We just returned from a fabulous trip to Mexico. We arrived on time and called for a pick up. Upon many calls back and forth we waited one and a half hours. Finally the Select van pulls in front of us and says they have no room for us. I always for the positive---there was none. I sent my husband in the van with the driver and he got our car and picked us up at our waiting spot of 1 1/2 hours. Not a happy customer! The driver was very nice and not to blame...but not well staffed. Needless to say we will never park at select again.

I was pleasantly surprised by he timely appearance of the night attendant and his awarenes that my flight was delayed by several hours. His sympathy was appreciated as it was after 2am before I got into my car.

Select Airport Valet is VERY difficult to find, and is probably the furthest parking vendor from the airport. It is a "one man show", and the poor attendant has to answer the phone nonstop while driving us to the airport;not sure why the attendant would even want to work at Select...too much pressure and is always dealing with frustrated customers who are expecting to deal with a place they can find, and not having to wait for the attendant who is always doing something else. If you use this service, allow at least 45 minutes more time than with other services.

Though not indicated on website this " valet" parking lot was not fenced,not secure in any real sense, in an obscure location that our mapquest map could not locate. when we arrived home at 7pm from an exhausting trip ,we.were greeted by a recording saying they were busy helping other customers.this recording was repeated for the next half hour or so with no call back. we had no idea if. anyone would ever appear.a man fInally called back and arrived 15 min later without apology.we will be sure no one we know uses this facility.

I was very dissapointed with the time it took after my I placed my call for pickup until I was actually at my vehicle. I retrieved my luggage, called for pickup, and it took almost a whole hour. Not a good way to end a day of travel. I'm not sure if I will use this service again. I may need to try another service.

We expected a bit more from the service. The drop off went fairly smoothly...although the people who pulled in after us had a long wait with only one person on duty. The pick up was quite long due to again only one driver and three simultaneous calls. We were traveling with a baby and had hoped for the "car warmed service" advertised in the web site and quicker pick up. We waited half an hour after our baggage arrived.

I was not impressed with this facility at all. The parking area was way to crowded and small. Only one van and it was a eight passenger van including the driver and he crammed 11 people in the van with people sitting on each other. NOT SAFE AT ALL. How can you run a shuttle service with one van. On the way back we waited for over and hour in the cold and I called 5 times to get picked up. My kids were freezing. THen the driver was going to stick 6 more people in an already croweded van. Are you kidding me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And to pay for that kind of service. So when my husband spoke up and said he would not allow that many people in the van again. The driver yelled at him and then did not help us with our luggage. I will be notifying the better business bueru to report this.

My wife had forgot pocketbook in shuttle on our was to airport, didn't realize till ready to go through tsa screening. Called number on stub and the friendly shuttle driver was back to our terminal in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't of asked for more. Just this experience will make me a repeat customer.

When we arrived the door was locked and there was a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. We waited about 10 minutes for the one worker to come back from the airport in the shuttle and open the door. There was a strong odor in the shuttle going to the airport. Coming back the driver was very friendly and there was no odor. Our car was waiting for us with the heat on and clean (it had snowed that morning).

When I called for a return ride from Logan back to your lot, all I got was an answering machine for the first 10 minutes. Then I finally spoke to someone who said they were on their way...it was over 45 minutes later that they actually showed up. This means from the time I started standing (already WITH my luggage) at the pick up area to the time I got a pick up, I waited about an hour. Unacceptable. You need more vans & drivers. I will never use you again.

We had a HUGE problem finding the Boston Select Airport Valet location. The directions were bare bones and their sign is really only visible coming from the North (the opposite direction from Logan Airport). Also, there was absolutely zero signage that said ParkRideFly anywhere. The website should be more clear on that. The return wait was short, but we waited almost 20 minutes for the ride TO the airport, too long. In short Select needs: 1. Better driving directions. 2. Better signage at the site. ParkRideFly needs: 1. An explanation on their site that makes it clear there will be NO "ParkRideFly" signs and the facilities, it's only a website.

First impression: 1.)Concern-This is farther away from the airport. Resolved-Because of the service we received we probably got to and from the airport faster than the close Park & Rides. 2.) Concern-The lot is not fenced. Resolved-We were told the area is monitored 24/7 3. Concern-Our return flight was delayed by weather. Resolved-When we called after our baggage was collected the person who answered said"I was waiting for you; I will be right there." He told us where to wait and was there within minutes. Our car was moved to the entrance and the bill was inside. He handed us the keys. The bill was several dollars less than we expected even with the 2 hour flight delay. This sequence brought additional concerns that were not addressed. He locked the building and drove the van to pick us up. Who was watching the lot? The lights in the building were out when we arrived at the lot. If others were being picked up or driven to the lot when we called for a pickup how long would our wait time have been? Does the phone at the lot forward to the drivers cell phone or is he dispatched? We had never used such a service before. This was so much more convenient than bothering someone to drive and pick us up estpecially since our flight was delayed and we didnt' arrive until 3:00 a.m. I did not catch our drivers name but he was very personable even at that hour! We would definitely use and recommend your service to others. The price was also a huge factor. Very reasonable. Thank you for a great experience.

Facility is cramped but staff gives us impression that they have it under control, staff showed urgency when i requested to get to the airport quickly when i left on friday But on my return yesterday everything was not how any traveller would intend it to be: 1) No one picked up the phone given on the ticket, at 230am, if this is not the number why not tell traveller before so that the right number can be called 2) Number given to call 2640154 for 1am-4am was not answered after more than 5 attempts to reach, this is after this facility is said to be "24 hour service". So what would a traveller who pre-planned this trip and paid the said money do when no one answers the phone in the early mornings? How should one go about this? Why not take the return flight information for travellers so there is expectation of someone arriving that night? I accidentally called parkflyshuttefly services because i had the name mixed up, they picked their phone on the very first attempt 3) The driver did not apologize and tried to pretend all was ok,i understand it is the middle of the night and someone could have fallen asleep but what happened to recognizing your mistake? By miracle of god someone came to get me an hour later right when i was about to just cab it. It was a terrible experience, and not have any pick the phone is breach of trust. I hope corrective measures are taken after this so nobody else suffers that is the only intention of writing so much after a 3 hour sleep on a MONDAY morning.

I called for pickup after obtaining my luggage at 4:35pm and was told a van would be there in 10 to 15 mins. I called back after 20 minutes no answer. I received a call at 5:05 stating some one would be there in 10 minutes. I was picked up at 5:22pm after waiting almost an hour in the cold. I want a refund.

Pickup I called before I got my baggage, as I'd been instructed. He said he'd be right over, but didn't show up for 50 minutes! I called him 20 minutes after the first call and he said he'd be over in 10 minutes but didn't show up for another 25 minutes. He said he was working alone and "an old couple came in just as I was heading out to get you", but it was frustrating service.

I had difficulty finding the location to begin with. Upon my return, 11pm Christmsa Day, my call went directly to voicemail, giving normal office hours & asking me to leave a number for a rep to return my call. I called every 15 or so minutes for the next 1 1/2 hours, gave up and had to get a hotel room for the night. When I reached someone at 7am on the 26th, I was asked if my flight had been delayed. When I told the only available staff (my driver) my experience, I was told the manager was away until the 29th, but I should talk to him.

