    The only complaint I have it that the driver who picked me up from the airport did not assist me with my luggage upon return to the lot until I asked him to do so. I tipped him as soon as I got out of the van, expecting him to walk to the back of the van to get my bags. Instead, he thanked me and walked away toward another client who was, I assume, waiting for a ride to the airport. Other than that, the customer service was excellent all the way around.

    I have been using your facility for at least the past 3-4 years, and have had a real bad problem about 1 year ago. Waited a long time at the airport and waited about 30 minutes for employee to get my vehicle at the lot! &#40; killed almost 1 hour at a midnight arrival&#41; I decided to try again and had good experiences since until this last visit. The problem being that I always pay on-line in advance, and when I got to the parking lot, the attendant charged me an additional $18.00 because he claimed new ownership now charges extra for SUV parking. I have used the same car since I have been parking there and never was charged extra. I feel that after telling the attendant that I am a frequent parker, I should have been given a Bye this first time. You have seen the last of me. It is back to Park N Fly after 4 years removed!

    Very diappointed. Only luxury was the price and that increased since we were told that the price was only for 2 out of the 4 adults. We had to pay additional for them to take us to and from the airport and we were already running a little late and then had to wait while the employee tried to figure out how to put our info into the computer. Upon our reutrn we had to wait 45 mins. for someone to pick us up. Van desperately needs a thourouh cleaning and seats repaired and this all went on while traveling with an infant...

    Not So Luxurious

    Had an early flight &#40;7:30am&#41; and showed up at parking facility at 6:08am, but didn&#039;t get to the airport until 6:45am as there was only one person there &#40;to check everyone in and drive the van&#41;. He said that a second person would be there, but not until 7am. On my return, I stood for 12 minutes at the desk, with staff members walking by, but nobody helping. Everyone kept saying &quot;someone will be with you&quot; as they walked back and forth. Finally, the business is called Luxurious but the brown van that was used was far from luxurious &#40;stained seats and carpet, missing cup holders, rubber seals hanging off the doors, etc&#41;. I am not looking for brand new vans, but they can do better. Would recommend this business, but not as a first option.

    WE waited almost 2 hours to be picked up, and when we returned to lot, our car was not ready. It took an additional 20 minutes to check out. They have only 1 bus to service entire cruise port and the airport!!

    Luxury airport parking terrible experience

    We used Luxury airport parking and went to Port Everglades Princess Terminal 2. We arrived at 1:00 P.M. we waited over 40 minutes to get in a regular size mini van to take us to the port We arrived at the port at aprox. 2:10 P.M. The 2 or 3 mile distance took us some 40 min. terrible traffic. For pick up we called from the port at 9:20 A.M spoke with manager told him we were at Princess Terminal 2 he said it would take about 20 Min. Called back around 9:50 he said they were there already and they probably were but only picked up at Royal Caribbean terminal. He said it would be awhile. After waiting 1 and a half hours we decided to take a taxi to get our car. I found out later this company only has 2 mini vans one for the airport and one for the cruise port. Terrible experience would never use them again nor recommend them.

    we had to wait 40 minutes and made 4 phone calls before we were picked up at the airport. Our car was not ready for us when we got to the rental area even though the driver called in our number. We MIGHT use you again, hoping this was not the norm.

    Needs a little work

    the experience was adequate, hense the 3 stars, but when I arrived the door had a sign that said &quot;Back in 15 Minutes&quot; and as I stood trying to decide what to do, a man opened the door, not for me, but to check on another person&#039;s car. I have never had occassion to comment on an experience using your service until now. He was gruff and abrupt, although efficient. It just wasn&#039;t the friendly greeting I have come to expect at your other locations. Then the van we rode in was anything but luxurious. It is really beat-up on the inside; the seat was so floppy that I felt like I could slip off of it. I am only telling you this, because I know that you would want to make some adjustments, so that the experience is a total success.

    On our return we waited for 45 minutes for a shuttle. We called twice and were told that the driver got lost. When we were finally picked up the driver said he was just called.

    I arrived and got my luggage out of my car. Two workers were smoking outside and told me to meet them inside. I had to walk through a backroom--the door was a &quot;push open&quot; type. The building seemed make-shift. The guy who took my keys was not friendly. He checked me in and told me to wait outside &#40;in the humid warm weather&#41;; the chairs were dirty so I did not sit down. I waited about 10 mins. The man who took me to the airport was nice, but the van was filthy and the window was missing out of the back of the car. On the trip back, I had to load my own luggage in my car.

    BEWARE DON&#039;T USE THIS COMPANY!!

    I HAVE ALWAYS USED PARK &amp; GO IN FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL &amp; EFFICIENT COMPANY. BUT THIS TRIP WE DECIDED TO SAY A FEW BUCKS. WHAT A NIGHTMARE WE ALMOST LOST OUR FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THEM... RIGHT WHEN WE GOT THERE WE HAD TO GET OUT OF OUR CAR AND GO TO THE INSIDE COUNTER WHERE THIS RUDE ATTENDANT SAID THEY ONLY HAVE ONE SHUTTLE AND WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FROM 20 TO 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE TO RETURN. WE SAID WE DIDN&#039;T HAVE TIME TO WAIT PARK &amp; GO HAS OVER 10 SHUTTLE THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU SERVICE AND YOUR IN &amp; OUT IN A MATTER OF 5 MINUTES. THE ATTENDANT SAID HE RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PARK OR PARK AT THE AIRPORT BUT HE COULDN&#039;T HELP US IN ANYWAY. I RECOMMEND TO PAY THE EXTRA $10 DOLLARS AND NOT LOSE A TRIP OF A LIFETIME LIKE WE ALMOST DID!! THIS PARKING COMPANY PARK RIDE FLY USA IS MUCH FARTHER FROM THE AIRPORT THEN ANY OTHER PARKING FACILITY.

    Disappointed

    Upon arriving, there was no one to be found. I went inside and asked a man sitting in the office and was rudely told to &quot;sit down and wait&quot;. Ten minutes later when another man arrived, he was friendly and checked me in and I was immediately taken to the airport. Upon my return, the shuttle was quick, however I wasn&#039;t helped with my bags as there seemed to be one person working and he had to get back to the airport to get other customers. Not sure the savings was worth the grief.

    Little money- little to show for it

    I booked this reservation because of the low price offered on the web site for a pre paid dea. But we will go back to our previous company because it gives better service. At Luxury the van we rode in to the airport was old and wasn&#039;t in good shape. The worst part was the return. We waited at least 30 minutes to get picked up. Keep in mind we had just gotten off of a red-eye flight from Denver. The driver told us he was the only one in the office and had to check people in before getting us. When we got to your office the driver stopped the van outside of the gate, part-way in the street, unloaded our bags and went into the building without telling us what was happening next-- never to be seen again. Your web site said our vehicle would be waiting for us, ready to go. We waited about 10 minutes before a different employee drove our vehicle up to the gate &#40;we are still outside the gate in the street.&#41; The driver was surly and did not help us put the luggage in our vehicle. There were several people waiting for a ride to the airport and apparently they had priority over us. We didn&#039;t get on the road until about 6 a.m., 45 minutes after we first called to be picked up. I didn&#039;t really expect &quot;luxury&quot; but that service was terrible.

    Not good. Excellent!

    I arrived to the facility at 5:45 am. Within 20 mins I was at the terminal. Upon return I called them after picking up my suitcase and within 15 mins their van was picking me up. They had my car ready up front when we arrived at their location.

    Noted Improvement!!!

    This is the third time I have used your service in the past couple of years. The first two times were adequate. This time, I had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to the airport due to an understaffed facility. However, the return was outstanding. I called for pickup at 4:42 PM, and by 5:00 PM, I had been picked up, driven to the facility where I was met by another employee who handed me my keys, luggage unloaded by the van driver, and I was driving out of the parking lot - all within 18 minutes of the initial phone call. Car was ready and parked such that all I had to do was drive straight out of the parking lot. VERY efficient return.

    I called for pickup at 11:10 pm and was told turn left and walk to the end of the terminal to the shuttle pickup area. At 11:45 pm I called again; the gentleman answering the phone said he just came to work and was not informed that there was a pickup waiting. He also said I was given the wrong instruction to the waiting area but would pick us up as soon as possible. he arrived within 15 minutes; apologized; and had the car ready upon our return. the fee was more than reasonable; however, I will select another company in the future.

    Slow, inefficient, waited for 30 min or longer until they gathered everyone as they came in. Some people missed flights because of this. Not enough employees. No one in we know were happy with the the service. Likely to go out of business unless major changes are made soon.

