Everything was fine with service other than dead battery on car upon return...
I was pleased with the service - fast pick up and return to parking facility. I could not get covered parking on line, but requested and got it when I arrived, so I have no complaints. I saw lots of Park and ride busses running back and forth, so wait times had to be minimal.
Arrival last night was rough - waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. The driver could not lift baggage onto the van, and she was completely disorganized about delivering people to their cars.
The main thing that bothered me was that when I arrived, the young lady at the gate announced to me that they were only taking cars with reservations. Since I had a reservation, I said "I know" and I proceeded to find it to give to her. Her answer was "Hu
I have used your facilities many times in the past and found almost everythng nothing short of excellent. I do have one suggestion. It appears that a large percentage of your customers find when leaving your premises don't have all the documents they need for a routine, speedy checkout thus creating a really annoying and unneccesary wait for those in line behind them. It would be great if you could set up your exit stations in such a way that those who create these delays could pull forward, out of the flow of traffic but still within the confines of your facility until such time as they either located there documents or paid whatever was necessary. When people have been on a business (or other) long trip, all they want to do is get home. The last impression they have of your facility/services is that at the exit stations. I was one of those who couldn't find his ticket stub from the entrance this past triip and about six vehicles behind me had to back up out of the way so that I could reenter the parking area until I found that stub. I felt like an idiot for having created a 10 minute dely for all those behind me plus making my departure 2o-30 minutes later than it should have been. I have witnessed this process a number of times.
The remodel is great and the new checkout facility is great.
First time to use...excellent. Only reccomendation: where exactly to catch the shuttle to return to your car. Was sent back and forth a few times before i got to the right place. perhaps Parkn ride sign should be included under :Shuttle..The guy that drives the van had his AC on full blast ( was way too cold) Over all an excellent service and so efficient.
very nice, easy to get a spot, shuttles were quick to pick up at both the facility and airport, check-out was very simple. i like being able to pre-pay online.
Very efficient and easily to take care of all my concerns. The staff were great and being able to make reservations on line was great. The only thing was making sure that I was there on time.
buses from several other parking sites came by Terminal A several times before the Park & Fly bus came by.

Considering I had prepaid, I was extremely irritated to have to wait in a line to get out of the lot. Surely there is an easier way to get out by scanning your prepaid bar on your receipt.
I'm still waiting to get a new card so that when I prepay they can apply my parking info into the system for rewards. It would be most helpful if yours is lost or stolen if there was a quicker way to get a replacemnt.

wait too long at airport (more than 30 min), the other cheaper parking services had 3 or 4 time more frequent shuttle bus to pick up passengers at the airport when the plane arrived at 2-3 pm.
Very pleased with the friendly courtesy exhibited by staff. Transport to the airport was achieved quickly as was the pick-up upon return. Shuttle drivers were very helpful with the luggage.I definitely will use your services again. Mary Pulfer
The checkout was very slow. Your employee did not seem familiar with the pay in advance routine. It all worked out but I felt badly for the people behind me in line to get out. I'm not sure how the next two questions should be answered. I was very happy with all but the checkout.
I should never have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to be picked up at Terminal C. The check out line did not progress for 8-10 minutes as the manager was harrassing a young couple who probably prepaid but didn't have the ticket spewed out by the machine on arrival. NEVER AGAIN!

The drivers were very helpful and handled the luggage. We didn't have to wait going or coming from airport. All was wonderful!
While checking out I showed Cashier my prepaid receipt & she wanted a ticket which I did not know about . She said you have to back off & was sending me somewhere else. Finally she saw the ticket on my dash board which was decolorised partially by Sun from March 8th thru'22nd.I found her behavior pretty rude.

I'm so glad that you sent me this email. There was a problem with the reservation yesterday. I parked the car for my son on Saturday morning and he flew home yesterday and picked it up. When he gave the ticket that was given to us when we parked the car, he was charged the exact amount we had already prepaid. I'm not sure what the mix up was but it appears we paid the parking twice.

I have never had such an easy experience getting to and from the airport and this is including having family members pick me up... I will definitely use ya'll again the next time I fly!!
I thought it was great until my return early due to the storm in D C the cashier said i had to pay even though I told her i had prepaid she said I was not on her sheet I tried to explain that we were coming early she was rude and not trying to solve my problem so I double paid I called the reservation number and it was suppose to be credited back to my card has not happen as of yet and I faxed her a copy of my receipt from Saturdays paynent
1. The shuttle was there and waiting when I came out of the door 2. The shuttle waited a reasonable time for other patrons, but then took me to the lot rather than waiting to fill up the bus - I appreciate this - This has set Park N Fly apart from the crwod from when I first used your service 27 years ago. 3. Check out - I had to provide my online reservation/receipt - a minor inconvenience. 4. Website was difficult. Your brochure said www.pnf.com, but apparently there is not one. The there were so many I had to study it awhile to pick the "right" one. 5. No covered parking available. I had a 5 day trip. 6. Location for me is great. 7. Check in and Check out personnel were very courteous and helpful Over all, very satisfied.

