when we arrived at parkride the bus was right there but, did not help with luggage at all, the driver (she) could she that i was struggling with the heavy luggage she stated that her back would hurt if she lifted any luggage. also just keep going on and on about her family which i did not care about at the time. arrivial at the airport my mother couldn't hardly step off the bus and the driver never moved an inch to help, two on coming passenagers helped step down. i will never use your service again or recommend to anyone.

Switched from a different parking lot because of poor and rude service. You are great and so accomadating.
The staff was unfriendly and non-communicative. We were instructed to park so close to a stop sign that we ran it over when backing out and it dented the runner on our van. I would say that the operation is efficient at pick-up and drop-off but the drivers and booth attendants need LOTS of customer service training- beginning with learning to smile and say "hello" or "thank you."
In other visits the driver got out of the bus & helped with my luggage. The same thing happened when I returned. This time the driver stayed in the bus. Maybe didn't like the weather?

If there were anything that I would find an improvement to your service to a first time user, it would be to advise them that a printed barcoded would be needed to gain the paid for service before the reservation is completed rather than at check out time. We were aware and prepared with a printer attached to our computer but not all users have a printer. Make this information part of your opening instructional page. We definitely like your service and will continue to use it.
I did not have my card to check out and it took forever as the girl who was in the booth had to keep going and getting sonmeone to help her. It was an unpleasant delay in trying to get home. Then, before finishing with me, asked me to pull ahead so that she could help the next customer! Not what I wanted to hear at 2 AM in the morning. However, kudos to the shuttle driver who picked me up at the Airport. She was wonderful and waited by my car until I was in and the motor was running.
My arrival experience was friendly and accommodating. I requested valet service since I was traveling with my mother who is wheelchair bound. Upon our return, I called US Park and the person answering the call was demeaning in her tone. Once the driver arrived at the airport with my car, I had to take the two suitcases and walker to the car and load the car. The driver stayed in the second lane even though other vehicles were courteous and allowed her room at curbside. Only after explaining to the driver (while she is still in the 2nd lane) that my mother is wheelchair bound and there was ample space to park the car curbside, did she FINALLY move the car. This was an exasperating experience to say the least.
Parking was fine, We were picked up at the parking lot and transferred to the airport quickly. When we arrived at the airport loading area on our return we waited 20 or more minutes till a van showed up and than had to wait for a 3rd one about ten minutes more until we were able to get on. Detroit has a horrible system for pick up but you had too few transports working and other companies had many more.

Being a senior, it was difficult following the parking directions given with all of the turn right, turn left etc.seemingly space could be reserved for those with handicapped stickers etc. realize this could be costly, but at least if the space is quite a distance from the entrance, give more detailed directions.

I had lost my ticket and after checking my ID, and after a futile,short search for the registration, the attendant said " Well, i think it is your car" (There were several obvious clues.) Security is important, as is verifying the ownership of the vehicle. However, when all things point to the fact that this is indeed (my) car, and the proper paperwork is not available, commmon sense rules. And am pleased to say it did so at your facility. Good hiring!

Paying for my parking online actually cost more than it would have cost if I would have paid for it there. I paid $84 and it only would have cost me $77 if I would have paid there. I really don't appreciate that.
Being a Senior, following the directions to the parking spot, remembering which way to turn etc. was slightly confusing, but also realize it would take having copies of the lot and checking the area in which you are to park would take some time to put into practice.
We have used U.S. Park in the past and had a good experience. A shuttle picks you up quickly, on your return there is usually little or no wait, and they wait until your car starts before they leave you.
I enjoyed the experience, although, you could provide better directions. For some reason I thought your lot was north of 94 and not south. So I wandered around and did a loop through the airport before I found it. Once I was parked, I was picked right up and taken to the terminal and on my return taken right back to my car. Your drivers might be more explicit about the tickets they give out with the car location, I usually wouldn't carry this around but just memorize my location, I did recognize it for what it was through and held on to it. Everything was good. Thanks.

Quoted a price on the internet where I was told it was the lower than if I just went to the lot. Internet charged me for 4 days and the lot said it was days. So instead of saving $5 I lost $6.

I really don't think the reservation did much for me. Maybe being able to park closer to the front would be nice - I was at the far back of the lot and when I returned there was my lonely vehicle in a dark parking lot late at night. Help with luggage would be fantastic! My suitcase was heavy and another PASSENGER helped me get it on the rack. The driver told me to just lay it on its' side. Actually, I'm not sure why I tip the driver. I may check out a different carrier next time that advertises helping with luggage, although we've always used US Park.

