It would have been useful - as a first time user - if the driver had taken just a little time to mention to have any pre-paid information immediately to hand when leaving your facility.
I was veryimpressed that I was taken dirctly to my car - other paring lots I have used did not give such great service as being within frrt of my car and also the driver placing the bags in myh car. Thank you for such great service.
I had to wait 15 minutes to be picked up and transported to the airport from the facility; this seems to be an unresonable amount of time. The air conditioning on the shuttle vehicle was not working and made for a very uncomfortable ride. The operator was extremely slow; taking nearly 10 minutes to leave the facility and head to the airport.
Everything was great except AAA members are supposed to get $2/day discount, and when I reserved online your website did not mention this. Thanks! Bob Boies

The gate to the Sky Harbor Parking would not open. The lady would not get out of the shack until a few minutes that she figured out that the button would not work. Then she opened it up manually. I saw a running van. I went to the van but there was no driver. I went to the gate and stood there since the lady started a conversation with a car that came up. I then saw the driver show up! He took my bag KEPT ON TELLING ME TO READ THE SIGN ON THE FRONT OF THE VAN. The ONLY thing that he was pointing at was that he ACCEPT TIPS. So far I am having a real bad first impression and he wants tips? Then I was driving around the parking lot for 15 minutes while he is following other cars to there parking spot to pick them up. AGAIN he kept on talking about TIPS. When he had a few passengers he started to go to the airport. He asked my airline. I gave him my answer. When we got to a terminal he took my bag out of the van. Since I fly Southwest and not United I did not know that was my stop. I had to ask him "is this were United is?" he answered yes. Yet again telling me twice that he accepts tips. In all it was 8 times that he notified me that tips are accepted. THERE IS NO WAY NO HOW THAT I WOULD TIP SUCH SERVICE! I will post were ever I can and anywhere I can NOT to even thing about using your service. I will write articles in TripAdvisor since I am a heavy contributes there and any travel web site. NO ONE should fell they are obligated to tip when service, facility and CUSTOMER SERVICE is VERY BAD! I have not returned yet BUT I KNOW that its going to be a very long day since I will have to deal with you service and employees!

The lot was crowded with many cars double parking necessitating that staff keep their keys. Parking staff did not communicate to us or other staff how to handle a customer with a reserved spot.

Our first impression was very favorable. The whole process was quick , easy and very efficient. As frequent travellers to Pheonix we intend to use your facility again in the future. In fact on our recent trip we used your other facility in Chicago.
When I first arrived, there was a lot of disorganization between the staff and some were a bit rude. But understandable considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. On the way back, we had to wait for a while to get a shuttle also because it was a busy day. But it was worth the wait. The shuttle that we got was very Christmasy and fun. The guys in the shuttle were friendly and helpful. It was late at night, and my little boy and I were the last ones in the shuttle. The parking lot was lit, but still dark and spooky. They waited for us to be in the car and had us follow them to the exit so that we could get there safe. I am definitely staying there from now on because of the service and care of those guys. I wish I knew their names. But they had the shuttle that has the most decorations I've ever seen. This is the safest I have ever felt at a parking lot. Thank you.

Everything is fine but the color of the shuttle is hard to identify at night time, there are other company that have pretty much same color shuttle, at least look like the same color at night..
I had a prepaid voucher. The gate attendant was very rude. I asked how do I get me refund and her answer was, I don't know, that's your problem, we don't give refunds. I asked how do they handle refunds for Park/Ride/Fly. She said she didn't even know who they were and didn't know anything about them period. She said here's a cash register receipt with the check out date and time. The register tape's writing was not clear and half the numbers were missing because the typing was bad from the machine. I asked about that id she could get me something better and she said that's it. I asked her for me to keep my voucher and checkin card and she said you don't get this as I'm keeping it. NEXT. Not impressed by the lack of knowledge from the person at the house on checkout. She was either not informed by management on the refund issues or she couldn't be bothered to answer. She said all the parking lots around the area are the same.
Could use more signage giving more directions to the lot and more signage actually at the lot. Would be nice if the lot were paved to eliminate returning to a dirty car upon completion of the trip. Shouldn't park a car in a slot in covered parking on the last West slot, which receives direct sunlight at the hottest time of the day! Shuttle drivers were super friendly, whereas the booth attendants almost offset this plus!

The ticket dispenser was not working. I sat there too long before a woman opened the window of the booth to give me one. Someone on the van must have waited too long also because they managed to park without getting one. No one directed me where to park, and I basically walked back to the van where the driver was chatting with someone or something, because he took a long time to come get me. I don't know if you guys only have one van, are low on resources, or just cheap because we waited about 10 minutes adding more and more people to the van til we were packed like sardines. I was shoulder to shoulder with men I did not know and it was very uncomfortable. I have used this website and chose the parking on Washington several times for which I have no complaints. They were fast, courteous, and professional. This place...not so much.

