- I was charged twice! I have sent your company a request for a refund and have heard nothing. I prepaid for the parking online and then SnapPark charged me again when I picked up the vehicle. This is wrong and should not have happened. I am again requesting someone from your company contact me to correct the double charge that has occurred. kevin@capturedinstantly.com 361-244-7862
