Honestly it was the worst experience. I waited almost one hour after I landed until the bus came and my car was delivered. When the car was delivered they dropped it off in a large puddle of water. Additionally, I paid in advance and the receipt I was given upon check-out is not the same as I am actually billed on Amex. So NO I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

The web site was a bit confusing, but maybe that's because you have multiple locations? I searched on "LaGuardia parking", but when I arrived at your web site, I had trouble figuring out who you were, and where you were located. Before booking, I called Dollar Rent-A-Car directly to confirm that you were indeed the same company (because your main "competitor", AviStar, had scathingly bad reviews online, and I was nervous about booking with ANYONE after reading them). I would recommend, for marketing purposes, that you make it clear that you are a Dollar Rent-A-Car subsidiary (unless you're not, of course), which will make your prospective customers more likely to sign up.

When we asked the driver to wait as we were leaving check in he pulled away. As we were running late this forced us to hail a cab and pay the $7.60 fare. It took 3 phone calls and 30 minutes waiting to be picked up at US Air when we returned Sunday 5/22/11. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The lady Naishia who answered each call was most helpful. The driver was completely incompetent.

Regarding drop off, one thing I did not like was we were not dropped off at the US Air terminal first before customers were picked up at the main terminal. Had we not left ourselves extra time or had the security lines been longer, it could have been more stressful.
This is the second time I have used the Park & Fly at Dollar Rental Car. I have been very pleased both times and will continue to use this service. The only negative was that I waited at least 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from baggage claim.
I was pleasently surprised at the time it took for me to check my car in. Upon my return it was the total opposite. I boarded the shuttle and the driver radioed over to the parking garage my ticket no. My thinking was that they would have, at the least my car ready to be brought down. That was not the case, after checking out at the desk, it took your company an additional 25mins before my car was brought down. There was no explenation as to what was the delay or any type of apology.
There was some confussion during check out about the parking rate, even though I had the prepaid voucher. Is seems the computer system wanted to charge a higher rate than I paid. Ultimately it was resolved and I do not expect to be charged any additional.

As a frequent traveler, I can say that my experience with Dollar Airport Parking LGA was abysmal. I dropped off my car for the weekend and upon my arrival I was greeted by a staff who seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else. He also threw the policy rule-book at me I didn't have a certain form and took a while before he offered me a solution. Did I also mention that I waited over 30 minutes to pick up my car? Could possibly be my last time picking this place.

First impression was decent except upon arrival I wasn't directed properly so I had to circle once and then I was finally told rather rudely where to leave my car. All of that was fine though because I got to my flight on time and I was picked up promptly after my trip. Once I arrived back to the garage after my trip, however, I became extremely annoyed with the service. There was so many people working and it took 45 minutes for me to check out. This is not the time to keep a customer waiting due to the fact that my plane was delayed in the first place and I just wanted to go home. The biggest problem that I have with this was that I had already paid for the service so I was just stuck there waiting. I would have come back to parking service if I was not treated this way and I no longer will use this service again. Completely the wrong time to fuck with the customer in my opinion and a great way to lose returning customers.

Have used other services in the past & found them more prompt on transportation to & from airport and on service when returning to pick up car. In this case, though we we used the text message service to alert you we had arrived we had to wait abt 20 minutes for a shuttle and when we arrived at the garage the car was not out and ready nor was anyone at the service counter to provide service for over 10 minutes. And she was not nice - it was a DMV kind of encounter. All around, I think there are better services available.

Customer service needs to be improved dramatically. Upon arriving back at the airport, I called to have a shuttle pick me up. While speaking on the phone with one of the employees, I kindly asked her to repeat her response to me as I was having difficulty understanding her and she in return raised her voice on the phone, said the response and hung up on me. This was the second time someone from the Dollar Airport Parking center had hung up on me without asking if I needed any additional questions answered or if I had understood what had been communicated....the first time was earlier in the morning when I called to let the company know that I would be arriving later than I had stated on my form. I have worked in customer service and I understand sometimes things get a little hectic and swamped and one has to keep things moving along; however, a simple smile and/or a friendly greeting is a great way to keep your customers happy and satisfied and makes them more likely to be patient and pleasant to the employees (there was one person who was kind of enough to help us locate our keys and moved around several cars so we could leave the garage, unfortunately I did not catch the guy's name). This would have been very much appreciated during my experience with Dollar Airport.