Easy to get to and very time efficient
It was easy to book and we found the facility with no difficulties. It was a quick ride to the airport and while we waited about 15 minutes for a bus upon our return, we understand that they run continually and it was no problem. I really like that they pick us up and drop us off right at our vehicle. We will definitely use the facility again.

I booked parking with US Park via ParkRideFly on the web for arrival at 11:00AM on June 29th and departure at 8 PM on July 2nd. I was charged $35.40 on my credit card. I arrived at 11:16 AM on June 29th and departed on July 2nd at 8:34 PM. I presented my voucher with the bar code for my prepaid stay. I was charged an additional $9.40 to leave. $9.40 for and extra 18 minutes is outrageous. The cashier was unpleasant (as was I) and didn't seem to understand that there could possibly be an error. It was what her computer read. I did not have time to pursue the situation at that time but I called today to US Park. They were to call me back after researching my license number (BH90NG). I have heard nothing - as I expected. I am willing to pay a fair rate but I don't like being mislead or cheated. I will no longer prepay on line and most probably will find another place to park.
Our driver was not friendly to the airport, when she stopped to let us out at the airport we had to ask her if this is where we need to get out at. Instead of her letting us know, she did not help with the luggage at all. The driver to Park Ride was at least greeted you and asked where you were parked but did not help with luggage. The check out the person must have been new since she did not know about the AARP discount and I handed her the paper and ticket. She was nice though. The first driver more or less determined if I was going to use this company again. Also the long wait for the bus to get to the airport.

Hi! Truthfully my experience was less than desirable. The web page where I reserved the day for my parking with you was not easy to complete. But, I did get it accomplished. I printed the reservation PAID stamp and headed to the airport. But, being I am not a real frequent flyer...went to the gold tower "Airlines Parking", parked outside of it and brought my paid receipt to them to verify I was in the correct facility; they said "yes" (which apparently was wrong!), shame on them.I entered, took a ticket and parked. Upon arrival I went to office before getting my car because I had my "paid" receipt in my car to see if they could look it up with my credit card. They told me they do not take "online reservations". Also they told me perhaps I was in the wrong lot. Of course I shared my initial inquiry before parking there, but they told me to call 866 922 7275 as they would refund my money. So I did. Refund...NO. Future Credit...yes or partial refund since I did not give a 24 hour cancel.There was no way for me to know I was in the wrong lot, since Airlines Parking told me I was in the right one therefore made it impossible to give ParkRideFly a 24 hour cancel. The Airlines Parking facility was dishonest but your customer service was also wrong. I did not use your service and believe you should completely refund my money. Which of these two facilities do you think I might use in the future? Do you want to hold your future customers hostage? Hopefully not! The entry could use some enhancement. As for the luggage question, I did not need assistance but I noticed assistance was provided to others. The check-out process seemed laborious since the attendant needed to take time to find the date/time I was paid through on the print I gave her. For pre-paid customers, it seems like check-out should be a quick process: scan the print, confirm ID then let me be on my way.

I use ParkRideFlyUSA exclusively, and this experience was acceptable, no one ever helps me with my luggage, but the drivers are all very friendly, helpful and courteous, not to mention prompt and safe.Checking out, when leaving after, just flying in, is sometimes slow and tedious. I could understand it, if I didn't have all of my paperwork in hand, (paid ticket)bought beforehand,my parking slip, and yet it takes almost ten minutes to open the gate and let me go. It may be, that I am in a hurry to go grab a bite, after a 3 hr flight, but this time, it seemed, extremely slow. Do you now have 2 Detroit facilities? I went to the one on Merriman first and then was directed to the one on MiddleBelt, I did not know you had both lots and did not look at the address on the reservation.
Easy on/off highway is a great location, experience was fine until checking out. We paid on line in advance and figured this would speed our departure but we waited over 15 minutes due to some sort of computer glitch. This leads us to believe it is not in the customer's best interest to pay in advance and it prolonged our over two hour drive home. Overall good experience outside of this snafu.
It's VERY convenient to have curb to car service. The facility appears to be secure and no vandalism. I had a dead battery and staff was very helpful. The dead battery was resolved within minutes. I would not expect to get this great service at the DTW parking lot. Thanks!
We have used this facility before, but not the website. Website was excellent. Parking facility is fine, but help with luggage would be MUCH appreciated. Wait time for shuttle on return was a bit long.
ride to the airport was good although the driver was cranky. Ride back was much better.

