    Terrific

    Overall was a great experience and I'd use them again. Only minor issue was the clerk at check out was unfamiliar with the parkridefly.com pre-paid service and wasn't sure how to handle it, especially with my points and coupon discount. She did make it work however so in the end was only a very small concern.

    Overall I was pleased. There were some flaws. When I drove up, I waited a few minutes and no one showed. I went inside and the girl called someone who showed up between 10 and 15 minutes later. The ride over was great, no issues. The wait on arrival was not overly long but perhaps 20-25 minutes. Check out was quick. My only surprise was being billed $116 when I had been told up front on purchase that it would cost me $91 and change. It might have been $90 and change.

    I got ripped off and charged an extra day- I used my free days online and when I came home and looked at my reservation I was correct. I'm going to dispute this with the credit card company and BBB unless I hear back from someone

    the daily rental fees offered by the parkridefly was more than what other renters were offered by either the parking spot company or by the coupons. I paid about $14 per day and I saw other customers paid $11 per day.

    For our departing flight we were dropped off at the baggage claim area and had a 15 min. walk to get to the check in area, which put us in a longer line. We just made our flight, boarding as they were preparing to close the door. On our return I placed the call for pick up and waited 40 min for the shuttel to arrive. One arrived at 30 min but was filled before we could get on board.

    The staff were great, it was a great experience and rapidly expedited. I only have one remark and that is that the bus to the airport neede new shocks , it was a very bumpy ride. However we really appreciated that transportation to and from the lot. thanks to all your staff. Christine Resto

    My only problem was the HUGE amount of yellow pollen and tree leaves on my car when I picked it up. This could have been washed off. Honestly it was so bad I could barely see out my window- if I wasn't so exhausted from flying a red-eye in I aould have went back in and complained. This is no way to return a car

    When I returned to pick up my car I was so tired I forgot to present my paid receipt. So I paid twice. If I were to make a suggestion it would be that your customer service representative make it a priority to ask upon return if the customer has prepaid. Even that should not be necessary with today's technology. It should be on her screen when you present your ticket. I will not use prepay again.

    In a word: Difficult. I made a reservation on-line, which requres full payment in advance, apparently precluding the possibility of using a 'free day' coupon. I did not realize that I was not dealing with the facility itself, or at least an authorized representative.     We waited about 25 min for the shuttle. 4 red shuttles came by before the blue one. At the facility it was difficult to get our car out from where it was parked. Very tight parking. Otherwise everything else was good.

    Everything was great except thet the girl answering our call from the airport for a shuttle hung up on us after saying "wait let me verify your claim number" twice. Fortunately other people had called the return shuttle back to Avistar and we were able to hop right on.

    The pre-paid voucher said to hand it in when we dropped off the car. I did so. When we picked up the car, the receptionist at Avistar asked me for the voucher for proof of pre-payment, or else i would have to pay again! I told her that I gave it to them upon arrival, as instructed. She seemed to have no idea and was basically indicating that I would have to pay again. Fortunately, I noticed that the parking attendent purposely left the voucher on the dashboard. This needs to be coordinated better. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

    My first time experience using your service was some what complicated. Reserving online was easy and user friendly and the trip to the airport was very good and timely. When coming back was the problem, I collected my luggage from baggage clam and exited the airport and called to be picked up. I waited 45 minutes, then I called again and someone told me to wait on the center island, bus #1 to be picked up. It would have been easier to give me instructions where to be picked up from the very start.

    This was at least the third time I've used this facilty --- 2004 and/or 2005, and twice in 2009 --- so it's hard for me to give you a "first" impression. I've always been treated well there & with great efficiency, which is why my wife & I are repeat customers.

    I was not happy with the airport drop-off location at Newark for United. It was at the bottom of the building, making it necessary to go up two narrow escalators with 4 pieces of luggage resulting in much too much of unnecessary hassle and difficulties. I think the drop off should have been at Departing Flights. When we returned to the airport, your phone rang over 22 times before answered. Upon check out at the return end of the trip, the driver had my receipt, necesitating a search in the car for another receipt. The staff, however, was friendly.

    There was a crowd of folks waiting for the shuttle from the airport back to the parking lot...it was very, very cold and late...and some told me they were waiting for 45 minutes. The ride back to the parking lot was in a very, very crowded shuttle.
