I booked and pre-paid for my reservation on the ParkRideFly website. when i arrived, the parking lot was full and overbooked (Thursday arrival). We had to double park and leave our van unlocked with the keys in it so an attendant could park it at a later time when a parking space was available. to make matters worse, when I got our van home, I realized your parking lot attendant stole our iPhone cable from the van. Also, when the shuttle driver was driving us out of the parking lot, he hit a parked vehicle. He stopped, took a look, backed out the shuttle vehicle away from the parked damaged vehicle and continued to take us to the airport. That action says a lot about the integrity and ethics of your your employess and is a negative reflection on your company. I also cannot believe how your website continues to take incoming reservations when there are no parking spaces available. I am requesting to be contacted at (510) 331-6617 to discuss this issue further. Sincerely, Nathaniel Delacruz

Everything was good, except we were very, very unhappy with our 20+ minute wait for our shuttle when we got home and were exhausted. I also think you should make it clearer that we need to save our entry ticket and print out reservation. I didn't realize that we needed to produce the entry ticket at the end and had trouble finding it!

I like being a part of the park and fly clientele. I thought we had to wait a little long for the shuttle when we were going back from the airport to our car but other than that, it was a very pleasant experience; your service took the worry and hassle away from us during our travels.

I was amazed at the attention the staff provided when I arrived. The attendant at the gate gave me the ticket for the parking slot, and the shuttle driver was standing in front of the shuttle waving me into the slot. He took my baggage from the trunk and off we went to the airport. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. I am very impressed with the service. It made the trip very easy. Thank you!

I was not given a slip when I entered so checking out at 2 am on Sunday involved extra paperwork and a hassle I was not expecting. Post clear instrutions on your website (a how it works checklist) and on the reservation printout so newcomers know what to expect. I also found the rates higher than the other nearby lots, which where of course already filled.

The directions given were not correct and we could not use this reservation and had to park elsewhere. This caused a rift between us that spoiled our weekend. Due to this I don't feel that I can accurately reply to this survey.

Parking spaces were too small. I could not get my Subaru Forester into the space in the row 18 I was directed to. The shuttle driver had to get out and help me fit into the space, and then it was impossible to get out of the car without opening doors into the adjacent vehicles. I didn't notice until the return ride from the airport that there were separate areas for compact vs non-compact cars. I do not consider a Forester to be a compact car. But unless I could be assured of being able to park in a non-compact space, I would not choose to park here again. All other aspects of the services and the drivers were great. I also was confused with the web site and trying to sort through the different parking lot names and locations and who had availability, but appreciated being able to see what lots did not have capacity.

Our gas tank was emptied while the car was parked at ParknFly San Francisco. We had the very strong feeling that the workers at this parking facility are in collusion with those who stole our gasoline.

It was very convenient and good experience. I would request staff being gentle while handling (unloading) the luggage.

I usually fly in and out of San Jose, but it was more efficient because of where I would be earlier that day to use SFO on this trip. I was a little anxious about it because of unfamiliarity with the area, the time involved, etc., but was very well pleased with good directions, signage and excellent service.

Everything was great with 2 exceptions. I discussed this with the ticket agent at the gate and she told me tha the drivers should have mentioned the following 2 details. He did not unfortunately. 1. Pick up and drop off point at the SFO airport is on the upper level. 2. You will need the little ticket that the machine produces at arrival wwhen you depart. I had assumed because I did everything on the internet and hhad a bar code printed that I would not need anthing else.

A sister facility where I had a reservation unexpectedly closed. Your company called me to let me know, immediately refunded my prepayment, and helped me make a new reservation at the facility I used. Very impressive! Thank you.

I did not find where to use my bar code to get into the facility and had to push the button for a ticket. This turned out not to be a problem when I checked out, but I was anxious about it. I was not sure about whether the reserved sign was for someone who had reserved, or for a specific person. The idea of giving the shuttle driver my slot number is inspired and worked great!

When I got to the parking lot there was no place for me to park, even though I prepaid my parking. I had to wait for someone to leave before a spot was available. I was also in a hurry since the bridge traffic was very heavy. If you take my money in advance I should not have to worry about a parking spot. Also, why am I being charged a fee to reserve a place online. Where I used to park (closed now) there was no fee and a better price. I am going to look to see if another place is better for me at these prices.

Excellent service, friendly courteous and helpful personnel who provided easy to follow directions for someone who does not travel frequently. Re: website. Not sure what is meant by "being greeted by one of our staff?". The employees I encountered were all efficient, pleasant and helpful, but I don't recall any specific "greeting" apart from all of the above.

I understand that you try to squeeze as many cars into the lot as possible but I had to let out my family prior to going into the spot and upon our return. Also the wait for long pick up was too l long we were passed several times by other parking lot shuttle companies. In fact one company passed us 6 times and when your companies shuttle pulled up the driver said he had to get gas and couldn't take us. As a former transportation supervisor it would have been wise to have another shuttle shadow that van so as he dropped off his passengers the following one could do pick ups. Oh and while we waited for another shuttle another 2 competing shuttles drove by.

Process for checking in and out was unclear for first time user. Numbers on parking areas faded. Driver angrily complained that he worked hard. He handed out a piece of paper and did not explain its purpose. Rushed through response, heavy east Indian accent made it difficult to understand him.

It was easy to make a reservation on line. The shuttle came in a timely fashion & the drivers were friendly. I would use Park 'n Fly again.

We have used Park 'N Fly many times in the past, however this was the first time we made a reservation on line. The reservation process was confusing and did not offer an option for valet v. No valet parking. We have always used non-valet parking in the past so we were surprised when we got to the lot and saw we had paid for valet parking. Our flight coming home was delayed in Portland due to fog in SF, thus we landed an hour later than planned. We were surprised that we were charged an additional fee at the lot when we picked up our car. This is a point that should be highlighted in the Voucher section and on line where reserving. We will not use valet parking again and we would caution others to note that there are additional charges for picking your car up late or earlier than planned.

Having a delayed flight is bad enough..Watching four shuttles from Anza go by before your shuttle shows up just adds irritation. The shuttle was full and even then went around to international again. I do not know why they say to text when you are ready for pickup. For a 20 minute pickup, why bother?

The whole process from start to end was smooth. Online booking went well. Checking in was easy, and shuttle to the airport went well. The driver was helpful, and gave us all the information we needed for checking out on our return. Checking out was easy and quick. Overall a very good experience.

from the time we texted to be picked up to the time we got to our car it took 50 mins. Way too much time. Lots of confusion between driver and headquarters about picking folks up - some people at terminal 2 were left waiting for a van (we drove right by because HQ told the driver someone else would get them and to go to terminal 3. Well the van that was supposed to pick up T2 folks was at T3).

The easiest part of my travel experience. Got great directions from Steve, both to and from the airport were fast and courteous, and the guy in the kiosk on the way out was helpful when I couldn't find my ticket.

All went very well, ride back to Park & Fly. When boarded Shuttle, driver took my parking tag, he was going to call it in so car would be up front & ready to go. When we got there, the driver had mixed up 2 tags & the other guy got his car & was gone, the attendent in office had no idea where my keys were. I gave him my reservations papers (which I made by phone thru Park & Fly.)I paid in full during the reservation process. Attendent said I had to pay for another day, he argued that I only paid for 4 days, which my reservation was 4/23-4/27, 5 days. He insisted I pay for another day. When I refused, after 30 min. of arguing, he finally called, how to handle this type of prepayment.