Very well laid out and efficient. The bus followed us to our parking spot and the driver helped us load our luggage, drove us to the terminal, helped us unload and gave us instructions. On the return, the driver did not acknowledge us, greet us or offer to help with our luggage....She did not get out of her seat...? We have 2 young daughters (3 & 5 yrs. old) and 6 bags of luggage between my wife and I. We did manage (We always do), but it would have been nice if our driver said hello, or how was your flight? One other couple boarded the bus to the same treatment (no greeting, just a "yes" when they asked if this was where they were to catch the bus. They also had to load their own luggage while we were stowing ours. When I handed her our ticket, she just took it and dropped us off...Again, with no offer of help, thank you, or have a nice day....? Once we had everything loaded and on our way out, the directions were a little unclear as to how to get out. I did notice some exit signs, so I followed them while another bus was following us. The first gate opened up so I assumed it was for us to exit as we had prepaid with a Visa. My window was open and the bus behind us was honking at us as we were going through the opened gate. I than heard a lady holler that we had to pay before leaving. I backed up after realizing that this was only for the buses to exit and drove over to the ticket window. I apologized for the confusion and was pleasantly helped through the check out process amidst some good natured joking and chit chatting with the "hollering attendant" (Her name if I remember correctly was Linda- She was fantastic! Linda had a great sense of humor and we all laughed and joked for a few minutes. She asked how our our trip was, where we went and did we enjoy ourselves. Linda even thanked me for my understanding and complimented me on my sense of humor. This is more the kind of interaction I am accustomed to when dealing with people. The driver of the bus did her job of transporting us to our vehicle, but left a bit of a sour note on the customer care side of things... To offer to help would have been nice; Based on the excellent service we had received for the last two weeks while on vacation, this really took us by surprise that the end of our trip was marred by a very impersonal employee..... I am rating the overall satisfaction as a 4 out of 5, the fifth star lacking is due to the outlined complaint. If you would pass along my note of praise for the "hollering attendant" Linda, I would appreciate it. Your employees are your most valuable asset and best represent your company to ensure future business. I traveled with wife and 75 year old aunt. Help with baggage would have been very appreciated. I tipped the driver anyways, but this is the second time we received no help. This was the main issue. Checkout on the way out was slow on the computer.

We were impressed with how quickly we were picked up after parking our vehicle. After our return flight we could see the shuttle bus parked from the viewing window. However when we got to street level the bus was gone and we were a little worried that we had missed it. The day of pickup I watched four Airlines Parking buses come and go before yours came. The ride to your facility was no fun with erratic acceleration and braking. It made me think the driver was drunk or on drugs.
Very fast. However, my luggage is heavy, and when I also carry a briefcase, I have to weigh being dropped off, with lugging the luggage through parking. Otherwise, it is fast.
I have used this facility before, it's well run. Didn't realize that paying online in advanced included such a large service fee and that you are a sub-contrator. Have never been assisted with my luggage, the drivers always stay in their seats but they are all professional and helpful.

Everything went very smoothly; we didn't have to wait for a shuttle when we parked, or when we arrived back in Detroit at the airport. All of the employees we encountered were very pleasant. My only complaint is that we got no help with our luggage. I was traveling with a girlfriend of mine, and our cases were quite heavy, and we could have used the help.
The 1st shuttle we took to the airport the lady driver was a little crazy ! lot of jerking & stopping quick. fast turns . But all in all I would not hesitate to book w/u guys again. :)

One issue: I never received a parking slip from the driver when I originally parked my car. I was able to find my car, because I memorized the location of where I parked it.

