First time I have used in Syracuse, snow was not brushed off, I brushed car off,and car was just started as we got off the shuttle. When I used the Park & Fly in Albany, car was always cleaned off and had been started and car was warm.
Car not in a secure parking area.

I am more than satisfied with my park/ride experience through ParkRideFly. The warm shuttle van was ready and waiting for us when my daughter and I arrived at the facility. Check-in took only moments since I had pre-registered and paid on-line. We were moments away from the airport and were dropped off at the airline's door where we were to check-in. Upon our return home, we called for the shuttle to return us to our car and the shuttle was waiting when we exited the airport. One of the very best parts was our car was running and warmed up when we were returned to the ParkRideFly facility, luggage was loaded into our car for us, and we were on our way home...easy-peasy! One of my co-workers is cruising in two weeks and I will be sure to let her know how convenient this service was for us!!

We were told by an employee that is cheaper to pay in person than it is on line. We would have saved apprx. 15.00. So feel like we were cheated.