    Very good and reasonably priced service. My only problem was that there was not enough procedural information for the customers. For instance, I didn&#039;t know that I have to call the service desk when I arrived to be picked up. I thought that your shuttle circulate like other parking facilities. I also didn&#039;t know to go to a specific spot to be picked up. Other than these two issues, it was a very good service especially from your staff. Finally i was concerned about your parking security. I guess you know your area better, but it does not look good visually.

    I have used your facility a number of times. I may try one more time again in August, I haven&#039;t made up my mind yet! My last experience was definitely not a good one, as far as the pick up at the airport, and the return to your facility.was concerned! I had to wait in the pick up van at the airport for about 10 minutes for another couple to get in the van. When we got to the facility to pick up my car, which I always pay in full before I drop off my car, I had to wait at least another 10 or 15 minutes for the server to deliver my car to me. My car was not at the front where it usually is waiting for me, however the attendant was taking care of the slow pokes since their car was in front and ready to go. I replied that I could not find my car and hope that it was not stolen! She replied to me that she would be with me in a few minutes while she was taking care of the other couple.&#40; I don&#039;t know what took so long&#41; Anyway, My car was parked 4 blocks away, and when I questioned her, the answer was that there was no room here for my car!     There was only one person at a busy 7 am time checking everyone in and driving. It took over a half hour to get to the airport. Upon return the other shuttles came twice before the luxury shuttle came once. The when we got to the facility the girl had to run blocks away to get each car and that took a half hour. You need more help!

    Stay away from this place!

    I have never had such a bad experience we reserved 4 parking spaces as we were traveling with family,at first when we got there no one was there had to wait outside 20 min for someone to arrive only one person in office which was the same driver then had to wait an addit 20 min because there were people waiting for a long time which were upset they were going to be late for their flight then finally we checked in and they said we had to pay and additional 26 dollars because we had a bigger car our reservation had already been pre-paid online and it did not say this on the website.Last after we put all our luggage in the bus well our luggage did not fit neither did everyone in our party we had take our luggage and go to another bus no one helped us with any of our luggage on the day we returned we had to wait 45 min for them to pick us up again the driver did not help with the luggage I complained and they said I had to speak to the owner but he was not in and they did not have a manager on site, I will never use Luxury Airport Parking we had a horrible experience and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

    Pleasantly Surprised.....

    After reading all the bad reviews I was skeptical at parking here, even though I had already pre-paid 2 weeks b4. Upon arrival there was only one young lady at the lot, who helped with loading my bags and getting me checked in. I did not think that it was unacceptable considering it was 5:00am and no one else was parking. She got us to the airport in time for our 6:30 departure. Upon returning and getting to the facility I was notified that my car wouldn&#039;t start. The shuttle driver, if I am not mistaking Bob, took me to my vehicle and jumped my car to help me get out of there. After a very unpleasant flight experience and trip I must say that this shuttle company was the only thing that did go right!! They were kind and very helpful.

    You get what you pay for.

    Never again. I chose this facility because the price difference between this one and the one I normally use was substantial. However, you get what you pay for. I arrived and waited for someone to show up. The same person was retrieving cars and checking you in. When I asked this person if anyone was going to help me get my luggage out of the car, the response was &quot;if you need help&quot;. He was so rude and the term &#039;customer service&#039; did not exist at this facility. When I called for a pick up, I waited for 30 minutes. I have used off site facilities at least 30 times and have NEVER waited 30 minutes for a pick up. NEVER AGAIN!

    Never Again

    Very stressful waiting for a pick up to airport. Was supposed to be picked up at 5:30 AM, doors were locked. Waited over a half hour before we got on bus. Loaded our own luggage to save time. Waited over 35 minutes to be picked up from airport. People sitting on other peoples lap as there wasn&#039;t room on bus on the bus back. The lot was not secure as stated.

    The parking facility is fenced, &#039;tho we never saw the gate closed. A car wash service is offered, which we will take advantage of next time. Facility building is clean and bright. The one staff member we met was friendly, courteous, helpful and competent. Overall, we were quite pleased with the service, and hope to use it again. The discount coupon was what caused us to use this facility over the several others in the immediate area.

    Extremely unprofessional and AVOID!

    When we arrived we asked that the shades be put in the windshield and were assured it would happen. Upon our return we had to go find the car and the shade was not in the window and the car was covered with tree leaves and a sticky substance. There was also a scratch on the hood. We were given 2 receipts with different amounts, neither which was the prepaid amount. When asked about the receipts was told the employee should not have given us the one with the highest amount. We explained we&#039;d prepaid and were told we must have a double RSVP. We were told if the additional charges were applied to call the manager. As unprofessional as the employees were we will dispute any charges with our credit card company. The bus which picked us up had the door held closed with a bungee cord. Overall it was an awful experience and very unprofessional. Would avoid and never recommend.

    I will never use this location again. I waited almost one hour for my shuttle to get my car. It was only a four minute ride back to the location. Very bad customer service, I would have preferred to pay more and get better service and not have to wait one hour at midnight with my wife and three kids !!! Never again

    Arrived at luxury parking lot 5:30 sat morning Place was totally dark Gate open but barely lighted There were no employees around and office was lo led Called the number on door and a driver answered said he would pick us up in 5 minutes 15 minutes later still waiting Afraid I would miss my flight I went to airport parking I was really dissappointed .

    Upon arrival there was noone there to greet us or direct us where to go. Staff came up shortly after and directed us. The check-in process was long as we were in a hurry to catch our flight and the clerk was unsure how to complete the process.

    In all honesty, this is the second time i have parked at the luxury airport parking and i DO NOT think i would be using this company anymore. I went with it because it was the cheapest parking service available. Going to the airport was fine but upon returning, i had to wait for over 45mins to be picked up from the airport. When i got to the office to pick up my keys and mentioned my frustruation to the desk guy, he simply said its because he was short staffed. No apologies. I guess i'm going to have to go back to PARKnGO since i six of their shuttles passed by me as i waited for the freaking Luxury airport parking bus.

    I will not use this service again your company or your affillates use deceptive practices nothing on site said we pay more to park a Suv charged extra 3$ a day for what. I could have use airport parking for $10. So as a business man I will let others know such misrepresentation. This not how I would ever do business with a consumer.

    The morning counter person at the Luxury Aiport Parking lot was wonderful. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. The young man on Friday night provided me with the worst experience of my life. On my first call he gave very quick directions and hung up before I could ask questions. FYI, between gates 2 and 3 is not enough when you cannot see a number 3 from the lower leverl of the airport. Also, be right there did not equate to 40 minutes in my world. Concerned that I was waiting in the wrong place I called back and got a recording. After another 20 minutes, yes I was timing my wait, I called again to be sure I was in the right waiting location. When I treid to explain my concern, the driver got very hostile and told me I could call a cab if I didn't like his service. After waiting an hour and forty minutes, I called your 866 number and that service rep called the driver. When he reached me he was irate. After waiting for 100 minutes, my 64 year old bad hip and knee were really bothering me and I was in pain. I crawled into the van, I wanted to get off my feet. He rudely told me I could not sit in the seat directly by the door because the gentleman that was already in the van had to get out. When I tried to explain to him I could not physically get into another seat, he told I would move or get out and that I had better change my attitude or he would make me get out. Really bullied and somewhat afraid of this young man, I endured then pain and pretzeled my way into the back seat. We took off the the transports next stop and this driver continued to berate me and publically humiliated me in front of this other passanger. I tried to tell him that my bolld slugar was low from the long wait and I was in pain and his response was I should change my attitude or get out. In short, this driver scared me!

    Answer to question 2 should be NA we had carry on. I will not use your facility again for the simple fact that as a parker I had a presumed sense of security in the fact that I would have expected the car after we left and was parked by the attendent that it would be locked and secured. I can only assume that it wasn't and the area did not appear to be monitored or watched with the driver and office person being one in same is the reason that I had 15.00 stolen from the console in my car. So you people have your little dissclaimer about not responsiable for lost or stolen goods I have the right to choose parking and choose not use any of your facilities again and taking my name off the e-mail list.

    That was a terrible experience. After multiple calls to be picked up I took a cab,paid for the cab and was cussed out by the employee. He followed me to my vehicle using aweful language. He needs to be fired. I will definitely tell my friends and plan to call the lot today to complain again.

    I am appaled at the low level of service and the rudness of your employees. Was told if I didn't like waiting --TAKE A CAB. THIS IS A COURTESY AND NOT PART OF YOUR PARKING FEE.I waited 2 Hours for a ride and watched the PARK & RIDE driver from the 595 and port everglades come around 4 times!!! I will NEVER use your facility and make sure that I tell everyone else the same. Rating is lower than 1.

