Smaller than I expected but very professional and good experience.
My experience was awesome! They helped me with directions when I was lost on the way there. They took my car and helped me get to the airport fast. After landing I just had to call them and they were there in about 5 minutes. When we got to the lot my car was already at the office waiting for me. I was impressed. Definately will use this lot again.

We were greeted when we arrived and brought right to the airport. When we returned our car was warmed and waiting for us. The attendent helped with our luggage and even managed to fit all of it in the small trunk. He was very helpful. After I paid inside, the attendent gave me very easy to follow directions back to the highway. I was very pleased with the service and would use this parking facility again.

The only reason I would not use Airpark - LaGuardia again is because a rented movie was stolen out of its package during our car's stay.
It was a pleasure to meet you and use the parking services. The only thing I would recommend is that you put your address up at the entrance so that customers can readily see it from Ditmars Ave.

I didn't realize until I got to your lot that if my flight back was delayed by more than one hour, I would have to pay for another full day of parking. If I had known that ahead of time, I might not have parked at your lot. That is the only thing that may preclude me from parking there again. On the plus side, I got lost trying to find your lot due to bad directions from Google, and your employee was quite helpful giving me directions over the phone.
Everything was perfect! Reasonable rates, friendly service and fast transportation to and from the airport to our car which was pulled up and ready to go when we arrived at the lot! I liked it very much. Only drawback that I had was no seatbelt in the shuttle van. On the way over it there the part into which you put the belt was gone and on the way back, the entire seatbelt itself was missing from the seat I had.

Glad to see the new shuttle with seat belts on the return trip. I felt much safer, especially since I was traveling with my 2 children. However, I still had trouble getting a couple of the seat belts to work. I appreciate the quick service and the staff's patience. We had a lot of stuff, including our children's car seats. They were understanding to our situation.
Drivers were polite, friendly, efficient. I travel 7-10 times per year. Air Park has improved it's service in the last year. Keep it up.
Lack of restroom facilities was a disadvantage
I did have difficulty finding the lot at first, but I'm unfamiliar with the general area surrounding LaGuardia so I don't think I can really blame you for that. Overall my experience with Air Park was a positive one, and should I fly from LaGuardia again I will most likely utilize your service.
I am doubtful as to whether my car was "gone thru" at some point. Items in my visor were on the floor. An item was moved from the windshield. A pen is missing. Just had an uncomfortable feeling while getting into my car.
Quick shuttle to airport which is good - quick pickup when arrived back at LGA
As a first time driver to the airport...the services available were invaluable. I was taken to the airport within 10 min of dropping off my car. It made my traveling to and from the airport a breeze.

Air Park's facility is a little "worn around the edges," but it gets the job done and the price is right.
This was the 1st time I used this facility and was pretty impressed until I got home and found the wrong carry on bag in my car. I was checking out at the desk and somehow another customer pointed to my bag (which was similar) and it was loaded into her car. My medication was in my bag and luckily I had some extra at home, but I had to drive from Bellmore, Long Island to Thornwood NY. This took me two and a half hours to drive the 98 miles roundtrip and $12 in tolls.If you need to contact me I'm at [email protected]

This was my second time using your facility. Everything was great EXCEPT: This time my car REEKED of cigarettes. It smells like someone dumped the contents of several ashtrays into the car. Not cool.

The young man who took care of our check-in was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the driver who was supposed to pick us up went to the wrong terminal so we had a longer than usual wait for pick-up. It was quite late at night when we landed so that may be the problem. I also have a problem with the fact that he was talking on his "bluetooth" phone the entire time. Please instruct your employees NOT to talk on the phone when driving.