I've used the service many times and it's been fine. This time, when I picked up the car, they had no record of my pre-payment, charged me a different price and told me it was up to me to contact the parent company to collect a refund. Which I did and now I've been waiting for two days for a call back. Not very impressed this time.
It was easy to get to the airport and park the car but I picked it up late at night with a companion and we did a check around the car however the next day I noticed huge scratches on the running board of my car. It was hard to notice late at night but in daylight it was very noticeable. It was scratched all the sway down the running board below the driver doors. I was very unhappy. I expect to leave my car and be in safe hands. It looks like whoever at dollar took my car ran it across the curb. I know it was not there before I dropped it off because when you approach the driver side doors, it stands right out. I expect to leave my car and it to be given the extra loving care. I called Dollar and have to call tomorrow and talk to the City Manager. They said I had to come back and fill out a report. I live almost 2 hours away. They sure do not make it easy. I am very unsatisfied at this time. I come home from a nice vacation to this.

Althouogh the check-in process went smoothly, the check-out process was such a disaster, that I am still really mad when I think about it! We waited for almost 1 HOUR for the shuttle at midnight!! We had 3 small kids with us, and were the VERY LAST people picked up from the terminal, including the employees on public transportation!! Avis had circled around 3 different times in the time we waited for your shuttle. We are extremely dissatisfied. My husband called 4 times during our wait, no one could give us an answer as to where the shuttle was (twice the phone wasn't even answered!). There was no explanation. It's really too bad, because a lot of people we know travel in and out of Laguardia, and unfortunately we could never recommend your service. Anything you could do to compensate us for our time and frustration would be appreciated.
Garage looked very dirty. Had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle bus. For comparison purposes, all other shytle buses passed me at least 3 times each.
Unfortunately it wasn't very positive. Other than our driver (I think his name was Bernie), the staff on the phone and in person were not happy or friendly to us. It did not seem like a positive environment and friendly customer service is very important to me.
Dropping my car off was so easy. On my return trip. My plane was delayed and I was assured me that I didn't have to worry because my car would be available whenever my plane landed which gave me peace of mind. The additional fee was minimal and I was on my way home very quickly
Park my brand new 2011 Jetta for five days in the facility. when I arrived to pick up my car as I was putting my luggage in the truck I notice there where few scratches on the rear bumper of my car. I notified a manager and he said they must of been.. No help at all my car did not have those scratches and I will definitely not recommend any one there and I as well will not park my car there again..

Honestly my experience was horrible. Your staff is rude and not helpful. 1) The person that picked us up at the airport did not say hello and he drove like a maniac and had the music blasting. 2) Then when we got to the facility the person working the counter asked me to pay 102.51. I advised him that I had already paid. He then looked in the system again and acknowledged it and then asked me to provide a voucher which I did. 3) He then told me the car would be down in 5-10 minutes. While my friend and I waited and waited no car arrived. Then I looked across the way and saw my car was parked. I asked the security person if I could get the car and he said the key should be inside. I noted the key was not inside the car and he said I was going to have to go inside to ask. I asked him if he could ask the receptionist & he said that was not HIS JOB. So then my friend went in and asked the person behind the counter if he had the key for my vehicle and he checked and the key was there. He then gave it to my friend and we got in the car and had to manuever out since the car was parked tightly in between (2) other cars. Then as we were exiting we could not go out of the right lane since there was a car there w/people talking and hanging out on the sidewalk. I had a very long flight back and was extremely tired. The experience was horrible and I will never use this off site facility again! I travel frequently out of LaGuardia. Your staff is very RUDE and not helpful at all. 102.51 these days is a lot of money and if I could put stop payment on my AMX I would definitely to that.

