- “Facilities for hotel guests, not airport parkers”
  
  The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, but the parking logistics are simply not suited to airport parking--they are designed for hotel guests. For example, there is no signage on the property to direct where to park, hotel personnel I spoke to on the phone (once to ask where to park, once to ask for the shuttle pick-up) were confused that I was asking about airport parking instead of the hotel itself. Finally, the entry gate ticket was in my checked luggage that had been lost by my airline; despite showing my printed reservation with proof of payment, the hotel staff threatened to charge me $250 for my missing ticket. Even though I had ALREADY paid $80 to park in their lot. Thankfully the woman rudely made an exception.

- I have have used your facility on many occasions and have never had a bad experience. I do compliment your staff on their friendliness. I did experience on my return home (5/24 @ around 12:20-12:30pm the pick up driver only stopped very, very briefly enough time for him to just allow 1 person to get on the shuttle and drove off very quickly. This all happened in a matter of seconds as I start to walk out he was already gone. Unfortantely, someone else was very kind and took me to the hotel to pick up my car as they saw all this happen. I'm sure there is an explanition but very disappointed as I had to figure out a way to pick up my car.