My wife and I drove to NYC to see our son and leave for a cruise. We live in Tennessee and often use AP parking to hold our car (Philly AP for example) when we travel (and we do so extensively and share experiences with a broad range of friends who also tavel extensively). In this instance, we were taking a cruise and chose you versus parking at the Manhattan cruise terminal as we planned to spend some time (with our son in Astoria) in NYC both before and after the cruise. We picked the Ravel based on a National Geo Travel article several months ago. My only problem was getting a limo/shuttle back to the Ravel in LIC/NYC. I called a major local limo service to get me from your location to the Ravel...they did not know where you were located. I gave them the address and related info very clarly, as well conditioned travelers know how to do. They claimed they tried to pick me up, but I had stood in front of your sign for two hours, questioning each limo driver stopping near me..." for the most part, "no speka the English" sufficiently to communicate! I ended up using a discusting taxi. I really do think you have a market opportunity if you think out of the box! By the way, most of the cell phone contacts, including yours, are so filled with extraneous noise and screechy music, that they are inhibitors and major detractors to your service. I think our situation represents a huge potential market well beyond the AP biz. I would be willing to discuss this further just to ensure future well qualified travelers have access to something different and better. These days, so many of us do not want to use airlines! Having had hundreds 0f thousands of miles of air travel, I consider my number to be at risk and prefer to drive, even at age 72. despite the address

The staff was helpful and even gave my vehicle a boost to get it started. The only issue was the pickup location was unclear. We waited outside baggage claim by our air carrier and was not told to wait outside ticketing until I called back a 2nd time.

The van to the airport was missing some seatbelts. We traveled with 6 children 10 and under and they were a little worried about not having a seatbelt.

Every time I have used them it has been a positive experience with quick pick-ups on arrival, the vehicle is always ready, and all the staff is extremely friendly. I frankly don't know why I waited 40 years to discover your service. It certainly beats having to "tip" the attendant at the LGA long term parking in order to use one of the available spaces he initially denies exists.

The parking lot you reserved for my car is run by a bunch of thug criminals and my car was vandalized, tire slashed and you delayed me 6 hours upon my return. I had to call the police, deal with abusive staff, and beyond never using you again, if I don't find that total refund announcement soon, I'm going ahead pressing charges and filing a lawsuit against you for more than what happened to my car, possibly fronting criminal activity for helpless people traveling. Your manager/attendant informed me this happens all the time there.
Very sufficient. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Had a snag picking my car up where I was given the key to a car that wasn't mine. Not a huge deal as it was sorted out quickly, but this is the second time in a handful of trips this has happened.

The LGA location should be a bit more visible to first time users. In fact the first impression was a dump. But friends had recommended it so move on. Very impressed by the service. Perhaps you can establish coporate accounts so the calculation and billig is done in advance.
I waited for an hour for the van on my return trip. The man at the desk whom I talked to when I called for the van, was rude. I will never use the service again. I rate the beginning service good, the return trip very, very, poor.

Comparatively - with National Parking vendors such as Park-n-Fly, the facility is very run down. I opted to not take the shuttle as the driver was sleeping when I got into the van; I attempted to wake him twice, but felt after he did wake up, that it was unsafe to drive with him. For that reason, I walked back when I returned after dark. Although I had a print-out of my online reservation, I had to complete a manual form at drop-off; upon pick-up, their was some argument as to whether I had paid in advance and if so the proper amount. I am currently using the facility -- again, I walked in the morning and plan to walk back at night. For the price, I would hope for better service in the future.
I arrived in the dark for a very early flight and initially was unsure about the operation but once we entered we were so pleased. The operation of the facility is smooth and user friendly.
Everything was great I would just suggest that when customers drop off there cars & are being shuttled to the airport if you can have a more clear instructions to where to wait for pick-up when returning.As my family &i were waiting in the wrong location
I used Air Park LGA back in early September and was very pleased with how quick the whole process was and the affordability. I did not have the same experience this time. It was particularly a problem on our return. We arrived at 11:30 PM on Wednesday night and called the 1-800 number. We had to call 4 times letting it ring at least 10 times each time called before someone finally picked up who kept trying to talk over us. They said they would be right there. We then had to wait over 25 minutes before someone picked us up and the driver didn't know anything about us and questioned if we had called and given our number. When we arrived to the parking lot, everyone else who had been picked up at the airport had their cars waiting for them, similar to my experience in September however our car was not out there and not only that, it was buried deep in the parking lot. We had to wait another 20 minutes until that could be freed and my car was driven around the parking lot at high speeds in reckless abandon. The car should have been more readily accessible especially since they had our schedule before I ever even checked in. My gf and I were quite frustrated and won't be using this parking lot again.
Great - did not have to wait one minute - as soon as I got to the facility my luggage was put on the van and I was promptly driven right to my airline - on my return my wait was about 2-3 minutes - and my car was in front waiting for me - incredable servi