Our check in was great. However, our return was not as good. Our plane arrived at 5:45 AM. We assured that it did not matter what time we returned as the facility was open 24 hours. I started calling for someone to pick us up at 6:14 AM and just got an answering machine. I never got anyone until after 6:40 and the van did not get to the airport until after 7. This would make me think twice about using the facility again.

The check in and ride from the facility to the airport was excellent, but the return trip was anything but. We called the # as instructed, told the staff which terminal we were at, and were told he'd be 10 minutes away. After 20 minutes we got a call asking to confirm out location, and then were told he was 'just 2 minutes away'. After another 10 minutes, I called the # again and was told he was almost there. All this while we are seeing shuttles from other park/fly facilities coming and going. The shuttle eventually arrived, and we were taken to our drop off site. Our car was waiting, which was very nice, but it appears the valet driver was eating his lunch or picking his nose because there was some moist damp blob of something on the steering wheel, which we wiped off. So I will not be using your service again, and will post this experience on third part review sites.

Select in Revere, MA was terrible!! They were unavailable on the telephone upon our landing, and the back-up number had a full voice mail box. After about an hour, I was able to get in touch with someone, who said the would pick us up in 10- minutes, which turned out to be 45 minutes (waiting in the cold!!!!) The driver was not at all apologetic, and was discourteous. When we got to the Select parking lot, there was no one there, and it was clear that the driver was a one-man show!! Our car was blocked in, and he could not find te keys for the car that was blocking us in, so we could not leave. He finally brought out from the office, a BOX of KEYS!!! and was trying every key until he finalyy found the one needed. he was clearly angry and frustrated when he jockeyed te cars around, but after NOT helping us with our luggane in any way, he offered no apology and no explanation. I will never use Select again and I intend on giving them a VERY POOR review on the internet in as many places as possible (i.e. Trip Advisor, etc.) I feel I deserve a FULL REFUND....AND, an apology!!!! Select Park in Boston is way below the standards of service I have experienced with other ParkRideFly. No reception area, all transactions outside in a crowded lot (a problem in bad weather). Drivers very casual eg (forgetting to put out stepstool necessary for guests to easily get in and out of van) and minimum baggage service. This is not valet: when I arrived I was "pointed" to a parking spot; I then removed my own luggage from my car and trundled it up to the shuttle van, which had no step stool. I reached in and put out the stool for myself and another guest so we go get up into the van with our carry ons. The only thing saving Select from a one star is its relatively lower rates.

On our return from a long overseas flight, the driver refused to pick us up because he had no room in the van and the previous driver had left him no gas. We waited outside Logan from 0015 to 0130. In the meantime, we saw your competitor 5 times. This was the second time we used you and the first time we had no complaints. This time, however, left a very sour taste in our mouth. Upon leaving, gate operator Kenneth B told me I owed $105.40. I informed him that I had paid in full at the time of my reservation and presented him with my parking voucher. He told me that I had parked at the wrong facility, and would not even make a phone call to help clear up the issue, telling me, "You have to call them and try to get your money back." I parked at the facility that I was given directions to, by a customer service rep on the phone, yet Kenneth B was trying to make me feel as if I had done something wrong. He told me that I "shouldn't have booked thru a third party."(What?) I am now in the process of trying to get a refund, as I was double-billed for the same stay, not a pleasant ending to our trip. Drivers, phone reps were great.

We had a terrible time finding the place, then waited 20 minutes for the one van to come back to take us over to the airport. The traffic was bad and it took 30 minutes to get there. Upon arrival we waited close to an hour after being assured that the van was "on it's way.". All in all we appreciated the discount pricing but will never use you again. Buy another shuttle and post good directions on your website (google was a disaster ). Keep trying...

i thought the staff at your logan location was great; joe was our driver and did a great job, and the office personnel was good as well. the only suggestion might be a bigger sign on the lot since it is a small lot and on a tricky industrial road that was tricky to find and see in the midst of heavy traffic

My check in and shuttle to the airport were quick and efficient. However, when I returned my first call to be picked up was not answered. After 30 minutes I called again and the operator misinterpreted my terminal letter. I said E and he thought I was at C. I waited about one hour after arrival. I had come in on an earlier flight, so maybe they were unprepared to get me at an earlier time.

Very small parking lot with little room to maneuver vehicles. The lot is next to a very busy intersection and is not gated or well protected. When we returned, there was damage to the vehicle of which I have currently contacted the owner to get resolution.

We waited 35 minutes for the shuttle after our trip. We were told the van was outside waiting and it wasn't. We waited in the cold looking for the van. We were told he was driving around and that he passed by Delta a few times - this was not true. We were out there and 4 people were looking for the van. We finally get one and we have to go pick up other people. They had a party of 5 and were waiting an hour. They had to wait longer as they couldn't fit in the van with us. Your staff did not shut my hybrid vehicle off properly and as a result, drained my battery and my car had to be jumped. All electical functions in my vehicle had to be reset by me when I got home. Not acceptable at all. You should know how to turn off a hybrid vehicle and make sure it turns off properly.

There was no one there when I arrived, but Anthony arrived and was very helpful in getting me to the airport quickly. However, on the way home, my kids and I were left standing in the cold rain for 55 minutes (and 5 phone calls to the facility) before I called a cab and asked for reimbursement for the cab. Luckily, I was given what I paid ($20). However, I will never use the facility again. Standing curbside for almost an hour, while being told on the phone that he would arrive in 2-3 minutes is unacceptable.

We arrived at the office (which was hard to spot from the road) to find a locked office. We didn't see the small note indicating they 1 person running the whole operation had gone to the airport. I called the main number and was given this information... we had left plenty of time for our flight, so this was no big deal. The driver was courteous and efficient. However, coming home was a nightmare!!! I waited an hour and 20 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. I called the office repeatedly... to be told... he'll be there in a minute, then ooops he forgot you and is back here.. he's coming right back. I saw every single car rental and shuttle bus come by a dozen times. I was ready to just take a cab. I will never use this service again.

It was terrible. When we showed up the place was closed and shades were down and nobody was there. It was 3:00 on a Saturday. They returned about 10 min. later and then drove us to airport with no other issues. On return , we waited 25 min. then another 15 min. at airport while driver looked for more people to pick up. He then didn't have enough seats , but jammed people in illegally into seats anyway. He carried 8 passengers in 2 back seats. It took 1 hour and 15 min. from time our flight landed to time we got to our car and we didn't even have baggage. The dispatcher told us to wait in the third aisle at the departure gate, but driver was told to pick up in 2nd aisle. The people at the office could not process any mistakes in payment or take any questions. I was given the owner's phone number and he did not pick up the phone and the voicemail was too full to take messages. I am very disappointed.

After waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport, I was lucky to hail a cab. Of the other 5 people waiting, two got to the airport minutes before their flight. Coming back, it took about 55 minutes to get to the parking lot. Actually left airport on shuttle that then returned to wrong terminal and fiunally got right one to pick up another customer. I have been happy with JFK service but this was terrible - never again at Boston

The process to book a parking reservation through your website was very simple and easy. I would consider parkflyride again BUT I would not use Select Airport Parking again. Their facility was difficult to locate. Once I found it I parked myself and then someone greeted me, took my luggage and asked me to move my car again. The drive over was just fine. When I returned from my trip I got my luggage and immediately called Select to come and pick me up. I was told it would be 10-15 mins before he arrived. Now my flight arrived at 615, I was off the plane and holding my luggage within 10 mins. So you would think that the shuttle would arrive by 630 or 640 at the latest. At 645pm I was called them back to see where they were and what the shuttle looked like. Since I'd seen every other shuttle service come through several times and had yet to see Select's van. I was told the driver was at the airport and I should see him momentarily and what the vehicle looked like. At 7pm I was calling back to see where the driver was because now i'd be standing out in the cold for over 30 mins!!! The driver answered and told me he'd be there in 2 mins but he had several people to drop off. Then he called me back to say he was outside with his flashers on waiting for me. Except he was at terminal A for Air Canada which is for departures. I was at terminal B for Air Canada arrivals. I was another 3-5 mins before i saw him again and I'd not been waiting over 40 mins!! Once we were on our way he received a call from a customer who'd arrived at Jet Blue and this customer was picked up with in 60 seconds. Once we arrived back to the parking facility my car was already pulled up front. And the shuttle driver had my keys in his pocket the entire time. Of course it was now 730pm! Also, It certainly would have been nice if there was someone at the facility warming up my car for my long drive home. Your site was certainly fine but the service I received was horrendous. -Christine Brechlin

I would not use this facility again, we waited an hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport on our return trip. We called several times and each time were assured it would be 10 minutes. Very frustrating as we had to be somewhere at a specific time and were late.

Everything was fine except one thing, upon getting our luggage, I called several times the number on the blue numbered ticket you provided us. I got no answer and then a message telling me to leave my number!! That was a bit unsettling! Then I called the number on the invoice I had the good idea to keep with me and spoke to someone who immediately sent someone to pick us up. It was very fast and we were on our way, thank you.

It was a great experience, and I would use it again, it made the trip very easy and convenient. Usually parking at Logan is a royal pain, but the shuttle to and from took the guess work out of finding the car and being separated from my traveling companions. The only thing I would recommend is you might consider having a step for getting into the van, my mother had a hard time getting in and out as well as another older passenger with short legs.

All of us had an awef experience with your staff when we returned from the airport. Your staff was rude, degrading and so disrespectful to your customers. He actually screamed at a woman tring to get her car. The staffing was deficient on that Friday might and the stress clearly showed. I have a walking disability which was quite evident when I dropped off my car. Although the staff was nice, helped with the luggage.They DROPPED ME OFF AT THE BAGGAGE PICK UP not the departure door with curbside bag check and an awaiting wheelchair. My caretaker had to leave me and our bags at the curb and search down a wheel chair and luggage cart...then find the elevator to the next floor ...then travel to the ticket desk pushing me in the wheel chair with the luggage cart. This should not have happenned. I should have been brought to DEPARTURES, NOT ARRIVALS.... CCR

First impression oh no where is my car going to be parked for the next 10 days this does not look good. Man on desk at drop off more concerned about getting home to sleep than getting us to airport shuttle driver arrived and spent time talking with him we waited didnt have time for breakfast at the airport because we had to wait so long to get there. Not a good first impression at 530in the morning. So on return arrived and called at 4:50pm ready to go told would be there in 10min. waited 30min someone called to say there was a problem with one of the vans would be there in a few minutes, then 10 minutes later another call asking if we were at jet blue, stated we were and they were at the wrong terminal waiting for us. Total of 40 minute wait first and last time we will use this service we will go back to the other place we used in the past, the 15% discount was not worth the wait, ihad to check my bank to make sure the right charge went through because the invoice they handed us at the end did not reflect your discount of 15%. Someone needs to get their stuff together here because there were 2 other people that morning who also stated that would be the last time using your service.

On our way out, we had a fantastic experience. Running late and your employees were great, helpful and got us to the airport on time. On the return trip, I called as I was walking to the baggage claim at 12:45 am or so after a very long day of travel to be greeted on the phone with the following response to my call saying our flight had landed and we were picking up our luggage at baggage claim. Your employee said: "Your luggage is there already? Are you sure because if I come over there and have to wait...." I was unbelievably offended. I am not an idiot and I purposely waited to call until I was almost at the baggage claim so the timing would be correct. I tried to tell the man that he missed out on a pretty big tip and his response was that he didn't want my money. I, in turn, told him that he needed a new profession because customer service is not the ideal position for him.

I paid for the reservation. But I could not find the location. I travelled up and down the road. I could not find the place. I even called and I still could not find the location. Based on the directions the operator gave me, I did not want to be there. So in desperation I pulled into another business so I could make my flight. At this place, the operator told me that there have been other problems at our location, sometimes the place wasn't even open. I would like to get my money back if it is poosible. It was not a fun way to start my vacation. Before my vacation, I did recommend a friend to use this place but now I will tell them to cancel their reservation.

As We all know the story goes the majority of people don't complain in person they just won't ever go back that's the situation here. It was basically over an hour and a half after my plane had landed that I actually got to my car. Myself and another couple Who wasn't with me Kept looking at each other and rolling our eyes at the amateur hour. I'm sure that there was another couple that felt the same way as they called to be picked up and the drivers had to ask us twice what airline they were at again. I'm wondering whether the couple was ever picked up and how long it took because the original quoted 15 minutes was way unrealistic

We were driven to Boston Logan on Thursday 8/1 around 6a by a wonderfully helpful, pleasant gentleman; unfortunately, we goofed & failed to ask his name. What may help identify him is his aluminum arm crutch. We have rarely felt as personally & professionally attended to. We had hoped he would be the driver to pick us up again at Logan today (8/9) around 7a. Instead, a rather "surly" young man drove us back to our car. He played the radio loudly, drove fast and I felt unsafe. Goofed again & did not get his name. BUT, our first driver was there at our car - smiling with the trunk & doors open for us. We tipped driver #2 "out of obligation" but next time will not do so and give the tip (an even larger one) to the first young man.

Our vehicle was well taken care of, however, the property was so small we didn't feel comfortable. When we arrived, there was no one at the facility, just a sign indicating they'd be back in 5 minutes; it was more like 15 minutes. The driver was nice and helped with the bags. When we returned, we called and the driver couldn't be heard he talked so low. He did load our luggage but seemed distracted like we just woke him. Not the best representative of the company. Trying to get out of the lot was a pain; had to back into the road and maneuver around other vehicles. Nothing personal, but we probably wouldn't use the facility again. Did not like our vehicle being jockeyed around and the lot is too small.

