- We've used this facility in the past when it was AviStar, and the experience was equally good now that it's Parking Spot. We were greeted promptly and carried our own bags because they were carry-on, though the attendant did offer to take them. The procedure when we checked in and out was prompt and courteous. We will definitely use this lot again.

  Upon returning to the airport I was asked for my email receipt which I didn't have because the gentleman upon checking in stated I didn't need it. The girl at the counter which should be customer service was not helpful AT ALL and the other woman helping another gentleman gave him a credit for arriving prior to his time which was 6 and I came in at the same time and wasn't offered that service and I would like to know why? Therefore being in customer service myself and running a multi million dollar company the customer service level was not at par and should be more pleasant, helpful and should always greet your customers with a smile!