    When I arrived the driver was leaving for the airport. There was another traveler waiting as well. Turns out he was the only one manning the office and the van. He left without signing us in, even though both of us were already pre-paid. The other guy wandering around the lot couldn't check us in. By the time the driver came back checked us in and took care of some other business - 45 minutes had elapsed since the time I arrived. I barely made my flight and my luggage didn't make the flight costing me $50 to have it delivered at my destination. I will make sure to contact everyone I recommended you to and let them know this happened.

    great price/location and trip to airport. I had trouble getting thru upon my return waited over a half hour and then another 15 mins. in line for another pickup at Spirit? My car was ready to go upon arrival - nice. Just the issue w/getting picked up timely - contacting ya's - had to call back like 4 times?

    Not a friendly place. The drivers acted frustrated and not happy. It was just a ride and that's it. On the way back, the driver quickly drove right by us as we were trying to flag us down. Then, he made us walk a long way to the drop off area. He said that he couldn't get to the pick up area but that is where he drove right past us. He made no apologies. We had to carry/wheel 6 bags ourselves after paying a porter to take them to the right spot. Then, the driver placed our bags right by his van not our vehicle in front of a big puddle. He went inside and left us to carry our bags to the other side of the parking lot. Then he decides to get friendly and shows up to lift our bags into the car for a tip...we told him to just go away.

    The workers at the location itself were good, but the site was sorely understaffed. On a busy travel weekend (eg Thanksgiving), there were not enough employees. There seemed to be only one van taking passengers as well. Again, the individual workers were courteous. If using this site, give yourself extra extra time. Efficiency is not good.

    Upon landing, I tried to call for the shuttle for 10-15 minutes. Each time the line said 'connecting' and put me through to a full sprint voicemail box and promptly disconnected me. After finally reaching someone, I waited a good 30 minutes. Later I found out that there was only one employee on handling the whole operation. It was not an usual time, but 1:30 pm in the afternoon. When I finally got to my car, I immediately noticed that someone had left a monster energy drink can in my cupholder and that all of the items in my trunk had been rearranged. I am VERY DISPLEASED and will never use this parking service again.

    When we first pulled in to the facility. It was a bit confusing what exactly we needed to do or where we were to go. Somebody came up to the window very unfriendly and asked questions and then walked away. Upon our return we wated for the shuttle which came in about 10 minutes but was already full. The driver who was very rude told my husband he could come for the ride as there was not enough room for the entire famil (4). He said it would be quicker if he got the car and came back for us. So he did just that but upon pulling away another van showed up. SO now I had to wait for my husband to get the car and drive back to the airport to pick us up. That is not the service we paid for. I did not mind waiting for the van, it was the fact that we had to get the car and come back to the airport. I am sorry, but I will not be referring this particular facility to anybody. I was not pleased at all.

    I booked the service expecting much more. The ONLY employee who was there for my departure and arrival was good but she is only 1 person. Seriously they need to hire someone else to work in addition to the lady who worked because its too much for one person to do and it in turn does not make the process run smoothly. When I got back from my trip and ran the # I was told to ring literally like 8 times before there was an answer that's because the ONE person they have working was on the road picking people up. The own needs to fix this and give that lady a break and a raise cause she is doing like 3 ppls jobs in 1.

    1. I pulled up to the faclity to mass confusion and no where to pull my car. After the employee directed me to the parking space and I was nearly inside he yelled from sitting down in a chair...to a group of us regristation and license plate. So, to be clear I was greeted by him or inside and there was no offer to help with the luggage. I would rate the trip to the airport poor, (one van running), there was enough space on it for me and there was no system. People who arrived after me where taken on the first van. There was 8 of us who couldnt get on the first van. We had to wait. The driver asked us which airline. I was JetBlue and thought he said that was the first stop. So, I decided to let everyone else in first. Figuring that would be easier when getting to the airport. Apparently, JetBlue was the last stop and he yelled "JetBlue" at me to get in. It was not a apporiate tone. He clearly felt rushed from being understaffed. I know it was the day before thanksgiving but it does happen every year. #4 On the return we had to wait over 30 minutes. Again, only 1 van who was not answering his phone. He was unpleasent. #5 Upon arrival at the facility he asked to go inside and get our keys. There was no one inside. We found our keys and took them but some people's keys where not there...#6 I travel often and would ask you would you use a facility like this again?

    "Luxury " is just a word, the place was far from luxurious , besides early Thru. morning (Thankgiving) there was 1 lady in charge of everything ; the luggage, the phones and check in, I had t wait like 30 min and like The other passengers were nervous we were going t miss our flights, this took place at 4:15-4:30am. I had t skip in line t make it through security and runned to my gate, Ibarely made it ( my flight was at 6am) and had a connection, if I had missed it I wouldn't have made it for Thanksgiving. On the return I was waiting on t curve for over 30 min., others longer, on your add You mentioned it was like a "valet parking " with no worries, it was the opposite. Besides, while waiting I had the time to check with other passengers and they paid $6.99 per day, I was charged $12.99, almost double the price??? I could have parked at t airport for just a few more dollars and avoid The waiting and anxiety of almost loosing my flight. I and several friends travel a lot, but I'm afraid I cannot recommend your business P Lynch

    I had a small change in my return flight time and the attendant never asked me if there were any changes before she checked me in. The return flight time was changed right before I left for the airport. I told her of the change but she had already processed me and had to write the correct time on the slip. Thankfully there were no extra charges but it would have been easier if she had asked BEFORE she started processing. All in all a very good experience and I will be using your facility again.

    We've used your facility several times now, but are dissatisfied as we rec'd two different slips for the same date, Ticket #134214. When the driver picked us up at the airport he gave us our receipt with a total amt. of $40.52. We also have a ticket with the same date and ticket # for $51.20. Called the lot in FT. Lauderdale to question why they charged us the higher amount. They didn't explain why they gave us two receipts in different amounts, and wouldn't give us credit.     The vans are in very poor shape.... Door held closed buy bungee cord, 1 employee to run counter and take and drop off customers. The employee was great, but work conditions and equipment horrible. I use them because they are close to the airport. I sure the owner makes tons of money! He would be wise to add staff and maintain or update his equipment ! Thanks , Joseph J. Medeiros

    Upon return we waited about one hour to be picked up at the airport. Getting picked up required four phone calls. Your facility had only one employee on duty. This employee was covering the office ( phones & paperwork ) and driving the shuttle. One employee, in total, on duty!!! I question the judgement of your company being affiliated with such a facility. I will not feel comfortable utilizing your affiliates again. Do you check these companies out???

    The only complaint is that when I arrived to be taken to the airport there was only one person at the facility who was doing everything. It happened to be a female and she was in charge of getting us checked in, loading our luggage, taking us to the airport, and unloading our luggage. We ended up waiting a little bit because she was the only one at the facility. Great job to her, but for future maybe one other person would have been helpful.

    After pre-paying for a 2 day parking pass, I arrived at the lot (luxury parking in Ft. Lauderdale) and was told I would need to pay an additional $5/day because I had a van. Not a 12 passenger van, a regular E-150 van -the same size as a pick up truck. I told the person (who said he was a manager) that I had prepaid and that there was no mention of an extra fee for a van. He said that that was because we used a broker, and if we had gone through his site it was clear that larger vehicles were extra. I told him that I would like my money back and I would go elsewhere. He then said that he would honor my price, but "don't tell anybody." He went inside, gave me a receipt showing money owed (and the receipt had no connection with what I had paid) and said, "don't worry about the amount due, you are paid in full." I called for a pick up two days later at 12:30am - our plane was an hour late. They asked for the receipt number, which I gave, along with my airline. She reminded me where to wait. My phone was dying, so I put it away. We waited in the assigned waiting area. 30 min later, I picked up my phone and saw 2 missed calls. Called her back. She hadn't left yet because she couldn't find my receipt. Asked for it again. She said she would come anyway. Picked us up. Pretty much said I was making up my receipt number, which I then gave to her. We got to the lot. She had pulled the wrong car. Couldn't find our keys. 15 min later went in a back office, found the keys. Said we owed money. (A different amount than was on the receipt from day #1) I refused to pay. She said she would try to clear the amount from the bill. She did. Then we got into their van to go to an offsite lot to find our van. It was now 2:00am. We still had 1.5 hours to drive home. NOT a good experience. I would not use ParkRideFly again because of their connection to the Luxury Parking company. STRONGLY recommend you quit brokering for them. Bait and switch is not an honorable method of doing business.

