Easy, convenient service close to Dulles Airport. Everyone was very courteous and we didn't have to wait for drop-off or pick-up. Cost is half of what you would pay for parking at the airport. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Yes, but the reason I did was I didn't understand two things after I got instructions from the desk clerk: I thought I was at the at the correct level when actually I was one level too high and I mistakenly took directions from an airport person to the wrong end of the airport. I would figure this was just me and I was tired but my fellow traveler on the bus had at least the second half of my experience. 5. I didn't come in to check out and on the drive home wondered whether I had done the right thing. Got your e-mail though so apparently I'm good. Thanks.
Nice staff at the hotel, helped me out by printing out my ticket. The shuttle drivers are reluctant to deviate from their half hour block schedule. Had to wait 25 minutes at the shuttle pick up even though I called the hotel right as soon as my plane arrived. The driver gave me the excuse that they only travel every half hour. I mean, I know he does not want to do more work than he has to, but it is frustrating knowing that we was just sitting around for 15 minutes before he came to pick me up, just on principle. I watched several hotel shuttles come around twice before I saw fairfield.
We froze waiting for the shuttle. It was a 35 minute wait. Our first call was not relayed to the shuttle driver.
Very positive experience; however, the shuttle waiting areas at Dulles are not clearly marked. It would be helpful to warn your customers about this.
Waited 50 minutes in 97 degree heat for the shuttle. We had to call in twice. It wasn't the traffic because we kept seeing the other shuttle drivers make several trips. Other than that, we were satisfied.
why should I pay so much to park in an un-fenced dirt lot that is not even monitored by camera? They even say that they aren't responsible for any theft or damage while I'm parked there!
The airport parking lot located at the Fairfield Inn was easy to get to and is less than two miles from Dulles International. When called for a pickup at the airport, it took less than 15 minutes for their van to arrive. The driver was very helpful and took care of loading and unloading my luggage. Much cheaper than airport parking and you are delivered directly to the terminal instead of having to wait for an airport shuttle buss.
Great place to leave my vehicle without all the worry of having to wait for an airport shuttle bus. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is quick and efficient. The driver always ensures that you are taken directly to the proper airline door at the airport and safely unloads your luggage. Never had more than a 15 minute wait after calling them to pick me up at the airport after my return trip.