Upon arriving to the parking facility, I was rudely told that I could not park there b/c they had oversold their lot. Since this is my first time to LaGuardia, I had no idea where to go or where else I could park. I ended up having to park at an airport parking lot and I paid three times as much. I plan on going to the parking facility on my way home and asking for a refund of the difference.
I have already spoken to the manager at the LGA facility. One of your attendants left our windows open. Water has came into the car. Also, a small animal, the manager said probably a squirrel, got into our 2010 BMW 328I, with around 10K miles. The animal found some easter candy that had been left in the vehicle and ripped in to it. If it is found that there are scratches on the interior of the car, there will be a larger problem. The manager seemed to be concerned and tried to clean the vehicle up before we came home in it, but my wife is extremely upset.

My credit card is being charged twice even tough I prepaid and gave them my receipt. I had to literally BEG someone to check me in when I arrived. One woman shook her head and refused to sign me in since she was on a break. I almost missed the shuttle. The shuttle driver was complaining because he did not want to go to the Marine Air terminal and to add insult to injury he circled the airport and picked up 6 arriving passengers before dropping me off to my flight which I almost missed. This has become the norm at this facility. I will only use Dollar if every single other parking facility is booked including the airport itself. Dealing with Dollar Parking is so stressful it is ot worth the trouble. Also on my last trip they took 45 minutes to bring my car down to me. When I go to AirPark I am greeted by name. The shuttle is waiting for me when I arrive. They pck me up in less than 5 minutes and when I get to the lot my car is aways waiting for me. The process is flawless verses the fiasco always encountered at Dollar....J Russo BTW now I am going to have to call and fight for my money back due to their accounting error!

Everyone time I use ParkFlyRide with Dollar Airport Parking at Laguardia, Dollar screws up the billing. This has happened every time I have used this service. I present my prepaid voucher and they still charge me a different rate, and I have to argue with them to get it corrected or point out that they did not enter the correct code. Perhaps better training is needed at that facility.
On my out bound flight all went ok- upon my return- i contacted the phone # given upon landing and was told to proceed to the shuttle van- I waited another 7 minutes as the driver waited for another passenger- I was the first one on the van and the first of 4 customers picking up their vehicles- It took a long time to be served and and I was the last of all 4 customers to get my car- When voicing my displeasure to the the staff I was schocked at the rudeness and attitude given to me by one of the employees who basically said that it is my problem and not his and too bad on me-allin allI waited over 40 minutes for my car!! This attitude schocked meand if I would treat my customers in such a manner I would not have a business at all- At this point- the only thing holding me back from placing my complaint on Twitter would be if I were to recieve a complete refund of what I paid for this experience- I do look forward to your reply

The facility is in a very good location, easy to find and close to the airport. It is clean and efficiently designed for the customer: The distances from where you drop off and pick up the car to the counter to the shuttle are very small. Staff are efficient and professional. Transfers to and from the airport are quick. My car was waiting for me when I arrived after my latest trip.
Retrieval of the car was inefficient and slow. Information was given twice on my car before it was found and retrieved. Otherwise everyone was courteous and apologetic about the wait.

When calling for pick up at the airport, got voice mail menu, then a call center person who knew nothing. When checking out I was re-charged for the prepaid amount. Clerk did not know how to operate the system.
No one checked the car for any previous damage when I dropped it off. Fortunately, there was no damage when I picked it up... No one helped with the bags. Check-in was fine, but staff are not the most friendly and forthcoming. Check-out took a while because ticket was coded wrong, and facility tried to charge me extra. We eventually got it straightened out. This place is cheaper than the other facilities, that is why I use it, but I'm seriously considering paying a bit more for better service at Avistar.

The first impression was good ,but returning was not good at all. we had to wait very very long for the shuttle. and finally when shuttle came the driver said he can not take us because the shuttle is full. We managed to climb that shuttle any way because we had to wait so...long. 2. At the parking garage the check out was o.k.at the cashier but to get our car was another long..wait and no one was helping us finally when got the car the parking place was not mangaged properly the un attended car was parked in the middle of the way of and no one moved that car and we had to wail again because of one car was parked blocking the main way. 3. That was not managed properly at the Dollar parking garage. 4. Next time I may try Avis, and National since we realised that they had so...many frequent shuttle for their passengers. at the airport.

