  • Take 93 South to Exit 24B Logan Airport/Callahan Tunnel
  • Follow the signs for 1A North
  • Go approximately 2.5 miles through 2 sets of lights
  • After the second light, get into the right lane (follow signs for Hampton Inn Hotel)
  • Make a U-turn after the Sunoco Gas Station and Commonwealth Auto Body

    From the South heading 93 North:
  • Take 93 North to Exit 20 located just past Exit 18/Mass. Ave./Roxbury/Frontage Road

    Wrong return date on reservation

    I mistakenly booked our return for 9/24 instead of 9/23 so our car wasn’t at lot when we arrived by shuttle as they had to go get it from offsite parking area. We only needed to wait about 10 minutes extra for car so not a big deal and the error was on our part, the Thirfty staff all indicated it was no big deal and were very polite.

    Using Thrifty Valet Parking in Boston was a great decision. We dropped off the car and were on our way to the airport within 10 minutes. On the return, we contacted Thrifty and the shuttle driver was there within 5 minutes. Our car was waiting for us right by the shuttle drop off - no walking and searching for our car. The staff was very helpful and entertaining. I will definitely use this service again.

    A Satisfied Customer

    It was easy to make a reservation on the website, applying the AARP discount. Other than the pouring rain, dropping off my car was easy. A bit of a wait for the ride to the airport because of another customer making multiple trips back to his car to retrieve many suitcases, a portable stroller, and finally his family. Then a quick ride to the airport terminal. When I returned from my trip, I didn't wait long for a shuttle. When we arrived back at the parking lot, my car was right out front waiting for me, and I quickly checked out and was on my way home. Throughout, the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly, although the driver for the airport pickup had never heard of the name "Park Ride and Fly" when I asked to make sure I was getting on the right shuttle. He only knew that it was the shuttle for Thrifty.

    We left our car at the thrifty parking at Logan Airport for 2 weeks while we were traveling. Very easy drop off and quick shuttle ride to terminal. Pick was very prompt, we sent them a text when we got to baggage pickup and by the time we had our bags it was only a few minutes until the shuttle was there. Our car was waiting for us with the a/c running to cool off the car. All we had to do was load our luggage and pull out. Receipt was already printed and in car. The drivers were both helpful and friendly. We have used this service many time and highly recommend it to family and friends.

    First time, will not be the last!

    I parked at the Thrifty lot in Revere, and took the shuttle to and from Logan. I was greeted immediately by someone who directed me to a parking spot, he took my bag to the main entrance, I was promptly and politely checked in, the shuttle pulled up and off I wen - it didn't take any time at all, I was dropped right at the spot I would be picked up. The driver made sure I was aware of the location makers, and upon my return, the shuttle magically appeared without me even having to call. This was my 1st time using this service. I would definitely do it again

    Savings / Convenience

    Savings: 1) the cost directed me to this location / caused me to book it 2) actually found it easier to get into and out of Boston If i was paying attention, i could of had the car washed / detailed, and ignore how tight the parking looked, they did all that without any issues. i returned very late (1-2 am) to our lovely New England weather 9 degrees, 10 times lower than i came from, the car was ready and WARM!!!

    Great Experience

    Parking at Thrifty was easy, efficient and a good price. The van was there and ready to take us to the airport right away. The driver was friendly and helpful as he pointed out exactly where we needed to go for pick up on our return. We called on our return, the van arrived in about 5 minutes. All in all a great experience. We will use Thrifty again.

    problem

    Everything was great Except that we were let off are arrivals-door c-110 which was not near the elevator. Both my husband and I need wheelchairs tho I can walk better than he. Getting near the elevator was really a chore for him and in fact he nearly toppled over. I went to baggage claim and they called for a wheelchair but I flagged one down on my own and waited till we got upstairs to get one for myself. Not acceptable and we are using the service again on the 10th of Oct. and will insist on being taken to departures.

    We have used this Boston &#40;Route 1A&#41; facility twice and every time it was perfect.     Your drivers are friendly and efficient. However, on our return trip there was no one at the desk to help us check out. Our driver had to locate someone in the parking lot and have them come inside. This hindered the check out process and caused a delay.

    Too long a wait for the shuttle - the plane was late, as soon as we disembarked we sent a couple of text-message notifications and I called on the phone as well. After waiting 20 minutes, I called again. Both times I called, the person I talked to said the shuttle was on the way. It finally got there after over a half-hour. I&#039;ll assume that maybe the first time we called the shuttle was on the way back to the lot from the airport, so it had a longer way to go, and let&#039;s see what happens next time.

    I have used Thriffty in the past and will do so again. I like the convienience of the valet parking. I was offered the detailing while the car was there. The shuttle driver was and always is friendly and curtious. I would recommend this parking service to my friends.

    Hello, this is the second time I have used ParkRideFlyUSA. It is a pleasure to have this service available rather than have to bother or rely on someone dropping us off or having to pick us up. The only issue I have is that I had five quarters sitting in a tray on my console that I keep to use in case of parking in a metered location. I know it is only $1.25 but it did cause me to search for any other missing items in my automobile. I did not find anythng else missing but it does create a cause for concern for the next time I use your facility. Regards Richard Correia

    I called the facility for reserved parking since this was a busy time 4/20-21 at Logan Airport due to Easter, school vacations and the Boston Marathon. and I had passed the parking areas the day before my departure &#40;4/18&#41; and they all looked pretty full. Bottom line, I needed to be able to park nearby as my return flight &#40;and time of arrival&#41; was unknown. It all worked like clockwork with one minor exception when the pickup bus didn&#039;t stop and I had to wait for the second one. No big deal, but WHY??

    They knew the time I was arriving back at Logan but it took two tries and about twenty rings on the phone for someone to answer the phone. I waited a long time to get a bus back to my car at 1:30 AM.

    van was at the pick up point at EXACTLY the time I indicated on my reservation I was due in. Terrific. I didn&#039;t have to go to the counter to finalize the procedure as the driver took my pre-paid reservation to the counter for me. Car was running and warm with slip available for exiting the parking lot. I wouldn&#039;t go anywhere else to park when I fly which is frequently. I did not need help with my bag. Good job! My next reservation if for 4/15 thru 4/30.

    When I returned and left the parking lot, I stopped at a local restaurant so my wife could use the restroom. I never left the car. When my wife returned to the car she noticed my mercedes rear tire rim was missing the inner hub cap. I tried calling thrifty with the number provided but only got their answering service. The answering service provided an additional number and I called it. The option to speak to a manager was #4 so I pressed it and got a voice message stating the number selected is no longer valid. Bottom line... your site is not safe to park a high end vehicle and the number you provide is useless. You state in this email &quot;in this day and age it&#039;s nice to speak to a real representative.&quot; I never did. I will stick with Pre Flight John #729791

    terrible pick up service

    INEXCUSEABLE&amp;gt; it was 12:25 am when I texted our arrival. We orphaned 3 time-- no answer ever. We waited a full 25 min for a van- in the cold with 7 people furious over delay. The driver arrives and says &quot;I am the only one on tonight&quot;--- really????&quot; never ever again !! Park and fly had endless vans-- that will be our choice next time

    This is the best kept secret ever as a local Bostonian- As a FF want dependable, safe, realiable service-this was the most stress free experience- right up there with personal limo service- flight in at 12:30 am and shuttle arrived once received luggage within 15 minutes- car was running and warmed up on a freezing night- so much better than parking at airport and trying to get to central parking when the airport is virutually vacant. Super experience and I have travelled for 20 years off and on from Boston and am a north shore resident. A+

    Due to a snowstorm in the Boston area that morning I did not use the parking lot. I tried to cancel online the morning of 2/13 and received a &quot;no refund available&quot; message. I am not happy with that and therefore will not be using your service again. Thank you.

    Not bad, but learn to park a stickshift better

    Drop off was easy and the shuttle driver was super nice and helped me with my luggage. The return was a little frustrating. Since the pick up area is two islands over at the Delta terminal there was a shuttle waiting when I walked outside but took off before I was able to cross the street or get close enough to flag him down so I ended up having to wait a bit for the next shuttle. I did not call ahead that might have helped. The shuttle driver was super nice and refused to let me carry my stuff, insisted I let him take care of the luggage. Much appreciated! Whoever moved my car to the front for pick up definitely stalled it out, that is unacceptable. I do not like to think this happened multiple times while I was gone. NOT good!!

    I was especially impressed with the check-out process when we returned. The shuttle driver collected our receipt when we boarded and called the information into the office. When we arrived, our car was waiting outside the office--and toasty inside. Once we transferred the luggage, we were off. It&#039;s hard to think of a more efficient process.

    Expect a long wait...

    Upon flying back with 2 kids on an early morning flight, I first texted them at 7:37. We waited outside until 8:15 for them to show up and pick us up. During that time the Preflight Parking van passed by 4 times. May rethink where we park next time!! We have been using them for awhile now and never a problem. May it was better when it was a rental car facility as well. But the staff was friendly and efficient besides the fact that they don&#039;t run the shuttles enough.

    Great Experience

    This is the first time we used this lot. It was a great experience! The drivers on both our departure and our return were pleasant, helpful and informative. On our return, the driver called ahead and upon our arrival at the lot our vehicle was running waiting with a receipt inside. I would recommend this to anyone flying out of Logan!

    we used these services previously, were helped with our luggage without having to ask. when being transported to airport/airline, we were asked about terminal etc.. this time, the attendant behind the desk said we CAN help with your luggage if we WANT to but don&#039;t HAVE to. we were directed to park our car, and then had to drag our luggage to the front of the building and he did help because we asked - with an attitude of course!! we were traveling internationally and then had to drag our luggage from Terminal C all the way through to Terminal E because the driver did not ask. we arrived at terminal C at midnight and the bus never picked us up until 12:45 ish!

    At check-in we asked where we needed to park. My husband went in to the office while I was left to lug the bags to the curb from our car. An employee spotted me and ran over to help. On our return 14 days later, the extension we were to use to call for a pickup was not valid. We tried the number and different extensions 6 or 7 times. Meanwhile my husband spotted the courtesy van and waved. The driver explained that the phone system was changed while we were gone. But now we waited about 20 minutes or more for our car to be found and brought over. So we think the phone number issue was a fluke, but getting our car could have been easier. Why wouldn&#039;t Thrifty move in the cars scheduled to be picked up each day?

    Never Again

    This is the second time I have used this location, the first was in January coming back from an International trip, they locked my keys in the car and it was only good luck that I carried my spare. . Car was snow and ice covered. This past time I texted ahead of the shuttle picking us up and when I go there the wrong vehicle was brought up and I had to remove my car from its parking area.

    Wrong number, extra charge.

    When we arrived at 12:30 AM, the phone number &#40;781-289-0002 ext 6&#41; for the facility that was on our reservation confirmation e-mail did not work. Ext 6 had no answer and ext 4 for the manager just provided recorded jibberish. After trying a couple of the &quot;rental&quot; extensions, we were finally given a different phone number &#40;617-568-0108&#41; which worked... after many rings. The van showed up about 10 minutes later resulting in over a half hour delay in being picked up. On the ride to the facility, the van was playing a very annoying talk radio station discussing cancer. When we went to leave, we were charged an additional $22.00 with no explanation about why.

    A very positive experience...the attendant when picking up the car wanted to call our attention to a tire that was very low. He said he wanted to make sure it was nothing they caused which it wasn&#039;t. We had been having toruble with the tire. Very professional.

    Veterans Discount for Parking in Boston

    I asked for a Military Discount when I called and was told by the person taking my reservations that , it would be taken care of by the location . When I dropped off my car , the person said she does not work in that area&#40;it was at 5:30AM&#41; and she could not help me. But she said you can take care of it when you pick up the car. When I picked up the car , I was told because I prepaid for the car it could not be done .. I talked to the Manager he said that the discount I got was cheaper than Veterans discount , so I go the best available price . I do a lot of business with Thrifty , but I may have to think this through about whether to go there again and recommending your company because e of the run around that I received . It could have all been taken care of if the person that I called in the beginning gave me the Veterans discount&#40;which I commend you for&#41; , instead of saying the location will take of this .I am not happy

    Safety and Convenience

    I love having the car ready no matter the season and in a lighted, attended area. Much safer than the regular airport lot and some of the other private lots for a woman traveling alone.

    Thrifty Parking at Boston is the pits

    I have used Thrifty several times before. This time was terrible! 1. Text message for pickup is broken, 2. Had to phone twice from the airport to be picked up. 3. There was NO ONE at the counter for us to check out. 4. They left my car idling with Aircond going full blast for at least 30 minutes! Inexcuseable. 5. Very upset about the whole process using Thrifty.

