- You are affiliated with Diamond which is where I park. I had a coupon for Diamond but could not it on line, it had no code on the coupon, so I took it to the facility when I checked out they could not process it because I had prepaid for the parking online. I had on a prior visit prepaid for parking but since I was not asked if I had prepaid I forgot about my receipt. So I had to pay a second fee. Your computer system should be more user friendly and recognise when a customer has already paid. I will not be paying online any more so I wont have this issue again.

- It was very nice to have someone meet us at the car and help put our luggage in the van. We are older people and the convience and help was wonderful. Upon returning they helped get the luggage back in the car so we didn't have much lifting. They are very helpful.

- We enjoyed it. We got on the wrong shuttle to come home, but yet your driver was still pleasant and took us to the correct lot. Loved to free car wash
