When I checked out I gave the attendant my receipt which was marked paid as I had paid on line with a credit card. She never gave me back the receipt or any other. Should I have received one? Very pleased with the convenience of your service.

I was upset that the person that was taking me to the airportwas charged $2 for helping me transfer my luggage to his car which took only 11 minutes. other than that there was no issues.
We had difficulty finding the pick-up point at the Atlanta Airport once we had retrieved our luggage; it was a long way to pull 50-pound suitcases plus a carry-on. We would recommend better signage in the airport or having the attendant who takes you to the airport to tell you where to get the pick-up shuttle when you return.
Prior to July 4th week we reserved online parking for a week, Saturday 3rd through Saturday 10th. The rate was wonderful and we were excited; however, once arriving to Park N' Go in East Point, GA, we were confronted by a worker whom told us that their lot was full and we needed to go to Park N' Fly Plus and they would take care of us. I mentioned that we had paid online and I was worried about Park N' Fly Plus not honoring this as we had originally paid through Park N' Go. He explained that Park N' Fly would honor this rate and sent us on our way. No voucher, no paperwork, NOTHING he gave us-just his verbal ok! As we then arrived at Park N'Fly Plus, there was no way to self park ourselves as there were orange cones blocking that entrance. We were then forced to valet which I had not originally paid for and therefore did not want to use. We had no choice! I then explained to valet that we originally reserved and paid with credit card online through Park N' Go and wanted to make sure that we would not be charged again for having to park in their lot. She said that there would be no issue and once again, never mentioned that I needed to have a voucher from Park N' Go to prove I had paid with them. We then removed our bags and handed off our car key. After returning from vacation, I gave the attendant at Park N' Fly Plus my invoice printout that I received through email confirmation with barcode and proving our flight dates along with PAID at the top from Park N' Go. The attendant would not accept this and kept telling me I needed a voucher from Park N' Go. I had no proof that I never received this "voucher" from Park N' Go other than I simply DID NOT RECEIVE one! I felt for sure that the invoice confirmation with PAID at the top along with the barcode and all my information would be proof but enough but I then had to stand there while she contacted Park N' Go and even had to speak with a manager there who would then still not give her authorization for me to leave the premises! After that phone call, she had to call to her manager at Park N' Fly Plus and after much conversation back and forth and me insisting that I was not paying AGAIN, I was finally able to get in my car and leave. This was a horrible experience and all could have been avoided had the attendant at Park N' Go simply given me a "voucher". I feel this was a waste of our time to have had to deal with trying to prove I had paid and any person is ready to get home after a vacation, while I had to stand and wait to be cleared to leave. I will most definitely not use your online services again and possibly rethink where I leave my car. -Kristen DuPree

Great, but I had to hunt for the right slot to meet the shuttle, which wasn't there. It would be great to have some signage at the pick up area as to which shuttle picks up in which slot.

I am a first time user. When I arrived at your facility to park my car there was no one in sight to direct me as to where to park my car. Fortunately, after driving around looking for a person and the covered parking, I spotted the sign over the road so headed in that direction. I did not see a person until the transportation bus drove up. The driver was very curtious and gave me the information I needed, but I felt like the facility was deserted until the bus arrived. Upon leaving, the cashier had a problem with my prepaid account, initially telling me I had a balance, that I was not totally prepaid. But after more checking when I protested, she found I did not have a balance. I did have a copy of my internet reservation with the bar code to present to her.

I always use this service because it is less expensive than the others and is closest to I-285. You should waive the $3. reservation charge for regular customers. It makes everyone's job a lot easier.