What a total mess. Waited one hour for my parked car to be available. When it finally arrived the keys could not be found. After additional 15 min. wait the keys were found in a crack between the seats. I then had to present my receipt three times, as the attendants had taken the initial ones and disappeared. The receptionists on drop off and pick up at dollar facility was a little less than hostile. At the pick up I said good morning and the receptionist did not even return the greeting. These people need to develop basic courtesy. When I asked where I needed to be to receive my car, she simply waved me off and did not submit my ticket. I was wandering around the parking lot. I was fortunately assisted by one of the drivers who saw me wandering around. I wanted so much just to leave, or else I would have gotten her name. Shame on her, collecting a salary and being so rude.

The facility and services were fine. The only thing I did not understand was the difference in the total charges. The amount I paid on-line was $152.01 and the pick-up receipt stated $143.75 with a difference in the amount of $8.26. Will this amount be credited on my mastercard? Why is there a difference? I do travel a lot and I know a lot who also travel and like to use parking facilities. I regret using this facility and going to make my best that others will not use it as well. The service overall is poor and the personnel working in all positions were not nice and actually rude. I hope some one look into the organization and make the appropriate fixing. I left that place with very bad feelings and hurt from the reception workers as will as the manager. I will not go back and will recommend to all that I know not use that service.

Waited approximately 25 minutes at the Delta terminal for the shuttle to pick us up - this after two phone calls to your facility.
Upon our return to New York this afternoon, our car was not at the facility, it was at another lot. We were not told this fact until I inquired with the check out desk after waiting for around 10 minutes for the car. A manager said that the car should have been brought to the main lot earlier in the day and seemed to be blaming one of the workers. It should be the manager's responsibility to make sure vehicles scheduled to be picked up on a particular day are on-site. We wound up waiting for over twenty minutes while the car was retrieved. In addition, the employees who drove my car completely changed the driver's seat position in several ways and moved the sterring wheel position. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Waited a half hour for the shuttle bus tp pick up at LGA. Un friendly staff. Waited 25min. for shuttle upon return.
I didn't need help with luggage because all I had was a backpack, but it would have been nice to be met someone so I'd know if I left the car in the right place, and I needed to know where to leave the keys and with whom.

Perhaps it was because I arrived at 5:00 in the morning -- not many staff in evidence. I did not want to leave my kids in my unlocked car wen there was no one around. Eventually someone came around. But especially when it is off-hours, I want to see a friendly human with the cars!
PEOPLE AT THE FACILITY WERE NOT FRIENDLY NOR ATTENTIVE..
The facility seemed slightly understaffed on our return as we waited outside in the cold for a shuttle that was "on its way" for almost 20 minutes. When arriving we watched several people get in their cars right away while ours took 15 minutes to find.

Have used Dollar Airport Parking LGA before and service is consistent. There is always a little wait when travelling in the shuttle to the airport. They wait for it to get close to full, which can be difficult if you're trying to catch a flight in time. Otherwise, very good. My car has never been damaged and is always ready when I return. Also the return shuttle picks you up within 5-10 mins. Would use Dollar again.

On are return trip, called to be picked up,driver didn't even slow to pick us up. When he returned he didn't even get out of the van, looked like he might hurt his back because of this age.We got to your building and there was one person there, with a line of people waiting, Come to find out after waiting 20 minutes he told us he only handeled rentals.Then this young girl shows up and tells us she was on brake.Real cool, that about sums it up.

