we were especially grateful for the service provided to us on our recent trip. We got a flat tire just as we left the freeway and were across the street east of your Redwood Road lot. We needed to get to the airport right away and we were pleased to be able to leave our car in the hands of your able attendants to get us a new tire and have the tires in top condition when we returned late at night to pick it up. Thanks for all your help!

It was great! I came at about 4am and was picked up immediatly by a shutte. In fact it was so fast I did not have to time to make sure the lights were turned off in my car. I left the cabin light on. So when I returned from a LONG trip from Atlanta at 1am I found that my battery was dead. I headed to the front office to find out if AAA could get in to jump me....and instead the night manager jumped me within minutes and I was on my way! What service!! Thank you so much. I will definetly use your service again and again!

I arrived in SLC last night at midnight, after flying for over 5 hours. I had to call your service twice, and then, the employees' attitude was uninterested and blase. I waited for over 30 minutes for your shuttle to arrive. One empty shuttle went by, and the driver refused to stop. I WAITED ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES!!! The next shuttle filled rapidly. It was now past 1:00 AM! I asked the driver, what I should do? He replied, "Don't talk to me. Talk to the airport!" I found his attitude DISMISSIVE AND RUDE!!! Finally, after waiting nearly an HOUR, in total desperation, I hired a cab, which cost me $20.00; this, after I prepaid Diamond $57.00 for parking! When I arrived at the Redwood Road office and went to talk to the manager, he had nothing to offer, but was ridden with excuses!!! He possess no finese, no diplomacy, no customer service/relation knowledge. All he could moan, "It's not my fault!" Well, I paid Diamond Parking for service,! . . . I received NO SERVICE, ONLY EXCUSES. I will NEVER spend my hard-earned money on this sham of a business again! I will also file a negative report with the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce. Shame on you DIAMOND PARKING!!! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!! I WAS ROBBED AND DECEIVED!!! I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO AVOID DIAMOND PARKING AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! BY THE WAY, GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE SOME CUSTOMER-RELATIONS EXPERIENCE AND FINESE. Well lit. On way back did not appreciate waiting for Valet people to be dropped off as they were slow. Unclear which shuttle had to look for as there were different destinations which had not been explained to me.

I parked at the Diamond facility on Redwood. I was not aware that you ParkRideFly are one and the same- I would have appreciated knowing that in advance as I almost did not do this survey. I would definitly use the facility again and recommend it to a friend. I booked my reservation on line and the only part I did not like was having to print out the receipt for presentation- if I had not read the fine print, I would have been in trouble- this needs to be made clear up front BEFORE you reserve---- I do not always have access to a printer.

It was very nice to have someone meet us at the car and help put our luggage in the van. We are older people and the convience and help was wonderful. Upon returning they helped get the luggage back in the car so we didn't have much lifting. They are very helpful.

I have used it before and I'll use it again. The only confusing thing is I didn't realize you had two different lots. Apparently one on Temple. I have always used the one on Redwood because I thought it was the only lot. Anyway, I'll use your service again.

I have one suggestion: when we arrive back home we did not know where to pick up the shuttle to return to our car. We looked for signs to tell us and could find none. Luckily, a shuttle drove up in front of the Delta concourse and we were able to get on. We were very confused at just where we needed to pick up the shuttle.

the whole experience was awesome... one thing that pissed me off though was that I could have saved 2 dollars a day NOT reserving a spot... it should be different... you should pay LESS for advance notice.... that is the only thing though.. I would use this service again although next time I will just go and not pre-reserve a spot.

You are affiliated with Diamond which is where I park. I had a coupon for Diamond but could not it on line, it had no code on the coupon, so I took it to the facility when I checked out they could not process it because I had prepaid for the parking online. I had on a prior visit prepaid for parking but since I was not asked if I had prepaid I forgot about my receipt. So I had to pay a second fee. Your computer system should be more user friendly and recognise when a customer has already paid. I will not be paying online any more so I wont have this issue again.

When we returned after a 12 day trip. cold temperatures and delayed flights the car battery was dead. We were able to text the number and someone was out to help us in 2 minutes!!! The speed and service was amazing!!! Will definitely use Diamond Parking again.