    Horrible waste of time

    Terrible experience picking up car upon our return. We waited ~25 min for the shuttle to take us from the airport to the lot. Then, we had to wait an additional 25 min for our car to be found and brought to the lot. This inexcusable waste of time will preclude us from ever leaving our car here sgsin. We will definitely NOT recommend to anyone. As a business traveler, this experience was quite poor.

    I&#039;m writing a shorter version of the review I wrote the last time. With the exception of Adam, your staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. When Adam speaks he never looks at you, and is extremely difficult to understand. He seems very ill-suited for his job. Other than that, our experiences have always been pleasant.

    Very Long Wait to Pick Up Car

    When we arrived, we were not greeted by anyone and had to wait for some time to drop off our car and get a shuttle to the airport. On our return trip, we waited for a long time for a shuttle back to the lot, and the ride was exceptionally bumpy. We did call when we landed with our reservation number, which we assumed would be used to pull our car around. It was not, in fact it was still parked on another lot despite us arriving back exactly when we said we would and having called ahead. We waited for at least 20 minutes from the time we arrived at the lot before our car was brought to us. I don&#039;t think we&#039;ll be returning here.

    Not if you need anything special

    The reservation process was very efficient and simple, and the drive to the airport was fine. However, we were dropped off at the arrival area, not the departure area. Since we needed a wheelchair, I had to first find a place for my husband to sit &#40;nothing in the departure area, but I finally found something sturdy for him.Then I had to go up to the departure area to find an airport employee to get a wheelchair. Upon our return, we were not told we needed to go inside to check out, so when I got to the exit and showed my paid receipt, I was told I needed to get a different receipt.Of course, there was now a line of traffic backed up.Inside, the clerk was on the phone and I needed to wait nearly 10 minutes to get the required paperwork.

    When we arrived on 6/20 Adam was working at the front desk. He barely acknowledged us, and when he did speak to us he didn&#039;t look at us. Neither the couple before us nor we could understand anything he said and all of us kept having to ask him to repeat himself as he was mumbling incomprehensibly. There was no stapler at the desk, so he he wandered away to the back to find one, and returned several min. later with no apology. He was definitely not friendly, only as helpful as he had to be to perform his job and reflected poorly on your company. On 6/24 Rose seemed to be working alone on the valet parking. She brought the wrong car out for us. When she was unable to find our car, my husband had to go out on the lot to locate it.

    The cashier at check out was a punk and didnn&#039;t care that he had parked the car in a puddle so I had togo through 2 inches of water to get to it. He said it wasn&#039;t his problem and I should have worn boots. then he over charged me. I&#039;ve used you in the past and it is doubtful that I&#039;ll be coming back unless something is done about this. I used to recommend you.

    Trifty is easy to get to. The staff is friendly. The trip to the airport was quick. On my return the Trifty bus was waiting outside the terminal. My car was waiting when I got to Trifty and check out was quick. I highly recommend Trifty.

    We have used your parking facility several times now. This time I got my car back and it was covered in feces. It is the dirtier than when I brought it to you. I don't know where it was parked but it's obvious that various birds and animals sat on it and deficated on it. I'm not an unreasonable person but I felt this needed mentioning. I think when a customer leaves a car there for 7+ days that detailing should be included in the price, especially when it's obvious that the car is a mess. I will think twice before using your service again. The people were nice and helpful enough, drivers were helpful and courteous. When I came to pick up the car it took @ 7 minutes for someone to come out and help everyone waiting in line, FYI. Lynn

    I will not use Thrifty again nor will I use ParkRideFly again. I understand things happen, but I don't want them to happen to me.The manager was polite and competent. However, we originally dealt with the assistant manager who was sullen and not managerial material. I did not fully understand that one needed to give 24 hours in order to pick up my car early. Perhaps miscommunications -- still think I will go through another facility and, of course because I came in early, there is no refund. So I think I will try dealing direct through another facility. Live & Learn.

    eserving online was confusing with multiple parking lots. I printed the directions but they were the wrong ones, wasteing one hour driving around the airport.Had to ask directions from construction workers, also called office. I went to ParkRideFly but was told it was the wrong lot. When finally arrived I waited a long time for the counter person's help after dragging my own luggage. I was within an hour of my flight and asked if they could hold the van a couple minutes while I was checked in but they didn't. The next van was caught in a traffic jam so it came 20 minutes later. I had to sprint for my flight with no time to check my bag.I'm a 61 year-old woman with RA(severe arthritis), a handicapped plate,etc.When I returned from the trip, no one answered the phone # on the receipt so I called the other # but no one answered for quite a while. I was not helped with my luggage.

    One of the people who was giving me direction in how to park called me a special.. He apologized afterwords... In the way back no one I mean no one helped us to do the next step to get out... Like at the gate leaving and the security said ohh you need to get back to get the receipt before you leave... I will be more than happy to do so if any body told me.. So customer service in and out is poor in fact is not there.. Me and my girl friend will make sure to leave reviews else where...

    The shuttle driver, Wes, was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. The facility itself was busy when I arrived so I was third in line at the valet counter. *this is why I said no one greeted me- they were all busy with others. I lucked out and the shuttle was there when i exited the airport- no waiting today. Usually always a good experience with you guys. I wish someone would tell me how to join your member club. I've parked there several times and feel like there is a reward program of some sort. no one has talked to me about it.

    Was charged twice for parking at the Thrifty lot at Logan Airport. Paid online with my credit card when booking my reservation and the again was charged when I returned from my trip to pick up my car. Would appreciate it if you could reimburse me. Was told on return, that I wouldnt be charged again because your rep had cancelled the transaction.But upon reviewing my bank account I was charged twice!

    I texted for my car at 7:11 am this morning when I got to the site I had to wait until for them to "get the car" until 7:55. I arrived at the day and time I stated on the reservation, they were not busy, this seems unacceptable to me. I asked to speak to the manager after half an hour, he was busy with someone else. I have not generally had this problem in the past, in fact I recommended them to many folks, which is the only reason I may give it another try.

    Love the shuttle drivers!!! They are so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the past few times the wait time to be picked up at the airport has been a little long. I see buses for other rental companies come by two or three times before I see a thrifty shuttle. Also, when I picked up my car the drivers seat was reclined...a lot. The mirrors were readjusted which I don't understand because the parking lot is onsite...it didn't have far to go. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Last December I parked my car and when I returned 37 miles was put on my car...unacceptable!! The time before that 2 empty dunkin donut coffee cups were left on the floor and they weren't mine...I don't drink coffee. It concerns me that possibly two people were in my car when it was unnecessary. It only takes one to drive it. As reasonably priced as this company is I don't think I will be using it again.

    For the second time in the past year, my truck's battery got drained because one of your attendants apparently disregarded a note that I pasted to the steering wheel regarding my admittedly quirky ignition switch. I also pasted a red circle around the switch with an arrow to indicate the proper position that the key had to be when removed. The one positive point is that upon my return today, a gentleman named Juan was very efficient and helpful in getting my vehicle started. Unfortunately, I am not sure that I want to take a chance with your facility on my next trip.

    The only issue I had with your facility is that we had to wait to have the car brought around when we came back for pickup. The shuttle trips to and from the airport were fine. The check in process when we returned to retrieve car was efficient but the car was not ready even though the shuttle driver had called it in, in fact after waiting I had to ask again and then that employee quickly went and retrieved the car.

    On drop off one bus was asked to wait while I grabbed my bag and he ended up taking off. The next bus drove right past myself and another customer without asking if we were waiting for the shuttle. Luckily there was a third bus shortly after and we made our flights on time. On the return the shuttle drive was excellent and very friendly. He called in to have my car ready...when we got to the lot my car was not ready. I waited 15 minutes before finally going inside and asking again for my car. The desk clerk paged the driver and it still took another 5 minutes before they went over to my car to bring it to me. It was in a very easy to reach spot so this while unacceptable service. They didn't even apologize for the absurd wait time. They were rude. I ended up being a half hour late to work because of all their delays and terrible service. I hope I don't have to use this facility again, unfortunately I may have to due to time and cost constraints. ParkRideFlyUSA.com is a great site though!!

    When one first enters the facility it is a little confusing with many cars parked about. Likewise, one doesn't get an immediate idea of where one should go to check in. But once past those hurdles everything works well. Our departure from the facility was impressive. We were picked up at the airport by a very friendly and helpful driver; he put our luggage on board. When we arrived at the facility our car was standing ready and the driver put our luggage in the car. Terrific service!

    On arrival at Logan Airport, I waited outside the terminal for more than 50 minutes before a Thrifty shuttle arrived, and it only arrived because another customer called in to complain. (The resulting lack of sleep that night actually caused a serious financial loss for me the next day.) When I initially arrived at the Thrifty facility, the staff there ignored me.

    Awful experience. Thrifty lost our vehicle, we waited over 3 hrs to have our vehicle located and we had to contact the Revere police for help as the Thrifty manager just kept saying that they were getting our car. This was awful and deceitful. Our kids were upset as we stood on a sidewalk over 3 hrs with cars and shuttle buses zipping in and out next to us. NO offer of food or drink as it was dinner time. This made us miss dinner and party arrangements we were to attend. Thrifty is suppose to cancel us having to pay for this reservation. This was awful. Never again and I definitely won't recommend

    When arrived asked to leave keys in car unlocked. Left the key in ignition, got a call later that day asking to have key overnighted to parking. So basically, I am out a key that cost me $250 to replace(sorry, we don't cover that). I will be telling others not to use your service. My sister had brought her car down-so it was her key. I feel terrible I do not have $250 to replace the key that your company lost. Luckily it was a single key hanging on a pair of glasses you use at the tanning salon.

    I did not wait long for the shuttle to the airport and as soon as I came out when I arrived there was a shuttle waiting so I did not have to call. They called ahead so when we arrived at the home base my car was waiting for me. Would use again.

    I've been using Thrifty Park N Fly (Boston) for a number of years and have never had a problem. Everyone from the shuttle bus driver to the people at the desk are very pleasant and helpful.

    On the return trip we sere standing on the curb at Terminal E and the courtesy van did not even stop and drove by as I was waiving at it. At midnight we had to wait another half hour for the van. I called and was given a feeble excuse that the van may have been full. It was not. The driver and the clerk I complained to was rude, unfriendly and could care less. This is the first time I encountered such poor customer service

    It was very easy to find and to use. Where to go with my car when first arriving was a little confusing though. There weren't any signs to tell you where to park when you checked in. Also, I would rather my car had not been running when I arrived. I would prefer they had turned it off, I would have requested so if I had known.

    I had an amazing experience! I travel at least once a month and have always had trouble figuring out how to get to the airport and be picked up. NO MORE! I will use your service from now on and never have to worry. I will also recommend it to my co-workers who travel a lot, as well.

    Everything wert will except the shuttle to pick us up at the airport (1:00 am) took to long. Other companies vans were seen four and five times before the Thrifty van showed up. The driver told me I must have just missed the last one - but they knew I was there waiting because I texted the reservation pickup to them.

    Your staff couldn't find my prepaid information in the system and had a difficult time in general even though I gave them a copy of it upfront. The return was interesting, they wanted to charge me for what I already prepaid, they brought out 3 cars that weren't mine, it was the first time in about 18 times using your facility that everything went wrong from beginning to end!

    we got back to the airport at 1230 am and waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to return to our vehicle,when we got there our vehicle was at some other parking overflow,one of the employee had put the wrong return time in the computer of 1230 pm,so we had to wait a long time for the car while the other customers had there cars there and running and left while we were tired from flight and waited another half an hour to drive home a hour and 15 minutes,i am thinking it was a mistake an i am hoping it will not happen the next time i use this facility(thrifty)rt 60 revere mass.returned on 1/31/12

    Only complaint was that we were told to text our number so that our car would be ready and all warmed up. This did not happen. We arrived and they had to find our car then. Not a big deal, but if you're not going to provide the service than don't tell us that you are.

    I prepaid all CONFIRMED fees via a 3rd party booking agent in advance. At checkout, I was abruptly informed that I owed another $22, with the desk agent telling me it was "in the computer" without any indication of the reason for the extra fee. When I asked to speak to the person in-charge, I was told the extra fee was on account of my arriving an hour later than expected (1:30AM instead of 12:30AM). Only when I told the rep that this is &%#%$^&hit was the additional fee waived. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO REPRESENT YOUR GOOD NAME.