Last time I used your facility without a reservation. I paid less money than when I made a reservation from this site.
This was my fourth time using Dollar parking and I have recommended it to others...BUT, until you step up the frequency of your shuttles I will have to suspend this word-of-mouth advertising. Here's why: Every single time -- EVERY single time -- the wait for the shuttle to the airport, and on the return the wait to be picked up is between four and five times as long as your competitors. You see, it's easy to figure it out because not only is it a frustrating wait, but while Dollar customers are impatiently waiting, they have to watch 4 or 5 passes of your competitors' shuttles. And that, my friends, is THEIR best advertising. So pull y'all's thumb out, hire a few more shuttles and drivers, and stop doing your competitions' work for them! PS: Your competitors also occasionally offer coupons for discounts on LT parking -- something I've yet to see at Dollar.

I have been using Airpark down the road for 20 years. I went to Dollar the past three times and each time was a disaster. I got in last night had three cars (family trip). the first two car came out okay - the third they could not find and took 1/2 hour while waiting with three young children. The thing that got me upset was the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and down right unprofessional. There were 3 people begin the counter - no one else in the waiting area - I walked up and politely asked if could ask a question and the said "NO" you have to wait on line. the entire time (10min) I waited on line - he was on his phone texting and laughing. He also did not have any name tag on. so my recommendations moving forward would be- 1. have employees wear name tags - 2. NO TEXTing while on duty. 3. give training on customer relations. Our trip from facility to airport was absolutely awful!! We were harrassed by another customer who thought we had too much luggage (ski vacation). The driver did nothing to stop this and even joined in with the other customer! We had our two children with us and it was absolutely awful!!! Upon return, we were charged almost $30 because our plane was 3 hours late. Overall, people were rude and the initial experience was so damaging, that not only will will never use Dollar parking again, I would highly recommend against it to anyone who asked me!!!
The ride to the airport was easy... the ride back was a nightmare. We texted and then waited... then called and put on hold for several minutes. We had to call 3x before we got in touch with someone. Then we waited 15 minutes to get the car. There was some excuse about my car being blocked by other cars. I definitely would think twice before using this facility again.

On my return and entering the parking garage was one of the worst experirnces I have had as a paying customer. Whosoever worked the desk that day a young African Ameircan male was very inconsiderate and rude. I paid in advance for the parking and he rang up the information. However, he never gave my ticket stub to the young man getting the cars and kept telling me the guy was getting the car. After about 40 minutes I came back insdie and asked him about the delay. He kept syaing the guy was gettinmg the car. When the guy who gets the cars came down I asked him about my car he told me he did not have the ticket. He weent inside and asked the person on the desk about it at which time he realized he never gave him the ticket. When he finally went to retrieve my car one of the other workers tried to continue the falsification/lie of the guy having to move cars as to why it was taking so long. I corrected them on that lie. Finally, after one hour my car was bought to me. The A.A. male did not apologize, was rude and disrespectful and other people in the waiting area saw this behavior. I paid for the service in adavance and expected courteous and prompt service. Your company obviuosly has not code of conduct for your employees and you hire and put in charge those who lack respect and courtesy for the customer. This type of egregious behavior will undoubtedly cost you business in the future as it will surface again. Dollar was fine compared to Avistar which we often use - one minor area for improvement - when you return, although there is a separate line for parking so you don't have to wait on the car rental line, there was no personnel to handle the parking line, s

I found the experience to be a good one. My only negative comment is that when you return and call the number on the claim check, it is not a quick process to reach the person.

This was my first time using your facility. The drop off process went well; the return less so. It took about 15 minutes to get my car after the shuttle brought us back to the facility. This was not the level of service that I expected.

