What are your hours of operation?
Indy Park Ride & Fly is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
How much time does it take to park and get to the airport?
Indy Park Ride & Fly offers a quick and convenient airport parking and shuttle transport service. The drive to the airport is approximately 2 miles and typically takes 8-9 minutes for transportation. Your overall experience, door-to-door, is approximately 15 minutes. Please allow additional time for peak seasons such as spring break weeks, fall break weeks, and holidays.
What is the difference between 'Valet' and 'Self' Parking?
Valet parking is the quickest, most efficient means of parking at Indy Park Ride & Fly. Upon entering our lot, you will be directed to a drop-off area immediately to the right of our entrance. A shuttle bus will be waiting for you to board. The driver will assist in unloading your luggage from your vehicle and onto the shuttle bus. As our shuttle service runs on-demand, we do not wait around or circulate our lot: We will load only those customers who arrived alongside of you and immediately transport you to the airport. Upon returning from your trip to the airport, we request that you text or call us from the airport prior to getting your luggage.
Do you offer luggage assistance?
We provide complimentary luggage assistance to both valet and self-park customers. We will load and unload your luggage out of your vehicle and onto the shuttle bus, and offer the same level of service upon your return.
Do you provide additional assistance?
Indy Park Ride & Fly goes above and beyond to assist customers who are unable to climb aboard our shuttle bus. In this case, a manager or experienced staff member will transport the customer in his or her vehicle and drop them off curbside at the airport. Upon return to the airport, we ask that the customer call and inform us that they require curbside pick-up.
Is your lot safe and secure?
Indy Park Ride & Fly operates and is staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and our lot is fully fenced and the entrance is gated and manned 24/7. We’re also fully insured to protect customer vehicles in the event of an accident caused by, or neglect of, an Indy Park Ride & Fly employee or representative.
How far are you from the airport?
Indy Park Ride & Fly is 2 miles from the skybridge at the terminal, with travel time to and from the airport approximately 8-9 minutes.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We have many discount programs, including membership discounts through AAA and the Indiana Chambers & Association. Please see our website for special offers and instructions. Coupons are also available online, and through our reservation site, travel agents, and other various sources.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Although it is not necessary to make a reservation, it is highly recommended to secure your space and low parking rate. Indy BizXpress members are guaranteed parking year-round so no reservations are necessary, nor are they necessary for corporate customers whose company has a corporate agreement through Indy Park Ride & Fly. Additionally, if you have a coupon or discount through another source (excluding ParkRideFlyUSA.com), we encourage that you do not make a reservation. How do I redeem the points I have earned for parking as an Indy BizXpress member?
Points are redeemable at your discretion. Simply let the cashier know upon checking in that you desire to use your points towards parking and/or car care services. For a menu of services, please see our website.
As an Indy BizXpress member I have 'express' check out. What does that mean?
Indy BizXpress members receive expedited service through our automated check-out system. As a member, you receive a member card with a barcode. Upon entering our lot, the card is scanned, so when you exit our lot, all you need to do is scan your membership card at any of our four Indy BizXpress lanes. When you scan your card, the transaction is automatic and your receipt is emailed to you within minutes.
Can others use my Indy BizXpress account and/or rewards?
With your authorization, others who are listed on your account information may use your Indy BizXpress account and/or rewards. Written consent is required for those who are not currently listed on your account. Authorization should include your name, membership number, who you are allowing to use the account/rewards, and the extent for which they may use the account including restrictions or limitations.
What if I want car care services?
We offer car care services on a first come, first serve basis. Please inform our cashier when you check in that you desire a car care service. You will be asked to sign a request form. Payment for the service is made upon your return from your trip.
Can I use Indy BizXpress member rewards (points) towards car care services?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to do so. See our Menu of Car Care Service on our website for points redeemable towards car care services.
What if I lose my claim check?
If you lose your claim check, please call us and provide us your name, and make and color of vehicle for pick up. Upon returning to our lot, we may require that you show valid identification matching the check-in information to claim your vehicle. If the information does not match, special precautions will be taken before we will allow you access to your vehicle.
Do you offer covered parking?
Although we do not offer covered parking, we do provide covered areas for both drop off and pick up to help keep the elements away in undesirable weather.
If I have a coupon or a special discount, how do I redeem the offer?
If you are using our valet services, present the coupon to our attendant at check in or check out. If you self park, the coupon must be presented to our cashier upon check out.
Can someone else pick up the vehicle I dropped off?
You may authorize the release of your vehicle to another person for pick up. We have a release form you will be required to fill out which requests the full name of the person you are releasing the vehicle to, along with your name and authorized signature. Upon claiming the vehicle, the person you have released the vehicle to will be required to display a valid government issued piece of identification, and asked to sign the release form, acknowledging they have claimed the vehicle. Vehicles will not be released without prior authorization of the customer who dropped off the vehicle.
What if my stay is shortened or extended?
If you are returning early, we request that you call and let us know. This is particularly important for customers using our valet services so we may have your vehicle properly staged and provide you the highest level of service upon your return. If your flight is delayed or your stay is extended, we also request that you call and let us know your new return date and time, so that we can continue to provide the best level of service to you.
Do you provide services for electric cars?
The Indy Park Ride & Fly charging station is available for FREE to our customers.