I never got a receipt for payment ahead of time and when I went to check out from parking didn't have proof that I'd paid ahead. I had gotten an e-mail on the 11th when I was leaving TX. to go back to AZ. but it had no amount written on it and the Sky Harbor Parking facility had no way of knowing that I had paid. I had to go into their office and print out the receipt from ParkRideFly since they had no idea who I had made my reservations with. It was time consuming and embarrassing so I'll not travel without a receipt again.
Very organized. The person at the checkout had difficulty printing our receipt, so we left without as it was 1:00 AM. More clearer instructions on return from flight as the coupon was confusing, indicating only terminal 3 and 4 had service. I did not realize we had to phone for pick-up. Fortunately, someone already had, so we did not wait

A little hard to find when not knowing your way around. Road construction did not help. Mr. Cooper, our driver on our return was very amusing and brightened our day. All in all a good experience.

I have been using this place for a year. I go online and get covered parking. I put my print out in my windsheild to show I have already paid.I had to walk back to my car to get my ticket out so the driver could sign. What a waste of time. Why would they just take care of that when i drove in, i told the guy at the window i had covered parking. Then when i get get picked to go to the airport the driver has to sign it. This mad me very made and made everyone in the shuttle have to wait. You need a better processes. I been using this place for a year and never had to go thru this. I am thinking about changing places.
I am miffed that I made a reservation and paid in advance for a covered spot, but there were no covered spots available. Also, there appears to be no easy way to get a refund for the difference I paid for covered, versus uncovered parking, since the payment is made to ParkRideFlyUSA and not Sky Harbor Airport Parking. The wait for the shuttle was about twenty minutes, which was about the max of what I would consider reasonable.

All very friendly and courteous. Drivers were helpful even though I noticed some people with the most luggage tipped a dollar or nothing at all. I am 70 and appreciate all the help I get , I hope five dollars was sufficient!
I was irritated because when I was returned to my car, there was another car parked in front of mine, blocking my exit. I had to wait several minutes for the attendant to find the correct key and move the car. This is not what I expected upon returning to my car.
your lot was clean and proffsional. i wish the directions where with the invoice and the parking spaces a little wider. this is my second flight out of sky harbor. the first time i did not know about offsite parking due to new in the state. and it cost me an arm and a leg this time was way more reasonabe ans effecint
I would request that the buses pick up from the airport a little faster. We waited a "good" half hour for transport and the temp was 106 degrees.
Your service is the best. We walked out of the terminal and right on the bus. We were in our car 15 minutes after landing. Definitely will use your service again on future trips

When I arrived to park my vehicle, the "ticket" machine was broken. After I started to back out, someone came out of the booth and handed me a ticket. Apparently, after talking to the lady operating the shuttle, she said they should have marked "covered" on the ticket. I was right on the end of the cover with the west sun coming directly into the inside of the car, so the extra pay for "covered" parking was a waste of money.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. Checking out was a little slow. I don't think the girl knew how to process my paperwork and had to call someone. I was pleased with the stay and plan on using this facility again in a few weeks for another trip I have planned. I asked them if they had any coupons and they said I can pull them up online.
Have used your service in Chicago and In Phoenix. Always have been very happy. Today on my return to Phoenix, I did wait about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle which is longer than usual.

I had to wait more than 20 minutes at the airport for pickup. I got down to the pick-up area at 12:04 AM and was driving out of the shuttle lot at 12:48 AM. It was a late flight, and I wasn't super impressed having to wait so long.

Since it was 108 degrees,a minute later for pick up was a serious problem, but we were treated kindly.
Waited at my car for 35 minutes for trip to airpor. For return trip, my slip said to look for the blue diamond. Walked the length of the north curb two times and didn't see a blue diamond. Then, spotted a van. Asked the driver about the blue diamond and he pointed to the blue stripes on the pavement. I told him that those strips weren't a "diamond" and he said they were. Not to pleasant. Another passenger said they were told by their driver on the way to the airport that the blue diamond signs were on the back side of the pillars on the north curb....all other signs are on the pick up side.
It seems that on the last couple of trip in to Phoenix airport,we waited a bit longer than usual for the shuttle. Not a big problem but just a bit slower than usual.
Everyone was great except for the girl who was at the gate about 7:30am on 7-18-10 when we first arrived. The girl had her window close and starring at something for along time and made us waited for her. Than she didn't even say hi, didn't give us a ticket or anything, looked at our online paid paper than told her to go all the way to the back. Had no idea what she was doing and very unfriendly.

