    I paid on-line prior to arriving. The cashier could not provide me with a receipt and I had to give her the receipt I had printed out at home showing that I paid. As a result, I had no receipt fo rmyself. That was not good. Otherwise, everything was fine. Pleasant, helpful driver, nice clean van

    I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of making the reservation and my reservation was given an additional discount for first-time user. The customer representative was extremely helpful in giving me exact directions and walking me through the process. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely use them again.

    I booked on line and was charged $52.64..&#40;there abouts&#41;...when I checked out on 3/25/14...I gave the receipt to the girl in the booth and she handed me a receipt for only $44.00...do I get reimbursed the $8.00 difference?...when I paid on line, I estimated the time I would be using the parking lot...why should that estimation cost me $8.00 more everything everything is calculated?

    Snow In

    Upon return from my trip, I was picked up right away and taken to retreive my car. Upon arrival, I found my card was plowed in and stuck in ice. One of the workers came with a shovel and it took over half a hour to get my car out of where it was plowed in. Being that this is a outside parking service, the cars should not be plowed in as this is their business to park and release cars quickly.

    Never Again!

    Upon arriving in the early morning of February 9, the attendant was too busy on her cell phone to help me with my questions, and she appeared bothered that I even had a question. Neither the driver there or back offered to help us with our bags, yet both expected a tip. My car had two feet of snow behind it, and when I asked the driver for a shovel, she said they were at the front office, but she never came back with one. I had to shovel by hand! For the added price of a limo service of only $20 more, I will use that in the future. The checkout girl was the only helpful person.

    Will Park Again

    Very courteous service and efficient. Makes flying out of Newark much more preferable than flying out of JFK or LGA.

    When I checked out the attendent wanted to charge me an additional $10.00 which I refused pay. Per my prepaid reservation I checked in a 6:15 AM on 10/3/13 and checked out at 5:15 PM on 10/6/13 why did she try a charge me an addional $10.00

    reservation:1386936 prepaid amount:$185.32 At check out, the cashier wanted us to pay 24h more, which we refused. I am afraid Parking Spot 2 takes advantage of ParkRideFly- customers, since you are considered a 3th party and they prefer us to book directly with them......Our problem was solved because we insisted SO much/phoned Sandy and spent time waiting before we had the Parking Spot Manager Alex on the phone(allthough we still had to drive to Albany,NY) . I am afraid that your other ParkRide Fly customers in the same situation,just pay the non-justified-extra costs and decide never to book again with ParkRideFly, which is a pity because YOUR calculation of costs was the right one !!!.     Upon departing from the parking facility, we were pleasantly adorned with an additional $90 charge from TheParkingSpot 2 lot attendant. We were charged the additional amount because we had accidently misplaced our reservation voucher. I paid ParkRideFly.com $66 to confirm our reservation at the parking facility, which only would have covered 2/3 of the amount I was charged. I'm still trying to figure out what advantages your website offers. I will be contacting your corporate offices tomorrow to resolve the issue, but if your staff feels its necessary to contact me instead I would be willing to discuss the matter at any time.     I have used your SkyPark several times always to my satisfaction. I will not be using this parking facility again. I would rather pay more. After a trip from Phoenix where the drivers are slow and relaxed we were picked up at Terminal A by your driver. He pulled up so quickly that he swerved wildly to get to the curb. He stated hurry, hurry there is a traffic problem. Several customers boarded for a fast, dangerous drive. Your driver was wreckless and almost had at least one collision. One passenger screamed after a sudden swerve and short stop. I yelled up to the driver to please slow down. Other passengers actually applauded. We held on tightly in order to avoid being thrown around the bus. Never again. What a way to be reminded vacation is over.

    Everything was great, except two things: First, on the website - make the selection of your desired drop off time/pick up time easier....it kept defaulting to the standard 8am-5pm & I ended up having to call customer service to complete my reservation; and second, have better sign from the Haynes Ave to the "Conrail Railroad" St that connects you to 350 Carnegie Ave based on Google directions (we saw signs for Park Plus/Airport Employee Parking but none for SKY/Park). Additionally, you changed your name to The Parking Spot & no information was listed on your website or in my electronic reservation slip. It would have made our first experience using your service much easier. We spent over 40 mins looking for your facility, even a NJ Police Officer we flagged down couldn't direct us correctly, finally another parking facility was able to direct us to you (we had to asked a total of five people before someone knew where you were located).

    It was my first time to use your service. When I returned from my trip the person answering the phone and answering my questions like where do I go from here sounded as if she was preoccupied and I then felt uncertain about where to go and had to ask other people waiting for the shuttle. Wish that her responses weren't so anemic, otherwise my experience was great and would definitely use the service again.