Once at the Select Parking facility I handed him my bar coded paid in full receipt for the week and because he couldn't find payment on his system became argumentative when I refused to pay him again when asked. I told him he could have a copy of my paid receipt so he could work it out. He was insistant I pay for the week and I told him there was NO WAY I was paying twice. He took a copy and I walked out of the bldg 1/2 an hour later.

We would not have found the location where to leave our car without our GPS. We had a pre-paid reservation and an address. Our trip to the airport was unsettling so much so that my wife had to look away. On our return trip, we waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. The young woman who drove us back was a good and safe driver. When we took possession of our vehicle, we noticed that our GPS was missing. We had hidden it under the front passenger seat. We notified the attendant. The vehicle showed no forced entry and when I called about our claim, I was told that the vehicle was locked at all time. There is only one explanationb fro its disappearance. In my last call, I was told that the business was not responsible. I disagree.

No one likes to pay for parking. There. I said it. That said, this company does a good job. I actually forgot my laptop in the office while checking in. I didn't realize it until the driver got a call on the radio, asking if anyone had left a laptop behind. Fortunately, I had plenty of time before my flight, so my driver was able to return to the site after dropping off a family at the airport. It meant an extra trip for them, in difficult holiday traffic, but the entire staff was helpful and friendly the whole time. I'd recommend Select to friends I didn't like enough to drive to the airport myself.

Select has always been slow at the time of arrival but never this bad. This time, I had to wait 53 minutes before pick up arrived. In addition I feel I was charged for a extra day by the attendant. My reservation # is 1528196. I dropped the car on 12/21 11.00 am and was to pick it up on 01/05/14. The payment made should have covered me up until Jan 6th (11.00 am). My flight was delayed by a day due to the snow storm, I arrived on Jan 7th at 4.00 am for pick up. I was told by the attendant that the cut off time was midnight and hence I had to pay for 2 extra days. I am sure Parkrideflyusa charges on 24 hr basis and not 12.00 am cut off. I would appreciate if the issue is looked into. My cell is 8607097229. I feel I rightly deserve a refund

We will back again and again. Your man Kevin in the Revere, MA office was amazing. We arrived just at the change of shift and he still took us to Logan Airport nine days ago. As luck would have it, he was the one who picked us up when we returned. I called from the plane and then it turned out the ramp couldn't be connected to the plane so we had to go to another gate. Kevin waited that whole time. He was pleasant and genial. He didn't make me feel like I shouldn't have called. He is super. He clearly could be one to train your drivers all over the country. If I hadn't been pressed for time to really check into parking garages, I would have never chosen this company. When I arrived, I was surprsed to find a tiny open parking lot on a very busy road. I thought I had the wrong place, but they assured me that they 'have another lot where we park our cars'. I hesitantly left my key to the 'valet' which was one of the many guys hanging around the office. When I returned a week later, all the chnage in my change compartment was gone and my gas tank that had been totally filled the morning I left, had less than a a quarter of a tank left. I called the manager and he offered to refund $20 on a $90 rental and stated that he had 'fixed the problem'. He then asked me to be 'sure to come back'. Seriously?

The same young man brought me to and from the airport; was exceptional. He was very pleasant, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Took charged of my luggage and made sure I got into and out of the van safely. Unfortunately, upon my return the parking lot was a thick sheet of ice. This young man chopped at the ice and tried pushing my car to get me moving. He slipped on the ice and fell, injured his wrist, but persisted in breaking up the ice and pushed again to get me going. I'd like to commend this young man and suggest to the owner and/or manager to provide rock salt or ice melt to assist their very dedicated employees.

The check in day was too stressful. When I arrived (2 hours before my flight-which I thought was plenty of time since the airport is only about 10 mins away), there was a room full of people. While waiting in line I heard someone say that the van can only hold 7 people. Seeing as the van was filled to capacity, I woud have to wait for the van to take people to the airport and return. I was starting to panic at this point. When I asked the driver if we would make our flight, he said "he hoped so". Not how I wanted to start my long day of travel. There was only one guy checkng people in and driving the van. Not a very efficient service. The pick up process was much better, but I do not think I would use this service again.

I have tried most of the Boston Logan parking services and this was the best yet. (I had trouble at Thrify---they are awful). We arrived a little late from our drive down from New Hampshire and the owner personally took us to the airport in his SUV and even refused a tip. On arrival our driver was as pleasant as they come. All clients waited over 40 minutes to be picked up by a driver who was on the phone constantly with office but waited for no one at the wrong terminal and appeared not to know at which terminals his customers were at. He was impolite, confused, etc. Front office stopped answering the phone.

Unfortunately I must give a poor review. We didn't have an issue until we had to wait over 20 minutes for the shuttle upon returning to Boston in frigid temperatures. This was after trying to reach them for 20 minutes and getting a full voicemail box. Then once we got our car and drove a couple miles with a noise and bump pulled over to find a screw in one of the tires that absolutely was not there before. We had to find a garage who pulled it out. Luckily it had not penetrated the whole tire, just part of the rubber. I honestly did not have the energy to call them and complain or ask for reimbursement.

Select Airport Valet was terrible. We got lost, tried to call for help, and were given confusing directions from a person sitting in the office. We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to arrive. We tried to use the facilities, only have the toilet regurgitate water through the drain in the floor. When the van finally came, the driver was not friendly. Pickup was just as bad. We called upon arrival, were told that the driver would be outside in 20 minutes, but were left behind a full load. The site only runs one van along a busy stretch of 1A, round trip can take 40 minutes. We took a cab rather than deal with a late, unfriendly driver. The car was unharmed, but papers left in the back were scattered; someone had turned it too fast and hard.

the directions down from New Hampshire took me through Revere of the highway. While this may have ben shorter it wasn't faster. It would have ben quicker to come to the airport and then go to the facility,. On arrival it was a little frustrating to have to wait to be shuttled to the airport. I had no idea that this would to be a harbinger of horror for the return. On arrival back into boston I called the phone number on the claim ticket to notify them of my arrival. Both provided phone numbers dumped into me into voice mails with full mailboxes. Then I called the emergency after hours number, which at least let me leave a message. However this message wasn't returned in over 30 minutes. It wasn't until I called the 888 number on my email that I talked to a person. I was told by the driver that he was on a run and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Considering that now it was 1240 AM and I was frustrated from the lack of communication I wasn't pleased, but at least I had a plan. The driver's excuse was that he accidentally left the cell phone in the office, but that didn't explain why he didn't return my last call. I then saw the van outside the terminal and arranged to go get my car and then come back and get my family. Then it really got interesting. The driver's next stop had two families waiting. I listened to the wives scream about who called first. Turns out one of them had been calling for over an hour awaiting pick up. This company should have known that they had multiple pickups coming in at that late hour and planned accordingly. Everyone was nice, but that doesn't excuse poor planning

Arrived at facility at approximately 3:15 am for a 6:30 flight. Was kept waiting until after 4 am, as the only person at the facility was trying to register people and drive the van back and forth. Only 1, 7 passenger van for shuttle. The ride to the airport was stressful, because we were so late. Upon return, call to facility made at approximately 11:00, and left waiting at airport for another 30 minutes, if not longer. Upon arrival at facility, they had the wrong car. Couldn't find the car, made us go in to find our key, then took us off site to locate our vehicle. Would never use this facility again and would never recommend them. If I could rate them lower than one star I would.

