Good facility near to airport. Will use agian when the need arises.

This was the first time I have used The Parking Spot and was very impressed on how easy it was. A shuttle met me at my car before I even had my bags out! I was assisted with my luggage both to and from the airport, and the shuttle was already at the airport upon my arrival. I was also impressed that the shuttle dropped me off directly at my car so I didn't have to walk in the rain or the dark. My car was safe and all my belongings were exactly where I placed them when I left. I appreciated very much that the lot was well lit and that there was a guard on duty. I would absolutely use The Parking Spot again when traveling.

This was our first time to use your location at STL. We have used your MDW location many times and always satisfied. We were pleased with the service at STL....friendly staff, easy to find location. Keep up the good work.

Location was perfect. Staff friendly. Shuttle was right there when we arrived and departed! Great place. It was 100 degrees when we returned to St Louis Cashier offered bottled water to us. Will definitely use again!
