- The driver helped us find our car. We had lost the parking space number. Afyer a long trip it was really nice of the driver to take the extra time tp assist us in locating the car. The driver coukd not have been nicer in helping us with our problem.

- The service was great. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and helpful. One suggestion to the facility: the signage could be a bit 'bigger'. After a flight of 22 hours or more, I got kind of lost by simply trying to find the exit :/

- Finding your location is not easy. You emphasize the name "ParkRideFly" - I thought that was the location that I should look for. I had to circle around (at 5am) to find "pre-flight" and ask if I was at the right location. Upon arrival at the airport, (outbound) your driver (who was very pleasant) gave me a receipt and an instruction to tell them at the pick up location that I needed a PreFlight van. Perhaps my understanding of his instruction was not clear to me - anyway upon my return, I looked at the ticket given to me, and saw that it says, for arrivals at terminal "A" to call Pre-Flight at the number which was given on the ticket. I had to go back into the airport to use the telephone. The van arrived at the terminal while I was trying to make the call. The call cost me $5.00 and I almost missed the van while I was inside the airport making the call. My wife, waiting outside, was able to alert me. I found this to be very frustrating.