Very Satisfied! The service by your staff was very professional. One concern. Is there a web site that is available that would get me directly to your site as opposed to the web site I used that brings me to a choice of three or four parking locations?.
Only Fair. No one was there when I pulled in. I had no idea where to park or what to do with my car or keys. No one inspected the vehicle before taking my car. Staff was very impersonal and gave no instructions unless directly asked. Upon return, I called the number on the ticket and got a recorded menu which had no listing for being picked up at the terminal, so I had to fumble my way through to an operator. The operator asked no questions, such as what airline terminal I was at or tkt claim number to get my car ready ahead of time. Operator gave no directions on where to meet the shuttle - I had to guess. Back at parking facility, I waited for help for over 5 minutes, even though no one else was in line. (I guess all the workers only did rentals vs parking.) I'm hesitant to use this facility again due to poor service. Yes, it was cheaper than Avistar, but I may pay a few extra $$ for better service.
The wait for the van back and then to get the car undercuts the value of the savings in parking directly at the airport
This was the first time I used Dollar. Although I had reserved and paid for parking online, in advance, I was still asked to pay when I picked up my vehicle. I thought that I would be in your system as paid and they would know that by looking at the monitor but apparently your system doesn't show that a customer has paid. Your agent told me that customers pay when they pick up their car, so I gave her my card, thinking that perhaps dollar hadn't actually charged my card. I later discovered that I had now paid twice. Although I was issued a refund, it was a hassle that could have been avoided if Dollar's computer system had shown me as paid - WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF and WHEN I PICKED IT UP. - so frustrating.
Unable to access the facility for almost one hour while the DOT paved the roadway. This created havoc trying to make my flight. Eventually Stephanie got things under control and she is one reason why I will stay there again. Regarding the DOT closing the street entirely that should be an issue that needs to be addressed.
My overall experience was fine and would use your facility if I had been treated correctly at the check out. I also sent an email to you and have never heard back. I was asked to pay an additional $6.23 for an extra hour. Though I had already paid for 4 days of parking and brought the car back after 3 and a half days. It is not the amount of the money but the lack of response that has me upset. I will write another email and continue to write until i get a response. When I checked in, I informed the staff that my husband would be picking up the car. I reserved in both names. We were traveling seperately to two different locations and he was already away. This presented a big problem and I almost had a stroke when

Being just around the corner from the airport is a definite plus. I was attended to immediately and everyone was friendly. I will definitely use your facility again and refer other people to you. The return to the lot after the trip was horrendous. They could not find the cars. I had booked a family vacation and paid for 4 spots at the lot. They stood around looking at each other and made little effort to help. We finally found our own cars and paid one of the attendants to get it out. After a long trip with plane delays this was a nightmare. We were there with very tired kids for about an hour trying to get our cars.

The parking area was very crowded, and there was no one present to tell us exactly where to park. When we approached the desk, it took longer than it should for an employee to come and help us -- they were talking amongst themselves and initially did not stop to ensure that we were promptly served. However, once we were assisted, the service was fine and efficient.

Disappointed that I was asked for payment at check out (I prepaid with the reservation). I was told you can't pre-pay, and had to prove that I did. Then I was told there was a balance due. After the manager check everything he realized the discount was missing and had to make an adjustment.

Upon my return, the service clerk was rude and more interested in his rules, forgetting a fundamental rule, "Dollar is providing the service and I am the paying customer." When I informed the clerk that I was unaware of "his" rules, he took the time to insult staff who had assisted me upon my arrival stating sarcastically, "I apologize for the incompetence of our staff."It was a very unpleasant end to a very pleasant trip.
Exceedingly slow to pick up my car, poor to no service.
I really liked the facility and when I had to wait a long time for my car the manager responded quickly and professionally! However, the front desk people are not very customer focussed. It is not that they are mean or rude just not focussed on the customer and not very warm. They are very busy doing their job but do not make you feel like they really care that you are there. They also do not give directions - it was my first time there and I had to ask a lot of questions and she seemed not to have enough time or patience to answer. I travel a lot and it matters to me how I am treated. I have used Vista parking in Newark for over 10 years and really like it, never had a problem with it. I came to your garage for the first time and I can understand the garage was backed up and they could not find my car, that would have been okay - it was more the way the people at the counter and the security were not so friendly or responsive. Called Doller shuttle after baggage claim at 11.50pm. Saw 4 National, 2 Avis, 2 budget, 2 Hertz, 1 airpark and 1 Enterprise before Doller arrived at 12.12am. Casnier not friendly, otherwise good, car was waiting, no help to load.
Very pleased with the service and have recommended it to my friends.
The only problem I encountered was that on arrival back at the airport, I was unable to call the Dollar Parking facility to get a shuttle because the call would not go through. We picked up one of the regular Dollar shuttles after a wait of about 20 minutes, and the driver asked if the phone had been busy, so he seemed to know that there was a problem. Otherwise, the experience was a good one.
I had to call twice for the shuttle to pick us up at the terminal. There was a 20 minute wait(out in the cold) . Then we waited another 10 minutes for the car to be brought to us. I am not happy with these delays. I may look around at other park-fly options.
Location very convenient (LGA), easy off and on to the Grand Central Pkwy. Good, smooth movement of cars and people. Did not mind moving my own luggage, everything these days is on wheels. The driver asked to make sure we had all of our bags.