    Prior to getting on the shuttle to go to the airport, my wife fell. The bus driver immediately went to help her up. Although still in pain, we are going to use your shuttle service in September 2012. By that time she should be okay. This is not the first time she has fallen and will not be the last. Overall I would rate this facility, top notch.

    I found it odd that my car had 9 additional miles on it. I asked someone in the staff and he mentioned that there's another parking facility located 2.5 miles away. I then asked the manager, and he said that there's a facility located 3 miles away. The math didn't make sense because one round trip = 6 miles or two round trips = 12 miles. He then changed his story and said there's also another facility located about 2 miles away and maybe there was a round trip there as well. I asked for punch out records and he did not have these available. I'm really concerned whether or not my car was taken for a joy ride or if some valuable parts (like airbags) have been removed. Next time I'll pay a little more, park the car myself and have piece of mind.

    I was quoted $88.00 for our stay, but when my husband checked out, I later looked at the bill and Thrifty had charged us $107.00 stating we went over the limit of stay. I was not very happy with the bill, but we were back home before I read it. It was our mistake on not reading the receipt before leaving, but we did not go over the quoted estimate amount for our stay. We use this shuttle several times a year and we will be parking in the boston area again in March. I will be searching else where due to this issue. Otherwise everything else was fine.     Greeting upon arrival isn't immediate. I had to wait at the desk for a few minutes. I don't mind the wait, but there's never any acknowledgement from the staff, so I don't know if I should continue waiting or try to get their attention. They need to learn to make eye contact, so that the customer knows that they are aware.

    I have used this service with this location before, and I generally find it great. However, on my return this time, the checkout was delayed by staff that did not respond to me waiting at the checkout desk, even though they did see me. It took some time for someone to handle my checkout.

    I find the P/R/F facilty convenient, although the directions may be a bit confusing. The facility is on the South side of 1A, but directions, would seem to lead you on 1A south coming off 93 in Boston from Logan, when it fact its North to the turn-around

    Had to call 3times for pickup at the airport while we watched all the other company shuttles pass by. Took 20 minutes to check out even though we had a prepaid voucher. We called ahead with our number but our car was not ready when we got there almost 1/2 hour later

    there was some questions I had on my stub when I got home i called for clarification. It was more than my pre-paid amount. I guess I inadvertedly gave a voucher of a booking from Providence. Don't know how that happened as I've never used parkridefly when I fly out of Providence. They corrected the charges and I am now e-mailing Joseph White a copy of my prepaid parking voucher

    The Checkin was OK as was the shuttle to and from the airport. Jose was my driver (the only pleasant part to using facility) both ways and he was friendly and helpful. The problem was with the return. I called when I returned, gave my reservation number so my car would be waitng for me as adertised and the shuttle was waiting when I exited the terminal. Jose called again so my car would be waiting for me. Two more times there were calls "made and reservation number supplied so my car would be waiting for me. When I arrived at the office I went to the valet desk and was told at would be a few minutes for my car. 10 minutes later I was asked if I was waiting for my car and the rude young man took my reciept and told me it would be a few minutes and my car would be out. I told him it had already been a few minutes and his reply was "well then it will be a few more minutes" in a very nasty tone. He did bring my car up front, got out of the car and just walked away without saying a word. I will be posting how rude the people are at this facility on facebook and trip advisor. The price was good but the treatment was not worth the price. Someone should remind the workers at this facility that they have a job because customers "choose" to park there. It is just as easy to use the competition.

    There were many people working the day of departure however not a single person helped us with our luggage. I dropped oure bags & was told I need to move to another line I repacked the car & move to a spot i was told to go to. Then I had to take our luggage fro mthere to the same spot I had it in the first palce.

The only problem we had was that the car was not ready when we arrived due to a miss understanding on the dates of return. Not a problem though and we were treated professinally.     I will never use Thrifty at Logan AIrport again. Person at check in was rude. Upon return they could not find my car and had it listed as a GREEN Grand Cherokee, but they did have the correct license plate. I never stated a color and my jeep is gold. Finally when they told me they were looking for a green car after 30 minutes, and I told them it was gold, they found it. Once they found it, they could not bring it to me as they had locked the keys in the console when I dropped the car off on Friday. Fortunately I had a spare set with me. According to the magager Mr. Thomas Assatly - [email protected] I should get a full refund. He said he could not do it as I had prepaid, but to contact you and if needed have you e-mail him to ensure I am refunded my money. Mr. Assatly was extremely personable and very apologetic. It is too bad more of the employess at this facility are not like him. I tried reaching you for over 30 minutes but received a constant busy signal at 1-866-922-7275. Please contact me in order to remedy this fiasco. Thank you

    My fist impression of your facility was not a good one. We arrived to pick up our car to find that someone had got into our car went through the glove box and the center console and through everything all over the car and our GPS system that is in the dashboard of our car was smashed. We were extremely upset of what we found. No one apoligized for what had happened we were given a claim form to fill out and told this happens all the time. We were charged for the parking for the days we left our car to be found damaged.That is not right! We will never use your place again!

    Waited 15 minutes or so, was happy to text, but would have liked service faster. Extra care when when picked up car and needed air in the tires, it was given in a nice, easy way. I actually was impressed with the care, although the facility seemed small the hearts seemed large!

    When I arrived at the lot around 615 am on the 8th of OCT the attendent had a problem with entering my reservation into the computer and decided to give me a numbered claim check. When I arrived back yesterday morning around 930AM it took about 40 minutes to locate my car. Poor customer service to say the least! The real frustratoin was no one, including the manager,took "ownership of the problem".

    This was my second time using this facility. First time I used this facility, there was no problem. This time, the return/check out process was unprofessional and unpleasant. Our vehicle had an additional 5 miles on the odometer. We had no knowledge, was never informed, or was anything posted posted that vehicle would be moved to another lot. When I had asked to speak to the manager about my concern, I patiently waited, during my wait, I was rudely greeted by the lot supervisor who asked about my needs. Following the explanation about the mileage and off location parking by the manager, I found my steering wheel repositioned, seat repositioned and dirt/grease marks on the inside of the door and on the steering wheel. I didn't mention the fingerprints due to the unpleasant experience I had already had. And lastly, during checkout, the Thrifty partking receipt had an additional $14 charge with no explanation. I called Thrifty, the person told me that the receipt I got at checkout had "no value" and I would not be charged this amount. I am still watching for the transaction to process on my credit card, to make sure I wasn't charged the additional $14.

    The overall appearance of the facility is neat and clean with courteous professional workers. We arrived from an international flight and from clearing customs to getting in our car it took 15 minutes. If we had parked at the airport in long term parking it would have taken longer. An excellent, effiicent operation. Thanks

    We did not use the shuttle back to the airport, as we were there picking up our own car that we parked at your place. We returned in a rental from VA after being evacuated from the Outer Banks in NC. Nightmare. Your Thrifty services were just fine. Thanks.

    Our return was during a busy time. We were picked up at Terminal A at Logan but had to leave many others at the curb as we dropped off folks at other terminals. I would recommmend dropping off folks at the departure level before going around to the arrival level to pick folks up. Kind of hectic and disorganized at times.

    We waited 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. We tried to call the facility after 20 minutes and there was no answer, The driver's English was so bad that the only thing he could say as far as an explanation was "Traffic". Very poor service and extremely poor communication. We will certainly convey our experience with our colleagues.

    Everything went well except when we returned to the facility. The was problems with the computers so I had to wait a while to have my receipt printed and the driver called ahead for our vehicle to be retrieved by valet and we still had to wait for it when we got to the lot.

    It is a nice experience in Thrifty valet parking. It is very convenient to park there. When I got back from my trip and got on Thrifty shuttle, the driver asked me for the valet parking number and told Thrifty staff that I am going to pick up my car. Then when I arrived Thrifty parking lot, my car had already been there.

    Your documentation should make it clear that the Thrifty lot is farther from Logan than other rental lots - I nearly missed my flight because I didn't allow enough time to get to the lot, then back to the airport. On return, my car was ready for me, but it wasn't clear that I needed to check in again inside - I thought my original receipt was sufficient to exit. I was also really confused by the receipt I was issued at the end, which had a completely different amount from the amount I paid originally; that whoud have been explained

    It worked out great! I used to be able to get a ride to the airport bus in Framingham, but can not longer do that. You will see me again, although I am not n.. Thanks againand am a Religious and don't travel that much. Yesterday we got bumped twice on our return from St. Louis, and I called to extend my original agreemnet. everyone was great. a wonderful friendly driver from the airport on the return. Thanks again.

    Waited for 1/2 hour for shuttle from airport. Asked the driver of a thrifty bus if he also took parkridefly customers, he said no. We called 4 times, finally we found out the driver Steve was in error.

    We arrived at our home airport (Boston Logan)after midnight last night. the bus driver was very pleasant, acomodating and forthright. I wish the checkout was a bit smoother though, the agent at the cash register didn't know how to complete the paperwork, and the bus driver had to come in and fuss with the computer to generate the appropriate receipt to allow us to exit. It was nice to have the car there at the door waiting for us. we'll use you again I hope.

    I had difficulty booking on line. I was told the coupon I'd been emailed and printed was invalid even though the dates were current. The day of the flight out I went to PRFUSA but it was told to go to Thrifty. At Thrifty the staff(woman) was rude when she say I had not printed the RIGHT email with a barcode. The woman on the phone I reserved with said only "Print the email". I waited a very long time for the shuttle to bring me back to the lot. My tire was flat but no one had noticed.

    We were not greated when we pulled in, however, when we went to the desk, the clerk was extremely pleasant and efficient, and we were on our way. On our return, we waited no more than 2 minutes for the shuttle. The driver was friendly and courteous. If we ever fly out of Boston again, we will definitely use this facility.

    Boston Airport Location was very busy and there was not much personalized service, person to person contact, at the facility for those using the park and ride program. I did enjoy that our car was ready for pick up when we arrived at the facility. i would recommend the facility to others but with a warning that it may be very busy when you arrive or pick up the car.

    Was VERY dissatisfied with the counter clerks on both drop-off and return. I found them both to be very rude and insensitive to the customer. Otherwise, was satisfied with shuttle service, drivers, pricing and convenience. I'll give them one more chance and then find someplace else!

    My car was not waiting for me when I returned (granted my plane landed 30 minutes early, however, even if my flight landed ontime, my car still would not have been there). The attendant checked-out everyone else behind me, including arrivals on the shuttle that arrived after the one I rode, before making any effort to locate my car. After looking unsucessfully around the main lot, he had to get someone to drive to another lot to get it (adding yet more time to my wait). Having arrived on the curb to catch the shuttle just after 11PM, I did not get my car until after midnight.

    We were unable to find your parking facility. We received vague directions on-line. Bad experience trying to navigate Boston. We wound up parking at Logan's Economy parking lot. I called Christina and she said to call her back after we returned home from our trip in order to facilitate our refund as we pre-paid on-line.

    -I had a great deal of difficulty finding your facility. It is much more recognizable as a Thrifty Rental agency than valet parking. -I prepaid and the plane landed about 20 minutes later than initially planned. I texted the facility before midnight but actually checked out of parking lot after midnight. The girl who gave me the charge slip was rude--telling me roughly to wait "over there" and someone would be with me when they could. She stood at rental counter for another five minutes without customers and then went over to valet counter and handed me slips with greater charge than I'd prepaid but gave no explanation. When I asked her if I should present one to the attendant in the lot, her reply was, "You think?" -Van drivers were very courteous and helped with luggage at airport.

    Your reservations were easy to make on line and directions were really good. When I went to drop off my car the guy behind the counter was very unpleasant to deal with. He didn't talk, never made eye contact,and grunted instructions. The guys that drove me to the airport and picked me up were really really nice and helped me with my luggage. I think it would be helpful to tell people how long it will take to pick up. I had no idea what to expect and didn't expect you to come in 5 minutes but also didn't know when to get worried. Thanks for the service. I also like the fact that you emailed me right after.

    Upon leaving I found compartments in my car were opened. A used Dunkin Donuts styrophome cup was in mycup holder and when I opened it there was alcohol in it. Additionally 28.5 miles had been added to my odometer. Joe, manager, was embarrassed and apologetic, however, I will decide in the next 24 hours if I am calling the police. Someone drove my car while I entrusted it to YOUR care while drinking alcohol for some 30 miles. That is both DUI and theft. TBD after I call my attorney - be advised.

    Cars seemed a bit tight (very close to one another) which worries me because of the likeliness of dents from opening car doors too far. Otherwise the place looked fine and the staff pleasant. Our car was warming up and ready when we got to the parking lot. Quick in and out which we liked.

