- My initial encounter with ParkRideFly USA at 1601 Airline in New Orleans was fine. The problems occurred on our return to New Orleans. I called the number as soon as I arrived at the baggage pick-up area which I knew would take at least 30-45 minutes. Then we crossed to the Transportation Area across from the baggage claim dept. We waited and waited. It took forever for the ONE van to arrive. Then there were too many people to take us all in one trip. Since we were a party of four with 4 bags, we decided to let the others go and then we waited some more. It took longer to get to our car in the parking lot than it took to fly from Dallas to New Orleans. I know it was midnight, but there was another ParkRideFlyUSA company which was running several vans constantly to and from the same area. We finally drove out of the car lot at 2:00 A.M. Would I recommend the lot at 1601 Airline to a friend? No. But I WOULD recommend it to an enemy. :-)

- the driver was very courteous and helpful. It had been raining when I got there--and he helped get me to the airport quickly.
