   • I was given a good morning and excellent & quick service. The staff wish Me a nice vaction, Also mention the other services the facility offer which I decline overall the staff was great.

   • “Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use EXEC Park”

     I pre-booked on-line prior to my trip at $54. Arrival and check in seemed fine. I brought the print out paper with the bar-code on it as directed and gave it to the attendant. He handed a small yellow slip with a number on it and the phone number to call once we arrived back. Told me not to lose it. Our transport to the airport was fine. It was the return that turned into a night mare. We picked up our luggage and called for the shuttle. We then proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. When we got on the shuttle we were lectured by the driver on how we were not in the right pick up zone - we were 10 feet away. Once they arrived we were part way back when the driver received another call and turned around to pick some additional people. When we finally did get back to EXEC park I went to pick up my keys and I gave the lady attendant my yellow paper slip and she had another bill for me for $42. When I told her that I pre paid she said where is my paper with the bar code. I told her I gave it to the attendant when I checked in and he took it and told me all I needed was the yellow slip. She said she already checked her paper file and it wasn't there, and there is no way that I was going to get my car without paying the $42. She was very rude and accused me of trying to rip them off, which quickly put me on the defensive. This became a standoff with arguing on both sides. Another individual joined in arguing with me. I offerred to send them another copy of the confirmation, but I was not going to pay again. I finally realized I had my I-Pad with me and my email would have the confirmation letter on it. I found the letter with the bar-code on it and showed it to them. They told me it didn't mean anything because I most likely booked it then cancelled my payment-again just to rip them off. The second individual then tried to get ont the ParkRide web site to confirm my payment, but was unable to connect to your site - not sure if was your site that was the problem or their ancient computer. Finally (after 30 minutes) the rude lady attendant started leafing through her paper file, and our paper was right where it was suppose to be. This entire fiasco took about 90 minutes to complete from the time we retrieved our luggage. If you value your booking service, you should not include EXEC Park. They are rude, pick up was delayed, they use a human paper filing system and badly need to get into the 21st century, and have no customer service skills. I also was surprised to find out that your booking service charges 20%.

   • It was hard to identify the correct parking lot for this location. On our return trip we had to wait for 5 or more minutes for the correct shuttle. When it arrived the driver asked that people sit down. He did not realize that people were shoving into seats and therefore the ride was very uncomfortable. Overall, the desk service was great checking in and out of the facility. I also enjoyed having my car started and ready to go.

   • The person that work the early shift was not very pleasant at first. The staff did take our luggage to our car on our return to Milwaukee not to the airport.

   • It was fine. I've used other park ride and flys and this facility was just like the others, GREAT!!