    I am not sure I would use your service again. Long wait to be picked up...then texting the number so my car would be waiting is a great idea....if it worked. The driver also called it in twice. I still had to wait 22 minutes for the car. I think it is suppose to be easier then this.

    Park ride fly and thrifty both charged me. One charged 80 the other 64. That's quite a descrepency. It is touted that reservations should be made to ensure parking. It was never conveyed that it was a pre-pay at a higher rate. I will not be reserving again. The Thrifty people were very confused and couldn't understand the issue, thus they were of no help and directed me to park ride fly. Stacy from park ride fly was very nice and fixed the issue. Overall, it took about 5 days (3 thrifty and 2 park ride fly) and several phone calls to fix. The answer to #6 above is "I'm not sure" but that wasn't an option.

    I arrived in the middle of the night due to a three hour flight delay that was due to weather. I was tired. I waited a long time for the van. When I called to inquire about it I was met with attitude and outright rudeness because I could not identify the number of the terminal I was waiting at. Stand outside by the courtesy van sign at Logan and see if you see a terminal number ANYWHERE. There are none. My car sat for only a week but I found it not behaving well when I drove back home. I won't blame that on you. Its an old car. But the discourtesy and attitude that awaited a tired traveler at 2:30 am when all the staff were really interested in was their midnight snacks of chicken wings? Not only will I not use your facility again, as I do have a choice, I will let my friends know its not a good idea. The two van drivers were pleasant and helpful, they could drive the speed limit however.

    I waited at the Airport in the cold for over 45 mins with a six months old infant. Other companies circled twice and one company drove by three times while we waited.We were very happy when the bus arrived. He was friendly and helpful(the Asian male). When we arrived at the lot the car wan't ready. My bags were placed at the side of the building. The dispatcher made several calls to have someone locate the car and bring it to me. The driver finally showed up with the car and walked away.The bus driver asked why the car wasn't ready and she stated that she was in the bathroom. We dragged the bags from where they were stored and loaded them our selves. We weren't given any instructions on how to exit the premises.No one was incharge this morning.

    I was a little aprehensive about pulling into the facility. I had not encountered the spikes preventing vehicles from exiting the facility the wrong way and I was concerned with getting four flat tires. The drop off ares seemed a bit chatoic but the lot attendants got me squared away in short order. Upon returning I was pleasantly surprised to have my vehicle up front and warming up for me.I will certianly use your services the next time i fly and will reccomend you to friends and family.     I found the total experience quite pleasant. We lucked out that the Thrifty shuttle was just pulling up as I was talking to the dispatcher. Perfect timing.     The only issue we had was that the bus to the airport was extremely cold during a snowstorm. We were wearing very light jackets for a trip to FL from MA, so were surprised, as if we were in our car, we'd have just been dropped to the airport door and not had the cold ride. Upon return, we did wait at least 15 minutes for the van to pick us up and it was about midnight, but were extremely thrilled that our car was sitting there with the engine running and the heater on! The checkout was flawless and much quicker than anyone that didn't go through this website, so we would DEFINATELY use this site and Thrify again without a doubt. The few little issues were FAR outweighed by all the wonderful positives! We won't ever drive to the airport again, or use any other fly and park place.

    Departure was fine. I did not wait too long at all to be picked up at the airport. When I got on the shuttle the driver wanted my ticket to call ahead to have my car ready. Everyone's car was ready but mine. I had to wait ten additional minutes. My big problem was that my personal seat adjustments and steering wheel was altered, which I find very inconsiderate. The other problem was my rubber fiture on the top of my emergency break was missing. I do not know why the person who moved my car would put use my emergency break. I reported this to the parking lot attendant and he said it would tek me a half hour to file a report. I decided that it was not worth it, but I was very frustrated that my car was damged and persoanl settings in my car were altered. I was not satisfied with my experience.

    This time, I used Thrifty valet parking, and had to park away from the office and walk thru large puddles to get to the office, which did not make me happy, being somewhat handicapped. But on the return, my car was waiting for me, warmed up, and the attendant kindly went to the office to get my receipt for me, so that made up for it.

    I filled out and paid for the parking online. dates, times, car type, color, plate # when I arrived an attendant said leave the keys in the car, so i did. the got on the shuttle and left Having read my confirmation, I noted that i would need my bar coded receipt to check out. (I should have left a copy in the car) Nobody at the facility told me I must check in and get another receipt inside, prior to leaving. So upon my return on a red eye flight,i had a bit of a hassle getting the car, luckily the car was not buried too deep. It seems to me that all they had to do was run the plate # and see that i was a paying customer. maybe a little more detail on the facility instruction line would have helpful to me.

    Mostly a good experience, but picking up the car at the end was chaotic. Things were very busy, which I understand can happen, but I was directed to an empty counter and waited a while (5 minutes) before anyone showed up. I don't mind waiting, but it was unclear if I was in the right place or if anyone was going to appear, that was annoying.

    The drop off process was disorganized. I was not sure which lane to park in and I had to ask several people were I was suposse to park and where to go to "check in". There was no one at the valet parking desk. A female did stop at the desk and said just to get on the bus. I was not provided with a ticket nor did I know I was suppose to get one. On the return I asked for the ticket. I had to show the driver which car was mine. He was very helpfull and went to get it after he dropped me at the parking desk.

    My only suggestion would be that the valet parking should be better marked when you first pull in the lot and when you make the reservation someone at the lot should be able to help you when you call in. I called in and they could not find my reservation. I had no problem when I went to the lot just when I phoned in.

    We left our car there Thursday evening, 2/17 and most things went well. The facility was very crowded and the staff were busy and not so friendly, but the transactions were handled very efficiently. The van driver helped us with our heavy luggage and was very friendly. We really want to complement him. We are now in France. We arranged for a French family with whom we are exchanging houses to pick up our car. I gave a typed note indicating the name of the family and that they were authorized to pick up the car to the guy at the Thrifty desk. I was told that the French family could not pick up our car unless they had the claim check. Fortunately, we were able to meet them here in France before they left for the US and able to give them the claim check. However, if our connections had not worked well, this would not have happened. When I telephoned to make our reservation I inquired about this situation and was told there would be no problem with another party picking up our car. I am concerned because we need to make another reservation for the return when they will drop the car off at the Logan Airport Thifty and we need to pick up our car, but will not be able to get the claim check from them. Can we sill pick it up or will the guy on the desk tell us we can't have our own car if we don't have the claim check? This is a serious concern and I would appreciate your response before we make another reservation. Thank you. Sincerely, David Entin, at [email protected] P.S.     I was very pleased with the service and especially the discount for veterans. The only problem I had was I left my gloves on the counter when I dropped the car off. I called from the airport and they had the gloves and told me they would be in lost & found when I returned. On our return at 7PM at night I was told that lost & found was only 8am to 5pm and that it was locked up. Since we live 2 hours north in New Hampshire this was not good news to me. I am surprised that someone does not have a key to lost & found since arrivals are all hours of the day and night. Now I have to pay for postage to have the gloves mailed to me. Not good.

    Your staff work diligently and courteously on our behalf. One thing I would suggest is that, on your directions, the U turn should be made more explicit. The first time a person goes there from the south he expects the u turn to be made from the left lane as most do. It should read" stay in the left lane and make u turn under route 1A to reverse direction. Now I know how to do it. Again the overall experience was terrific.

    The lot was overcrowded and there was no sign for valet parking (they told me there was one, but that it was behind a parked car. I never saw it). I was redirected THREE times. The first time, they made me move backwards through a tight space. The second, they put my in a spot where I blocked the incoming shuttle bus, and the third was ok, but I had to go and ask what to do. No one came over to instruct me to leave the key in the car or where to go. I understand that you were busy, but 4 different people told me different things to do. Get your act together. That said, the return trip (past midnight) was very pleasant and quick. For that alone, I would probably be willing to use this service again.

I was told to present the coupon, and was not told that i would also need the paid voucher. Luckily I had kept it, or I wqas told that I would have to pay again. I paid through INternet, and I suggest that your records reflect payment at the time of departure to eliminate possibility of being charged twice. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and wewill use it again.

    witnessed employee of facility being rude to an elderly woman who was in front of me in line. She didnt understand her receipt and the employee was very rude in explaining to her. Explained how to start my car and note was left on dash and yet attendant (sam eattendant who was rude) couldnt start my car and i had to go move it myself and go back and forth to check out.

    the worst experience i have ever had with a company, not that mistakes were made, i understand that happens but. waited about 1 hour for my car once i got back to the lot, no one seemed to care or wanted to help at all. i had to continue to ask employees where my car was and was given a different answer each time, one person told me i wasnt due back until 12/30 and that was the issue. well it was 12/30. it took me asking 3 different people before anything was done about it. then when the car did arrive they parked it in line in the back of the lot and i had to go get it and drive it to where our bags were. you would think that someone knowing how upset i was would have brought the car up to the front ASAP. i could go on and on. my rating is a 0 but that is not an option. both drivers were great, they seem to be the only people who care at all, this is only a reflection of the people working inside / at the place.

    Waited over 90 minutes from the time of sending text notification to actually receiving car at 12am midnight. A storm has hit the night before, leaving considerable snow. Regardless, I arrived exactly when I told Thrifty I would be arriving AND notified them via text message notification yet I still waited for hours. Other frustrated customers were visibly upset in the office. One poor woman's car was completely lost. I will not be patronizing Thrifty in the future.

    Last night we waited for over 2 1/2 hours at the Thrifty location for our car to be located at a remote parking lot and returned to us. Part of the delay was due to a big snowstorm (which had ended 24 hours earlier), but one employee admitted they had been short staffed by three employees since Christmas. The most frustrating part was that at least 15 other parking customers came and went while we were waiting patiently for our car. One staff member (a short,middle-aged Caucasian woman) was quite rude to our request for information or help, though the manager on duty (a young African American man) was more helpful and forthcoming.

    Everything went fine except when I picked up my truck up it had four more miles on it then when I dropped it off, the lot is not that big, so were did the four miles come from. If you store the vehicles off site,then you should inform your customers upon making reservations, please contact me with an answer.

    When picking up my car this afternoon I quickly noticed that my fuel tank was no longer full. I know this because I had filled the tank prior to dropping it off. The tank was down a quarter of the tank. Also, the driver's seat was in a reclined position and the radio was tuned to the local sports radio station. It appeared as if some one was sitting in the car with it running and listening to sports radio for quite sometime. I will never use this facility again and adise others to stay away as well.

    It was a very pleasant experience from the first phone call making an inquiry to booking the reservation and parking at the facility. We will definitely use your services again and recommend it to others. Much easier than parking at the airport and a tremendous cost savings. Shuttle was fast and courteous. Great Job done by all.

No one offered to take our bags from our car when it specifically mentions that as part of the service in the aggreement.     Facility appearance was fine when we arrived and overall good but service was questionable. The check out was tedious and redundant. For example, a similar service I used when upon return, your receipt is on your seat in your vehicle and you simply drive away. We were prepaid and to have to go into the facility to get a receipt, asked for vehicle ID paper which was already given to the shuttle driver, had to look up car and get a receipt was long. Since we gave all the info to the shuttle driver, we thought the process would have been completed prior to us arriving at the facility. The price was good and comparable

    no wait when checking in. Very quick this time. ride to Logan was real quick only to people in van. I did not have to wait for the van at my return to Logan one was right at curbside to pick me up. I was lucky I guess. I was the only passenger. Very, very, convenient and quick. Only question I had the receipt I got from Thrifty to exit the lot indicated the charge for my stay was a bit lower than what was charged on my credit card from park-N-fly.

    Very efficient. Geraldine was so helpful-we were mixed up when we lost our way in Lynn. She was our courteous and NON-condescending GPS until we reached Thrifty rigt on time!!! Give that girl a raise. We will come back because of that. However, there is a contradiction in your return procedure documents ( you may want to fix them) The receipt from the online booking said Thrifty would have continuous shuttles every 5 minutes-no need to call. When none came by after 20 min. I dug out my cardboard parking stub which said to call. Also we had to wait for our car about 20 minutes even though both the driver of the shuttle and the man at the check-in desk called for it. A young valet man eventually asked us and then retrieved it. Just mis-communication but I thought you would like to know. Thank you.

    Upon return to pick up my car, they couldn't find it at first, then realized they put it in the overflow parking lot 5 minutes away, then found the car but couldn't find the key. They asked me to help identify it and were suggesting that I use a spare key that I had but couldn't offer what they'd do if they couldn't find my key... finally they did find the key, and got the car. It took 50 minutes in all.