    Return appeared to be very slow and employee could not find my papers and car keys. I waited 30 minutes before he found my check out papers and car keys. I had never had this slow process using this parking facility before. I intend to use this facility again in the near future feeling that this episode was not the norm!

    The facility was nice and the guys working in the morning of July 17th were great too but it took 25 minutes from the time I finished checking in, until the time we left for the airport. The 2 guys working just seemed a little unorganized and overwhelmed. I was almost afraid I was going to miss being able to check my bag.

    I am sorry to inform you that I will not be using this facility again. In fact, I was paid up until Thursday but I had my family go get the car as quickly as possible, which meant 2 days early. The staff was very friendly but the facility did not look clean and organized. The hardest part of the experience was riding to the airport. When the van door was opened I was greeted with the strong scent of cigs and alcohol. Although the staff was incredibly pleasant, the appearance of the place needs a professional upgrade. The price is right, the service is fine, but they need a clean and professional look.

    The driver who took us to the airport was a great representative of the company, I felt very welcomed by him, and would recommend your company. I forgot his name, but he worked on the morning of July 4th at the Fort Lauderdale Luxury Airport Parking. My return was equally plesant, though with many other families being picked up simultaneously, the driver was not able to give me and my family the same individualized attention, which was completely understood by me. Thank you again for the service, I will be using your company again in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

    The facility was unexpected as it did not state that I would have to leaves keys with facility attendant when I made my reservation online. Also, although the staff greeting very nicely their appearance was a little unkept. The appearance of the location was also very shabby. To be honest I was a little skeptical about leaving my car, but I did nonetheless. I was happy to see that nothing happened to my car and that all went as planned.

    On the way to the airport we had a very pleasurable experience with Luxury Airport parking and felt good about our selection. However upon return we called to be picked up from the Ft Lauderdale Airport, I was told 20-25 minutes. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes. We selected this facility due to close proximity to airport. The driver did not greet us at all and had inappropriate music playing very loudly, not a very welcoming trip after waiting in South Fl heat. When we arrived @ the facility we were asked for our last name so they could retrieve our vehicle. Again we waited for 20 minutes, until the Manager came out and was very rude to another Customer in front of us. My Husband asked the Manager to please refrain from speaking to the elderly woman in such a manner and the Manager told us to, "Leave the lot, NOW!". We had still not recieved our vehicle and were still waiting (in the heat)for our vehicle to be brought to us. My Husband asked the Manager for our car as we needed to get on the road, our time is valuable and we spent approx 2 hours in total waiting for service from this company after a long flight. Our car was brought around to us by a Man that never said hi or thank you or sorry for the delay. I will NEVER come back or recemooned this place, in fact I will discourage anyone from using this facility-my money will be spent elsewhere, where it is appreciated.

    When I first received this survey I couldn't understand why I didn't see the Luxury Airport Parking name, until I went to the Airport Parking Locations and see that you own 4 sites. I used the Luxury site and would like to know where the Luxury comes in. The van is old and dirty (not Luxury) and upon arrival it appears to be a one mane show, though there was another guy standing around who didn't offer to take my bags out of my car upon arrival (that would have been Luxury). While we were there my wife used the bathroom and commented she has seen cleaner bathrooms at gas stations (Clean facilities would have been Luxury). On a return trip we called at 8:15 AM for a pick-up and was told we would be picked up in 20 minutes. We didn't get picked up until 9:05. What was funny we saw several Park N' Ride vans pass us several times right after we called. A quicker pick-up would have been Luxury.When we were dropped off our bags they were removed from the van. There was no offer to put in my car (that would have been Luxury). So you can see there is no Luxury in Luxury Airport parking. I will not use again nor recommend. Maybe your other sites run a different operation. I do appreciate the opportunity to complete the survey and maybe in the future try a different site.

    Lot was full despite reservation.Took bar-coded paid voucher upon check-in and had to park across street until more room in fenced in area..Reserved thru your ad for military rate. Was advised military rate was one day free. Bar codeed voucher received after credit card provided included airport access charge of $7.83, reservatiin fee of $3.99 and coupon for $9.11. We called back immediately when bar-coded receipt received with this info and was advised airport access was a tax paid by cruise passengers too. Said $9.11 was the military discount. Upon checkout our receipt was for $55.46 and included a concession facility for $3.89. We never were even in a concessioin facility. We received the receipt accross the street where our car was. We deserve a refund of $9.99-the difference between $58.64 we paid and $48.65 our check-out receipt was for.We could not use a credit for future use as we will not be cruising again. We are 85 and 86 and wife has colon cancer. This was to be our "dream cruise" We followed this web pop-up and called the number provided for military rate because I retired US Navy after 32 years.     When we arrivied at your facility we had to wait in line for half an hour. Busses were going out to the port, but there was no one to take us to the airport. We were afraid we were going to miss our plane. Finally a bus returned & we begged the driver to take us to the airport. He took us and told us that the driver that was suppose to take us decided to go for lunch instead. On our return, we had to wait half an hour to be picked up. When we reserved our ride, we were charged $72.39 which was marked "paid in full" This amount appeared on our credit card statement. When we arrived the day we left on our trip, we were given a credit card slip for $68.40. When we were picked up on our return, we were given a credit card slip for $95.07. What's with these amounts? We had to leave our car with the car keys and it was taken who knows where for the time we were away. When we used another facility, our car was parked in a spot at their secure fenced in lot. We would not recommend using your parking facility.

    When I arrived at the location I waited for 15 minutes and there was no one on site. I knocked at the door in the front and back location and no one was there to respond. I ended up having to get into my vehicle and park at the airport due to the fear of missing my flight. I will never use any of your facilities due to this extreme poor customer service. When I made my reservations online, I indicated the early arrival time due to my flight and was very disappointed with the fact there was no staff available.

    Very Slow service, only 1 staff on hand to do all the work. On return flight had to wait 2 hours to be picked up at th airport, On return to the the office the owner was very rude. If not for one of the marshals at the airport we would have never been picked up. The service to the airport was bad seems like the cruise was the focus, For this reason I will never use your service again and I think I should be compinsated for my trouble

    Even though the scores indicate positive it really wasn't. First of all the location had only 1 person to check you in and take you to the airport which makes you extremely nervous when trying to catch a flight. What if I arrived at the location and the 1 person was driving someone to or from the airport what would I think or do??? This is after trying to find it since the sign doesn't say park/Ride/Fly and it's not on the same street name as the address indicates. All of this just to save only a few dollars, definitelly not worth it. Sorry, But thanks for asking.

    Three Park and Fly shuttles went by while I was waiting. The excuse was that a U-Haul customer needed attention. At 2:00AM that shouldn't be my problem.

    Dropping off my car and taking the shuttle to the airport was seamless. I was very impressed with how smoothly it went and was planning to book a reservation with you for my December trip. However, my return was a much different experience. When I got off the plane in fort lauderdale, I attempted to call your facility 10 times to get the shuttle back, but there was no pick up. I had to take a cab to the facility. When I got there, people had been waiting for up to 4 hours to get their car back. I, myself, had to wait 2 hours. It was very frustrating and unbelievable. I will not be using your facility again.

    Our experience when we arrived and were taken to the airport was great. The cost of our parking was great. Our return from the airport to your facility WAS A NIGHTMARE! When we landed, we called your office as per the directions (no one answered for about 10 minutes). Finally someone picked up and told us to leave the terminal and go to the left. I asked him where we were walking to and he responded by saying just look for the sign and hung up. I called again and again no one answered. After several attempts, he picked up the phone again and said find the sign and hung up. Once my family found the sign, I called again to see when the bus would get there. He said you have to wait!. Finally I saw your bus, except he drove right passed us and did not stop. I had to call again. Again he told me to wait and if I see the bus to stop it. I explained that the bus was in the main traffic of the airport and I was not going to run into traffic to stop a bus. I was waiting where instructed to wait. FINALLY- after about 40 minutes the bus showed up. 40 MINUTES!!! When we dropped our car off, we were told every 10 - 15 minutes there is a bus. The driver apologized and said that we were instructed to walk to the wrong area. The correct area was right outside the terminal. Once we arrived at the parking facility, the driver helped us with our bags. The office attendant (which is the person who hung up on me several times came out to bring my car up front) was very rude. I asked him if he is the person who hung up on me and he said "yeah so?". I told him he was very rude and should take some lessons in customer service. I finally was so fed up that I called him an asshole. He told me "dont fuck with me". It was not correct that I cursed at him but I feel that he should have been more understanding in the matter. In my opinion, this person should not be working with customers. He is a poor representative of your company. Also, my credit card bill shows a charge of $29.64. The receipt shows a charge of $28.50. And the attendant gave me an additional receipt that shows an additional charge of a daily charge. I am not satisfied with the service i received and the different amounts that I have been charged. Your company claims 100% satisfaction, and I am not satisfied.

