back two of us had to sit on the same seat and the diver was driving fast almost hit a car in front of us. I thought unbelievable I will never use this place again. One they offered no customer services, no one apologized for our inconvenience it was like this is how they treat their customer on a day to day basis.
