this was our second time using JFK Long Term Airport Parking and we were very pleased both times.

Fearful of off-site parking, but was quickly given the confidence that it was a secure and affordable alternative to airport parking. The price was competitive which made a big difference since I was unfamiliar with the possible lots nearby. The return ride was quick and efficient, relieving another concern that we would be waiting for the shuttle too long. Each member of the staff who helped us along the way displayed the same upbeat attitude (except the original shuttle driver, but he was just too himself the entire trip).

Great experience after long flight
We called once we had gotten our luggage after A long flight overseas. They picked us up within 2 minutes And helped with 8 large suitcases. Our car was Ready to go once we reached the lot. Very Quick and good experience!

We would definately recommend JFK long term parking again. We were referred by our daughter & son-in-law who parked here 2 weeks prior. We were surprised at the efficiency of the entire process. Our vehicle was brought to us immediately upon our return. We travel quited often and have begun booking vacations for others.

Poor Shuttle Service
On our arrival we were greeted with too many chiefs and no Indians. Three different people had different instructions for us. It also took too long to load us on a shuttle and and get us to the terminal. On the return it took 1/2 hour to get a shuttle to pick us up, which is much too long

I believe that my car was jump started upon my return to JFK. I realized this after noting that my radio stations were not set as usual and that a new set of jumper cables in my car trunk had been opened. I appreciate that they did that but would have like to have been informed about it. I was not.

Positive parking experience
On arrival, our reservation was quickly confirmed and we were driven to the terminal in short order. Upon our return 2 weeks later, we were picked up shortly after we called to let them know we had our luggage and met at a designated passenger pick-up location. I must say that the bathroom in the Office could use a bit of upgrade. While the driving instructions were clear (coming from the Whitestone Bridge and the Van Wyck Expressway), we almost missed the turn from S. Conduit to N. Conduit. The turn to N. Conduit is not very clear so drive slowly to find the left turn. A surprising feature was that JFK Long Term Parking offers a discount for AARP members so be sure to include that when making your reservation.

First time, and no problems.
Our first time using JFK. Everything went smooth. Checked in, the van attendant helped with our luggage. On way back we called for the van, the attendant helped with the bags and was very courteous and friendly. Car was ready by time van got to lot. No problems. Good experience.

NY traveler
The only thing I would do is book directly with JFK Parking as it costs more to book on line. I also got charged $143 on line and they only credited $139 to the parking facility so I had to pay the difference. The on line service is not helpful or cost efficient. I advise everyone to call JFK Long Term Parking directly for the best deal.

Everything went well. When we returned and were driven back to the parking lot, we presented the pre-paid receipt to the office staff and was given a printed receipt which differed from the pre-paid receipt. This was confusing. We found out later that we should not have been handed your receipt. We questioned ParkRideFly about it and were told that this was a mistake.

This is the second time I used your facitiy. Last trip all went perfectly. This trip it took almost half an hour to be picked up. I was on a very tight schedule, tryinmg to get to the kennel to pick up my dog an hour and a half away. The gentleman on the phone was abrupt with me. I was tired and cold standing on the curb when I called the second time (after 17 monutes waiting) and was told the driver was stuck in traffic. There was very little traffic once I was finally picked up.

EXCELLENT!! Everyone was efficient, polite and competent. Everything went as smooth as pie and as quick as I could have hoped. Sad to say that this is the exception rather than the rule in business USA today. Extremely happy with your service! WELL DONE!

The shuttle took about 20 minutes, and I had to call twice. But, he was picking up at another terminal before coming to get us. I would use this service again. It was convenient, and reasonably priced.

As you notice all of my responses were no. That is because we never got to use your service. When I called the local office for directions to get there from my Long Island home they gave me a very confusing direction as I was never able to find the location. As a result I was forced to park at the JFK Long Term Parking which then I was forced to the take the air train and which eventually resulted in arriving at the airport too late and had missed the plane. Not only did we have to wait 2 hours but we had to pay $100.00 for the change of planes. In addition, I had to pay $138.00 at the JFK lot so instead of paying $93.00 for your lot I had to pay a lot more. I know that after faxing the JFK Parking receipt you will reimbburse us minus one day but to me that is not enough. This is the first time I have tried your company as I was always satisfied with Avistar. As it is, I would have been better off going with Avistar as I do plan to do in future and not use your website again.

My son called your office to extend for another week the car being parked at your facility. We are stranded in Grand Cayman Island because of the flights being cancelled due to the hurricane. Your service exceeded my expectations. My only problem was finding your place. The sign was "JFK Long Term Parking"- a generic and misleading name, and I was looking for: "ParkRideFly". There was no address on the sign either. The address I later learned is on a sign on the fence, but not on the building lot sign which would have alleviated my anxiety and need to back up 1/4 mile on So.Conduit.

We ended up calling for a reservation instead of booking on-line. EVERYTHING else was great and easy. We did have questions when first finding the facility; we were looking for "Park, Fly, Ride" and should have been looking for "JFK long term parking".

Unfortunetly I never made it to your facility as my GPS directed me to" JFK Long Term Parking Facility "at the airport instead and I ended having to pay again. I think your advertising is misleading and you should state that your facility is a private one and not connected with JFK.

We actually were very pleasantly treated. Your staff was attentive and even helpful with special requests. The only negative was an extra small charge which was not well explained, when I asked twice and still seems unjustified. Our flight was 3 hours late, but did not go into another day. We had a very bad experience when one of your competitors did $1000. of damage and at the end of a long trip made things more difficult. As I read your disclaimer on damage I was uncomfortable with the apparent requirement of an "inspection on drop-off" which is not consistant with "getting your clients to the aipport efficiently". I will use you again, maybe in April ... but do have concern if you will "man-up" if you damage my car. Lets be honest, you have my trust to protect my car, that IS YOUR SERVICE and YOU and YOUR STAFF are the ones that KNOW if they accidently damage any client's car. Isn't there a better way? Every thing about using, jfk long term parking was easy. only one problem, the first driver who was driving us from the parking lot to the terminal was a maniac. he had to be driving 75 mph, and on turns maybe 45 mph. we were all SCARED.

For both our departure and arrivals the staff at the JFK Long Term Parking were friendly and quick. I had no issues and would recommend and use them again.

Maps for your location got us lost and agent had to walk us thru directions to get back to your property... agent did an outstanding job recovering us to your parking facility!

The only issue I had was that I could not get through to a representative to schedule my pick up. I tried calling the 877 number on the ticket stub and it was constantly busy and the 718 number would ring and ring and no one would pick up.
