After a missed connection due to airline problems, we arrived back in the states a day late and bone weary. PRF came to our rescue without a hitch, quickly, and didn't even charge us for the extra day. We were due for a bit of good news after a miserable night and this put the smile back on our faces. Can't thank the folks in Greenville, SC, enough. We will definitely use this service for all future flights. Thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff and great service.

Check in prior to trip was great. I walk with a cane and require additional help. The personnel were very frfiendly and helpful. However, when I called o be picked up at the airport, I had to call 3 times before I got anyone. The driver seemed reluctant to assist either me or my daughter with the luggage, did not help us enter the van, did not help us with the luggage when we arrived at Thrifty, we had to wait to even check in, had to wait for the car, got no assistance with getting our luggage into the car. Our initial experience was very good; our trip from the airport back was totally inexcusable. I rate half of my experience as great. The final experience was horrible.