I said that I would use your facility again, but I say that with reservation. I made a reservation and prepaid (thinking this would save me time later). When I arrived at your site (12/24/09) there was no gate down to stop us, but we chose to stop and speak to an employee who was working the "out gate". She confirmed that we were in the right place and directed us to row L. She did not mention or direct us to any "white card". We drove to row L without having to take a white ticket. Upon checkout a week later, we proudly submitted our online payment confirmation assuming we had done everything right. The clerk said we needed this mysterious white card. I explained that we didn't get one - she implied that we could NOT have gotten in without one and we must have lost it. We kept EVERY RECEIPT from our entire trip in a red folder. There was no white card and (more importantly) we remembered not getting one. We ended up spending 10 minutes sitting there trying to prove that we were legitimate. SO - I suppose I'd consider your site again (but be sure that we get a white card). However, my parents parked at a nearby alternative and had NO problems whatsoever, so I'd likely try that site instead.
This was the first time I have used this facility. Last time I flew out of Detroit, I used a different facility and I was more impressed with the service given to us by the other facility and I would be more likely to use them next time. Nobody helped us with our luggage either coming or going and the drivers certainly were not very friendly.

I was greatly disappointed that, because of unforeseen airline complications, I arrived at the parking lot 40 minutes after my scheduled check-out time, and was charged an additional $3 for the hour. Nickle and diming people who utilize your services is not the way to encourage repeat business. Personally, I will look elsewhere next time I fly.

I called the 866-922-8275 phone number. I reserved the rate by asking for a veterans discount. I was informed when I checked out that I overpaid by calling direct. The clerk told me that next time, just drive directly to USPark and don't call for a reservation. I would save extra money by doing that.

We were happy to be able to park our car and not have to book a room for the night. We are about 6 hours away from Romulus. We were also able to drive home on the same day as we landed at the airport. This was a savings for us.

I was really disappointed with your service. My brother is in a wheelchair. He had 2 pieces of luggage. Your driver did not offer to help with any luggage or putting the wheelchair on the transfer. Your driver was very abrupt and not polite at all. I won't be using your service again. I have used a different service before and found them very helpful and courteous.

only suggestion - when there are numerous vehicles ready to checkout and only 2 windows open, maybe another could be open to speed up the process and then you could close it once things are "normal" again....also a few sections of the lot could use some attention (repavement)
You are correct that there is a variety of parking facilities to choose from. I did choose yours because of your connection with SpeedyRewards. I did this once before and was pleased. Neither on the way to the airport nor return, did a driver touch or help w/our luggage. I figure they do not do this anyone. Maxine at the parking lot check out was EXTREMELY helpful as was the girl working the register. I left my receipt home. I paid again at the site, faxed her my receipt w/the bar code and she refunded by 2nd payment. I'll continue to use your services and pass it along.
I have used your services may times and should have accumulated several free parking days yet my account says that I have only accumulated 3 points. I think you get 5 three points just for joining. If this is not corrected before my next booking I will not book with you service. I use the service for the frequent user rewards. If I am not recieving the rewards I am not going to continue to use your services. I called several times to address the issue but the automated answering service always leads to a dead end.

bus drivers were nice and friendly, they drove with care. we didn't need assistance with luggage because my husband and i were able to handle it but on the way home there was a chinese women with several pieces of luggedge and no one helped her someone from the bus got off and helped her. we couldn't we had our hands full ourselves. we arrived sat 10/23 7:00pm

The buses are a little dirty - almost makes me afraid to put my luggage down on the luggage rack. However, the service is good, and I didn't have to wait at all leaving the parking area or coming back from the airport.

Had an issue printing out my voucher receipt that I paid online with debit card. On our way, we called 866 number but person said that since we could read bar code from my printed copy, we could not use and had to p[ay again. When we arrived, the person at gate took my only copy of the reservation and gave us a parking location ... she said don't worry when leaving. At leaving, we had to prove that I paid for 5 days in advance by trying to lookup online via smart phone. That didn't work, so I called my credit union and they personally had to talk to person at the gate to release us. There must be another way to verify if someone has prepaid for the parking stay without having the customer provide a document, online ability to see a payment deducted, or actually calling a financial institution to verify I already paid 5 days earlier??? What happens on holidays or Sundays??? Why can't there be a verification on your end to show that my payment was made??? Why does the customer have to prove he paid online ... you should be able to tell me!!! If my paper receipt was lost or not readable, do I wait in your lot for someone to tell you that I have already you??? I'm baffled that you can't tell me I already paid for the service???
This facility is very user-unfriendly. No help with luggage, staff is rude and not helpful. I will not reuse it, nor will I recommend this site. I have stayed at the sites near O'Hare, Indianapolis and Dayton. They were excellent. Never again near Detroit. YUCK!! I would appreciate the website making it clear who we are renting the services from.

