Upon checking in we were not advised that we had to call your facility after arriving back at the airport. As a result, we waited 45 mins. at the airport before another passenger advised us of your procedure. Of course the humidity was very high, and after travelling for 22 hours the last thing thing we needed was this experience. In addition your checkout person did not know how to handle our prepaid document and had to go find a manager,thus more time wasted. When booking parking space online we were not made aware that covered parking was available. This is our first time using your facility and the whole experience was not a pleasant one!
Everything was wonderful. I would like it even better if there were discount coupons to use next time I use your company.

No problem with the facility, but I am VERY dissatisfied with your service online and on the phone. I was never able to speak to a person at your 800 number when I tried to make a reservation in September. In fact, I got an out of office message when the message said you were open, on multiple occasions. I also don't understand why I cannot use the Frequent Flyer system on line; it says my user name is wrong (which is why I was trying to reach a person). I am confused as to whether you are 2 companies or one; I have an email for a free day of parking that I've been unable to use.

Simply the best
This was my first time parking at your facility and definitely "my last." When I arrived back in Atlanta today, your van driver had no idea where 23 Wall was located, and took me on a 10 min. "joy ride" informing me that I would need to find my car and that someone wrote down a location that didn't exist. She finally called someone upon my request. I reported this to your manager and he said "oh, I'm sorry"! I told him I cannot believe you hire employees who don't even "have a clue" about the location of your parking spots. The cashier had absolutely no competence in figuring out that our arriving 28 minutes EARLIER than our scheduled reservation AND leaving 1 hour and 45 minutes BEFORE our reservation would net us a "refund." In fact, she tried to charge us more money. As it became just too complicated for her, she finally permitted us to leave. This incompetence held up not only us but the three or four cars unhappily in line behind us. No one came to take care of them while our problem was being "handled." Pitiful!
I've used your service before and will certainly again. You make the usually stressful process of getting in and out of the airport almost enjoyable. This has been especially valuable when travelling with small children.
We will use your services again. The transportation to and from the airport was excellent and your drivers were very friendly and helpful. They took care of loading and unloading our luggage and that was very helpful for us senior citizens. Thank you so much.
I was satisfied with the experience. The only difficulty was that the paperwork and the name of the facility, Fast Track, caused me some confusion. However, when I finally got to the right place, I was glad to be on the right shuttle. Thank you.

1.the checkout person did not know how to handle my bar code and questioned when I made the reservation and for how long. It was printed on the barcode sheet so I think additional training is needed. 2.I left my backpack on the ground by my vehicle and one of your people turned it in and I was able to get it the next day. Thank you.
both shuttle drivers were outstanding---friendly and very service-oriented!! Great job! Even the cashier was extremely pleasant to deal with!
I prepaid thinking that would facilitate faster checkout. That was not the case. I had to present paperwork to check out that was then hand checked and I never could understand why. Prepaid checkout should come with a bar code for scanning or some kind of quick leave. It really should all be in a computer so that ID is all that is needed, much like renting a car. If money is susequently owed you already have the credit card. It seemed PRF is not technically advanced enough to provide a quick checkout.
I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN
We pre-paid online. We were not greeted by anyone upon arrival, I had to ask a group of employees shooting the breeze outside what to do and where to go. Upon leaving, even though we had our paperwork, we had to wait in line for several minutes to leave the lot. One person was working. She had to handle the desk and two drive thru lines by herself on a Saturday afternoon! She asked us how many days we used the service. We had all the paperwork and she shouldn't ask us. The one bright spot was our driver. The same one who dropped us off picked us up and he was wonderful. I would not recommend your service again. I will use an alternate provider.

The service was fine except the return was hampered by construction that blocked the exit, so getting out of the lot was a mess. Also, the online reservation did not allow me to purchase self-park covered for a prepayment as I believe I had done in the past. I supposed it was possible that those spaces were sold out, but being told that would have been helpful. I also did not appreciate the fee for online reservation that drove the price back up to the normal price. What is the point?
I've used park n fly PLUS a couple of times and have always had great satisfaction knowing that my car isn't something I have to worry about while I'm gone. Thanks!
Your driver saved our trip. After entering the terminal, I discovered that I left a small bag containing all of my personal papers, tickets, Christmas cards, etc. on the bus. Your driver searched the terminal to find us and deliver the bag. I wish I could remember his name. He is the GREATEST!

Took a long time to check out of parking lot, even though we were prepaid.
The staff was phenomenal. So helpful and very courteous. I lost my ticket, and they still had my car ready when I arrived from the terminal. Will definitely be using them again
I have made a reservation and pre-paid the last 2 trips. I print the certificate with the bar code. It will not scan at your facility nor does it work when I exit at the cashier. Today she said it was not the right number and her system showed I had already used the reservation. How could that be possible when it was for the dates I was at your facility. After about 15 minutes she finally let me go. Why do you encourage reservations if your system will not recognize them.
Will not prepay for parking again. This is the third time I have had an issue checking out after prepaying for my valet parking. The cashiers can't find my reference # or reservation # for my prepay parking. Always a hassle.