Both coming and going my trip was unpleasant to say the least. On my trip to the airport I was dropped of at the wrong terminal on the wrong side of the airport. This caused me to miss my flight. The missed fight caused me to wait in the airport for 6 hours. When I landed back at Logan I called and spoke to someone 3 times before they took my information. The first two times I was hung up on before I finished speaking. In addition the second time I was told that I would be called back in less than 5 minutes when the individual returned to the office. I waited 15 minutes and ended up having to call back myself. When I was eventually picked up I was handed the wrong keys. Yes this was the least expensive option but you get what you pay for.

As a result of this, I missed my flight and was charged $75 to get on this next available flight 3 hours later. I would appreciate a refund of this additional cost, at the very least.

We arrived in plenty of time to make it to the airport on time. Unfortunately, the person in the office had left and locked the office door. The driver did not have a key and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for the office person to arrive and check my car in. We barely made our flight . . . by 2 minutes after running through the airport. All three of us were quite upset by this. Not sure I'd use your facility again. Last time I used it, I had no problem. Now I'll think long and hard before I do again.

I had no way to contact the office so I had to take a cab to the office and then wait 30 min. for the staff to return so I could get my vehicle. Vehicle was old and ride was bumpy. Our vehicle dashboard buttons were played with and we had to reset them all. The radio, the A/C, the lights, everything was touched. The purpose of parking there was for someone to put the car in a safe lot for the duration of our tip. The A/C we had set on auto 68 degrees...it was taken off auto and put down to 60 degrees. The radio was switched to Sirrus XM and someone was playing with the buttons. The lights were preset to auto...well they were taken off auto and put on manual. Who ever drove the car had no reason to play with the buttons. They had auto A/C so were not "dying" from the humidity and the lights came on automatically.

When we got to the location, there was no one there! Phone calls to 3 different numbers got only voce mail. They finally called back after we had resorted to another Park & Fly and were at the airport. I was promised a full refund but of course never got one. I am starting chargeback procedures with my credit card company. The location is totally insecure, apparently part of a U-Haul rental operation. I would not have wanted to leave my car there. This outfit should not be on your list of places to leave a car if you are flying out of Logan Airport, Boston. Fortunately we had allowed a lot of time to get to Logan or we would have missed our international flight.

Upon getting home, there were numerous scratches on the bumper that were not there when we dropped it off; as such, I am a bit dismayed and will not be using your service again. Had a 6:00 AM flight so arrived at parking facility at 4:10 AM. Office was locked and no one was available. Called the number provided but there was no answer. After 10 min. a van pulled up and the driver opened the office. He explained he was the only one working and was doing double duty as the check in person and the van driver. I made my flight but only because I had allotted approximately 2 hours, had only carry on luggage and had preprinted my boarding pass. Upon return, I called the number on the ticket and was told I would be picked up in about 10 - 15 min. 35 minutes later I was picked up by the only van that was operating on a busy Sunday afternoon. The driver indicated I was fortunate that I didn't come in later. He said there were a number of people returning Sunday evening at a time when they would be back to just one person.

This was the cheapest choice for lots near Logan. It's an extra mile from the airport compared to other lots I've used. Not sure the lower price is worth it. The office was locked when we arrived though a sign said they'd be back in 5-10 min. It was a bit cold to stand outside. Staff are pleasant, even I'd they seem a bit disorganized. Our car was not waiting for us on our return, as we were told. We waited an extra 10 min. The van driver was very personable, and gave us clear instructions on what to do and where to meet him on our return. If you use this lot, leave at least 30-40 min. after you arrive to get to Logan.

The morning I arrived, there was no one at the office. There was a note on the door that left a number to call. I called the number and was told that they were 2 minutes away. After 10 minutes, I called again and was told they were 2 minutes away again. They showed about 5 minutes after that. When I had arrived in Boston, I called for them to pick me up. The man that answered the phone said, call me back when you have your luggage in your hands. I told him the luggage was coming out as we were speaking but he insisted I call him back when I had my luggage in my hands. He said it wouldn't take them long to get to the airport. I literally called him less then a minute later. They showed up 15-20 minutes later. Never again!

Because the van was too small to accommodate more than 7 people, the driver made 2 round trips before picking us up 1 hour and 10 minutes after we phoned. More problematic still, he never alerted us to the problem and, in fact, led us to believe he was just minutes away. Except for not notifying me, the main problem is short-staffing and inadequate transport vehicle. Solve those problems and I may use your service again.

Upon our arrival from our trip, I called to let the facility know that we were ready to be picked up. I had to call 4 times before I finally got someone to answer the phone. When the man answered, I gave him our name and said we are ready to be picked up. His response; "Get your luggage then call me back." I then replied, "We have our luggage and are ready." His response to that; "Well, we have 15 people there to be picked up and we are running behind. We have ONE van running and I'm here trying to change a tire to get another one running. We'll get there when we can." I have NEVER heard such rudeness in my life! First, it's not my issue that you have one van running, secondly, we saw the "one van" pass us more than once. After telling us to meet him at door 115, we finally chased him down at door 116!

Dialed the second number and got the same message.Alarmed we redial and finally got some one on the line. After calling three more times and forty five minutes later we were finally picked up. No one was there to greet us. Finally someone arrived. There were several people that had to be checked in. Our return trip took much longer as the van was full and we had to wait for another van (20 minutes) to take us to our car which was waiting for us. One reason that I will not use you again is that you are above the airport which means that I backtrack and it makes my trip longer. I need a place below the airport. it was also difficult to find your place. Another couple also had a difficult time locating you. My GPS was having trouble at the rotary.

Left promptly for departure to Logan airport however was dropped off at arrival gate not departure gate had to bring luggage upstairs to baggage check with very very long line. If dropped off at proper place we would have known they had curbside pickup as some of our other people used and would have had time to eat before our flight. upon return 40 min wait for shuttle when called for pickup got voice mail with full mailbox called alternate number was asked if I had my luggage was told to go outside and wait glad if was August not January. Saw 12 pre-fight trucks go by while waiting. will not use Logan airport again Providence is a much more pleasant experience Drivers were excellent and very helpful and apologized for the wait

The drivers were nice, however, the office "staff" and the men who answer the phone are brash and rude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is a lot at least 20 minutes from the airport in a bad neighborhood. The "office" is dark with a desk and one man who takes your keys. No conversation, no "safe travels", no "Thank you", etc. It doesn't seem like a business.

Making the reservation I had scheduled my arrival date and time. I called after getting my luggage for a shuttle to my car. I waited in the designated area for 20 minutes and the shuttle never arrived. I called again and was told that the bus was there and was full dropping off passengers and would be around to get me. It wasn't until 48 minutes after my first call that I was picked up. It took 90 minutes to fly from Baltimore and 45 to get my car.