    Easy to get to from the Pike. Close to airport. Staff were very nice and pleasant. The reservation process was simple. Overall - it made our vacation nicer by having a great place to drop off the car and it was running and warmed up for us when we picked it up after the trip was over.

    When we arrived at your facility we were not greeted by anyone. After several minutes I parked my park in the most logical spot and went looking for an attendant. In the building I did find two staff members that did help me. When then had to wait approx 15 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to take us to the airport not the 5 minutes that was advertised. The driver was helpful and did assist us with our baggage. Our return trip was just fine. We only had to wait about 3 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and our car was out and ready when we arrived.

    Just wanted to tell you this story. We got back a little late last night from our vacation because when ParkRideFly retrieved our car, it was covered with what look like hundreds of solidified gobs of brown dirt. But then we realized it was bird poop. Never seen any bird poop like that before. So after a little hesitation due basically to cowardice and not liking to confront people, we insisted the staff clean it off. First they tried to clean it off the windshield using towels and windex, but didn't have much luck. It was really on solid. So finally we backed it up by the building and they got out a hose and big squeegee-on-a-stick, and sprayed and squeegeed until it was mostly gone, and then I got out and took the squeegee and finished off what they missed (at my wife's insistance - they seemed to get a kick out of that.) Then I told the chief-of-staff that they must have seen this before, and he claimed he had seen it only a couple of times, out of thousands of cars they park every week. I don't really believe that. What got me was that they would have let us drive away without doing anything if we hadn't asked them to clean it. I probably would have had to pay for two carwashes to get it cleaned, judging from the amount of effort they needed to put in. Then when we got home, rather hilariously there was this pro-forma email from you waiting for us, thanking us for our patronage and saying that 'we hope you found our services to be more than you expected.' Indeed we did. No hard feelings, but I'd like to suggest that you have a policy, and inform the staff, that when a car comes back from your lot in this condition, the staff will identify the condition ON THEIR OWN and will voluntarily clean the car WITHOUT BEING ASKED. Its only good business. Other than that, we liked the service and will use it again. I would have given it 5 stars - but I knocked off one star for the bird poop. (But be forwarned, I follow a three-strikes-and-you're-out policy.)

    the folks that answered the customer service line were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful. I called once to ask a few questions and she was great and my daughter called once for directions (she was lost) and she got great help. The shuttle to the airport took awhile to pick up at the lot (not expected) but it was made up for by the rapid response for pick up at the airport upon return. All in all, we will try it again, and see how it goes.

    Counter staff was uniformly surly and unfriendly(both drop-off and pick-up). Stood at counter several minutes in front of one of them and she never even looked up. Eventually someone else came in and took care of me. Conversely, the drivers (both ways) were friendly, courteous, talkative and totally a pleasure to be with. Do all these employees work for the same company??

    There were two staff at the counter when I was waiting to check in and then when I was waiting to check out. There were two people in line in front of me each time. I thought someone else from the back should have come to the desk to assist once there were a few people in line. The drive to the airport, I had to wait a while at a terminal before mine, due to the fact that there was a client needing a wheel chari transport. The bus I was in waited for a car to arrive to pick the person up. Then the wheelchair was placed in the bus - blocking the front door. Joan

    When we arrived, there were so many cars, that we had to leave the keys and take the shuttle to the airport to avoid missing the flight; no one told us what to do when we returned, and we needed to go into the office to get a receipt. That kind of information is not on your website, and so we were worried and confused on the return trip on your shuttle when we didn't have a receipt. Signage and instructions on the website would be helpful.

    We arrived and went to the Valet check in line. No one acknowledged us nor greeted us. We stood there for 10 minutes and could not get anyone to even look at us. Finally someone came over to the counter and was not friendly at all. We expected our luggage to be handled but no one was there to help. The ride to and from the airport and the drivers were very friendly and helped with our bags. Upon return from the airport the lot attendants told us our car was ready and we just needed to load our luggage and leave. But at the security gate we were told we needed a receipt, which made sense. Inside the office the agent was helpful and the security gate attendant was also very patient waiting for us. Overall the convenience and location was good, but the service was sub par. We may give you a second try.

    Upon arriving at your facility from the airport, we were dropped off at the door, as expected. We waited for our vehicle until we were the last people left on that particular shuttle. No one mentioned anything to us. We got in line and waited to be assisted. Only after waiting several minutes did someone call us to the counter to let us know that there was a problem with our vehicle (dead battery, and because it's a hybrid, they would not jumpstart). The customer service guy suggested we call AAA, which we do not have. He refused to take any responsibility that his company or one of his employees might have had something to do with the battery in our new, 2010 Prius being dead. He went so far as to say "If it's our fault, of course we will take responsibility, but obviously it's not our fault. These things happen all the time". He gave us a ride over to our car (in the overflow lot) and waited while the guy he uses to jump vehicles showed up. It was a short wait - less than 5 minutes - and his guy wasn't quite sure how to jump start a Prius, so we got out the manual and talked him through it (which is difficult to do when he is INTOXICATED! Yes, that's correct. Granted it was 11pm, and what people do on their time off is not my problem. But if this guy is on-call, maybe someone should be checking up to make sure he's not drinking on the clock.) Once the car was started, it was evident that the interior light was left on and the hazard lights were also on. The customer service person apologized and gave us a free coupon for up to a week's parking (which we're certainly not in any rush to use, ever). He was quite gracious once he realized it was his (or one of his employee's) error, but the appropriate response, right from the start, should be "I'm not sure what happened, but we'll take care of it", not the response we received, which somehow made it into our fault/responsibility after flying for 10 hours after our honeymoon, at 11pm.

    The only suggestion I would make is that the shuttle drivers should not begin driving back to the Thrifty lot without getting everyone's information (i.e. if they have a rental reservation or if they are a valet parking customer). This process is always confusing, more so if there are several people on the shuttle at once. Other than that our experience using Thrifty has alwys been great.

    the Driver who took me to and from the airport was great, polite and helpful, check in and checkout was fine, the problem I found that money not a lot , about 3 dollars in bills and about 2 in change was missing from my holder, I had left for the return tolls and not having to look in purse on departure to tolls, I think that was very petty for someone to take that. I always leave change for tolls, and for on street parking in that container, it was not visible but in the holder next to the steering wheel. also it appeared that someone had riffed through my glove compartment, for that reason, I will not use this company again, the amount of money is not the problem as it was small, but the fact that someone would take it, is an issue with me.

    Nice facility and check-in was smooth. Check-out however could have been smooth, but I was charged an extra $200 on top of the $150 I already paid. I tried to talk to the manager about the double charge and I could hardly understand him, as he was foreign. I looked up my bank account on my phone and showed him the double charge. He just said, 'it was wrong'. My bank account say's otherwise. $350 for 13 days of parking is NOT a good deal.

    My expectation was that I would be able to drive up and get my luggage and kids into a van after showing my prepaid voucher without going inside and waiting in line. I still had to go inside and wait in line behind a woman trying to fix a problem with her reservation. A very nice staff person finally intervened and got me checked in at the counter. When we returned we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for the van to pick us up and then when we got to the lot there was no one to tell me what to do because they were so busy. Our car was ready and waiting for us (which was great) so we finally just got in our car, showed the security gentleman our paid voucher/confirmation email, and left. Although i don't think your procedures are very efficient and you don't have enough staff, the staff you do have are great, very friendly and helpful.

    On my arrival, there was no sign indicating where to park for the Valet parking as opposed to the Rental Parking. I believe that this was addressed as soon as it was noticed. Overall the experience was great and I will use the facilities again when I need to.

    It was a bit disorganized when we got there--not clear what to do, but once we went in and talked to someone it was fine. When leaving, we were given a receipt with an incorrect amount on it; the clerk assured us we had been billed correctly, but it would be better for the receipt to be accurate.

    I was running late, which was entirely my fault. But then it took ten minutes for an attendant to attend to the customer before me, check him out, and then scan my pre-paid voucher and hand me a claim check. During that time, I missed one shuttle to the airport. Then two shuttles arrived at the same time, and both departed without customers. Why? It was another ten minutes before a third shuttle arrived to take customers. While I was cutting it close, these delays turned 50 minutes into 30. I barely made my flight, and next time, I will just pay more to park at the airport directly.

    This is not my idea of valet or help with luggage. I parked about 15 cars from the office, received no help with getting my luggage to the office and no help getting my luggage on the shuttle. I mentioned this at the counter and they said they did not provide these services though it clearly stated that they did on the receipt I had. I did have my bag removed for me at the airport. On my return the car was waiting with the AC on which I appreciated but again no help with putting the luggage in the car.

    I was very dissapointed with the rep at the check out. There was no "thank you" from any of the people we dealt with, except the bus driver after I tipped him $5.00. He, the counter rep, made a point of telling me that I was not dealing with Thrifty car rental. I had to wait at the counter to check in and then again to check out while the reps were renting cars. Keep in mind I paid for my services before I even got to the Thrifty lot. My car was covered in bird Poop and when I mentioned it to the person that brought the car to me he said that if I wanted to I could use the hose if I wanted to. I did not feel like washing my car in their lot after a "red eye" flight.

    At first, I was turned off because there was not a sign for Park, Ride, Fly and I passed the facility. I had to turn around at Logan Airport and then turn around AGAIN to get back to the facility. I would suggest having a sign next to the Thrifty one so people know they're in the right place.

    All went well until I returned to find that my key had been lost. Fortunately, Thomas from your team was there to meet us and had already had the locksmith make a new key. Needless to say, I was not happy that my key had been lost, but Thomas' efforts to solve the problem and his overall courtesy make me willing to give Thrifty another chance when I next fly from Logan and have to park my car.

    Baggage handlers and drivers were helpful and friendly. However, upon our return we waited almost 20 minutes for a van. Several vans from other rental car companies passed by several times before a Thrifty van arrived. Two other Thrifty customers were also waiting with us and made the same observation. When we returned for our check-out process, there was no one at the valet parking counter, although people who were renting cars were being helped. Again, we waited quite a long time. We have used your service in the past and were always pleased with it. Not sure why it wasn't up to its usual standards on our last trip.

    I tell you what...my positive "first impression" largely has to do with the assistance (above and beyond the call, in my opinion) that "Mamoud" (I believe that was his name) provided, on both the departure and return from my trip. Some of the staff there are efficient but rather curt, but Mamoud went out of his way to be helpful, kind, and pleasant. Good guy. Really left me with a positive impression.

    The only dissappoint is that someone left the windows opened during a heavy rain and thunderstorm and the carpet on the passenger's side was soaked - needless to say so were the things I placed there on our ride home.

    Frankly speaking I didn't find other facility as cheap, efficient and friendly as yours. Very convenient, trouble free location, valet facility and frequent shuttle, what more you want? Excellent and adorable experience. I will use this facility every time I fly out from Boston and would recommend to every one.

    We had a terrible experience returning to Boston. It took 30 minutes after we got to the Thrifty parking lot to get our car. They couldn't find the car at first, then realized that they had removed it to a distant lot. We did come in exactly when we had indicated. This is of course the opposite of what we use valet service for. We complained to the manager and after pushing her she said she'd arrange for a one day refund. But that really didn't make up for the long wait.

    Mostly I was happy although I waited for 1/2 hour at Logan Airport to be picked up. I was also given a quote that included a discount for being a member of AARP, which was not reflected on my bill. Unfortunately, I did not notice that until I got home.

    I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the ease of getting there and then to and from the airport. However, I could not print out the reservation with the barcode and this made me very anxious as it stated I needed that in order to not be charged again. This was my only problem with using the .com site. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience both online and in person.

    I probably will have to use you again, but it won't be by choice. Your attendants stole all of the change I keep in my car for tolls, about $3-$4. I called the office when i realized it (when i got to a toll). I know they won't do anything about it as evidenced by the fact that they didn't even take my name or parking ticket number. Nice job.

    Easy and convenient. I've always avoided Logan Airport because of I wasn't comfortable with parking in an airport lot. While the price of your service is high enough that I still would probably try to fly from Bradley Airport in Hartford, I would definitely use your service again if I fly from Logan. Thanks!

    For the most part check-out was ok. There seenmed to have been a disconnect with the valet bringing my car around. The driver of the shtulle called in my ticket 3 , make and color of the car. I would have assumed this was to have my car ready for when I reached the lot. It wasn't ready. After checking in at the office the (I had prepaid) I went to wait for my car and had to ask 3 people for my car. One of the valets was busy moving other cars around.

    Second time we've used your facility. Everything was excellent, though we had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport when we returned and it was a very cold evening. Not a major problem, just uncomfortable because of the unusual cold weather.