Very unpleasant experience leaving the lot. I did not have my paperwork stating that I had prepaid. Despite the fact that I had access to my email via iPhone showing multiple emails proving payment, the clerk was extremely rude and down right unprofessional. I even went as far as to ask her if that was the way she treated all customers; I was well taken back by the experience. I will never park in that lot again. If I am ever asked for advise on where to park, I will state, anyplace but there. I am very upset that my great vacation had to end on such a poor note.

I had a refund issue (paid twice) at the Detroit location very helpful, but found the official response at the national level 1-800 very unhelpful. Rules are extremely rigid and I would not have received a full refund at the national level. I received courteous help and a full refund at the local (Detroit) location.
It was raining and the parking space was really tight, but a vehicle came right away to pick me up and one was waiting at the pick up site at the airport when I got there so all was pretty good. I could have used some help with my biggest bag though.

U.S. Park is the only park and fly service I ever use. I'm fully capable of loading/unloading my own luggage, but was surprised this time to find that the driver did not offer assistance. By chance, she was our driver to and from the airport and never got out of her seat for any customer. No help - no tip; her loss. Also, while the pre-paid checkout process is painless, it could be made easier with a bar code scan, or a phone app, or something to shorten the 10 minute checkout by at least half.

Yes, I was very pleased with the service. The shuttle was there very shortly after we parked the car. We already had our luggage ready and it was only one small suitcase so we had it on the shuttle before the driver had a chance to help us with it. On our return the shuttle was waiting at the North terminal and drove us back right away. My friend with me was so impressed as she never used this service before and asked for a card with your info. If she ever flies out of Detroit she will remember to use your service. Thanks.

Very large lot, but I did not have to wait to be picked up. I use to live near Indianapolis, and enjoyed the ability to get my car washed and/or cleaned at their newer facilities. I realize that Detriot is much bigger airport, but if you are ever thinking about it please let me know.
You need an express check out process for those that pay on line at the DTW Middlebelt facility. I had to wait 10-15 minutes it seemed to leave.

After a 3 hour delay on my flight, I was unable to locate my pre-paid receipt but did have the confirmation of both reservation and payment on my e-mail on my cell phone. I was appalled when who I assumed to be a supervisor refused to accept the e-mail as proof of payment and made me pull to the side (10:30 p.m.) and search through my bags for the paper receipt! I found this to be extremely poor customer service a d very unaccommodating! The only solution offered was for me to pay again and call customer service the next day for a refund... As if I would be willing to pay double the fee! The supervisor's lack of empathy for a weary traveler and hard nosed determination that I will either pay again or find that receipt has completely deterred me from doing any further business with you. I would rather pay a couple of dollars more just to be better accommodated! I would not recommend your services to others.

Upon checking out the two lines were incredibly long and I was by chance in the short height lane. I drive a hummer and had to get out of that line and drive around to try and get in other lane. By the time I circled another lane was opened. I prepaid and it took a long time to be checked out. No faster than paying at the time of checkout. I will no longer prepay. My suggestion is why use the one lane that is height restricted when you can open the other lanes.
I had a little trouble booking on line because it would not take the promo code so I called the company direct. Very pleasant, fast and efficient. We have used your company before and will continue to do so. A very safe parking facility
Imagine my surprise when I learned afterwards that I would pay less ($40) by printing out a coupon and paying at the end of my stay. That my advance $45 payment (after the 10% coupon reduced the $50 bill), for advance reservation and paying on-line, also added an on-line reservation fee. And oh by the way, I could get a free night with military ID. So advance booking, even with a discount coupon, costs far more than merely showing up and then paying at the end of the stay. Caveat emptor!
Our experience with US Park and Fly was the best. Drivers were very friendly, and prompt. We were picked up at our car without having to wait, and dropped off at our car when we got back without any delays.
The ladies at US Park are always in a good mood & very friendly. The only negative thing I have is regarding the actual parking lot.....Some areas could use repair/resurfacing & replacement signs, other than that - they are a good place to park.
Upon arrival I was told to go to isle S and a shuttle would be there waiting. To my surprise a shuttle bus was in the area where I was told to park. The driver gave me a ticket with my parking space information on it. Me being a first time customer I questioned what the pink slip was for? She said give it to the driver the brings you back and they'll take you to your car. Upon my return it went exactly how she explained it. I've been a faithful Blue Deck parking person for many years. Not anymore, I love US Parking. It made my trip totally stress free. Th only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the questionnaire asked did they assist with luggage. My answer is no, they never got out from behind the wheel. Other than that I am a new customer.
Please instruct all your employees on how to process someone who has payed in advance online. This has been the 3rd time that the check out process took longer than 5 minutes because staff did not know how to process the reservation. Aside from that I love US Park.

