Helpful Drivers
I had just gotten out of my car and there was Armando driving to meet me...very pleasant and helpful. He wrote my space number down on a card for me. He helped me with my luggage. On return trip, the next morning a tall man with gray hair helped me with my luggage. Very pleasant and nice. Great service!

Easy Convenience
Parking is convenient although I mistakenly exited the 10 at Archibald. Some signage would have helped. Finding a place to park is always easy and the shuttles run frequently. The drivers are courteous and friendly, much more so than the attendants in the exit booths. Need signage there too.

When I arrived the check out person informed me there would be a delay as there were no drivers available to operate the bus, the wait want very long though, as a driver, I assume for the day shift arrived, and collected all the passengers waiting to make early morning flights

Your staff were professional and personable :) A hard quality to find these days. I found that I had left a map light on, and my battery was dead upon my return. the driver that took me to the airport saw me getting out of my car and waited for me. helped with my luggage and we were on our way. so easy!!! the trip back the bus was waiting for me and again helped with luggage. both drivers were very friendly and personable. in fact i'm going to use this service again this week. so easy and i don't have to worry about asking anyone to take or pick me up.

I was charged $62 and that included a discount and when I arrived there, the going rate was $8.50 per day and would have cost me $50. No I won't be using this website again. It cost me more and I got nothing for it.

We paid on line ahead of time at Ontario CA Reservation # 1107169. Check in at 5.00am August 13 2011 and check out before 5.00pm August 21 2011 Base cost $87.75 Tax $15.75 Res Fee $3.99 Total $107.49 Paid in FULL Our Downloaded boarding pass had an offer $7.00/day at ONT Park'N Fly which we handed in at the lot. Our time on lot was 8 and a half days. Say 9 days That makes $63 base charge and $11.34 tax and Res Fee $3.99 Total $78.33 I think we overpaid by $29.16 What do you think ? [email protected]

I was surprised that my cost at exit was $23.50 (minus $3 discount) though my flight had been about 1 and 1/2 hours late. That seems steep for 1 1/2 hours of parking.

It's the only service we use when we fly. We are so convinced it's the way to go...no trying to impose on some friend to take us to the airport since ParkRideFly is so easy and convenient. Driver Carlos Loarca is a gem...so friendly, so polite. He even had our favorite kind of music playing the radio...classical!

I was told different information on my phone call to make the reservations as opposed to the check out person at the gate who, by the way, was very rude and unhelpful.

Prepaid payment for parking. I entered the parking lot at a little after 3pm on Thursday May 19th. Upon return on May 23rd my flight was one hour late. I checked out of the parking lot around 9pm. However, I was told I had 6 extra hours of parking and that constituted a full day! I had to pay an additional $11.75 upon exiting and no discount was available. Not happy with this at all. Why isn't there a place to enter the ParknRide membership number on the reservation form? I looked to no avail. If this is the case then there isn't any benifit to being a menber of your "special" group other than collect information. If there isn't a discount then I don't want to be a member. Leon D. We unloaded our luggage at the airport before we took our car to your lot. Everything was quick and easy at your facility. We took the shuttle to pick up the car, and our returned to the airport to pick up the luggage. We returned to the airport just as our luggage came from the plane.

Was originally told that by making a reservation it was cheaper than just showing up and paying when you checkout. This is what I have been doing. This time when I printed out my US Air boarding pass there was a coupon for $7.00 per day parking, however, I had already reserved my parking so, I paid more. The only reason I will use this facility again is to give it one more chance to do it right. I've used it before but did not prepay the first time. Found out I could save a few dollars, and I pre paid. When I arrived, I found a parking spot easily. Took my bags from the car and sat them in front of it. Waited 10 minutes, no bus came. Stood on the running boards of my car waving my arms and no one came for over 20 minutes. Total time waiting in 80 plus heat for the bus was 25 minutes. And then when driver came there was another guy with him who worked for the company and they tried to tell me they were short handed. In any case. No real apology for leaving me standing there so long. And then when I came back tonight, picked up my car and wento to check out. I pulled up to the first green light stall, waited. No one there , no one came and told me they could help me on the other side. So I had to back up and move to a stall where a guy was whom made me wait at least another 5 - 8 minutes while he figured out my prepay. All in all, the only reason I will try it again is location.

safe place to leave car. However, on checkout, the attendant would not give me a checkout time voucher, as I knew I was early checking out. He assured me that "park-ride-fly" who I booked the parking reservation with would be notified of the check-in/checkout times. When I called "park ride fly" about this, I am told that is not the case. I find it an underhanded business tactic to extract a few more dollars not due them. It's not the few dollars that upset me but the business practice that is dishonest to say the least.

My only complaint was that I was charged an additional $5.00 when I picked up my car....I had already paid with AX and actually arrived 2 hours prior to the time I stated on my online reservation.

pre paid is the way go. I don't think the #3.00 fee was necessary. You should reconsider charging it. You are $1.50 per- day higher than Sunrise. The Military One day free is a good idea. P. Higgins

The only thing that bothered me was that the price I paid through the website was more than what I should have paid at the parking lot if I didn't prepay.