    The directions to the facility are not correct in GPS-It "ends on the highway" ..not knowing the area at all I was concerned about the ending point. I call cust serv # and they put into computer and were confused by same thing so they called the other number and they spoke very broken English. In the end I was told it was not their problem that the directions look as though the parking lot is in the highway and left it up to me to cancel and pay for a day!!!!!!!!

    Easy going and friendly driver with fair parking rates. The only small disadvantage was the unexpected longer wait in the cold (round about 15 min) with a little child until the bus arrived for pick up at the airport. The first bus passed just the time we left the terminal; I am not sure if this one was informed (based on my pick-up-call) that there are people to be picked up at the terminal. As it was the first time we gave you the call by the time we got our luggage and were on the way to the pick up zone. Although we were really quick, it needs some time to get to the designated area...

    The facility looked run down and there was no one around to provide service. Fortunately we came across the shuttle as we tried to locate a parking spot and the driver was very helpful. She provided support with our luggage and general information about the facility.

    The parking lot was a mess because of snow. The drivers were fine. The problem was that you could hardly understand the person on the phone when you called. Even more annoying was the fact that the attendant gave incorrect directions as to how to get to RT 78. She sent me to the NJ turnpike.

    I was very disappointed to find that I had to pay another $10.14 in cash fees when we picked up our car. I was under the impression that I was paid in full. We did have to wait a long time for the shuttle to arrive. The bus drivers were very helpful but the cashier was not. I also did not like that I was not able to ustilize my discount coupon because I booked ahead of time online.

    Hello, could you please not require a physical piece of paper as a receipt. It would really help to take it as is on iPhone or PDA as for many folks it may not be convenient to print. Overall though a good experience. Thanks

    Tried to call the parking facility to get directions and all the numbers provided in my reservation were out of service. Called other facilities to see if they had the number and they helped me. Directions to facility were terrible once given and every time I called the facility, the phone would ring at least 10 times before someone would answer and she was anything but friendly. Upon return home, I was told shuttle was sent out to retrieve us but I had never given her our name or location so she was just trying to dismiss me. Shuttle finally came after 45 min. of waiting!

    Despite printing directions from your linked MapQuest site, and despite some familiarity with driving in this area since we live in NYC, we were unable to find your facility. We called the specific location, and the woman there could only repeat the basic info....and wasn't able to assist us from where we were. We tried going back to I-1-9; we stopped to seek assistance at two other cargo related airport businesses; we called your national 800 #...and they could only refer us back to your local representative...who couldn't help. Overall it was very frustrating...and we finally had to park at the airport's longterm area...as we were about 2 hours out from an international flight departure. We would've liked to use your services...but it didn't work. A rep at your nat'l 800# assured us that she would issue a refund on our return. I'll be calling her today.

    On leaving the car both the attendant and the driver (who drove reclessly to the airport) did not speak english and therefore were unable to answer questions. On check out the call taker wouldn't tell me how longf the wait would be and I had to call 3 times for pick up. On leaving the check out girl was talking non stop w/ another woman in the office was annoyed when asked directions and did not common courtesy during the check out process.

    My party of four arrived at you facility around 3:15 am and when I pulled into the lot by your office there was a bus waiting all warmed-up, your driver asked me to leave my key in the ignition and to step into the bus. We were wisked away in about five minutes or less and arrived at the terminal being the first in line for our destination to Mexico. Upon our arrival back to your facility around 1:00a.m., my vehicle was waiting for my party. I was able to get in and out very quickly because I paid in advance. Keep up the good work, it is so nice to come and go with ease. My part was very impressed. Thank you (Bucks County, PA resident)

    Very pleasant experience. The only thing that I could suggest as an improvement is something not necessarily controlled by you. The pavement just past the bridge for the U-turn to get back to I-78W is very bad. I am glad that your shuttle bus just about stopped before it to minimize damage to your bus. That helped me to look out for it when I left. It would be nice if you could put pressure on the state or Newark to get that fixed, for our sake, and for yours.

    Unfortunately the pick-up was not as quick as we had anticipated. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes. Thankfully it was not as cold outside as it could have been. Also the parking spots were still snow covered when we arrived. That made finding a clear spot a challenge that took several minutes.

    We had planned to put the Carnegie address into our GPS (which is a few years old) to get to this SkyPark lot. but it didn't identify the street, so we called the number listed on the reservation and got those directions. Unfortunately, it led us to Avistar Valet parking. However, some WONDERFUL driver was ready to go out so he told us to follow him and when he turned onto 9-S we were to keep going straight. THAT'S how we were able to find your location. It caused us some anxiety, but after we found it, everything went VERY well.

    The shuttle drivers were both very helpful in picking me up and dropping me, my wife, and our 3-year-old son at our car. They greeted and served us cheerfully and with a smile.     I saw positive reviews on line and you lived up to them! The only issue was calling for the shuttle on the way home. The opperator didn't seem to speak English (odd as we just returned from Mexico!) and we didn't see signs outside telling us where to wait
