- The Crowne Plaza-Rosemont is a single level-open parking lot. Its well lit and wide open to the street. I found the Parking Directions for ParkRideFlyUSA just a little out of synchronization with the Hotel's directions into their lot, although I was able to make the connections. We missed the return-shuttle (on the half hour)and were unwilling to wait another half hour or more for the next one so we took a cab. We actually pulled up as the shuttle was disembarking at the hotel for the extra cost for the cab, but the time element was important. The check out was painless. I thought the Crowne Plaza staff were extremely pleasant and reflected well on the Hotel. I will do this again when travelling at my own expense.

- Please note - was not helped with luggage only because I didn't have any (used lot as long term parking). Process was easy and convenient. Will use again.

- Easy to book online. Price reasonable. Crowne Plaza has plenty of safe parking. Easy to arrive and easy to exit (I-294 is right there). Shuttle pick-up both ways convenient. Thanks for asking and I'll probably never use a limo again! :)