Excellent - happy to see it was gated. I was greeted immediately, helped with the luggage and off I went to check in. Not even 5 minutes went by and I was on the van heading to the airport. The return pick up was exceptional - a 5 minute wait. I probably pulled out of your lot within a 1/2 of stepping off the plane. Way to go - great job!!!!

The gentlemen were very friendly. The check out was hindered by a new updated program on the computer and it crush while I was checking out. Once rebooted he remaining checking out was smooth and proper.
My only criticism is that, on our return, the van picked us up on the second level while baggage claim is on the lower level. Other services I have used pick you up outside the baggage claim area. My mother is 89 years old and the trip back upstairs with our luggage to be picked up by the van was an inconvenience.

As indicated above, all experiences positive. Only negative is that the overall appearance of the parking location is a little shoddy, especially as one first arrives. Hard to pinpoint why, but it doesn't reflect the good services provided.

The parking lot was completely full and it looked as though there would be no space for our Toyota Prius. But we were quickly directed to the shuttle van which took us to LGA. Check-out and pick up were amazingly quick. Our car was waiting for us to pull away as soon as the shuttle dropped us off. Your staff is very friendly and professional.
i would use your other facility like the Dollar parking but not the air park laguardia because we have to wait almost an hour to be picked up. the first time i called they told me 20 min.after 20 min. i called them back and told me to go to upstairs to the departing area. i told them i am at the arriving area and have 5 luggages and i can not go to the departing area.so they finally agree to pick me up but have to wait half hour.it was then almost 12 midnight and i have a child with me. i will use your other facility but not air park.
This was my first time using a airport parking facility and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
The only negative comment that I have is that my car was loaded with sticks and leaves on the hood and stuck in the gap of the windshield/hood and wipers. It appeared as if my car was parked in the woods.
I misplaced my discount sheet and the manager on duty would not help me get the discount on my parking fee. I was going to make a copy when I got home, bu this was not part of your policy.
Outstanding overall. Just ONE very weird thing... I noticed after driving away... My hood was open. Obviously, the car was running and I had just been delayed 3 times by my airline, so I didnt turn around to question it, but I found that a tad weird....
The driver had a prolonged argument with another driver of a vehicle dropping someone off at the airport. While he was pleasant to us, the language and exchange of threats was not a good situation. Upon receiving my vehicle at the facility, there is now a large dent in the right front fender. Bobby the staff person took photos but no reports were filled out. I was instructed to call the next day which I did. Moe has been helpful and I believe an incident report with pictures was filed as I sent pictures in an email as well and I am waiting to hear back from them.
After I checked in on Aug 30, 2009, your driver dropped us at wrong terminal. When we, the only group of customers at that time, got into the van, he asked us nothing about the flight information, so I told him our airline is Delta, then he answered "ok". After he dropped us at the wrong terminal, we found out from the check-in counter that we were in wrong terminal but the driver had left immediately. Since at that time we didn't have so much time to call Airpark and wait for the driver coming back, we decided taking a cab to the Delta Shuttle terminal, which costs us $7.90. When we checked out on Sep 2, 2009, the man behind the counter and the other driver called Bobby argued that it was my responsibility to tell the driver "Delta Shuttle" instead of "Delta". However, from my perspective, there are so many passengers who use La Guardia for the first time and do not know the difference between "Delta" and "Delta Shuttle"; your drivers, on the other hand, drive passengers to the airport everyday and apparently at least Bobby knows this happened before. Bobby told me that since he knows this might happened, every time he drives passengers to the airport he'll double check the airline, and after dropped off the passengers he will stay there for a short while to make sure the passengers got into the correct terminal and then he would leave. I told Bobby that it would be great if our driver was you. Anyway, the man behind the counter asked me to call back to talk to the manager Paul, but I truly don't have too much time for the $7.90.