Our experience with your facility was very good. I would like to suggest that some signage be installed in the airport to easily locate your mini buses back to the lot. We arrived back in Atlanta from Chicago after enduring a deicing, a preventative icing, going back to the gate to have it redone and get more jet fuel and then a cancellation and a RUN to another flight. After our arrival, we walked to the ground transportation area, then walked an extra distance(felt like a 1/2mile) to the mini bus. All this at 2AM.
When we arrived on June 11, we were not told to get a ticket. We were just waved into the facility. On the 19th when attempting to leave, the attendant would not let us leave because we did not have a parking ticket, only the ticket the driver gave to us when we arrived with the space number. I did have my printed paid receipt and was allowed to leave after about a 15 minute confrontation with the attendant. Otherwise the visit was uneventful. Had I known and was instructed to get a ticket at arrival, it would have made the exit much more pleasant. I was made to feel as if I was a criminal. May move on up the road next time.

All was satisfactory until we returned to pick up our car. We found the inside covered with ants!! When we told the staff, they didn't seem overly concerned. Their only comment was we must have left food in the car (which we didn't!!). Due to this, it's doubtful we will ever use nor recommened using your facility in the future!

We have been using your facility for many, many years and keep on coming back, even though it is a little further away than some of the other parking facilities. Everyone is always so pleasant and efficient. I was disappointed in that I couldn't find a coupon which always seemed to be available in years past.
The personel was excellent. The only drawback was that you do not service the international terminal in Atlanta. Please consider doing so in the future and we will certainly use your service again.

Our card did not start when we got back, and the lady who drove us got a guy to start our car for us. They were very helpful and polite and pleasant. We were very impressed with them and their attitude and promptness.
Overall I was very satisfed. Your daily rate for uncovered and uncovered parking is very reasonable compared to many other metropolitan cities. The only hiccup is last drive had to return to locate car since no ticket was ever provided to identify vehicle location. Also, last night's (7/18/2010) driver (11PM) did not assist with unloading luggage from the van. I saw this occur with everyone who was the van which was a total of 4 including myself. Although on our departure on July 18th 5:45 AM, driver did assist in helping load and unload luggage from van. Just thought you may want to know this. I preferred the covered section than the uncovered which was not paved. The location was convenient and looks like a descent neighborhood to park your vehicle.

From start to finish, our drivers were courteous, helpful, and made us feel comfortable about the whole process of parking and getting to the airport, and back again when we returned.
I answered 'No' to No. 1 because I didn't require any help with my luggage. But, I was asked if I needed help.
Return had wait for shuttle bus approx 10 plus minutes. Driver drove very fast and rough ride. Upon arrival at check out cashier was asked for ticket gave the ticket that was given to me by driver to airport, stated needed one from the machine fromcovered lot. I stated no one advised me I needed to save 2 tickets. She statred its 7.50 extra for the lost ticket.Paid the additional 7.50. Advised that someone should inform especially those of us who are senior citizens that you need to retain 2 tickets to check out. Your process seems very confusing to me for this was the first time I used the off site airport parking. I have learned my lesson and will not use this type of service again
I have parked at your facility in the past and have never had a problem. The only thing on this trip, I had to wait at my car to be picked up by the shuttle longer than normal and it was sprinkling out. There was one person waiting by her car before I even pulled up, I parked next to her and we both had to wait longer than usual to be picked up. I could see the shuttle, it was parked, but for some reason it waited to pick us up,and it was not picking up others first. I would not have minded the wait but the weather was not good. Other than that it was a great service provided by the driver, she was very friendly and polite! And I will definitely park at your lot again.

The entrance/exit gate was immediately impressive, as there was no line on either side because there are several lanes with some attended and some automated. The lot was clean, orderly, well marked, and the attendant correctly directed us to the nearest available space, and the shuttle arrived quickly. Our ride to the airport was smooth, and the friendly driver helped with clear instructions about the check-in process at the airport. When we returned, the airport guides directed us easily to the appropriate stall, and the shuttle arrived within ten minutes. The check-out process was smooth and efficient, and our car was secure. Thank you for the dependable and pleasant service!

