I have used different Park and Fly companies, this one was quick, friendly, and I did not have to wait at the airport as longs as the other companies.

I did not know I had to wait for the other passangers to be dropped off at the airport with me at the same time. I missed my first flight so I had to wait at the airport for 5hrs for the next flight to take me to my destination. when I get back to Orlando and called the phone # on the card to be picked up from the airport, they told me to look for the shuttle on terminal B, space # 37 on level one. I followed their direction. However, the shuttle did not stop at Parking lot #37, it was at different # and left from there. So I had to call the office agian for them to send another shuttle. I just didn't have a good experience so far. I usually park with Park Bark and Fly, and they always take me to the airport as soon as I parked my car, no waiting. I never missed my flight leaving from their parking lot. No waiting is always a good service!!! Thanks for giving me this opportunity to share my experience.

Parking lot is unpaved creating excessive dust on vehicles when reclained after trip. Not enough shuttle vehicles creating longer waits for pick up upon return. Shuttles don't make regular rus to the airport, rather wait to be called.