You failed to honor a prepaid parking reservation. The snow is no excuse. You cannot provide the service you take payment for, and should therefore suffer the consequence of going out of business. Of course, this will never occur, due to the need for airline passengers to park their cars in an environment which provides structurally inadequate parking. But I will now make it my life's work to tell everyone I know of your completely inadequate service.

I have to say I was disappointed. I called when I got my luggage at 11:25pm and got picked up at 11:50. I feel 25 minutes at midnight is too long to wait for the shuttle. The staff was nice on the bus but the desk person was short and seemed annoyed when I called for the shuttle.

I used the facility at LaGuardia airport and i checked in at 4:00AM. The lot was very difficult to find due to poor lighting and the name on the sign was small and hard to read. I thought the parking lot was for the hotel next door and not part of Air Park. Other than that i was satisfied with your service.

Everything was convenient and great. The only misstep was the pickup driver came to the wrong airline and we had to maneuver past much traffic wit our luggage to get to him.

For the second time, I returned to Air Park LGA and found that my car had been damaged during the valet parking services from February 14 to February 18. While I did not realize the damage until I returned home the night of February 18, my car has significant damage to the front end and is now in the body shop. Apparently, the valet drove into a snowbank and cracked the spoiler on the front end. I am hoping that when I can reach someone of authority at Air Park, they will be able to help me recover the cost of the damages. While I regret not seeing this damage under the front end of my car on the evening of February 18, it was dark. I would like to add that the first time I had a car damaged at Air Park LGA, I did bring it to the attention of the check out attendant immediately who promised me there would be a review of the "scanner" which checks the cars coming in (and presumably going out). There was no such review. Only a complete denial by Air Park personnel that they had any responsibility for the holes in my bumper. I was shocked that this had happened again and that the damage was worse. I am hoping that Air Park LGA will do the right thing this time. If there is such a scanner as they say, they will notice that my car was in perfect shape upon entering and had a broken front bumper/spoiler upon exiting.

The facility charged me a $3 a day, after the fact, charge for a Toyota Tacoma. They considered it a full-size truck, and argued with me. I was shocked to get a bill for $18 just to get my truck. I hate this place. They kept calling my mid-size truck a SUV.

Super-efficient! Used AirPark Laguardia and I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. We showed up from a long drive to the airport in the middle of the night for a 6 am flight with a toddler and an infant. We barely got the kids out of the car and they had our luggage in the van and were waiting for us to go. A 2 minute ride and we were at the check-in counter. Same thing on our return at 12 am (children still in tow). We got our luggage and called Airpark. My husband went to get a sip of water from the water fountain and -- before he returned -- the van came, the driver came inside to find us (it was cold), and he hauled our luggage back out to the toasty-warm van to drive us back to our car. Our car was warmed up and ready for us. They got all the bags in our trunk before we managed to get the kids into their carseats, and checkout took seconds. We were back home in no time! We're good at following instructions, but I could imagine some people wouldn't have their barcoded Adobe receipt from parkridefly.com with them and have problems there.

When I reserved on line I put in the exact times I was leaving and returning. It gave me a price which I paid for on line. When I returned from my trip I had to pay for an extra day. Why was I not charged that when I reserved my spot...I put in the exact time that I would return. I was very unsatisfied with the way that was handled.

I want to inform you that I was not satisfied with any part of my experience with AirPark parking facility. When my wife and I arrived on the evening on 2/22 (after 14 hours of traveling) we were told to carry all our luggage upstairs to the departur
This is the second time I have used Airpark Laguardia, but the first time I booked them through ParkRideFly. I had a coupon code that gave me $12.60 off my bill. I should have been charged a total of $75.41 for my stay. Instead I was charged their full price of $84.02. When I showed them my printed reservation and asked them to correct the mistake, I was told ParkRideFly is a third party reseller and AirPark is not responsible for what they claim to charge. I was told if I want the price I was give by ParkRideFly, I need to call them (you) and have the difference credited. This is a ridiculous way to do business and I don't know if you are aware your vendors are doing this to your reputation. But thanks to those sleezy tactics, I will neither use you or them anymore.

