The people were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was clean, the driver friendly and helpful. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle ride to the airport or for them to pick us up upon our return. They had our vehicle out front ready and waiting for us upon our return. I would recommend this location and will use them again for future parking needs (left my vehicle with them for 12 days, no issues).

I was so surprised!! It was supper fast to check-in and out, the shuttle to and from the terminal was so fast as well, we did not wait more than a few minutes for it to go out from the parking lot and to come and get us from the terminal. Would highly recommend!

Very fast
My first time to park in AirPark. The location looks small. The staff is good. On both way to and from the airport, the wait time is less than 5 minutes. However, I would not expect it to be always that fast because it takes time for the shuttle to do a round trip, and it depends on your timing.

Trustworthy & Reasonably Priced!
My car was parked there for a week. Easy directions right off the highway and only minutes from JFK Airport. We were pleasantly greeted by 2 members of staff who readily transferred our luggage (there were 4 of us), from our car to their van. Our driver was very courteous. We did wait approximately 20 minutes to be picked up from the airport but I was told that when I called to let them know our flight had arrived. You can't beat the price. This is the 2nd time I've left my car in their hands and it won't be the last.

Return Transport
If you don't mind waiting for a over 30 minute for pick-up on your return, then the service was fine. Advice: Use a buddy who is being picked up for transport to pick up area. I did, it's faster. Would use again only due to location of facility is ideal.

One bag was left in the trunk and not loaded on to the shuttle. this was partly our fault for not double checking but it was also the fault of the loader. He went back and got it and came back to us at the airport. Fourtunately we had an extra 45 min.s for this to occur. Then on return we were driven around the airport an extra time adding a 1/2 hr to our trip to pick up passengers at terminal 4.

Terrific option. When we were struggling to stow our luggage in the back of our car, one of your employees came out to consult....without being asked. that kind of proactive care marks the employees as valuable representatives of your group --- and the man who drove us from the airport was prompt and friendly...One other thing, when we were about to drive away without our key and having not checked out, one of the other employees came out with receipt and key before we got MILES away and had no way to start our car. All in all, a winner. Oh yes, and they had Pre- warmed the car!

First impression was fine. I did have to wait 30 minutes outside while it was 36 degrees. Way too long of a wait in that weather. I saw other parking facility pick up vehicles pass multiple times. Very unhappy with pickup time. I may be apt to try another facility next time.

I did not realize that I was using a different facility but the service was up to par as usual. However, no one greeted us and there was no one behind the desk when we arrived to drop off the car. That was unusual.

My most recent two visits to your business were not satisfactory. Once I found an empty cigarette box in the car, indicating that your staff use the cars for their own purposes. Once I waited over 30- mins, for pickup after being unable even to get an answer on phone when I arrived at the airport.

I would have said everything went well, except that within 5 minutes of leaving your facility, our car went up in flames! I am assuming that over the course of our stay, some critters got in and chewed some wires. I don't know how a place could ensure against that, except to check under the hood before driving away or something. In the end,after the destroyed car was towed, we took a very expensive taxi ride to Newark Airport where we spent the night and then took the train back to Princeton.

I've used ParkRideFlyUSA and Air Park several times before and it has usually worked very well. Not this time. I arrived on Tuesday morning and I had to call 3 times to the facility and wait 45 (fourty five!) minutes before the van came. The driver was rude and complained to another passenger in a loud voice "He thinks this is a limo service" becuase I forgot to close the van door after getting in with my wife and three kids. When I arrived to the office it had started to drizzle. The car was ready but locked. I approached the counter and asked the staff - who was assisting someone else - for the keys so my family could get in the car while I waited. The person ignored me and I had to wait for my turn - while my family was getting wet outside - until I showed him my receipt with my full payment in advance. I don't think I am coling back.

I found the staff to be particularly helpful on our return trip to the parking lot. Unfortunately my car would not start and I had to call AAA to have it towed back to CT. The staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Thank you.

Everything was perfect until we called for our shuttle pickup. We waited more than one hour--I called five times and got various answers--the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes, he just left, he'll be there any minute, etc. After a very long flight and at least a three hour drive from JFK to our home, it was a disaster. I would not use AirPark JFK again.

My front bumper was marred. I did not notice this until I arrived home. Too bad there was no inspection prior to and before we left the facitilty.

I called upon arrival from my red-eye flight from California. I was told to call when we had our luggage, and that it would only take 5 or 10 minutes from that point. It took 4 phone calls and 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. This was 60 minutes from my initial call. My wife was livid, since virtually every other passenger had already been picked up. I've used other companies, and they've always been faster and had more than 1 van available to pick up and drop off passengers. Terrible service!

We were looking for the "Park Ride and Fly" sign - not an "Air Park" sign, so we drove past it and couldn't find our way back. By the time we figured out the error it was too late and we had to park at the airport! I have use Air Park La Guardia and my experience there has been always great. I Assumed Air Park JFK is a partner company and that my experience would be as good. Unfortunately, it wasn't. What is very sad for me is that i choose this company even though it was costing me $50 more then other companies. I have not intention to use Air Park JFK services again and will try a different company. The driver who pick me up was not helpful to say the least. I was coming with a small child in a stroller while pushing my bags with the other hand and He couldn't move to help me with my bags. That is very poor service.

