  • Take Van Wyck South to Exit 1W
  • Merge right onto North Conduit and go three lights

    Quick & Efficient Service

    Overall the shuttle service was quick and efficient. We waited 15 minutes to be picked up at the airport, but that was to be expected. Our car was waiting for us on our return.

    Professional, efficient service

    This was our first time using SmartParkJFK. Check in was an efficient, polite, no nonsense operation. When I made my reservation, I filled out the entire form online with the license number, make and model of car etc, and they already had this info, so all I did was sign. A staffer filmed the car briefly A waiting bus took us to the terminal. On our return, we called in, a bus arrived within 10 minutes, and our car was waiting. Note - you need to know the terminal number at JFK to order a pickup, cell service in the baggage area is very poor, and traffic around the terminals is chaotic. So patience and a bit of humor helps. Don'd forget to tip the driver!

    Not as advertised

    I can understand waiting 15 minutes for a pick up but not having my car ready when I got to your facility and asking if I called in for pick up as the only explanation was not a nice way to end the trip. I asked for a discount card for a future transaction. and was told by the desk that he didn&#039;t have such a thing. He did not offer any discount on this trip either. I had called and gave my card number to a woman operator from the terminal after picking up my luggage. As for the fifteen minute wait at the curb side, how would you feel to wait this long for a shuttle from your facility that is a couple minutes away and not have your car at the ready upon your arrival at the facility? Poor service by some and an indifferent attitude by your company.

    My SmartPark experience

    I recently used Smart Park outside JFk for parking. Everyone was polite and friendly, and my luggage was handled for me. When I returned from my trip, my car was ready for me to go when I arrived from the airport. This is the only parking facility I would use and i have mistakenly used others.

    The trip to the airport was very uncomfortable. The ride was rough and we were constantly shifted in our seats - to the point of feeling nauseous. The return trip was stressful and frustrating. Despite three phone calls to your office, we had to wait about 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When we arrived at your parking lot, the car was not ready for us. Once again, we had to wait until the car was found. In fact, two people came out to look for the car and could not locate it. As we waited, another man came out of the office a found our car in minutes. The overall service was quite poor, marked by ineffeciency and it seemed, lack of concern for the customer. Needless to say, I will not use or recommend your company in the future.

    Great Value and Service for Airport Parking!

    I have used Smart Park a few times and I really like the service and price. I wasn&#039;t greeted by staff this time because they were all busy taking care of other travellers but as soon as they were done, I was assisted. The staff is friendly and always help me with my bags. And they are good drivers! I plan on using Smart Park again in July when I travel.

    I&#039;ve used this company a couple times in the past without problems. However, on my most recent morning flight back to JFK, I called for pickup after baggage claim and waited over 25 minutes in the cold for pick up. When I called again to confirm my shuttle pick up at the airport, it appeared that they forgot about me. Thanks, but ill stick to another company especially in the winter from now on.

    Very good experience.

    I realized that depending upon the timing of our pickup phone call and where the shuttle was at the time, we might have had to wait a bit. However, after picking up our luggage and making the phone call, we were told the shuttle was three minutes away. The six of us headed out of the terminal as quickly as possible, and hurried to the waiting zone. A shuttle was there and was just pulling away as I approached, however the driver saw me and immediately stopped and loaded all of us and luggage. It was the quickest escape out of the airport I could have asked for. After arriving at the parking area, I showed my paid receipt, was given the keys to my vehicle &#40;which was waiting for us&#41;, and we were on our way. I&#039;m very satisfied with the experience!

    It was okay BUT...

    Drop off of my vehicle and waiting for the shuttle &#40;to catch my flight&#41; was WAY too slow. There was only one van running &#40;that I could see&#41; and about 10 customers had to wait on it to return to facility. And the check-out process should have been faster &#40;why do I have to verify that I have already paid when I pick up the vehicle, since you verified it when I dropped it off?&#41;. Stopping at the desk to get my key doesn&#039;t make sense.

    I used you before and probably would again, but the return pickup was very lengthy. It was cold out and I was the last one standing outside waiting to be picked up at 1:30am. that was distressing and i wasn't happy about it.

    I've used SmartPark JFK several times before, but this is the first time I've not had excellent service. When I got there, I was standing out in the cold for at least 3 minutes till a second attendant helped me. When returning, the shuttle semi stopped and then drove off without picking us up. They came back but it was suprising.

    My wife and I was very upset because we waited about fourty five minutes to be picked up after we called for shuttle service. My wife had a five o clock appointment for the day we arrived. We arriveed in plenty of time but because we had to wait on the shuttle that long she was late. We had to wait almost as long as our flight was. Our flight was one hour and we had to wait for the time I mentioned earlier.

    The service you provided was excellent. One small side note, when we checked in, we were required to show proof that we had paid for the parking. However, although it was validated that we had paid prior to our departure, when we pick up our car there was no record that we had already paid. Fortunately I kept a record of my payment. What would be helpful in the future would be to inform people that they are required to show proof of payment before and after they pick their car up. Other than this one small issue everything else about the service was fantastic!

    I did not read the WHOLE confirmation carefully, and thus did not realize the site was a third party. I was very confused by the name on the pick-up van. The site had only one person checking in and out. When I arrived, the van/bus was filthy - the air conditioner was sending visible dust up. The floor was littered. When I entered my car (upon leaving it,it was not pristine), there was grime all over it. The lot is grimy/sandy. They had obviously left the windows open and the grime had blown in. I will not use this facility again.

    Everything went well. I would like to suggest that you have directions (printed on small 1/2 sheets) to get to various destinations from your facility. I asked for directions to get to Westchester county and the person at the SmartPark wasn't too sure about them. Other than that, things went very well. Thanks

    Very concerned with car condition upon return: radio set to rap station - and loud!! A/C set to 60 degrees...seat and steering wheel adjusted, rear view mirror adjusted and mud splattered up on outside of car (car was clean with no mud splatter when I left it)... I am VERY suspicious that someone in you employment was "enjoying" my vehicle during its 5 day stay. I always use Avistar a short distance from you; a friend used your service recently and recommended you. I am not pleased. I never received my car in such a state when using avistar.

    I presented my prepaid bar code sheet to the person that greeted us and he told me to go inside. When I went inside they did not seem to want the prepaid sheet I printed out. When I returned, I had to explain to the lady at the desk that I had pre-paid and she had a confused look on her face. This part of the process did not go smoothly but overall we were happy with service. Directions to finding you were not real clear either. It's a difficult location to find the first time around. Hope this feedback helps you improve. tom

    Excellent Service. Only set back was on pick up. I was told I owed the amount to park. This was paid on voucher which was given to the attendant at check in. I showed the agent this and the was waved. No big deal, handled well. But a concern.

    We did expect someone to greet us and give us step by step instructions in the process on arrival but that did not happen. It was simpler coming back. No one seemed to smile either coming or going. They did help us with bags when we arrived but there was no help for us or anyone else (except one guy's bag) on the return shuttle. Other than that it was o.k. and it was relatively inexpensive all things considered.