I made the reservation for my son to fly from New York to Dallas to assist me for 3 weeks. I had surgery and he was laid off from his job. I had to pay for parking. Your representative was kind to give me a coupon for $46.21. My son was told by the attendant at Airpark that the reservation was in the system when he checked out. The attendant added $46.21 back to the reservation. I was charged $462.10 instead of $419.88. I called Airpark and the representative who answered the phone said he did not assists my son. He checked their system and said they took $2.00 off the amount due, and suggested that I contact them directly next time and not a third party. I need your assistance with getting $46.21 added back to my account. Thank you.

I love this facility, but there was an issue with my reservation. It wasn't in their system when I arrived (made it just two hours before) and when I checked out they weren't going to accept the voucher. The process seemed a little weird. They always said that they were likely leaving the program and tried to convince me to book directly with them. I get that they pay a fee, like I do, but I need to be able to book regardless of location and they shouldn't have been selling me the other way.

The service was excellent even in the face of my having to return much earlier than planned. I was to return on Monday 5/28 but on 5/27 at 7am I received a call while in Toronto Canada that my mother was in the emergency room at White Plains Hospital in critical condition. I had to arrange an earlier flight home. I called the main office number and was told there would be no issue with returning as needed. I tried calling the 1-800 number given me to be picked up at the airport but was not able to do so while in Canada. It would not go through. When I arrived in NYC I called and the number worked, I was picked up and my car was waiting. This was Memorial Day weekend and I know there were many, many cars on site. I truly appreciated having the car ready as I needed to get to the Hospital ASP as I am my mother's healthcare proxy. She is in the Cardiac Care Unit recovering slowly.

Great location to LaGuardia airport.
When my vehicle was brought back to me there were chips of paint missing on the side. We spoke to Mo at the facility who asked if someone did a spot check of the car at the time of drop off and we said yes the man used what looked like a flashlight and inspected the car. He asked if we signed any paperwork about the inspection and we said no, how should we know to do that. That is not our responsibility. We assumed since the attendant went around the car that was the facilities way of checking for any prior bumps or scratches. Mo told us the chipped paint was not their fault and that we should has signed a document at the time of drop off. We will NEVER use this parking service again and will write a review on the website informing others to not use it. Poor service!
Upon returning to the facility to pick up our car we were told that we owed 255.00 even though we presented a paid voucher. We were told that we should not have used the Park Ride Fly website and it was their fault that we had to pay double not the Air Park facility. They would not release our car and said if we did not pay they would be responsible. After a long day of travel we paid the additional 255.00 (after paying 298.06 on the webstie). The inability of the staff to resolve a problem is the poorest customer service I have encountered. Not only will I never use this facility again, I will be certain to tweet, tell all friends, family and anyone who is interested not to use this facility. I will also contact BBB.

This was my first time using this service and it will be the last. I had to call twice to be picked up from the airport. When I called 15 minutes later the attendant tried to argue with me that I told him the wrong terminal. When I booked the service, I pre-paid online. When I checked out, the receipt showed a lesser amount of over $20 . I was told it could not be corrected and that I needed to call a 1-800 number to see if it could be fixed. Also, while I was waiting inside to get my keys, the customer that had just checked out before me came back in because his car had been scraped up badly on one side. Overall, bad customer service and bad experience.

This is the third time we have used Airparkride-twice at LaGuardia and once at Newark. Each experience was positive, with quick drop off and return pick up. Drivers loaded and unloaded luggage for five from our car into shuttle and vice versa. Can usually apply a discount coupon, too. This is our go-to airport shuttle company.

This garage was a mile away from the airport the staff was pleasant. They showed me where to leave my car and directed me to the office where they quickly assisted me and had the shuttle bus waiting for me. The driver was great and got me to the airport quickly and helped me with my bags. When I returned home, I just called them told them where I was at and the shuttle quickly picked me up. My car was waiting for me with the A/C on.Looking forward to using the garage again.