Traffic in NYC/ BQE was almost at a standstill on Friday night, 10/30. I left my office at 5:30 and got to Dollar by 7:40 pm or so. I explained that I missed my flight and may come back right away if there are no more flights. There weren't and I checked out right away. The Dollar staff was professional, polite, efficient. Wonderful! They told me to contact you so change my reservation. I am a first time user . . so on Saturday morning I could not fine a way to log in to your website - I did not create an account - to query by my reservation id to update the reservation and I was outside of your telephone support hours. I could not determine how to cancel or change the reservation, so your records will note I did not use it. I would love to know what can be done. Save for not being familiar with cancel/or update on the website, the face-to-face experience was wonderful.

I've used this facility several times. The customer service deteriorates each time. I feel safe leaving my car there, and it's a convenient location, but the staff is not friendly, they can be very slow (when trying to catch a flight that's not what you want) and the last time I returned from my trip, the driver never showed up. I had to call a 2nd time to find out where the shuttle was. Being the cheapest match I usually find for LGA airport, I suppose the saying is true... You get what you pay for.
At checkout they couldn't find my reservation which was prepaid through park&fly, so the manager said he'd take care of it later and I could leave, but the clerk handling this went home after taking my paperwork and not giving me a receipt. It took them half an hour to locate my car. When I tried to leave, I explained the situation about the receipt and how I never received one, the staff accused me of trying to leave w/o paying even though it was prepaid. I spent an hour getting everything straightened out. I'm guesing the clerk who entered by information at checkin entered the wrong information on my reservation and what type of car I had. It was a horrible experience and I will never use this service again or Dollar rent a car.
We waited over 30 minutes for a representative to locate our car upon return. About 20 minutes into this experience a driver pulled up and it turned out it wasn't even our car. Turns out he wasn't looking for our vehicle at all as no one gave him the information. If not for the intervention of the security guard who saw my frustration I am not sure how long we would have waited. Upon finding our car we didn't even get an apology from the guy who delivered it. The few dollars we saved by taking the less expensive option was not worth the time we just stood there and subsequently missed putting our daughter to be after having been away from her for a few days.
Your service was excellent. It would be great if the shuttle buses could consolidate so trips would be more frequent and buses would be fuller. The wait was too long returning to Dollar. All else was good.
This is by far the worst airport parking service. When I first called to tell them I was here (landed) and with baggage, they place me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I hung up called again and then they said they were NOW going to send someone (so my waiting on hold was for nothing) Then after this we are waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.
A bit tough until you learn the process. I'm expecting the next time to go smoother, since i know what to expect. Did have to make a second call for a pick up.
I waited over 45 minutes to get my car and there was only one other customer waiting. As it turned out they were looking for the wrong car. The person at the counter was rude and the manager was rude. They were annoyed that I expressed concerns about the length of time the process was taking. The woman at the counter said I was yelling at her and if I was her husband she would slap me and that I was going to wait until the morning to get my car. The manager made the same comment and told me to wait on the sidewalk or he would call the police to have me remove for trespassing. There was a lot of snow and I expected to wait but the rudeness was intolerable. They acted as if they were doing me a favor .

Parked at Dollar @ LaGuardia airport. When I went to the counter the women was very nice and we got right on the bus to the airport. Coming back I called when I landed and the bus was waiting and when I got to the parking lot I waited less then 10 mins for my car. I would use this parking facilitiy again.