When I arrived, my ticket did not state whether I pre-paid for covered or uncovered parking. So the attendant said for me to pick. Since I was gone for three weeks, I certainly picked covered. When I returned to the Atlanta Airport at the return trip, I did not know where to go to find my transportation, so I returned to the spot where I was dropped off. After the bus arrived, I was told I had to go to the end of the airport building to the end of the slots and meet the bus there. I had a lot of troubled finding out how to get this area due to all the isles and barricades. I finally watched other people and found the bus. Come to find out, I did not have an instruction card that other customers were given that told where to go. Then when I picked up my car and tried to exit, the cashier said I owed $175.99. I already prepaid before my trip and was charged for $142.99. I had to wait quite a long time for the cashier to fix this error in your system. Then she said she had to keep my own receipt for her records. I needed it for my records and she gave me a long speech about how she didn't want to make a copy of my receipt for me! It was mine to begin with. She said that for now I should print 2 copies for situations like this. What in the hell? After all was said and done, I didn't get on the road to head home for 1 hour after landing at the airport. What is the problem with your service? I do have to say the drivers where extrememly nice and helpful.
On the day I left my car (11-18-2011 around 10:00 a.m.-ish), I was assisted by Lewis P. He was immensely helpful and efficient in dealing with my luggage and was very courteous. THANK YOU, Lewis P.! On my return, I was also assisted, but neglected to get the driver's name.
We enjoyed the Park n Go experience. We were impressed that our African American male driver to the airport had Classical music playing early on Sunday morning. A very pleasing ride to and from airport.
I'm always very pleased with Park N Fly and Park N Go, but I'm frequently confused by the internet offers I receive that aren't usable locally, ie national offers versus Atlanta offers. I would appreciate a more seamless experience between the two entities.

Consider the total cost before making the reservation; my checkout cost was cheaper than the online cost that I paid for. A short length of stay could be cheaper by not paying in advance because of the administrative cost that is tacked on from an online reservation.
Would like to see car washing service added
The check-in service went fine. It was the return service that presented a problem. This was my first experience using your service for International connections. It leaves a lot to be desired in the Atlanta termina, upon returning.. A customer could be informed of this matter in advance of using your service. I would definitely not do so again. Secondly, and less important, your name(s) are confusing: "ParkRideFly", Park N Go, Airport Parking, etc., are confusing when arriving at the location on Camp Creek Parkway.
The return trip the windows we open and it was a little cool with the A/C also on. It was a short trip and I did not mention to driver. Everything else was great.
I used the covered parking at your lot. from 3/24 - 3/28. The experience was fine until I checked out on 3/28. I had reserved online and paid in full, as my receipt plainly said. When I came to check out, the cashier told me I owed $31.00 on top of the amount already paid online. She said the fee I had already paid was just for the online reservation company. She was very insistent. I asked to see the manager, she left and came back maybe 30 seconds later, apologized and said she had made a mistake. I felt I was that I was being scammed. I left the lot without any additional charge, but I will not be back. The cashier was either incompetent in doing her job or was operating at your company's instructions, which would be criminal.

Convenient service overall. I flew out from the international side of the airport, but the shuttle left me at the domestic side. I would like to have known this would occur prior to been left there and at least received instructions on how to get to where i needed to go.
I wish the off-airport parking facilities could negotiate pick-up points closer to the terminal. It is a long walk after a tiring flight to reach the Park 'N Go and other buses. It's as if the airport is punishing us for off-site parking.
Service is efficient, affordable, and reliable. We didn't have to wait to catch the shuttle to or from the airport. Both ways it was waiting for us. And the shuttle driver went to great lengths to help us. When, as we approached the airport in the shuttle, I realized I had left my cell phone on top of the trunk of my car, the shuttle driver promised to return to our car after dropping us off, grab the phone, and keep it in their office for us to pick up upon our return. She did precisely that. I was so happy to have my phone back and incredibly grateful to her for being so kind as to go that extra mile!

So I have used this type of service in a few areas but this is the first time I've used it in Atlanta. For the most part I had a good experience with the service. The only problem I had was that I had to wait around 20 minutes for the shuttle which is the longest I've ever had to wait. On top of the fact that one shuttle saw me and stopped as if they were going to get me, but then drove off which was completely rude. I tried not to let that one part of my trip hurt the reputation of the whole service.