Not a professional organization. Upon arrival (and in a rush to get to airport) I found a note on the office door that said "back in 15 minutes". I called the number given. The person answered with "hello" (not the business name) and I proceeded to tell them I was at the parking waiting for a ride to the airport and my flight was leaving in an hour and 15 minutes. I was immediately told to "calm down, we'll be there in 5". When the employees did finally show up, it was three of them that came lackadaisically walking around the parking lot NOT looking like professional employees. I asked them, do you work hear and they said "yeah, where's your car". 10 minutes later, we were in the van (which was in dire shape - dented up and rattling/squeaking) and driving pell mell to the airport. we did get to my flight in tiem, but the parking process was not smooth. .....upon arriving back to pick up my car, we were picked up quickly, started the car and drove home. The next morning (when it was light outside and I could see inside my car), I found the fuse panel cover to be removed (which I later found in the door pocket) and wiring hanging out of the fuse panel door opening. What is this???? I will NEVER use this service again. Good luck staying in business.

The Select banner sign on the outside of the building is not visible so it took me an extra 30 minutes just to locate the place. There were no outside lights. Inside the building, the place looked abandoned, old, cruddy, unprofessional and a mess. It did not appear to he a legitimate business. I did not want to leave my car there but I had no choice because I had to catch a plane. I was concerned that my car would be driven while I was away. I was also concerned that my car would not be there when I returned from my trip. For these reasons, I would not use Select again and would not recommend. I would say however, that the price was reasonable.

This place was a lower cost than the other shuttles in the area but the discount was not worth it. The company only runs 1 shuttle at a time. We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to get us to our terminal that was 3 miles away because the only shuttle they had was stuck in traffic. By the time we got through security our flight was doing final boarding. We just made it. When we returned we had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle - again, because they only have 1 and it had just left the terminal. On the day of departure the staff at the desk kept saying the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes which they knew was not true. When we finally got a ride by a very nice man he drove crazy fast to the airport to be sure we all made our flights. The ride was truly scary.

The location was difficult to find as it did not have the Park, Ride, Fly logo, and the drop=off was just a very small lot (Cars are moved from the small lot to a larger lot nearby.) Nobody was on the site when we arrived; so we had to wait for the driver to return from the airport. He checked us in after a wait, then drove us to the airport. Upon return the wait for the car was long and we were driven to the large lot for pickup. Our car was undamaged, although someone else in the van had damage to his auto. The Park, Ride, Fly brand, which we use (and recommend to friends) frequently at Midway Airport in Chicago, can do better.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the parking lot when I dropped my car off. I had expected to have to wait based on other reviews and left plenty of time for myself. I did not expect to wait 2 hours at the airport for a ride back to my car. I called initially as I was picking up my luggage and misheard where the driver would meet me. Waited about 15 minutes and called again. Asked if they could pick me up where I was because the spot they like to pick people up was on the opposite side of the airport and the driver agreed. I waited another 30 minutes and called back. The driver stated "he had no idea where terminal C was and could not pick me up." I took the airport shuttle to terminal B where they usually pick people up. When the shuttle pulled into B I saw the Select van and called again to say I was right at the terminal and I can see the van and to please wait. The driver hung up on me and kept on driving. Awesome...I get off the shuttle, walk to the door they want to meet me at and call back. Wait another 45 minutes and finally get a ride back to my car. I could have walked to my car in the time it took to get a ride back to it.

Our check in and transfer to the airport was quick and easy. The driver was helpful and assisted us with our luggage. It was very pleasant and easy. When arriving back to the airport we called the number on our ticket. The driver informed us on the phone he would be getting paid by our tips. We thought this was pretty rude as we had paid for the service and though we always tip well to be told this was insulting and was returned with a much lower than normal gratuity. The ride back was interesting. The driver was driving fast and aggressive throwing us all over the van with sudden breaks and accelurations. We got no help with bags in or out of the van and the driver didn't even open the van door for us. This was the first time using valet service that their was no service except the driving. Options for parking are few in Boston and usually expensive. This was reasonable priced and I am hoping not usual of their return service.

Based on the reviews I saw online, I allowed an extra hour rather than 15 minutes that I would have allowed for parking at the airport. That timing worked out well, and was worth it to save more than 50% on airport parking fees. On the day of our return, there seemed to be some tension between the dispatcher and the driver.

But more annoying was the fact that a small tube full of quarters for parking meters and which was stored in a compartment in the car was gone. I had to call multiple times to get picked up at the airport. I waited 50 minutes outside in the cold. Finally, the van pulled up. The driver never got out of the van, so I opened the door, slid my suitcase in and then fell and scraped my entire right shin. It began bleeding. The driver didn't great me and then left the vehicle to finish his phone call. When he finally came back into the van, he told me we have to now go pick up others. I explained that I had an emergency, as my leg was bleeding, and asked him to please take me to my vehicle. He handed me a key for a Nissan. I drive a Toyota. He then radioed ahead and told someone about the wrong vehicle. When we got to the lot he never said a word to me. I got out and got into my vehicle and left. I will never use your service again. I had used it in the past and was happy. No more.

I arrived on 2/28 to drop my car off. There was no one at the facility. There was no sign with a number to call for information. I waited for 35 minutes with no answers and no status. Finally, when a person arrived at the counter to unlock the facility and start checking people in he tells us that two shuttles were out at the airport and were on their way back shortly. During the next 10 minutes he proceeded to lecture people with completely unhelpful things like "This is why we tell people to come early" as if that was the reason that the facility's two shuttles were out on a Sunday evening for 45 minutes and no one was even at the place when I first arrived and there was no sign explaining what was going on. After waiting for yet another 10 minutes with no shuttle in sight, I took a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, it was already too late for me to board so I had to pay a change fee and reschedule my flight to the following day.The next day when I arrived, the same person was at the counter and offered little explanation about the poor service from the day before, but he did offer to refund my taxi fare. There was no refund for the day of parking that I paid for but didn't received because of the situation from the day before. Also, the shuttle driver that took me to the airport offered that "Well you know we do accept tips" with a straight face. This was the WORST airport parking experience that I ever had.

Been using the service for a shuttle to Logan for several years. Personnel was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Will continue to use ParkRideFly and absolutely recommend them. The service was great getting to the airport and when I returned. Thanks for making my vacation more worry free.

I was given 2 phone # to call for pick up...both reached answering machines that shunted me to a voice mail box that was full. Luckily, I had a third number, the one on this survey, that they answered. Once they answered the service was great but...I was stressed and unhappy during that first 10 minutes that I wasn't able to connect with anyone except a full mailbox.

A cell phone holder disappeared from the car. I don't want to be accusatory (or petty) but I distinctly remember seeing it attached to the car's vent on our drive to the airport and it was nowhere to be found when we picked up the car. I called to inquire about it and the voice mail was full. I subsequently wrote two emails to which I received no reply. Regardless of whether this service was responsible for its disappearance, I wish they had given me the courtesy of responding to my inquiry.