    First impressions were not good but that was really the only complaint. I arrived at 4:30 in the morning and no neighborhood looks good at 4:30 in the morning. I spoke with Corina at ParkRideFly, Vernon over the phone and Jason parked our car. All 3 were great to work with, especially Corina and Jason. They went above and beyond expectations. I spoke to another nice woman on Saturday, Oct. 15th and the gentleman who picked us up were both friendly and helpful. I would use your services again. I cannot assess the website as I made my reservation over the phone.

    I waited about a half hour for the van, after calling the office several times and getting a message that said my call could not be answered.....good-bye. Scary for 11:00 at night when I was told to call after I had picked up my bags and didn't know the van came without a phone call. Then when I got to the office with about five other parties, the incompetent employee could find some people's keys, others had their cars blocked in and had to wait to get out of the lot...and my car was in a remote lot and I had to wait for a ride to go get it. Not fun at midnight with 40 miles to drive home. That's a far cry from your ad that said you're right next to the airport and you'll have me on my way in minutes!

    I have used your service before and not had an issue...but on this trip upon our return we were very disappointing. The process took over an hour to get picked up, find our keys; get our vehicle and get on the road. Others waiting there had been that long and longer. The staff couldn't find the keys for one person waiting which delayed everything even that much more. She then found the key on the counter herself.

    Upon late night return I had very broken phone reception and could not determine instructions. I asked around and was told to go to the waiting area. The Parking person was telling me to walk from terminal 1 to terminal 2 to get the van. Luckily the driver was smart enough to drive by my terminals area. The same thing happened to 6 other passengers. The wait was almost 20 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!

    As a first time user of off-site parking I was excited but didn't know what to expect. The facility I chose was based on price and the name (Luxury Airport parking). Upon my arrival, I wasn't to thrilled with leaving my car in what appeared to be a repair shop, but I had already reserved the lot and had a flight to catch. Upon my return, I got in about mid-night and returned to my car with no concerns, only to wake up the very next day and go into my garage and notice my car had been damaged. Its going on day four now and the management at the facility has yet to extend a courtesy call to me regarding my complaint. Despite this experience, I will use the site and services again in the near future...however, it will not be at this particular location.

    when returning, it would seem that they could have the car moved and ready to go when the shuttle reeturned rather than waiting until I got there. There were at least 3 people on site at the time.

    Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Then, was told shuttle was full and to please wait for the next shuttle. Then when arrivig at the ParkRideFlyUSA garage they were unable to give me my car back because they could not find it. waited another hour for them to find it and bring it to me..I was so tired and exhausted and stressed from all this, that i will never use your facility again and i will never even refer my worst enemy for this facililty. The only nice person, was the Driver that took us to the airport.

    First impression was fine... Shuttle to airport was extremely HOT, no a/c and very crowded and uncomfortable. Shuttle came to pick us up fairly quickly - no complaints there, but once we got back to the lot, it was a chaotic MESS! We waited OVER AN HOUR for them to "find" our car because it was in a different lot. Took the guy 3 trips to "the other lot" and serviced three other shuttle buses that had since arrived. After roughly 1.25 hours +- we finally got our car, only to find out that we were overcharged for the service. A lady who came out about 15 mins. prior to our leaving told the crowd to check their receipt carefully before leaving because she was double charged. The attendant took my receipt and cleaned the windshield with it. After he retrieved it from the garbage after wiping my windshield with it, I, too realized I was overcharged. Upon speaking to the attendant inside, he admitted a mistake had been made, but no excuses for making us wait over an hour. I still have not received the credit for the overcharge!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PARK IN THIS LOT!!!

    Horrible. We arrived at 6:00 in the morning to find only one completely, overworked person trying to check in and answer all calls. There was no place to park. There was almost a fight in the offices. It was even worse when we returned. Keys were lost. They had no ideas where the cars were. This same overworked person, was answering the phone, picking up at the airport and finally finding our car. This is a terribly run operation. I absolutely will never use it again.

    I was not happy with the services I got, and will go elsewhere next time. We paid for a car wash that never happened. I asked for my refund and I am still waiting for a call back. We waited more that thirty minutes to be picked up. My flight arrived at 5:30 and I left the parking lot at 7:00 pm. I squeezed through a parking slot to get out. Will not come back!

    My first few minutes at the service left me wondering if I had made a mistake leaving my car with this facility. Primarily I was ignored upon first entering the facility...the person walked right by me with not a word of greeting or "I'll be right with you." Had I not prepaid, I would have left.

    I have never been to a more disorganized place. They lost track of my key because one of the other staff removed it from the box and did not tell anyone else. No one knew what any other staff person was doing, which caused me and other customers to stand around without any direction. I eventually just grabbed my key and left because i did not want to wait around for the valet. I will not be returning and i will be warning my friends and family of your terrible establishment.

    The drop-off was a little anxious because I was dropping my car off at around 4:45 AM and I couldn't find your location in the dark. The Google Map directions were unclear. When I finally did arrive, I did not realize that the printed barcoded receipt had to be shown at check-in, and I had left it in my car so that I would have it handy when I checked out. The online directions are not clear about showing the barcoded reservation at CHECK-IN - it says that you must show it at check-OUT. Because I had to go back to my car to get the paper, I was even more anxious about missing my flight, since I was already late in dropping off my car because of the difficulty in finding your location.

    Upon exiting my flight I called your service at least 5 times (15 minutes) before I was able to get through to someone. After finally speaking to someone I was told they would pick me up in 15 minutes which became a half hour, waiting in the heat. Then arriving at the facility I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my car. Why wasn't the car waiting for me after all that time? I would not use your service again.

    We were a little doubtful as to leaving our automobile key at the facility while on holiday. Only due to the fact the facility appeared to be a bit seedy. Nonetheless, our doubts were groundless. The shuttle was a bit slow to pick us up upon our return but other than that very satisfied. We will be using the facility again in the near future.

    I have had good experiences in the past with Park and Go, but will never use Luxury Parking again. Their service was not professional and their 'parking lot' was more of a yard where they shoved as many cars into it as possible. I was not helped with my luggage on return on pick up or at their lot, after waiting over 15 minutes after calling at the airport, and they marked my windshield with wax crayon and were to busy to take it off, and I had to navigate my car out of the pile of cars myself that they had in there using almost a 5 point turn to get out without hitting other peoples cars.

    To be honest, your facility looked more like a tow lot, and not long term parking. Employees were dressed inappropriately and unprofessionally. They were on drugs I am sure. I paid for services I did not get, and have to argue for the return of my money after my trip. Imagine, you get back, wait an hour for someone who drives like a moron and can hardly speak English! Then, your driver, turns out to be the counter help who refuses you a refund for services you did not get? I mean, your place is a joke. I would never return, and I will warn others on the net at review sites never to go there. You have no business being in the long term parking business. All I can say is that my full tank of gas, ended up as a 1/4 tank, funny how that happens. Also, my car was driven during my trip, as the mileage was different upon my return, and we are not talking a few miles to get lunch either. If I thought it would do any good, I'd report you to the police! Every single element was moronic, stupid, or worse, just plain insulting. Your employees actually told me "How is it our fault you paid for services you did not get, and why do you expect your money back for that?" I mean, you go, you pay, and you get stiffed, your car gas tank is drained, your car looks like shit because it was driven, and all I could think of was getting out of there as fast as possible because I was tired, red eye, after a pleasant vacation. Ruined, by morons in Fort Lauderdale. I mean, I would pay you not to go there. I have to say, I am going to log on to any review site I can and warn people. I really feel everyone there should be fired, the place, well, what a pit! You know I should call the police there and put in a complaint, I am sure it is not the first, very very very sure. On the off chance someone with an IQ over 100 reads this, just understand, business, even in that area, will fail fast when you run it like you are inept. Heed my warning, trust me, you run a stupid facility...

    Cars are parked too tight and they are not in an individual spot. Upon my return I recieved my car and my car has many scratches on it. I trusted this facility with my vehicle and I am dissappointed that better care was not taken with my vehicle.

    This was my very first time using a facility to drop my car off. I was told by a few friends that it was okay, yet I wasn't so sure at first until I really didn't have a choice. I had looked over and over a few companies before I chose you. I was greatful I did, I had no problems whatsoever in dropping it off or picking up my car and it was returned in the same condition I dropped it off. I will MOST DEFINITELY use you again, in two weeks actually!! And I will definitely refer you to my friends and family!