We are a first time user and reserved through Park N Go web site but in my error parked at Park Ride Plus and from there on return we were lost as I could not locate initially my ticket and got on wrong shuttle. We searched for over an hour for car before determining we were at wrong facility. We are not regular travellers and to find so many Park Ride locations and shuttles it is over whelming then to find we stayed at a more expensive location. The staff at 3151 Camp Creek Pkwy were the best and could not been more helpful. In short most of this was my error but it needs to be more clear to people as first time users.. Dennis Call
driver going to the airport helped with the luggage. driver going to the parking lot did not help with the luggage. Help would have been nice. No help getting luggage in or out of the car.
Everything was smooth except I did have to wait a long time for pick up at the airport. Getting to the airport was quick and easy, but for pick up I waited at least a half hour in the heat. The pick up driver was pleasant and cheerful but I hesitate to park here again if that is common.
Suggestion for pickup at airport: inform riders where they will be picked up on their return from airport. We had to walk a distance and ask ?s from others to get to the proper area. Also, prepaid customers should be waited on by cashier for the proper check-out with a smile. Thanks!

Amazingly efficient in pick up, delivery and return. I was about to use one of the airport parking facilities when my wife suggested Park 'N Go. My wife is very intelligent.
Everything was fine on the front-end of the trip, we were welcomed and they had our reservation. Unfortunately, our driver TO the airport did NOT give us an orientation as to HOW and WHERE to make contact with our RETURN driver. Our TO driver got pressed for time and said something like just go back there to catch the return shuttle. We assumed it was like most other airports we have been to and the shuttle drove up to a spot outside the luggage area and picked you up. WRONG, my wife and I (both in our 70's) dragged our four bags all over the place trying to find the pick-up point. When we finally located it, the RETURN driver said "All you had to do was turn right at the BLUE sign and come down here." Since this was our FIRST use of this service, and we had not gotten an orientation from our TO driver, we got very confused after a 5 hour flight from the West Coast and on Sunday night. I also tried to call the number on our reservation sheet and got a phone menu response that did not help us find the return shuttle at the airport. Please be sure your TO driver orients first-timers as to where the RETURN shuttle can be caught. Airport personnel including the security police were not very helpful in that they pointed here and there without really showing us where the shuttles come in. Thanks for listening. We will give it one more try on our next flight out. All other aspects of your service were fine.
The driver on the return shuttle was Great!!!!!!!. Don't remember his name, but he said he had been with the AJC for a long time before recently coming to you. He made the end to a 24.5 hour journey pleasant. Would like to see international terminal pick up and drop off.

Website offers International Terminal shuttles. They don't go there. When shuttle driver picked me up in their lot, he told me he'd get me there. I was first on shuttle, but last dropped off. He stopped near domestic ground transportation, pointed to other shuttles & told me to go there. I had 2 bags, had to unload myself then hike across the street thru traffic, down a sidewalk, with my bags, to Hartsfield airport free shuttle. He never left his seat & seemed amused. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
I prepaid with a reservation; however, I had to leave a day later - meaning I paid for an extra day. When I went to check out, I was charged for an additional day, the attendant stating "your reservation was off by a day, I can't fix what the computer tells me to charge you, you'll have to call corporate."
Driver went out of his way to help someone that left something on the van. he turned around so the customer would not miss his flight. Great job!!