Using your service was one of our worst travel experiences. The check-in was disorganized and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for the van to take us to the airport. The driver did assist putting our luggage in and out of the van. However his driving was poor - weaving in and out of lanes at fast speeds using no turn signals. Additionally he asked outright for a tip. However, that was nothing compared to the return trip. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours at the airport in the middle of the night for a ride back. Each time we called the number we were given, it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full, so we were unable to leave a message. After waiting for 1 1/4 hours I called the local police who drove by the office to be sure there was someone working. The valet worker told the police that he would call us, which he did not do. Eventually he answered the phone and stated he would come and get us. When he arrived, he was rude and did not assist with our luggage. He drove fast and wove in and out of lanes without using turn signals. Our check-out consisted of him dropping us in a large parking lot and handing us the keys. Because of this extremely negative experience I am asking for a full refund of the $53.94 that we paid to use your service.

Disorganized and unprofessional. Unable to keep up with demand for pick ups. Apparently not caring about any of it. Very poor operation. Great price though. Others complained about waiting over an hour to get picked up. I was picked up quickly, but only because there was barely room on a full van.

I had to wait over 40 min, for pick up. the driver was upset with your dispatcher, and drop at your lot was somewhat confusing for all of us in the van. Hope next time you do a better job.

I have used this se-lect valet service before, at it was decent, but my recent return experience was awful.... My car was not ready when I returned to the lot and the attendants were very unprofessional... Took over 30 min to retreieve my car when I got to the lot!!! I will never use this service again as they are unorganized and desensitized to pleople trying to get home...

I have used the same facility in Revere twice before and been satisfied with the service. I recommended the service to friends who had a terrible experience waiting almost TWO HOURS for the pick up shuttle. Although she communicated with the facility she has never received a call back! One problematic issue is when I call for pick up I have received a message that the voicemail is full! This is very disconcerting. Luckily it did not happen this past time.

No one was there when I arrived. Waited 20 minutes. Driver was pleasant. The return was not so good. I called at 8:10. I was told it would be 20 minutes at 8:45. Icalled again. Driver claimed that he had been there and didn't see us. We were finally picked up at 9:15. When We got to my car. I found the windows opened and my car running unattended..I didn't this was a safe procedure. All of my party (4 PEOPLE) also felt this way.

Our trip to the airport was very timely and the driver was great. This is the third time that I have used your service. On the return trip, I called before we left Florida for Boston to check the details, and again when we picked up our luggage. I was told that it would be no longer than 15 min for pick up. This was great after a chaotic flight. Instead, it took over 45 minutes to get us. Once we were picked up the The driver said someone had forgotten to get us and that it was a long wait. Very disappointed.

We will NEVER use this parking facility again! First of all, we waiting for over an hour for a van. When the van showed up, the driver was obviously high on something. If I had realized this before we got into the vehicle, I would never have put my family in that van! On the drive, besides being under the influence, he was texting and viewing snap chats while driving! Thankfully there are other options and this will never be one again

Select Airport Valet pick up from airport turned out to be a disaster for a flight that got in at midnight.Parking facility misplaced car keys which ended up for me and other passengers having to be delayed one hour and a half while attendant searched for keys at their facility. So frustrating, I actually ended up finding my own key at the facility after searching through 100's of keys.

Obviously, Select Airport Valet Parking was the least expensive option for ParkRideFly, and that is the reason we chose that option. When we got there the morning of our departure, the office was closed with a sign that said they would be back in 10 minutes. After about 5 minutes they come and opened the office and checked us in. Our driver parked the van a distance away from where we were waiting with the bags, so we had to drag the bags all the way to the van, and he refused to help put the luggage in the van. We put the luggage in the van ourselves, and got into the van. Only some of the seat-belts in the van were working, so we made sure that the kids had the working ones. When I mentioned the seat-belt issue to the driver, he rudely informed me that he was aware of the situation and that it would "soon" be taken care of. On our return, we called the office to let them know we had arrived and had our luggage, and they said they would send a van to pick us up. We waited for about 20 minutes. The first van was full and we had to wait for another van. This time the driver, a different one from the one who dropped us off, put all the luggage in the van. This driver was also courteous and we tipped him generously. We did have to carry three of the kids on our laps because there was not enough room for all of us (group of 9) to have our own seats. This was our first time using Select Airport Valet Parking, and it is our last. Next time, I will pay more to have good and reliable services and larger shuttles to accommodate everyone in our party.

I use Select often and the service this time was excellent. In the past year, it had slipped a bit but this past visit was up to the high standards that i saw when I first started using your service. It was great to see. The return driver was very nice, helped with luggage, and called ahead to the office to have our car brought up to the office. That was lovely. Thank you.

The first part of our experience with this company was okay. I had used them before and they were pleasant. The computers were down and there was a long line so check-in took a long time (a lot longer than expected and I was glad we arrived so early as we may have missed a flight if we cut the time close). Both the man at the desk and the shuttle driver were nice. The shuttle driver was great. He helped everyone with their luggage. The pick up was horrible. Can I say it again - horrible... We called numerous times and were finally told the shuttle was coming. The shuttle pulled up and the driver was on his cell phone and all he did was stop and wave at us. He didn't help us or the family put our bags in or get situated at all. He was blaring hip hop and it was all you could hear while he continued to talk on his phone. He stopped at 1 terminal, beeped and peeled away. Who knows if anyone there needed the ride. At the final terminal, he stopped about 50 feet from a man who he wouldn't make eye contact with and finally yelled get in. The older gentleman had to take his full luggage into the van with him. He drove erratically and didn't even pause at speed bumps. I was concerned we might get into an accident. He was on his phone the whole time. He went down parts of the airport clearly marked as do not enter. He sped along and then barked at us that we needed to give our tickets or we couldn't go to our cars so in the dark (since he didn't even put the van light on to help us at it was almost 10pm), we all had to struggle to find it and he searched for our matching keys while DRIVING and going through red lights and on his phone. Unbelievable. He pulled into a lot and said go get your cars. He didn't open van doors, he didn't help anyone with the luggage. It was awful. I won't use this service again and I really feel this man should not be a van driver for the company.

This was a bad experience and caused worry and stress where not needed! 15-30 minute wait time, missing seat belts in old, cramped vans, will not drop you off at departures and you have to carry all luggage up stairs to departure yourself(we were told its company policy) drivers not knowlageable of airport. Very poor customer service! I will never use this again! Overall very sketchy situation!

We got a great rate for parking with this company. When we dropped off the car we were concerned that the drop off area had little parking but it proved to be no issue at all. When we returned, I had lost my receipt, this caused us a bit of delay with being picked up. Lesson learned, keep my receipt ready for the return! All the personnel were courteous, pleasant and down right friendly! Exactly the kind of service you hope for!

Boston, MA - Logan Airport facility. I recommended this facility as it's the cheapest parking facility in the Logan Airport area. Unfortunately when we arrived the driver yelled at us as it was taking us too long to get into the van. We had an infant and a man in a wheelchair and we had to organize luggage, remove and pack a car seat to take with us, help the man to the rest room etc. and we obviously were taking too long. It also took a long time for the van to pick us up when we returned. Nevertheless, we'll probably use it again as their rates are so good.

