- We had to wait for shuttle when going to airpt and we waited almost an hour for shuttle upon coming home we had to call to b picked up we will never use u again n will not recommend it either

- Employees are very rude, slow to respond to questions. Wait time for shuttle pick up at airport was over thirty minutes, the shuttle driver did not exit to assist with bag at airport. The driver did not ask for my parking location and did not drop me off at my car. The driver did not assist with luggage when I exited for the shuttle and had to walk with baggage to my parking space. Very disappointed with the service, my experience with this company doesn't warrant any stars. Don't call me, I may call you, but I doubt it.
