convenient for the price. The only issue was the wait time for pickup after the trip. Otherwise, all was pleasant.

Let me clarify this is my second time I used your service....I read the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes on the hour. I park at the Aloft lot in Millbrae I arrived at the lot 10 minutes before 7:00 AM thinking I would depart at 7:00AM by the time the shuttle got to me it was 7:10AM. So my trip to the airport was not pleasant because I frustrated for having to wait. I suggest you list on your website that the run starts at the The Westin.
On my return the first time I used your service it was a long wait. The driver stopped at the Westin first and when we arrive for departing passengers a guest attempted to board and driver said no not this shuttle the next one. I heard the guest shout back to the driver "I have been waiting for over 20 minutes, this is crazy." I will give you something to think about from a customers perspective; if I were standing in line for a movie 20 minutes is nothing. In airport time 20 minutes is crucial.
Your website is not user friendly you have to maneuver too many pages to get to your on-line reservation and get it completed.
I come from San Fran when I fly and drive by several shuttle services and the to get to your shuttle service. I pass up other services to use yours the only thing I expect is timely quality service. I will try you again but can not promise to keep using you service if things do not improve.
If your service run every 20 minutes and start at the Westin inform your customers so they know what to expect.

We arrived at 3:45 in the morning and quickly found a parking spot. Shuttle showed up within 5 minutes and got us quickly to the airport.
We loved the price, location and service.
Would highly recomend this parking facility.