Our trip to the airport was ok. We were greeted in somewhat of a professional manner and the driver helped with the our luggage. On the ride back to the airport we were not helped with out our luggage and the operator seemed very angry and was driving very aggressively. My wife and I had our 2 year old son in the car without a car seat and I will never put him in that situation again. At one point the driver beeped and swore out the window at the driver of another vehicle. The young lady at the office was very nice and professional.

We paid ahead on line (a great price!) which made check in quick and easy. We had just been stuck in traffic for 2 hours (accident on the pike) and were late for our flight. The driver got us there just in time so we made our flight. Much appreciated! We waited about 15 minutes for our return ride, but it was 1 AM. Would recommend this service. Thanks!

Have used your service several times. This is the first time we have had a problem. We returned late at night,so it was dark. Next day noticed my sunglasses (left out below dash) were missing. Car was not broken into which says to me an employee took them. Gum container was also open indicating someone helped themselves.I don't care about gum but just shows someone in car. We have called the Boston office numerous times & they say they will get back to us. They haven't. These were expensive $200.00 sunglasses. Needless to say we will not use your service again if there is no trust in your employees. A response would be appreciated.

The parking lot is too far from Logan,Pre-Flight is closer and smoother ride with more parking spaces and more frequent shuttles so minimal waiting at the airport. Further more, after getting our luggage I called Select 6 times,told to text them,no response,told to leave a message,mail box was full. Have to travel down Route 1 to and from parking lot and it's a nightmare!!! NEVER again

Very pleased/impressed with the service. Arrived for initial shuttle at 3:45 am and was on the way to the airport at 4:00. Upon returning, I called that shuttle after getting my luggage and they were at the airport terminal in less than 10 mins, which was 3 am. When I got to the parking lot, my vehicle was pulled out and started/warming up for me. Nice touch after vacationing in the Caribbean 80's all week and returning to the low 30's of Boston!

Called and texted when I arrived at the airport and no one answered??/ Finally got someone and told them I was at Terminal E outside the van drove by us at Terminal E and we had to run to catch the driver then we had to load our own luggage overall waited 35 minutes 2 other customers in the van told us they waited between 45 min to 1 hour for the van unacceptable

Select Airport personnel were very abrasive and rude. Arriving after dark and in rain it was hard to see the signs. We called from the "check in sign" and were told to park. We parked in a spot called "Select airport parking" and went inside. The person we just spoke with us immediately got mad and said we shouldn't park there and we had to move spots. No explanation, just a verbal tongue lashing. "I'm not going to argue - just move your car". Its not often someone can get us that heated up in less than 15 seconds. Then the driver missed our gate and we had to circle the whole airport for an additional 15 min. Why call it a valet service when neither of these words apply?

When I checked in everything was great but the checkout was a nightmare. I believe they stay once you call for pick up they will get the car ready and they didn’t do what expected from them. First when I got there no one acknowledged me when everyone was on their phone and interacting with other employees away from their station. I had to go start my car and come back and wait and grabbed my stuff after a while to put them in my car. When I checked in and they told me that they offer that service I was glad thinking it will be a great exit and I will be saving time unfortunately it was otherwise.

Awesome service after our ParkWhiz reservation got cancelled one week prior to departure. We got a very competitive last minute price for two weeks parking and would even have stayed at the hotel upon our return if the Expedia booking downtown was refundable. The price was very competitive for this place so we tried it. It is in the Comfort Suites but not well marked and hard to find. There is no one that is in the lot so you don't know where to go. you are supposed to go into the lobby and then there is a desk. Here's the big problem, the shuttles to the airport only leave every half hour!! How is that okay? We were potentially going to miss our flight with that, and my husband got a hotel manager (you use the hotel shuttle) to override one and send it out after about a 15 min wait. The lobby was full of passengers! I would rate this place a one based on this - it was very stressful. However, on the way home, the shuttle was there I very quickly and our car WAS delivered to door within about 2 min (not warm as promised, but there)(you call when your flight lands, not when you have your luggage). I think we were just lucky that the van was already at another terminal when we called this time. They estimate about 15 min wait once you get off phone. Everyone was very nice I have to say. Hope this helps you consider whether the wait risk is worth the savings.

When we arrived we couldn’t find parking, because it was no sign anywhere along the road. We drove three times around. I called the operator and he hung up on me. Finally we found parking, and it was getting late for our flight, so we asked for immediate ride to the airport ( bus was there in front of the door), and where told that we have to wait 30 min before the bus goes to the airport. We asked front desk person to call taxi for us. We paid 20$ for the ride to the airport. When we came back nobody started our car. We came and had to wait for the car. We parked with Thrifty before, and they always started our car, so we were in the warm car after waiting in the cold for the bus.

It was not an easy task to locate the parking lot specifically for ParkRideFly. I found a random spot on my own, went inside to drop my keys and was told to move my car and bring back the keys after waiting in line for 30mins. Lucky enough my flight was delayed.

I often use this park and ride when traveling. The staff is friendly. Jim the manager in the other hand, is extremely difficult to get a hold of whether it’s by phone or email. I have been trying to get him to respond to my request since February. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge because Jim is not answering my emails or returning my calls.

1. Your GPS texting app doesn't work right at all and is a joke. The ETA for our shuttle kept bouncing up and down and even after the shuttle arrived, the app said it was still a few minutes away. 2. The shuttle did not stop where we were told it would. Luckily my wife decided to walk down the sidewalk to check out a shuttle sitting there hundreds of feet away and they were waiting for us. 3. It was 50 minutes from the time I called from the airport to get a shuttle until I was in my vehicle. The staff had pulled the wrong key and when our car was delivered to the hotel door, the driver just walked by without a word. 4.The only reason I would use this service again is price.

We travel quite a bit and this was the worst pickup experience so far. We had to wait over an hour after we picked up our luggage. We called multiple times and kept getting"they'll be there soon". Standing outside for that long in Boston after dusk in February can be quite unpleasant

First off this “Valet” service doesn’t valet your vehicle. When we arrived after making a reservation, I waited in line inside the hotel lobby for 10 minutes to them find a handwritten note saying all reservations are cancelled. I was then told sorry if you can find a spot we’ll take you otherwise you have to find a different place to park. Luckily I found a spot and eventually made it to the airport 45 minutes after we should have. Upon return we were handed our keys and pointed to a general area in the parking lot to find our car. When I asked why they weren’t getting it and warming it up (February in the Northeast) I was told “oh we don’t do that anymore” so I had to walk aimlessly through a dark parking lot hitting my key fob to try and look for flashing lights to find my car. Advertising a valet service that warms up your car and “even cleans off the snow” is a complete lie and false statement.

There were no parking spaces. I had to park in the fire lane. When I told them about it they said they Would move it when they can. Totally a violation of fire laws. Especially in the parking lot or the Hampton inn. I took my key and went to another facility. I was told I could only get a refund From the main office. I will get a refund from them. This facility was very poorly managed. I would never Use it again.