    I hada couple problems with your parking facility. When I pulled into the lot there was no one there to direct me. I didn't kow if I was supposed to leave the keys in the care or not. When I got into the parking building, there was no one at the register to process me for several minutes. There were people at the rental registers but they said that they couldn't help me (During all this there was a guy in a business suit in the back eating a sub sandwich which didn't help). This was very frustrating as I was becoming late for my flight. Once the person appeared he was very nice as was the shuttle bus driver. On the reutrn trip it just took a really long time. I got to the facility, showed the peron at the counter my voucher and it took another 10 minutes for someone to bring the car around. Every person was pleasant however, it was not efficient and I doubt I will use Thrifty to park at Logan in the future,

    Facility appeared disorganized and extremely crowded. It was a pain in the #$%^ to get the facility from NH. Processing the car for dropoff was fine, our return and pickup however was disasterous. The pickup at the airport was fine, the call in of the vehicle was fine but when we got to the lot, no one told us we needed to check in at the main desk. The assumption was that since it was prepaid, we were on time and the car was waiting that we could drive off. However, we got to the gate and was told we needed to go inside - way too late to tell us as we had a line of cars behind us that now needed to back up. After getting that unfubarred, I waited in a line of 1 (me) for 15 minutes while one agent helped an individual with renting a vehicle. After two more people appeared behind me, he finally called for help. BIG IMPROVEMENT NOTE: IF SOMEONE HAS PREPAID AND IS ON TIME - DON'T MAKE THEM GO TO THE COUNTER AND WAIT!!!!

    Drivers were helpful friendly and excellent. One thing that we would like to see changed is not to have to show the payment receipt upon picking the car up. Coming back from vacation late at night, it is sometimes difficult to remember where these papers have been tucked away. It would help if this info. was noted when dropping the car off at the beginning of the trip.

    There was actually a problem with our flight and we were back picking up our vehicle within an hour. Everything worked out perfectly with our return trip to pick up our car, the driver called ahead to make sure it would be ready and it was. We will always use your service insead of bothering a relative or friend to drive us to the airport. It is very affordable.

    THe facility did not seem very organized. I gave the valet number to the shuttle driver thinking my car would be ready when we got there but nothing happened. I gave the number to the desk agent when I got to the facility but nothing happened. AFter 20 minutes I went back and it took another 20 minutes for them to find my car.

    There was only one problem: when I made the reservation online and prepaid, I was given an $8.50 coupon discount. But when I got my receipt when I picked up my car, the discount had not been factored into the total. I would like my card credited the $8.50 please.

    I had a prepaid IN FULL voucher for my reservation of 4/16 - 4/25 with a pick up time of 2:30. We actually arrived at 1:00 and when I got home, I realized I was charged an extra $28.35. Why was my prepaid voucher not honored????

    When we arrived at Thrifty there was a line and only one person working. The woman at the counter when we arrived was a day early and she did not notify your office, I understand not your office's fault, but it held up the other 6 customers waiting at 10:45pm.

    It was busy when we first got there. Was told to leave keys in car and get on bus. Upon return, we discovered that we should have received a ticket prior to leaving. Instuctions not clear, some staff not helpful.

    Overall it was a great service. Waited a while for a shuttle at Logan (ie 15 minutes...not a big deal, but we saw all of the other rentals and long term parking shuttles loop at least twice which is a little irritating and made us nervous.) One thing is that my receipt upon leaving stated clearly that I paid $53.00 while online I was quoted $64. The cashier handed me my receipt and told me that the $53 was irrelevant and that what I paid online was the correct price. My receipt should reflect exactly what I owed, and with a discrepancy so great and having paid 11 dollars more in reality, I wondered if I was being cheated... Doesn't reflect well on your good business.

    All my mirrors were moved as well as my seat belt adjusted, my radio station was changed to red sox game which I never listen to, this was my personal property and I am suspicious as to who used my car while I was away.     Fast and efficient. On our return from the airport I left a bag on the shuttle and noticed it only when we transfered our baggage from the curb to the car. I went inside and informed the staff. They immediately called the driver and he circled back with my bag. I was very impressed and happy to say that even for a stranger in an unfamiliar place, (we drove from our home in Scotia, NY to Boston) your employees are honest, efficient on time and WITH IT!!!     The only negative was we were told if we had a late night flight to call to be picked up when we landed and no one answered the phone. My father-in-law finally got in touch with someonen and they came quickly. Other than that, I thought the experience was GREAT.

    I had to wait quite a while to be helped on both ends of the trip. And I waited 15 minutes at the airport for pick up. I was helped with my luggage by both shuttle drivers but not when I arrived and had to carry everything into the office or when I returned and I left the office and had to carry everything myself to my car. Actually felt it was easier at the non valet facility I used the last time. I parked myself, and my luggage and I were immediately picked up right at the car and same on the return.

    It took 45 minutes to check out once I arrived at the facility (Thrifty Boston). Cliff the counter person was very helpfull, but Mike the MGR was locked in his office and would not allow "Cliff" to retreive my paperwork from his office. There are smoke coloured windows and you could see him, at his desk talking to a female employee and locked his door to not be bothered. It was an embarresment to everyone at the counter that they could not take care of me. I would like to discuss this with a corp mgr. My cell is 617 549 3583 Paul Lastoff Also the returning driver from the airport was on his cell phone with one hand and using the mike talking to the office and driving with his knee, not very safe

    First impressions were fine when we dropped off our car but the return process was totally different. It was the only glitch in our entire trip. First it took more than 30 minutes before a van came to pick us up at the airport. We called ahead and had then had to make a second call. Other vans came and went several times but none from Thrifty. When we finally arrived at the lot our car was not ready and in fact it took another 30 minutes or so for our car to arrive at the lot. I was told it was parked at another lot and it would take time to locate and then drive it over. The person at the checkout Galad ? was rude and unfriendly and did not at all seem like he cared about the inconvenience. It took awhile for anyone to even tell us why there was a delay. I have been a regular user of the park ride and fly in Albany and have never had a bad experience so I thought Boston would be the same. I was wrong the service was awful and we will never use it again as a matter of fact other than the Albany location I will not use ParkRideFly again.

    In regard to question #4 the fault was mine as I was waiting in the wrong area and did not realize that the same van used for rental customers was the same as used for parking customers. I finally went and asked the Thrifty driver who to my surprise was the same driver who had brought us to the airport. The driver, Mimoun was as helpful as he had been when I dropped the car off at Thrifty. Very pleasant, extremely helpful. A pleasure! Mimoun guided me through the process both when I dropped the car off and did the same when I returned. I could not have asked for more. Please give my kudos to Mimoun. If the rest of your drivers are like him you could not ask for better. Because of Mimoun I will certaintly use your services again. I only hope others will meet his standards.

    I had my vechile serviced, oil change. Both my Navigation system and radio were dead and needed to have their access codes entered. This typically indicates that the vechile went dead. I called your facility in Revere, MA and they stated that they did not have to jump start the vechile.

    Our car was damaged and the front seat was fully reclined. Did your people sleep in our car? A part on the back seat was broken and also the glove box was scratched. I am very disappointed and won't come back.

    Everything was great except that it was not mentioned that the "prepaid reservation paper" would be needed at check out, even when it was given at check in. I had thrown the paper away after check in, thinking that I no longer needed it, only to be asked for it again at check out.

    The service was excellent, quick, efficient. The staff were pleasant and helpful.Shuttle was waiting when we got off the plane upon our return. The only small issue was the fact that a printed copy of the confirmation was needed. Maybe just a confirmation number would be okay since not everyone has a printer handy. Would definetly recommend and/or use your service in the future. My only regret was that I didnt use your car detail service. Maybe next time...

    Very nice people. Trying to give good service. Hard to find if you are coming from the wrond side of the street. Didn't know I needed to call to get picked up, and then even though my shuttle driver called ahead, my car was not pulled from the lot for me. I will use the service again.

    only problem I encountered is I pre-paid for my parking on the web site $87.95 on my credit card. When I checked out the fee on the receipt when I handed her my voucher, the charge came to $84.95. When I called the Boston Thrifty they said that's what happens and to take it up with you. Why the discrepancy, why was there a $3.00 convenience fee charged on my credit card but the actual receipt not carry it?

    I was told the bill would be $120.63 but was charged 126.75?? Why? I didn't see it until I arrived home and the agent did not tell me there was a difference--I gave him the paid reciept that you provided. Please explain why the added cost. Thanks--if not for that, the overall rating would have been 5 stars--the web is rated 4 stars because in order to get the military discount, I had to call in to make the reservation. Ed Mahan

    We were unaware that Park/Ride/Fly was located at the Thrifty Car Rental. (Confirmation page was NOT clear) Google map indicated 3.1 mile drive from the airport hotel. One hour later, after telephoning the facility, we realized the landmark was THRIFTY. Valet parking rep indicated this was the 'first time' anyone had complained. Valet Parkers indicated they have heard the complaint many times.

    I have resisted using Thrifty in the past because this time something always goes wrong. This time it took me 45 minutes for my car to be returned and there was at least one gentleman who was there before us (he said 30 mins) and was still waiting when we left. No excuse for this. I will not use Thrifty in the future unless I have no alternative and will expect there to be a problem if I do.

    The initial process was fine. Things came unglued when I returned and my car could not be located. Everyone walked off and left me standing there with no explaination and no car. It took 45 minutes for anyone to locate my car and never once did anyone offer me any status updates during this period. When my car was delivered (it had been forgotten at an overflow lot according to the woman at the desk who I asked) the driver parked it and walked off. No one offered even an apololgy.

    I had to wait almost an hour for my Internet pre-paid valet-parked gold Toyota Camry, because someone there thought I was arriving back in Boston at 10:00 P.M., not at my clearly notated reserved time of 5:30 P.M., and parked my car behind 6-8 other cars. No one could extricate it easily, and I had to wait a very long time. I did not appreciate this error, at all, since I was very tired and anxious to start my two and a half hour ride home. This problem would make me hesitate before using your facility again. Otherwise, all of your services were very good.

    The ParkrideFly Partner THRIFTY Rental/Parking charged me extra despite showing them the Charge what I was Charged online. I parked the car at THRIFTY for 5 days. I was charged by ParkRideFly for 4 days excluding 1 day Discount which i got. but THRIFTY charged me for full 5 days and i Had to pay the Balance. Then what is the need of me Booking for Parking online through ParkRideFly when i dont get Discount and i have to Pay the extra amount at the THRIFTY.

    When I dropped off my car, I was not met by anyone. I wasn't sure where to leave the car, so I parked it and went inside. I didn't have to wait long before someone helped me. The person was nice, explained everything I had to do. The ride to the airport was fine. On the return, I waited quite a while for the shuttle bus. I called a second time, and the person on the phone said that 4 shuttles had waited for me. The timing must have been off. A shuttle came about 5-10 minutes after the second call. Unfortunately, there was an accident near the entrance to the Thrifty lot. Traffic was backed up, so I had to wait in the shuttle for quite a while. I assumed that my car would be waiting for me since it took so long for me to arrive. Not only was my car not waiting for me, they said it would take 4-5 minutes as it was coming from an overflow lot. Well, I waited about 45 minutes. Some of that time might have been attributed to the accident; although, in my opinion, they should have retrieved the car before we arrived at the traffic backup, meaning my car would have been ahead of the shuttle in the traffic. I have no idea why it took so long, except the guy that brought the car said I never would have received it if he didn't get it. He doesn't start work until 7:00. I guess he got in a little early and retrieved the car, but they picked me up at the airport a little after 6:00. Something was messed up. I might give them another chance, since the accident was beyond their control, but I was very upset this morning when this happened after I flew a red eye overnight. It would have taken less time for me to take the "T"!

    We were not told we would have to call for the shuttle to pick us up on the return trip from the airport, so we ended up waiting longer in the cold than necessary. The driver did go out of his way to make our check out fast and efficient once we did get back to pick up our van.

    On my return, i waited 25 min to be picked up; the temperature was 18 deg F. I had to call Thrifty twice. While waiting, at least 3 buses from ParFlyRide passed by, in addition to other shuttle companies. When i finally arrived at the parking lot, my windscreen adapter for my GPS satnav was missing from the car. Someone had taken it out of the car! I, nor my friends and family, will use Thrifty again!

    I was told by our shuttle driver at the airport that I could collect my car immediately and go to the gate and show my prepaid email as proof of payment. Then learned I would have to go back to the office and get a receipt. I found this a wast of time. Your shuttles don't run every 5 minitus as advertised.