Difficult finding pick up point in Atlanta airport. You are called "Park Ride Fly"... Why would shuttle be called "park & go"... Confusing. Email a map of exact location? Frustrating looking for pick up point hauling suitcases back and forth. More signs? Driver was excellent, super helpful and nice once we found the pick up point. Thank you.
I didn't know that if I prepaid, I had to go to the cashier. I went to the automatic lane and that did not work. Also the cashier have a problem accessing our account. She seemed like we should have known the right way to check out. I was told that all we needed was our ticket that the drive gave us and she only wanted the receipt. At the Atlanta airport we didn't know that we had to walk to the orange area for the bus. There is hardly anyone around to ask where we needed to go.
The facility access and check in process was great. No issues at all, the attendant and driver did a great job getting us in when we arrived and out quickly when we departed. Very fast and efficient service and would recommend and use the company again. Pricing was very reasonable. Good job by all your staff.
The parking lot is in terrible condition, the driving makes for a very rough ride. We had to wait forever outside in the heat when we returned because the shuttle had broken down, then we were denied any refund for prepaid days that we didn't use (we returned sooner than expected from a trip for surgery), we had to wait again for a cashier, and she was rude. Overall, a very unpleasant experience!
After picking up my car I had to wait in the checkout line for 20 minutes along with 3 other drivers. This is totally unacceptable after a long day of traveling. There should be some provision for clearing the checkout line when a situation like this occurs. I have used your facility many times over the years. I will not be coming back. Bob g
I am from Illinois and was heading home for the weekend. I was unsure about places to park and fly, since I am new to the area. I did a google search and found Park n' Go, and with ease made my reservation on-line. Upon arrival, I was assisted with checking in and didn't expect the added benefit of being picked up at my vehicle. Upon my return which unfortunately was late due to a delay with my flight, I called and spoke with someone who was very pleasant even after 12a.m. A vehicle was waiting for me and again, dropped me back to my car. Everyone was so polite and I will be flying back out this weekend and will use Park n' Go again.
I had a 45 minute delay on my plane and did not arrive back to the parking lot until 12<45 and was charged a full day additional charged. I feel like 1/2 a day would have been more realistic but the manager was rude and said I was free to use another company and in the future I will go across the street to the other company!
I fly out every week to go home and park my car each time. My vehicle is safe and I enjoy the personalized pick up at my car each time, even when I return. Very professional and courteous drivers.

We were dropped off at the domestic terminal and our driver checked to be sure the curb side Delta service could help us since we were flying international. Everyone was most helpful and timely in their service. Helped us with our luggage since we are elderly and needed assistance.

I made reservations to drop our car off at 8:30 am on Saturday, 4/9 and return at 11:00 am on Sunday, 4/17. I prepaid with a credit card. We returned early, at around 9:30 am, to pick up the car and imagine my amazement when I was charged $4.00 because, we were told we went an hour over. How is that possible? If you are going to allow customers to make reservations by times, then you should back the cost that was quoted, ESPECIALLY since I came back early. Shame on you. I am not sure if I will ever use your facility again and I have used it multiple times in the past and NEVER had this problem occur. What has changed?
As a customer I understand that there is a protocol for picking people up but it seems like the drivers would move quicker to get people to the airport. I was the first person on the shuttle and the driver circled around the lot following cars to pick up people who hadn't even parked which made me nervous that I would miss my flight. The other customers were complaining that they would miss their flights as well and the driver was very upset and started yelling that he wasn't going to lose his job because people didn't give themselves enough time to get to their flights. The radio communication with his co-workers seemed chaotic and their were people getting left behind and yelling at him going out of the gate because they were running late. Needless to say, I was dropped off last even though I was first on the shuttle. I don't think I would choose this company again. The ride back was better. You guys need a smoother transition for customers going to the airport. People are usually in a hurry and traveling is already stressful with the lines at the airport. The ride there could be much better.
Self Park, We made our reservations online and paid online. We received an email with a bar code showing we had paid for out parking. Upon our return, we assumed that we could scan the bar code and leave. Not so, the attendant didn't understand or no process in place for her to scan the bar code and let us leave. We had to email our paid confirmation to her personal email account for her to have a copy of where we paid. We had to sit there for about 5 minutes while she waited to see if it came on her email. Since we came in 2 cars our time to check out was about 10 to 15 minutes because she did not know how to handle a prepaid customer.
My vehicle was broken in and the window of the driver side was shattered. The security is no good and your vehicle is at risk in this facility. They also refused to pay for the repair of my vehicle. Very bad service and awful customer satisfaction. I will use another facility in the future. Do not recommend this place.
My car was broken in with damage to the driver side window. I was not notiified by park n go...my car security system on the car notified me....park n go staff did not. Very disappointed