I will definitely be using ParkRideFly again. The internet process was user-friendly. The staff was professional and friendly. The driver got us to the airport in no time. On our return I was delighted that I didn't have to stay out in the rain too long for pick up service. When we got there our car was waiting for us. It's also best to pre-pay over the internet to make check out even easier. This Air Park service is highly recommended.

The drop off and shuttle to the airport was fine, the usual Park Ride Fly experience. The return leg was a disaster. I was told the shuttle would be at the terminal in 10-15 minutes, it arrived in 45 minutes after two calls. My car had not been pulled from the lot by the time I got there and had to wait again.

As noted above we were completely satisfied ....our first impressions was "efficiency" and it was a nice touch having our car sitting right out front when we pulled up...we will definitely be using your services in the near future, as will our family and friends.

To be honest, we were a little concerned at first with the location as it did not look to be in the best part of the area, however, having known people who used your facility we overlooked that and went ahead with the reservation. There were no problems, our car was returned in fine condition and we would definitely use this facility again when flying out of JFK or LaGuardia.

I appreciate your service very much. Would I use you again? I am not sure. The van that we were driven in, to a from the airport, is disguisting. That is why I said no on the question above. The driver to the airport was fine. The driver from the airport had us flying all over the seats with the speed he was driving in the curves of the airport. Also I felt dirty and just plain uncomfortable with the condition of the van. You need a new bus or van please. I was not the only one that felt that way. It was actually the topic of discussion in the van, and I didn't start it, but I absolutely agreed.

I wasn't too pleased this afternoon because we waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle which had ten passengers. We agreed that the ride back to your facility was like a roller coaster ride. We were hanging on for fear of shoving the end person off the seat. I think you have better vans at Newark than you have at JFK. Also, temperature controls on the car were set for 90 degrees rather than normal 68.

When I called for a ride I was spoken to very rudely, and was hung up on! When the shuttle driver droped me off to get my car I asked the man behind the counter if it was he who hung up on me, he replied he was & that I was lucky to get my key back!!! When we returned from our trip I showed the paid receipt to the attendant. He was slick in saying he understood we were paid in advance and I only needed to sign the form to show I picked up my car. When I got home I realized he had added $14.83 to my bill even though my times were accurate. I am going to call VISA and hold the charge as well as E mail ABC tours who suggested your company. Res #908213. Also your phone says you are closed even though its 10AM on a Monday.

I was very unhappy with the return home. We were first told by the drop off driver to call when we landed. We called when we landed and was then told to call back again when we received our luggage. We then had to walk quite a distance dragging our luggage to an Island pick up area. This was very inconvenient. When we called we were never asked by Dibare how many people and the van that was picking us up was very small for the number of people, because of this there was a family with a newborn in a car seat and the mother had to ride with the baby on her lap "Very unsafe" and i am sure breaking the law also. This would not have been as upsetting if that was all that was available but upon arriving at the parking facility there was the larger vehicle just sitting in the front parked.When I arrived at the pick up our vehicle was not waiting for us. On arrival, found little space to park. Forced to park directly next to a fence/wall, we could only exit the vehicle from one side. Particularly difficult for driver, who had to climb over console, etc. Otherwise, we found your staff to be friendly, courteous, and efficient and we will use this service again. The person who took my bags out of the van on the return trip just left the bags right by the van and just took off. I was actually looking for my bags and had to go around to find them!!! I have been using this site for the past two years and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I don't recall the person's name, but it was awful customer service. This person was on duty at 10:30 am on 2/28/10 and picked me up at the JetBlue terminal. Also, many of the items in my glove compartment were sitting on the floor of the car. Someone was cleary go through my belongings and probably did not find any items of value. What kind of security do you have? I take about 6-8 flights a year for business between JFK and Laguardia and will consider other options.

Had to wait for shuttle to the airport about 10 minutes. Fand someone decided to use the alternate van. On the return home, called after we received baggage and was told 10 to 15 minute wait. The night was about 20 degrees. We were travelling with 2 young children. My husband stayed outside, as the rest of us went back inside to wait. He waited 45 minutes outside in 20 degree weather. With delays with the airlines, then having delays to our car was extremely frustrating.

All of the above is positive, but we did notice when we got in the car that both the drivers seat back and the passengers seat back were both leaning WAY back...and that is not how we drive. 2 people were in our car at the same time...and we really don't know why. the problem with our trip to the airport was that the bus needed new shock absorbers. the ride was hard and bumpy even on smooth roads! Also, we were picked up promptly for our return ride, but the driver had to pickup at another terminal where the people were not there. we waited about 10 minutes and finally had to leave without the people. you need to firmly tell people when they call for pickup that they must have their luggage and be ready or your driver will leave without them and they will have to wait much longer for the next pickup! it is not fair for people who are ready for their pickup and have just come from a long plane ride with the usual delays getting into jfk to have to wait for inconsiderate people that are not at the curb for their pickup.

The convienience and service was great as it is at all the other ParkRideFly facilities that I frequent, however my sunglasses were stolen from the visor pocket. For this occurance, I wouldn't entrust my vehichle to the JFK Airpark facility again.