    We chose this facility because it said it was VALET SERVICE and that's what we expected. We waited in our car for several minutes while several employees walked by ignoring us. When I went inside the agent was extraordinarily rude and told me that valet did not mean that they greeted the client or helped with luggage. His tone was abrupt and his instructions (instructions, not assistance) were barked out. The driver was very kind and acknowledged the poor behavior of the agent. Upon return we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle back whereupon we waited another 10 for our car and then had to deal with the angry agent again. His inappropriate behaviour was interrupted by a manager in training but was nonetheless off-putting enough for me to never return and advise my friends and family to do the same.

    On arrival not really a valet we parked and took bags out of car. On return. Bus did not turn up,other firms came several time not thrifty. Did not get car for 50 minutes.Waited & complained after 30 min. Rep. unhelpful & talked about me to other customers.Other customers who arrived after us got their car. An attendant who had been outside clearing cars came in and found our car finally. She seemed the only one who worked hard. She told me there was no manager so could not offer a discount.     This was the first time we used your service and we were thoughrly pleased. We were especially impressed with the way our car was not only waiting for us upon arrival, but that it had been cleared of all the snow and the heater was turned on making the car warm for our trip home.     Drop-off was no problem. Pick-up was a disappointment. Although the shuttle driver called in our car upon departure from the airport (we were the only one on the bus picking up a parked car), we had to wait in the cold for about 15-20 minutes after we gor to the facility for the personnel there to locate and rtrieve our car.

    I realized I had made a mistake on my return date and parkridefly would not refund the extra day due to the Holiday season. I can understand if it is a rental car, but simply a space to park my car? I think that is a bit greedy considering I called on Monday to inform them that I will not need to park my car on Friday. Thrifty was great, but parkridefly is not very forgiving.

    Our car was parked at a remote location upon arrival, a little annoying at 1 am being shuttled around. The staff was very pleasant. As long as my contract with you stays the same we will still use you but there is a discrepency which I was told is taken care of.

    The shuttle drivers were excellent! I particularly appreciated the calming classical music played on the way from the airport to your lot. The drop off experience went smoothly, but the pick-up experience did not. The check-out person should alert customers that they will need to show the receipt when they leave the facility. But the big problem is that we had to wait 1/2 hour for our car when our flight arrived early. That was a huge disappointment! When our car did arrive, the attendant didn't pull up to the curb where we stood and no one helped us carry our luggage across to the car. I am leaning against using your service again.

    Great location and much easier to find than other park & Ride services especially going west to rt 24. I was three hours past my arrival time and thought $8.50 versus a full day's cost was a little excessive. How do I reduce these extrao costs?     I was extremely disappointed with our return experience. There were about 5 groups being picked up. Our driver had called in the tag numbers to the base station but they called back to the driver twice asking for ticket number clarifications; ie. was that tage #5407 or 5047 ?? The driver was not happy about that either. When we arrived at the Thrifty station, no one's car was ready and up front. The staff spent 15 minutes looking for our friend's Gold Audi A4 and could NOT find it. He was left on his own to find his own car. And lastly, they said they found our Silver Honda Pilot but the battery was DEAD. I've been in the car buz for 10 years. Batteries die on 3 yr old cars because you either left the lights on OR you left the radio on. And in this case, after they jumped it, they pulled the car up with the 94.5 FM rap station playing; a station that niether my wife nor I listen too. It was very clear to me that NO ONE at this Thrifty station is concerned with guest satisfaction or the whereabouts of their valets as some moron helped themselves to our car for a snooze or phone conversation at the expense of our time. When we arrived to pick up our car after midnight with our 8 month old infant, we expected to be on our way quickly but it was quite the opposite. For the record, NO ONE identified themselves as a manager and got involved in the process to help us nor our friend looking for his Audi. I use to use this Thrifty facility for my airport trips up until they scratched my VW Passat bumper and denied doing so. This was about 5 or 6 years ago. I have since then been using Park Shuttle Fly and will now continue using them and will NEVER recommend anyone bring their car to Thrifty for airport storage. The staff are incompetent. You should seek an alternative partner to franchise your service. -Al

    when leaving, no one was at the desk to assist so we figured we didn't need to do anything so we went to our car and attempted to leave. the fellow at the gate said we needed a receipt to leave - we showed him our paid statement and he said 'Go inside -Just go inside' - practically yelling at us - back inside I went and waited 20 minutes where 2 girls helped other people then proceeded to both help each other person one at a time making us wait even longer - no one provided direction or explanation. It was quite a frustrating departure especially after a long day of travel - I recommend your driver provide instructions to departing passengers and the guy at the gate could be MUCH nicer!

    Upon returning to Boston from my destination, I had to wait 10-15 minutes before a shuttle arrived, and that was only after I had contacted Thrifty. During that time, I saw several shuttles from each of the other rental companies drive by. When I returned to Thrifty to pick up my car, the attendant tried to charge me over $110 for the parking service, even though I had paid up front using this website. When I pointed out the error, he asked, "Why didn't you tell me you had one of those [vouchers]?" I think he should have been fully aware that my valet parking was pre-paid, and it should not be my responsibility to remind him. Even though I had entered my expected return time on the reservation, when we returned to Thrifty my car was not ready to be picked up. It was still behind another car in the lot. Furthermore, the attendant did not even ask for my information until the checkout procedure was complete. I find this to be quite inefficient. At best, the driver of the shuttle should have asked if I was there for valet. At least, the attendant should have asked for my claim ticket as soon as I was greeted, instead of waiting until the end of the process. Even then, when I told him what car I had and that I could see it, he nearly suggested I just walk to the car, until he realized it was behind another car. As it stood, even after I handed him my claim ticket, I waited an additional 7-8 minutes, watching my car from the office while no one made an attempt at bringing it to the front. I again found the attendant, who seemed surprised that I was still there, and immediately called someone to recover my car, which did happen. To summarize, I think the entire service was inefficient and inconsiderate of the needs of travelers. If this were just myself and my wife traveling, I may tolerate the delays in the future. Unfortunately, we also travel with a toddler and an infant. I think next time we will use the PreFlight service.

    Hi, We had to wait in a line with customers renting cars even though we had paid receipts. Very poor way to keep customers. There was noone in the Valet line. 3 people working and 1 manager who instead of moving the line along just kept trying to get the cars lined up outside for the next bunch coming in. What is silly about that is that there ended up being a lot of cars parked that noone could take and the line just kept growing

    The online reservation system was easy to use and the transportation to the airport was quick, however, we parked a NEW car and when we got back to the lot from our vacation we found a dent/scratch in the car. We filed a claim. It seems that the staff didn't really care about the cars on the lot. When you leave a car on the lot you expect that it is in the same condition when you return. We were very disappointed.

    The facility seems fine. The shuttle took about 30 minutes. All the other shuttles circled around several times in the same timeframe. When I arrived at the facility, there was a long line of people. I waited 20 minutes on line to hand in my receipt which seems like an unnecessary step since I paid online, and then waited another 20 minutes for my car, during which time I went inside twice to ask why it was taking so long. I finally flagged down a kid who looked to be working there who went to get it for me. I landed at the airport at 2 pm and left your facility at 3:20. Very disappointing...

    We waited 20-25 minutes to be picked up at the airport. As we waited we counted several busses from other company's come and go. I don't believe the Thrifty services have enough busses on the road. When we inquired we were told they had a shift change and the traffic lights were difficult in and around the airport. Other than that the check in/out process was seemless.

    The departure was fine. I returned at 1am on a Monday morning. I had been told to call when I had gotten my suitcase and was waiting on the sidewalk. No one answered. I phone many times, too. This made me very worried and upset. The van eventually came and took me to the terminal, where I met George. George could only do 1 thing at a time. He never once answered the incessantly ringing phone the entire time I was checking out. My clean car came back covered in bird poop.

    The check out process was very frustrating. We were fully paid-up, all we needed was a receipt. We got off the shuttle (first) and were directed to wait at the counter, and then watched as everyone else in the office was served before us. When we were finally served, we complained (fairly mildly) that we had waited a long time. There was no apology, just a demand for payment - the person behind the counter hadn't bothered to check & see that we did not owe anything. I have been happy with your service in the past, but I was pretty annoyed and my wife was furious! Not sure we will use you again. Jim PS: Your drivers are great - very friendly & courteous.

    the shuttle was slow in picking me up, and then my car was in the wrong lot when I arrived to pick it up. It had somehow become an Audi. Then I was not issued a recipit for my prepaid parking, so was denied exit from the lot, and had to go back inside and wait some more to get the recipt. In the end, 45 minutes elapsed since I called from the curb for pickup. until I could drive away.

    Unfortunately, the Thrifty people could not find out car. It took them 50 minutes to find a car sitting right in the lot only 30 feet from their shuttle bus. We had to complain several times to get them to keep looking. I suggest you invest in some kind of tracking system so you know where vehicles are located, since they obviously have no clue where the cars are. In the future, we will go elsewhere, probably where we can park the car ourselves so we can at least find it when we gt back.

    Overall the facility worked very well for me. A bus took me immediately to airport upon checking in. This was a priority as I did not want to miss my flight. When I returned on Friday....the start of a holiday weekend....I was picked up promptly but there were long lines to check out and to rent a car. My car was still on the lot and not brought up to the exit area, even though the driver of the van had called in my number and car details. One young man checking out was not well trained and another customer and I had to wait for assistance. However, I will certainly use this Thrifty Airport Parking in the future.

    The communication between the employees could be improved. While checking-out, we were told to retrieve our vehicle ourselves even though it was valet. We didn't mind though because we had seen the car on our way in, and it wasn't too far from the office building. However, halfway to the car, we were stopped by another employee who said he was going to drive the car to the front and meet us there. We were a bit confused by this so if they all are aware of the standards, the service could be improved. Other than that, we had a great experience with Thrifty.

    We have used your facility many times without a problem, but this time that was not the case. Obviously, there were not enough vans or drivers to meet the needs of all who needed them. Unlike your advertisements, the vans did NOT run as frequently as they should. We waited more than thirty minutes for the shuttle at the airport (and that was after a phone call), and then waited another FORTY minutes because they could not find our car. I wouldn't call that valet parking. On a better note, your staff was friendly and tried to do their best, given the circumstances.     We were diissapointed in the service. First of all our flight was at 530am. We were brought to the airport and the driver seemed to not be in a good mood. Second when we went thru the security we realized the carryon bag that the driver gave us was not ours! It looked like it until secutity opened it. I received a call when we got to our destination from your company about a bag bag mix up! I was hapoy that you did overnight it to us but not happy that we were charged for it. On out return our flight had been delayed so I called ahaead and was told just to call when we arrived. When we arrived I called and was talked to very rudely and was told someone would be ther to pick us up soon. The time was 130am. We waited and watched the van ride right past us to the far end and pick up other people (we did tell them the airline we were on) We had to run to get the van other wise it would have left. I feel some sort of refund should be returned to us for the inconveinece. I also feel that your employees should be taught how to be a bit nicer to people. Understandably both times were early am but that is not an excuse to not to be pleasant.

    On the return: The shuttle driver had to be reminded to give back the ticket. The check-in manager was sure the car was "out front". It wasn't. I had to ask for help. It turned out that someone had "closed it out" on the day we arrived (five days earlier). When the car was finally delivered from another lot, a set of keys belonging to another customer were left on the passanger seat. We returned them. Result: a lot of inattention to detail that undermined confidence.

    When I arrived at ParkRideFly, with an online reservation, I dropped off my car, spotted a shuttle, and ran for it. I never went into the office, never got a claim ticket, and four days later woke with a start in my London hotel! I called the office and they assured me my car was there. Still, the worry didn't go away, but what can you do from across the ocean but wait until you get back. On Friday I showed my online reservation receipt to the shuttle driver, the only evidence as to my ownership of the car, and explained what I had done. He took me to the office and my car, safe and sound and running happily. The paperwork took some time because they were really busy and had to redo a new claim, and I'm sure my anxiety and exhaustion from my travel didn't help, so I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone!