Really nice. Was extremely lucky on my return. At pick up place, a driver who had practically a full load and was leaving the terminal, saw me run towards bus. He had one place left; stopped the bus; loaded my luggage and I was off to my car. I was extremely tired and most appreciative of that fast pickup!!

shuttle was very cold on trip to airport. check out was frustrating when I discovered I had left my printed PAID vouchers at home (my bad) and the attendant had no record of my credit card prepayment (your bad) and I had to pay cash, thereby DOUBLING my

Reservation process was easy. My husband left his glasses in our car and realized it on the way to the airport. Our driver (didn't get his name) drove my husband and son back to the car for the glasses and then back to the airport in time to check in and make our flight to England. Great job. The only minor problem was at the cashier window. Our flight had been delayed at Heathrow 3 hours, thus making us 3 hours later in picking up the car. The cashier said we were over our reservation by 3 hours. We had been told by when we make our reservations that the time didn't have to be exact as we were covered for the day. He accepted our prepaid receipt and we were on our way.
I was helped with my luggage on the way there, but not on the way back. On the return trip we waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle. Every other shuttle company had multiple shuttles pass thru. Also, every other time I have used your service. the driver has asked me to start my car to make sure the battery was good. This driver didn't, she drove off as soon as I stepped out of the shuttle. Guess what. My battery was dead.
This facility is perfectly located, there was no wait when I arrived and I had a fast tri to the terminal. The drivers are very courteous and offer assistance . Checkout was easy and I was on my way . The online booking saves time and the price is right. Great value at George Bush airport
When we checked out, the clerk had a difficult time processing the slip. I had pre-paid before our trip, so not sure what the hold-up was. At the airport, I called for the shuttle after waiting 15 minutes. The shuttle was there about 10 minutes after I called.
Prompt service, helpful and essentially competent service, depending on the driver of the shuttle.

Guy at the gate didnt tell me where to park or that I could be picked up at my car. So instead, I struggled with my luggage and chased the shuttle from aisle to aisle until they stopped and picked me up. I was very tired, sweaty, and frustrated when I was finally picked up. Then on the ride back from the airport, the female driver drove like a bat outta hell. She passed 12 cars going atleast 60! We were all afraid. I witnessed another passenger who did valet have to sit and wait for his keys (which they leave in the cars!) to be found. He looked pissed. I will never, ever valet since the keys are left in the cars. Uncovered is just fine with me.
Houston, Tx is a rat nest, but beside that I wasn't completely unsatisfied with your service or facility. The frustration from the traffic, airport is too much for a small town person to handle, and I should only feel sorry for people that have to live there, and not take it out on the personnel or services I received which were okay. I am only responding to your inquiry survey which I only had one complaint and that was I had to get out of the car to retrieve my reservation in my suitcase because you couldn't use the receipt stub or ticket stub that shows the parking area my car was in or (whatever) Because it was explained to me you needed proof or the time that I was checking out. I believe you could improve on the checking out process to make it easier for the customers and also your park attendant having to deal with a ranting person wanting to get the hell out of Dodge. Been using the service for years. It takes away a big burden of the travel process. I recommend it to everyone.
Thought I was reserving for Ecopark (New South Parking) at Bush International. I parked there, not knowing I was mistaken and only found out upon checkout. No beef with local ParkRideFly people as they never saw me. I went on line to see about a refund and found I could not get one. $62.99 paid for NOTHING!
We reserved and pre-paid online so we would have a speedy check-out after our trip was over. The opposite happened. The woman in the booth had no idea what to do with our paperwork even though the instructions were right there for her. Our printout showed "paid in full," with a barcode to scan, and a clear reservation number. She could not figure it out. She could not even find us in the computer system. I gave her my license and even showed her the confirmation email. Still, blank stare. She had to call a supervisor, and finally they let us go. Will never use this service again. Your staff need training. Online payments are such a basic thing nowadays - there is no excuse for a teller not knowing how to check someone out who prepaid.

The ride to the airport was great; the shuttle was there right when I parked, and the driver was very kind and got us to the terminals quickly. The ride back was an absolute nightmare! First of all, I waited over 25 minutes for a shuttle, even though I called and they said there was one on the way. When the shuttle finally arrived, there were still more people left behind. Once in the parking facility, the driver wasted over 10 minutes driving in a circle trying to find someone else's car because they forgot where they parked. I was the only other one on the shuttle besides the couple that lost their parking ticket, and I asked if he could just let me out and I'd walk back to my car, which was only 2 aisles away. Not sure why he couldn't have just dropped me off before wasting all of that time. When I was finally ready to check out, there was a line because most of us needed to go to the one cashier lane. After waiting about 10 minutes I was finally up. However, my ticket was discolored due to the sun and heat in Houston(which they should probably tell you not to stick it in the dash to begin with). The cashier lady told me that I needed to back up and let the gentleman behind me go ahead of me because she was going to have to look something up for mine and didn't want to make him wait. Already beyond frustrated, I backed up and waited 14 minutes for her to finish with the ONE guy that she made me let go ahead. It ended up only taking 2 minutes to check me out once I was finally allowed to! So what I'm saying is that it was an absolute horrible experience, waste of time and money, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