    We will definitely be back!!! Everything went according to plan and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Loved the man who answered the phone when we wanted to be picked up at the airport....he has quite a sense of humor, refreshing. My only concern (not a complaint) is that the names are so similiar for Park&Fly and yours that it can be confusing at times. Very good experience.

    The service was a disgrace! Upon my return,I called for someone to pick me up. For over 45 minutes, no one even answered the phone. After someone finally answered the phone, they came a picked me up within 15 minutes. It took me over an hour to get from the airport to my car! I will never use this service again.

    The checkin was fine including the schuttle to the cruise port.Problem began when I called to have schuttle pick us up after return from cruise. It took 4 calls and one hour and forty five minutes from the time of first call till schuttle picked us up. There was two other couples waiting also and they got tired of waiting and hired a taxi. Only explanation was everyone comes back same time. If that is correct and it happens every return from cruise ship then they need to plan for extra schuttle and staff.Our car was supposed to be out front and ready which it was not. A vehicle had to be moved and we left with writing on our windshield which I had to remove at next gas stop.The checkout guy never spoke to me or apologized or nothing. Very unprofessional and certainly hate this happened because I am going to be back in same area in two weeks and would have liked to have used services from same source rather than shopping all over again for another source.If I were using this company as a representative of parent company I would look for a replacement fast because this type of service is pathetic and bad reflection on ParkRideFly USA.     I drop off my family at the airport and took the car to your location. They took me in a van to the airport terminal for my departure. The gentlemen driving did not exit the vehicle to open door or assist with luggage. Upon arriving at FTL Airport (approx midnight), we called your office for a pick-up at Terminal 1 - SW Airlines. The gentlemen that answered said we would have to walk to terminal #2 where the driver would pick us up. I explained that I was with my mother age 86 and she had trouble walking since she used a walker. He said that would be the only way they could pick us up since they did not have permission to pick up at Terminal #1. We walked until we were in between Terminal # & Terminal #2 and there was no one there. I called again and pleaded with the gentlemen to send someone fast. We were very tired and upset with the situation. Finally, we were picked up at approximately 12:25 am. I had used your facility before and I was quite pleased; however, I cannot chance to have this happen again.

    I had to wait 40 minutes for my ride back to my car after flying in last night. But it was late, so okay. I suppose it was crazy to think that there were actually rides every 5 minutes 24 hours a day. But, I keep quarters in my "ashtray" of my car and realized today that someone stole every single one of them while my car was parked in this lot. It is so scary to think I left my car (with the keys) at this lot. I must have been an idiot. AND I suppose they have my credit card number through you. I noticed this at lunch and called the facility and the person that answered the phone basically laughted and hung up on me. I called your customer service to let them know but now I realize you can't do anything about it. You're a service for them. They are your customer, not me. I don't care about the quarters, but the thought that I left my keys with these idiots makes me wonder if I'm insane. It was your professionalism that convinced me that it was safe to leave my car there, but if you have no control over anything that happens in your lots, I can't feel comfortable using you as a service. This made me realize that if something goes wrong while parking in a lot, and I made reservations through you, there is basically no one to complain to. The lot doesn't care and you can't.     I am a travel agent and would never use or recommend your service. When I went to your location 20 minutes after my the time I had confirmed my reservation for, no one was there. I called the local and toll free numbers but no one answered. I left and parked elsewhere but called the local number again 5 minutes later to advise that I had left. The person that answered told me that he was at the airport dropping off customers and would be back in 10 minutes. I tried to explain that I was running behind schedule and had to leave, he told me that I had to wait and disconnected the line. Later I called the toll free number and explained what happened. The lady that I spoke to told me that I needed to send a receipt for my parking charges and I would receive a refund less the amount paid for the first day as I chose not to use their service. At this point I plan to dispute the charges once it is billed and I plan to ensure none of my family members, friends or clients use your service.

    I have used your service since it first opened. It has always been inexpensive and efficient but when I have to wait 30 minutes to get picked up after an all night flight, it's no longer worth the savings. The person on the phone (I had to call 3X) had an attitude as well. If I use you again, and this happens again, I will no longer use your facilty and will inform the others I've referred to you of the problem.

    Forgot the printout of the receipt in the printer. Was in a rush to get going. The reception was inefficient, in that the duty agent had no way of accepting me, even though I showed him the laptop message with the receipt and barcode. He had to call a supervisor to complete the transaction and I had to sign a receipt for payment. I feel this "process" is inefficient. The delay at the desk cost me over 30 minutes, as the van had left with other customers who needed to get going. Somehow this hard copy process seems antiquated. When I buy a 3000 dollar airline ticket, I don't need any documentation; everything is electronic. What happens to customers who don't have a printer?? You need to allow your reception to pull up my record by name and that record should have all the details of payment and anything else he needs. 5 people at the lot and only one driver (african American), who hustled and ran into and out of the office, realizing I had waited long and he had more people to pick up. The other 5 guys were moving vehicles or going home. Not very impressive. This was my 2nd use of this facility. One more "bad taste" and I'll look elsewhere. On the first try, the guy with the pony tail drove me up personally after checking me in. He was an asset to your company. Now to the pick-up. Twice now, I phoned ahead from ATL, letting them know what flight I was on. Both times I was told to get my bags at arrival and then call again. I do not carry luggage, as I commute between ATL and FLL. Both times I wound up waiting 20-30 minutes for pick-up. Why don't you give access to your reception to the Delta flight status number (800-325-1999). Other airlines have similar numbers and your arrival team can monitor the airline's arrivals more closely and be ready with the pick-up van as calls for pick-up come in. I should be able to call from the arrival gate and have someone meet me at the pickup point within 10-15 minutes. If your guys know what time I'm landing and I carry no luggage, they should be able to figure out that it takes less than 10 minutes for me to get to the pickup area.     Staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility was very easily accessible from I-95. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely use Park Ride Fly USA Luxury Airport Parking again!

    On the site we made reservation on it stated Luxury Parking has shuttles to airport or everglades port. There was nowhere on reservation to stipulate which we were going to....nor did I think that it mattered since parking was close to both...the port being closer.However when we got to Luxury they charged us $42.MORE because our reservation had airport not seaport on it. Another lady was there that was being charged the same initial amount as us before they tacked on extra charge. Luxury said because we booked thru ParkRideFly instead of booking thru their website. Unhappy!!!!

    There was only one issue and that was with checkout. The attendant said that they forgot to charge me Tax. It was $10.26, and that seems high considering the entire bill (paid online)was for only $21.09. Upon returning home I also noticed that the final receipt was only for $17.10 and did not show the $10 tax.

    I am a frequent parker and am seriously thinking of not using your facility in Lauderdale ever again. On the 28th, I called them to let them know that we were leaving NYC late. I called twice and advised them of our return time. I called after touch down as I had no luggage. We waited in the cold for over 1 hour and twenty minutes for a pick up. When we got to the lot, it took an additional 20 minutes to find our car. This is extremely poor service. When I commented on the slowness, the three people working there had no apologies nor explanations. However, we were not the only ones. Another customer in the van said that he had waited for 2 1/2 hours. While waiting, I saw Park and Go stop 4 times and pick up people. Park and Fly went by at least 3 times. I am so dissapointed as for the past 3 months I have been sending you buisness clients as the first several satyas were fine. Thank you for asking.

    There was only one person on duty when I arrived and I had to find him. I was not impressed with the facility in any way - looked and felt like it was a "fly-by-night" operation! I had to wait almost an hour in freezing weather IN FLORIDA for the shuttle to pick me up after my flight! I probably could have WALKED there in that amount of time! When I found (emphasis on "found") my car, it had mubers and wriing on the windshield in some white substance that looked like shoe polish that I had to clean off before I could leave. I was very dissatisfied with the entire "Luxury" experience and, while I really like the Park N Fly facility, I really hated the Luxury parking and will park on the airport for twice the cost before I will use that facility again! You really need to re-evaluate keeping them in your system.

    WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE AND MET PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING AN HOUR. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE PARKING SITE, THEY COULD NOT FIND THE KEYS FOR OUR WHOLE BUSLOAD OF PEOPLE, PLUS HALF THE CARS WERE BLOCKED BY OTHER CARS. MY PLANE ARRIVED AT 11:55PM AND IT TOOK 2 HOURS UNTIL THEY FOUND MY KEY, THEN I HAD TO FIND MY OWN CAR AND CLEAN WRITING OFF THE WINDSHIELD MYSELF AND I FINALLY LEFT THE SITE AT 2:20AM. THE STAFF THERE WAS TOTALLY UNPREPARED AND TOTALLY DISORGANIZED. THE SHUTTLE RAN SO INFREQUENTLY THAT CUSTOMERS HAD TO TAKE $15 CAB RIDES TO THE PARKING LOT, AND THEN WAIT THERE FOR 2 HOURS UNTIL THEIR KEYS WERE FOUND AND EVEN MORE UNTIL THEIR CAR WAS FOUND (ME INCLUDED). TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY DISORGANIZED. I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THE FT. LAUDERDALE LOCATION AGAIN AND WOULD WARN OTHERS ABOUT IT. ALSO THE EMPLOYEES WERE EVEN YELLING AT US (THE CUSTOMERS) AS WE STARTED TO GET ANNOYED AT THEIR TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. WHY WEREN'T THE CARS READY?? OR EVEN THE KEYS READY?? THEY KNEW WHICH DAY WE WERE RETURNING.....AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS!!!

    Over full and under staffed.Had paid online, but said I owed $20 more. Took over 30 minutes to ship. Very RUDE driver (Jamaican) Took over an HOUR on our return. Same RUDE driver..all passengers were angry.Hung up on us when we called. Hung up on other customers. VERY unpleasant!!

    We're still waiting to get our refund on cab fare that we took because they couldn't pick us up at the pier. We went on a cruise and got back and waited an hour and a half and finally took a cab to your facility to get our car. We called several times but the gentleman that was there said he was alone and couldn't pick us up. The other gentleman arrived after we did and didn't bother to give us an explanation. I called several times after we got home and he finally said he would give us a refund for taking the cab. It was a very bad experience and the service we received was beyond believe. It took us this long to find your email and I read it tonight and decided to send the survey. Thank you for sending it - Dave Shuck

    I've used ParkRideFly several times in the past and been satisfied, so I will use it again, but the facility we used for our recent cruise, Luxury Airport Parking, took 2 hours to pick us up from the pier, after telling us it would be 20 minutes when we first called. Very unhappy with that and wouldn't use this particular facility again.

    Luxury Parking was not a good company to deal with and I would not recommend it. They charge a different price for Seaport and Airport parking, but this is difficult to understand from the website. Additionally, I brought the wrong confirmation and they gave me a hassle. I still need to call customer service to make sure I am charged for the appropriate one. We waited about 30 mins for a shuttle and the driver was also the answering service. So while driving 10 of us back to the parking facility, he was on the phone, giving directions, answering calls.... Not his fault, but seems very unsafe and not a good way to run a business. ParkRideFly should reconsider doing business with this facility. It is not up to the same standards as other facilities I have used.

    I arrived at the Luxury office at 6:45 am to be sure I arrived at the airport in plenty of time for my 9:00am flight. When I arrived I was told by the only driver that the van was full & he would be back in 10 min to take me to the airport. At no time did he suggest where I should park my car or help with the luggage.The office was locked & I sat outside alone. While he was gone I moved my car from an open lot across the street to the enclosed lot behind the office. When I returned 5 days later at 11:30 am I called the office to arrange to be picked up at the airport I was told I needed to give a confirmation number. I was never given any slip prior to going to the airport. Actually I had prepaid on line, that conformation was not acceptable, why not? I had to call 2x's before I was picked up -45 min later.

    There was no one to greet us, when we asked a parking attendant where to go, he pointed and grunted towards the building. When we arrived back after being crammed in like sardines, we stood around in the sun and waited for 20 minutes, even though we called ahead. There was no valet, and another employee told us to go inside to get more info when we asked where our car was and how much longer. NEVER AGAIN...no luxury here, just poor service and delays.

    We were at the cruise terminal, waiting in the handicapped pick-up area. We waited over an hour and a half. My mother is in a wheelchair and the wait was very painful for her. There is usually a reason someone is waiting in the handicapped area and it is very unpleasant to wait 45 minuites and watch the driver stop right before you and fill the bus till there is no room for you. Then tell you he will be right back and take another 50 minuites to pick you up. No excuse.

    No one was outside when I arrived which differed from the "valet parking" highlighted in the advertising. That was rather confusing at first and I wasn't sure where to go to find someone until I saw another person going in a door to the building. Overall, a good experience.

    This is a great service. It is close to the Airport and the staff was very nice. The pickup was perfect. It was almost to quick. By the time we walked out of the terminal to the pickup location, the van was just pulling up. And most of all the price is right. If there is one improvement that could be made it would be the parking lot. When we arrived at the lot it was after a rain shower and the lot had a lot of rain puddles. It was the same when we returned on week later.

    I arrived at a very busy time...many people headed to a cruise liner...perhaps a group. Still, was taken care of in a reasonable time and given a private ride to airport. Facility was small and crowded, but that did not matter to my car. Upon return, they did not know where my car was, but becasue the facility was small, they found it in a few minutes. People were friendly.

    Everything was great. I would suggest this facility to friends and family and would certainly use it again. HOWEVER, when you get online directions they are wrong, and it is hard then to find the building since the sign needs to be much larger. Other than that all went very well. The young man who brought us and picked us up from the airport was friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember his name.

    Given the"run around quote that your vehicle is oversized" and you need to pay an additional charge. Could of payed less if booked with a flat rate parking lot company. Will not book with you again. The internet rate was a deceptive ploy to entice buyer. Over payed.

    I had a great deal of difficulty locating the parking facility, which in turn, caused me to miss my flight. After hours of waiting, I boarded another flight at 5:50pm (my original flight departure was set for 8:55am). It was difficult finding assistance on the airport grounds to direct me to your location. I was not pleased by the surprise that I had to turn over my car keys to your attendant.

    my car was very dirty when i picked it up. parked under a tree i have a mercedes convertible and it was filthy with stains on the paint from trees and leaves and pieces of branches on the roof. the shuttle man tried to hose off for me when he saw it and i was upset. the paint it stained and now i need to see what i can do with it. shuttle drivers very nice and the check out person very nice.

    The service to the airport was good because we were the only customers but on return there were over 50 customers and your facility only had one van to pick up passengers. A van only holds about 12 people and we had to wait more than an hour and a half of be picked up from the airport to get our cars. This was the first time I used your facility and it did not create a good impression. Other companies had four and five vans picking up their customers and we had to stand in the rain and wait for hours to transportaion - not good. Suggestion: At peak times the company should have one or more vans to transport customers from the airport.

    Horrible Experiece. Upon arrival wanted to self park was told I could not. One of the main reasons for selecting lot. Only had one van; had to wait nealy half hour for transport to airport. Upon return phone was busy for 20 minutes when I finally got through was told they were very busy and only had one van. Was told by emplyee that hey had nearly double the cars this weekend and could not keep up. From 1st call took appox. one hour to be picked up. Driver was very courteous and apologetic.

    The service at Luxury Parking was superb! I arrived on Monday night to FLL and it was rainign so hard the airport and most of the streets were flooded, still I did not get wet not even a little bit. The employees at Luxury went all the way to ensure the customers were comfortable and made sure nobody got wet even when it meant the got wet getting our cars and our luggage. I am extremely pleased with the service.

    Your description of how your service works is misleading, and your staff is surly. According to the website, I should park my car in any available space in your lot and a vehicle will come pick me up and take me to the airport. On my arrival, nobody was in your office, and there was no place to park. After leaving a phone message (good thing I had a phone), I received a return call from the lone person on duty, from his van. Your attendant told me there were no available spots, I had to leave my car with him, give him my keys, my paperwork (which leaves me with no receipt or record of the transaction), and basically trust HIM that this is the way it works. As I had to get to the airport, I unhappily complied. Another couple that arrived just behind me felt the same way. I was nervous about this during my entire trip. On my return, I called to say we had landed and were ready to be picked up. Your employee was rude on the phone when I did not understand him the first time, and where he picked us up was not in front of our terminal, meaning we had to carry our bags to him. When I complained about his attitude, he said, "...sorry, I'm having a bad day." I will not use your service again and will tell others not to use it. With reference to your website being user friendly, it was easy to use but the information was false! Did we have to wait long for your shuttle? We were the last people from our flight to be picked up. You guys should clean up your act or get out of the business. I will not be a repeat customer.

    After waiting for over 30 minutes at the airport on our way back we had to call the facility to check why it wqas taking so long for us to be picked up. The person that answered was not even aware that we had spoken to them 30 minutes prior ! We had to wait again to be picked up. On the way out the person could not locate our car and didnt even bother to take our luggage out of the van. I would not recommend this facility to anybody neither would I use them again. I felt like the company was doing us a favor instead of actually servicing us. Never again

    The services online said that Valet parkign was included. When we arrived at the luxury location no representative was at the location. We had to wait. When they picked us up and arrived to the location our car was not valet as sold and my husband had to get the car himself, also move the luggage fromt he van to our car.