    We've parked at Thrifty before but this experience was not as good (on the return). The phone number on the claim ticket was not being answered. The wait at the airport was not too long (about 10-15 min) but was longer than usual and we weren't sure if we could fit on the shuttle. At the facility, we discovered the additional service we had requested (External Wax) was not done due to a payment issue even though a Thrifty representative had taken an imprint of my card at the time of departure. There was also a scratch with white paint on the side of the car that we did not recall was there previously. All in all the staff seemed more flustered and less efficient than during previous visits

    Arrival: Staff seemed dazed and clueless, maybe over worked? Had to find my own spot to park the car when I first arrived. The one and only staff member in the maze of cars and confusion that tried to help us took a few minutes to finish talking to a another customer then pointed to a spot to park that was covered in other cars. He told us to squeeze between them (just inches from taking my mirrors off) then just pointed us to the door to register or something. After hauling the laugage to the door, the staff at the counter was buried in paperwork or something and after a few minutes he assured me the car would be ok for two weeks and all I had to have was the ticket he gave me when I came back. Was not at all convinced but had a plane to catch. Bus Ride to the airport: Driver was very friendly, and even loaded the luggage for us. I guess someone does work here! He even unloaded our luggage for us and directed us where to go in the airport. Bus ride from airport: Bus was there within minutes. Bus driver helped us load the luggage. Driver asked if we had a valet ticket and the other passengers if they where valet or rental. Then the driver calls ahead to have our car ready. After arriving the bus driver helped unload some luggage, then vanished. We had to finish unloading the rest ourselves and find our own way inside. Checkout: What a nightmare. Never again. Two poorly marked lines. One said something about rental and something else and the other line said Valet which had about 3 people in it. We stood in the wrong line for a few minutes cause the Valet sign was turned sideways. We then stood in the correct line. After getting to the counter one of the two extremely overworked staff told us to wait and the other ignored us while they finished with the person in front of us. The overworked staff that told us to wait, had us waiting for over 8 minutes, while the other staff member kept ignoring us and taking other customers in line. Meanwhile our car is running out in the parking lot unattended, and I send out my other party members to load the luggage ourselves and make sure no one steals the car. Then this guy has the nerve to tell us he needs the original internet printout and the ticket to pick our car up. Amazing not what the guy two weeks ago said. That thing is burried deep in our luggage somewhere and he tells us he will help other custumers while we go look for it. Since I have the urge to do things I might regret now, I go outside and rip apart our luggage and find the receipt after about 10 minutes. I give the paper to another party member because I could not possible walk back into that building. The guy hands her two receipts and doesnt say anything else, which we throw in the trunk. Wow. Amazing.... On our way out the security gaurd wants one of the receipts. Its pouring rain out and he wont let us thru till he seems them. After telling the gaurd how much this place sucks, we again tear apart our luggage and hand him the receipt. Final Conclusion: Im amazed my car is still working at all and still has all four tires.

    Since this was a Trifty's location, it was not obvious where to go and what to do, even though I'm a frequent traveler. On the return, we had to wait over 45 minutes before we got our vehicule back. At what point, we didn't even know if somebody was actually looking for our car or not.

    Everything essentially good except for our return and picking up my vehicle. There was damage to the front bumper. While waiting for my car to be brought to me, my husband was outside waiting and saw a valet driver bring someone elses car around and hit another vehicle, parked the car and got out and walked away like nothing happened; then my car was brought around and because of what my husband just witnessed we checked out our car and found the damage to the front bumper.

    It is a process that I will use again. I did wait for about 15 minutes for the shuttle upon my return. My one complaint is that the young woman who checked me in led me to believe that she needed to change my return time so my car would be ready when I arrived. I was charged for the extra hours because I didn't arrive for another almost two hours. Had she left the time the same I would have been fine. Overall the experience was great.     Check in was fine. No problem. Upon our return shuttle was very slow. After waiting approx 25 minutes we called and shuttle came about 5 minutes later. Upon arrival I went in to check out. The clerk asked me for my receipt I had printed off the web. I told her I had shown it when I checked in and she said she needed to see it again. I did not have it with me after traveling cross country for a week. She then charged me fill price, $131 instead of the quoted $98 price. I told her I had already shown it when we checked in and that my info was already in the computer from making the reservation and checking in. Didn't make any difference. It then gets worse. We went outside to wait for our car. When after about 15 minutes I asked someone if our car is coimg they say they will check. He comes back in 5 minutes and says they are looking for the car. He then comes back and says it is in "overflow" parking and they will send someone to get it. A few minutes later they show up with a Volkswagen. We have a Chrysler Van. He says our number is on the Volkswagen. Obviously an issue. They then tell us they will send someover to find our van. They return with our van and we leave. Time from when we check out to the time we leave approx 40 minutes. I find all 3 instances (late shuttle, being overcharged, "losing" our van) unacceptable and was not very happy with the experience.     The first time I used the service I was very disappointed but I decided that it was important to give it a second chance. I allowed myself more time at checkin because I still think that area could use some improvement. Because I had enough time, there was no stress. The drivers are very nice and because I was a little later in the day, there was more staff. The location is a good one and the process of reserving on line is very efficient.

    I will try the service again but here are my concerns with the service. I did not realize that there could be a 15-20 minute wait when I drove to the lot. There were not enough persons working and there was no sense of urgency that we had flights. The drivers were very nice, the facility was easy to find and it looked clean. Coming back, the driver called in my claim number, it was repeated many times by the on-site staff. When I got there and waited to be checked out, I gave my claim number again. After I paid, my car was nowhere to be found. After a wait, someone had to go to the overflow lot to pick my car up. Here are my suggestions- Advertise that people must build in a wait time. There is nothing to suggest that there will be a long additional wait when you leave your car there, or hire another person. The one clerk in the building was renting a car out and the process was taking a very long time. There was no prioritization. When you come back, see if someone can obtain your car so that after you pay you can drive away. I will try the service one more time, I will allow more time to get to the airport.

    Even though I had utilized your internet site to register my vehicle and pay for parking, the wait was very long--20 minutes on each end. When picking up the vehicle, the agent (Jose) did not know what he was doing and claimed I still owed for my parking (even though I had receipts in hand). He would not ask anyone to help him--we had to do that. There was no apology.

    Facility was fine, but service was a miserable failure. Keys were locked in the vehicle and the battery was drained, so when I returned to Boston I had to wait for my vehicle to a) get broken into and b) get a jump start. Very frustrating and disappointing. The manager on-site insisted that there was nothing she could do because I had paid through ParkRideFly.com, rather than through Thrifty's website.

    While it was nice that the car was retrieved while we were on the shuttle returning to the parking lot, I did not care for the fact that the car was left idling while I stood in line to get the receipt needed to exit. Gas is expensive enough, why do you choose to waste it by leaving the car idling? This was pointed out to one of the employees. His curt response: You'd appreciate it in the winter time. (Sorry, but it is summer!) Why do I need to have the "invoice" for the prepaid parking upon return? I had the receipt given to me at the departure, which should be enough since the invoice was presented when my car was initially checked in. Travel requires enough documents, now I need to carry and keep track of one more in addition to the receipt? I did find the invoice, but if worst came to worst, I would have started my laptop to show them the PDF file invoice. Travel today has enough hassles and my trip had more than its share. The last bit of it, retrieving my car, could have been a lot more hassle free.

    On arrival everything went smoothly however on our return it was not so good. We waited a while for a shuttle although when we called the office one arrived almost immediately. No-one explained that you had to take the ticket from the car into the office in order to check out. Several customers did not find out about this until we were at the booth at the exit. Some more explanation would have been good. Otherwise everything was fine and I would use the service again.

    The checkout process is rediculous. If they can see in the system that I paid, why do I also need to bring the receipt from when I booked online, that I already gave them when I left my car there. The staff in the office was unfriendly and barely spoke English. The drivers were great at customer service but it barely makes up for the staff in the office. I have never been treated so terrible.

    Computer was down when I got there. Had to bring my own bags over to the bus. They did load them from there. Car was not ready when we got back to the facility no one offered to help bring the luggae to the car. I have see much better run Park/shuttle services but the price was right so I probably would return.

    Never used the facility before. Nobody explained what to do on our return. The bus driver took the ticket and called it in. When we arrived, our car was right up front, with the keys in it. The bus driver handed me back the ticket, verifying verbally that I was the one (although, I was the only one on the bus picking up my own car). So, I went to the car and tried to leave. The guard sent me into the facility to get a receipt, though I already had my pre-paid receipt. The driver didn't tell me what to do, so I assumed I could pick up my car and go. I like the valet feature, but if I have to go inside anyway, then you should bring up the car and put the keys bask inside. Since the keys were in it and I had the paper back from the bus driver, I thought I could just leave. You need a better process. And even if someone had told me what I had to do on exiting when I dropped the car off, I probably wouldn't have remembered. Also, the other facility is closer to the airport and easier to make the turn around on the highway, so I'll try them next time.

    facility was fine. the staff at the counter were unsure if i had paid, they were going to charge my card again, til i explained that i think i already paid online, it was clear once i presented the voucher. However it would help and remove confusion if their 'system' was somehow updated to show my status as 'paid online'.....just wondering if thats possible. Otherwise everything else was fine. There was a little bit of a wait on the return to your facility, other rental vans came by 2x while i was waiting for Thrifty, just an observation.

    Your system of requiring customers to present their voucher upon the return of a trip is unacceptable. I was not told about this when I check my car in and then after a long trip the last thing some one wants to do is search for a piece of paper amongst all their belongings. You should require the voucher at check-in and then have a quick and easy check out. Everyone at the desk including the manager "Joe White" was surly and unhelpful. I had to call the helpdesk so you could fax a new voucher to the office while my family waited in the car. I will not use this service again unless I know the system has changed.

    I was very dissatisfied with ParkRideFlyUSA and will never use it again, nor will I recommend it to my friends and/or business associates. Unpon arriving at Thrifty, I learned that I could receive a MUCH better rate from them as I had booked a rental car through Thrifty. I called the customer service no. to cancel and learned that you don't have 24 hr. customer service. I boarded my flight and arrived the next calendar day-NO ACCESS TO INTERNET. When I called Customer Service to cancel, I was told it was beyond the 24 hr. cancellation period and I would be charged. I told the representative my situation and she would not help. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told he was on the phone and not available. I left my phone number, name and reservation number and was told he wopuld call me back. He never did. Faced with paying for a service I never used and made attempts to cancel but couldn't, I ended up paying your higher rate, which I will never do again.

    My reservation indicated that I was returning on the 27th of May. Unfortunately, when the counterperson did the stub that I needed to give the driver when I returned, they put the 29th of May as the return date, and I think thy had the wrong name. This made us wait for approx. 1/2 hour while they went to the overflow lot to get our car.

    It was very early in the morning but nobody was behind the desk when I went in to the facility so I did not know what was going on during the check in process. Our return flight was delayed and we were not aware that we should call the facility for the driver to come pick us up. When he did get there he was very courteous and helpful. I was not happy that when I got into my car to leave that the passenger side window had been left all the way down. Also, when we went to leave the attendant who was supposed to open the gate was apparently laying down sleeping so we had to wait a couple of minutes for him to let us out.

    1. When we arrived we had to seek out someone to tell us what to do. It felt very chaotic. 2. We were dropped off at the "Arrival" area of the airport so we had to carry our luggage upstairs in order to check it. 3. When we arrived back to pick up our car there was no one to tell us what was expected, our car was moved to the exit area and we were not told that we needed to wait in a line to get a checkout slip. 4. The amount on the checkout receipt did not match my pre-paid charge (it was more) so we were uncertain about our final cost. 5. When we started our car we found that the radio station was changed from the one we had left it on. 6. We had to wait 10 minutes to drive through the exit and leave the lot while rental cars were examined. That is appallingly inefficient and annoying. 7. We have used other park and fly lots and never felt like the process was so counter-intuitive and time-consuming. We will not be back. Your price was a little lower but not worth the hassle and extra distance from the airport.

    I was very unhappy with the level of service. I was traveling with my wife and 4 kids. We thought that there would be valet service but upon arrival we had to carry our luggage from our parking spot to the shuttle. None of the attendents were there to assist. The driver was very friendly. Upon our return, we waiting for 20 mins for the shuttle. I ended up calling and they said they would send someone over. When we arrived at the facility our vehicle was not ready. I went in and they said that it would be ready in 5 mins. After over 30 mins of waiting they infomed me that they could not locate my keys. They brought me into a room with about 200 sets of keys asking if I could look for my keys. I went through all the keys and mine were nowhere to be found. The manager Mike stated that they would have to give me a rental and deliver my vehicle to me once they found my keys. I said that this wouldn't be acceptable. I everntually found my keys under a desk in their messy key room,they had fallen off the wall where they were hung.

    On my return to Logan Airport I waited one hour before the first bus arrived and could not take anyone else because it was full. After countless unanswered calls to Thrifty I had to take a taxi to the lot to get my car which costs me $18.00. I will never again use your poorly run facility again, NEVER!!!!!!
