- When I made the reservations, I thought I made them for the Redwood site. My printer was broken, so I planned to print a receipt at my destination which I did. I honestly didn't look at it closely, just folded it up and put it in my bag. When I got back to Salt Lake, I took the bus to the Redwood site. I didn't realize that I had parked at the wrong site until I was leaving and presented my receipt to the cashier. He graciously accepted it after pointing out my mistake. we have always had good service and pleasant experiences with Diamond. They are the best.

- This was my first time using any type of park and ride. I was impressed with the prompt service of your staff and over all helpfulness. The only glitch was Google listed your North Temple site being on the right side of the road going east from Redwood road but it was in fact on the left.