    At first my impression of the parking lot was very negative. The lot was full. I was told I could drive my car in and self park but that was not the case ad cars were blocking the entrance. I had to leave my key which I did not want to do. Still the staff was very friendly and the service was good. I do feel there was some misrepresentation there on the part of the website. We were taken to the seaport promptly and also picked up promptly and the staff was friendly and efficient.

    I am requesting a refund. When I got there at the facility at 5am, no one was there(he was shuttling someone). When he pulled and we went inside, there was another lady there that was freaking out because she thought she would miss her flight. She kepy saying to the guy she wanted to cancel and just drive herself to the airport. The rep put here in the computer and asked her to wait in the van so he can take care of me. After we got to the airport i noticed my receipt had my vehicle, but that ladies name on it! I called and the guy said he noticed and would change it in the computer. When I flew back in, I had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle...then when i get there, the van driver hands me the keys to the woman's car!!!! I said, that is not mine..I knew this was going to happen, that guy never changed the mistake in the system. We went in the office and had to correct everything, then i had to wait until he had to get my car. Plus the fact that this facility was a little dump. Your ad said i would drive into my spot, lock my car and go. I had to leave my keys, which i was not comfortable with. I want my money back!My number is 954-283-8050 M-F

    My "first" impression was not that good since the lot was full and looked more like a salvage yard than a off-site parking facility. However, your staff was professional and the process of getting us to our plane was comfortable and efficient. The big surprise was seeing my car, seemingly sparkling clean after being parked for a week, not jumbled in the mass of painted metal on the property, but instead, strategically parked so that we could quickly check out and be on our way back home to Naples. The whole reservation process was seamless and packaged on the internet to work clearly, quickly, and effortlessly. Not only would I consider using your service again, I wouldn't consider using anyone else if you offer the economics and services I just received. I realize that in these difficult economic times you need to be super competitive when it comes to price, but I feel you are undercharging for the service you perform (by at least several dollars a day).

    We found our truck in disarray. Let me explain.....there were 9 napkins on the passenger side floor mat, evidentally something was spilled. The center counsel was purposely left up and it was down when we got our truck back. In the ashtray we had change, rolls of film, a pen and a key. The key and the rolls of film were on the floor mat, the pen in the cup holder and the change, gone....but, they did leave something in the ashtray......a Marlboro cigarette stub!!! WE DO NOT SMOKE!! so the ashtray has never been used for cigarettes.....until now. Also, the hair brush that we keep in the glove compartment is also gone. We unfortunately did not write down the mileage, so we do not know how long the truck was used by one of your personnel. We did not think we needed to do that....guess we were wrong! I think you will agree, that one of your personnel used our truck for their private use while it was supposed to be parked and locked on your lot. We thought this was going to be a very positive experience, as you can see by the survey above. Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied and would like appreciate you doing something about this.     Staff are nice people. Upon returning late at night, had hoped that my vehicle would have been pulled out for easier and quicker access without having to move other vehicles to get to it. Otherwise, the price was right! Thank You

    When we dropped the car, lot was full and some what unorganized. Also there was not much help. Had to leave car on the road, worrying that some one may break in. It was OK when we returned.

    Greatly disappointed! This was sold as a self park facility, in fact the lot was overfull and had to leave the keys to the car so that the staff could park it. Will never use your service again, nor recommend you to another, until ParkRideFly clarifies the type of lot that is provided.

    There is no parking lot at 339 SE 24st. There is a vacant lot next to a gas station. The attendant at the gas station said there had not been a parking lot there for many months. I would appreciate it if you would credit the $28.40 to my Visa card now. and add $ 100.00 for the aggravation you caused me. I did not miss my plane and I found a great new place to park that actually exists. Your phone number does not work early on Saturday morning. Every thing about that experience was horrible. W. R.     The facility looks more like a small car rental agency then an AP LOT. I waited nearly an hour after calling to be picked up at Port Everglades and the guy that answered said 10 minutes. It take 5 minutes to get to the dock from your office even with a security check point. I WORK THERE! You just cant stand in the sun after a cruise waiting for to be picked up for an hour with a family.

    The day before we parked our car at ParkNFly, I received an e-mail from you confirming my reservations and it mentioned that I will be billed according to the time my car was parked at your facility. However, it was parked about 2 hours less than I arranged. Does that mean I get a credit for that time as I assume you would charge me more if I ran over the time I estimated. However, I am going to recommend you to a friend that my need your facility in the near future. Arline Murad

    The facility was small, but adequate. It is difficiult to understand why the fee for parking for a cruise is double that for an airline when the distance is virtually the same for both. In fact, the driver tried to give me a receipt for just the airline parking since he had to pick me up at the airport (return flight).

    On our return I made two calls only to get a recording. On the third call twenty minutes later someone answered the phone. Twenty minutes later we were picked up. Forty minutes is unexceptable!!

    After looking up your web site I called and talked to a very knowledgeable and helpful person. We were very pleased with the parking facility and the helpful staff. We had one little glitch in the fact that our driver was delayed picking us up because he could not find the passengers that he was picking up ahead of us. We called the lot and the lady at the office kept us abreast of what was going on.

    There wasn't anyone there when we arrived at your parking facility. There were lights all on in the building, but no one would answer the door. We waited 15 minutes for someone while continously knocking on the door to the point that we almost missed our flight. We were unable to use your parking facility and had to immediately rush to the short term parking at the airport which cost us $75. We are EXTREMELY unhappy with your whole parking facility and will NEVER attempt to use it in in the future. We would appreciate a full refund since we were unable to use your facility. It was a horrible experience and we nearly missed our flight all due to your parking facility. It was EXTREMELY stressful!

    Everyone was friendly and the service was efficient, however there were two areas for improvement: The directions to the facility on Mapquest were incorrect. There was no visible signage at the facility making it difficult to locate.

    We had to wait a long time (more than 20 minutes)for the ride to the airport, nearly missing our flight. On return, I called the number on the receipt. I was told"we are very busy and it will be 20 minutes" After 30 minutes, noone came to pick us up. I called again. No answer except an answering machine. I called a third time to be rudely asked byt the person who answered if I was intoxicated! He said it would be 20 more minutes. At that time I took a taxi for $15.00 (more than the parking fee) and picked up my car and left. I would not go back there again.

    there was no sign visable. when we returned on jan3,2010 we had to wait to be picked up by the van. we waited over 90 minutes to be picked up. i called multiple times and was told traffic was bad at terminal 1 and the van couldn't get passed. this was a patent lie since other vans and buses did get by terminal 1. i asked the other van drivers and they said traffic was heavy but they did get past after only a slight delay. i told the dispatcher that i had 2 87 year old people with me and it was freezing that night [40 degrees]. they were not dressed for that tempurature. when the van finally arrived the driver had a friend with him that he obviously waited for.i am extremely unhappy with your service. i wrote to park and ride fly and they said they just handeled the reservations but they would forward my comments. i have heard nothing back.

    I prepaid a reservation for 5 a.m. January 8. There was no one at the lot when we arrived at 5:10, nor is there anyone to call at that hour. We had to quickly find another place to park so we would not miss our flight. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service.

    INside of the facility looked like fine as it was being renovated but the outside of the facility does not invoke great confidence. Need to get signs up as soon as possible to begin to give a more professional appearance. Of course what they lacked in a professional look, they made up for with a professional staff and friendly demeanor.

    At 6 AM on 12/26, no one was at the lot. Then a driver with one van showed up and there were at least 9 people waiting with flights to catch between 7 and 7:30. The driver was confused, so we (the waiting passengers) decided to all crowd ourselves into the one van so we would not miss our flights. We sat on each others laps and some on the floor, as the back was full of luggage. This was not a good experience. And on the return, I had to wait at least 20 minutes for pickup. One good part, upon arrival at your facility after the flight, my car was waiting for me with the attendant giving me the keys. You need more experienced help on busy days. OOPS, almost forgot, when we got picked up, I asked the driver what should I do to get picked up on my return. He wrote down this number 954-915-1327. When I called this number on return, I got and answering machine. I finally used the 866-999-3377 number and got through.

    I had to wait for a while when I came in at about 5a.m. but I wasn't sure I was at the right place because there was no type of sign. Driver explained about thr permits and stuff, but you really do need some sort of sign. Also a "back in xx minutes" at the door would have let me know you were open. On the return trip, I call the number on the receipt but I got no answer. After calling a number I had call earlier, someone answer. He said he would be there in 2 minutes, but it he arrived 45min. Had I been told the right amount of waiting time, at least I would have been less anxious waiting. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. Like your price and will recommend you to friends.