When I was picked up from your lot the driver didn't even get out of his seat to help with luggage or carry on bags. On the return trip from the airport I was helped by the driver and tipped him for his services.
The only reason I did not give a 5 star was the website was not working properly and after I put in my credit card information the screen went blank and then never returned I tried 3 times and finally being unsuccessful and worried my card would be triple charged I called to make the reservation and she was helpful as well as all your employees on the actual lot. It was my first time using offsite parking and I was impressed with the ease and efficiency. Despite the website issue I will use your service from now on. Thank you.

This service offered affordable prices with quality service. The drivers were helpful and courteous. We had airport to car service. My father is 92 years old and they accommodated him without rushing him and had storage available for a wheelchair. I was very pleased with the service.
The signage for the "covered parking" lot needs to be made clear that this is "NOT" the Phoenix Sky Harbor AIRPORT Parking. When you follow the signs posted "East Economy Parking" The "Sky Harbor Parking" needs to reflect the "RideFlyUSA" info as well. I had to pay and additional $55 because the lot I parked in was for the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and not your lot. It is very confusing. Then I had to pay a $9.00 fee for a refund from ParkRideFlyUSA. The error cost me $64 dollars instead of the discount fee of $47.19 which I was hoping to save with your facility. I am also going to write a complaint to the airport itself. Thanks

The shuttle that picked us up was not labeled as "ParkRideFly USA" (which is your company's name); it was labeled "Sky Harbor Airport Parking". All your promotional information and e-mails identify your company as ParkRideFly USA. We waited 20 minutes for a shuttle with the ParkRideFly USA name on it. We had to call the company to find out the real name of the shuttle. The driver did not even know the name of the company was ParkRideFly USA. You need to relabel your shuttles or your e-mails to your customers so they aren't confused.

In the urgency of the moment, we could not find the facility, even though we had used it a year ago. Fancy that! We forgot. The person who first answered the phone, was unable to orient us to the parking lot. We told her where we were and she kept saying 40th and Washington. Then she hung up because she had another patron. The 2nd time we called she mentioned going over the rail road tracks. That gave us the clue we needed and we found it. I suggest that all employees be able to orient frantic travelers. However, once we arrived we were assisted and the calmness of the driver helped us! We did not miss our flight.

Been using this facility for years. Generally very good service - last couple of times I had to wait a bit longer than usual for the shuttle to pick me up at my car for the trip to the airport. But always a good value.
Very satisfied with service. My only complaint was that after a 7hr flight, we didn't know exactly where to pick up the shuttle at the airport. We were exhausted and there were no signs listing the shuttles pick up spot at the airport. On the positive side, the driver was very professional and dropped us exactly where our car ðŸš— was and carried our luggage to it.

This was my first experience with ParkRideFly and it was definitely positive. I received a discount through AARP so I felt it was very reasonably priced, even though I paid extra for a covered spot. My car was safe and secure. I never waited long for the shuttle to or from the airport and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttles were clean, comfortable and cool (in Arizona it was a very hot day). I will use this service on my next trip.
Reward Points are given for parking at this location. Shuttle buses are available 24/7 to and from airport...drivers take luggage on & off bus & are very friendly. Huge parking lot that is secured.
I have used your facility for several years and have always been very satisfied. However on this last occasion when I checked out I was told by the clerk that I owed an extra day fee of $10.00. I pointed out that I was well within the check out time on my prepaid voucher however she said the because the voucher was with Parknfly and Sky Harbor Parking was a separate company , that my voucher was only an estimate and not the actual price. It was 10:00 pm and I needed to get home so I paid it. I called customer service the next day and they admitted that this was wrong and would work out reimbursement. Still waiting to hear how they are going to resolve this. Not real happy about this last trip!!

We have used Park/Ride/Fly many times and have always been pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the driver and convenience of parking promptly and getting to the airport quickly. There is nothing I could recommend to improve the experience. I will continue to use the facility anytime we travel by plane.
We arrived from the airport on the shuttle at about 11:30 p.m. and found the battery was dead on the car. Called the service desk at Sky Harbor parking and they sent a driver down with a battery charger..the car starte and we were out by midnight. Very courteous and happy with the help we received.

Easy to find off the 202. Very friendly driver arrived at my truck to collect me and my bags. Getting a ride on return to Sky. Harbor was very easy. I didn't need to call, the bus just showed up within 5 minutes. The only thing I would ask for is this... I'm not a frequent flyer and when I was dropped off at terminal 3, I had no idea where to go. It looked like an empty basement inside the doors. If the driver said "go upstairs for boarding" the group of us wandering around on the 1st level wouldn't have felt so lost. Otherwise, a great service from your company. I will use again. Thanks.