We like this parking facility because it's consistent. We don't worry about the car not being there when we return, the shuttle is quick and easy and the location is ideal for us. I wish the checkout process was quicker. We always prepay and always have to wait a long time for the staff to figure this out.

The check-out process needs definite improvement. With technology today I should not have to print out a paper. Since I currently print out a paper with a bar-code on it why does it take the person checking me out so long? This is pre-paid and you have my name I like US Park very much except for this feature.
I asked for a receipt more than once and never got it, I needed it to get reimbursed by my church as it was a mission trip and I paid for the parking for my group. Without it I will not be getting paid back.

rates vary on how you pay. and I was fooled by their on-line ad for $8/day and the price turned out to be $9.37/day. When checking out I asked about the rate and how they could fix it. I was told by the attendant "on-line reservations are a rip-off" I asked if they could credit the $11 amount and they , the attendent and site manager said their was nothing they could do as i booked it on-line. I'm sure they got their money and they were unfriendly, and unwilling to help. I really would have forgotten about it but they were just so rude and smug that it really annoyed me.
Seems like the downward trend continues at US Park. The lot is in poor shape, with many sections in need of somemajor repairs, Payment & Exit service are so slow, usually only 1 or 2 lanes open and the staff/equipment leave room for improvement (if you pay by credit card they put the card under a piece of paper and do a pencil rub over it!) I'm here for the SpeedyRewards Points ONLY.
The company I work for suggests US Park for us, but I am going to suggest that change. The service continues to go down hill, and there is no maintenance of the lot/signage. I hate flying on Monday and the slow service at US Park just makes it worse. Not enough shuttles, long waits...the favorite part of the week! This is only to be outdone by the slowest checkout system ever - if your lucky to have more than 1 lane open, the antique checkout system will do nothing to speed up the process. Many of cashiers have no idea how to handle a ParkRideFlyUSA payment and the scan-able bar code is a waste of ink, since US Park is stuck in the 1960's with its paper & pencil rubs of a credit card. Time to move and start parking at Airlines Parking...
I know everyone has issues from time to time, but the pick up 8/21 was the worst i have ever seen, we waited over 30 minutes for a pick up and that was after calling. This is not acceptable.
Help with luggage would be great. Also we waited about 15 minutes in the cold for a shuttle to pick us up.
I have a bad back and can lift no more than 30 pounds. I was told I would receive help in loading the bags from my car and on and off the shuttle. When departing for the terminal the driver did as promised. Returning the driver never offered. the driver never left her seat getting on the shuttle and getting off. I had to ask for help from other passengers.
Attendants need to know how to process receipts printed from the internet; I was in line for approx 20 min with one car ahead of me, and then the attendant had to go and check with someone else to process mine. Ridiculous!
I love parking at US Park. The facility is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they get me to and from the airport very efficiently. I wouldn't park anyplace else.
I had missed my flight and could not get a return trip until today I learned today that I am eligible for a discount for being a AAA member, but doing it on line I was denied this discount and had to pay full price.
The driver helped me with my luggage on the return trip. She was so nice. No wait time for pick up. My car was exactly were I left it and the driver found it right away. I appreciate the fact that you are open 24 hours. the check out lady was very polite too.
The whole process is always quick and efficient with US Park. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Very easy process. Shuttle was there immediately when we arrived. Short wait on our return, but there were plenty of shuttles making pick ups. Our driver on our return was very friendly.
i will never reserve again, if I had just pd at the gate it would have been abt $6 cheaper. was supposed to be 10 %less by reserving ahead. I did not get the 10% off then billed a service charge !
I love US Park. I use them all the time. The women are always nice. But.......They don't assist you. Maybe they can hire men to ride along and help the customers. I've had men who were customers like myself assist me with my luggage.
It was nerve wracking watching several shuttle buses from other lots come and go before our shuttle showed up
I use US Park on Middlebelt every time I fly from Detroit. They have the nicest drivers.
I had a reservation, printed on paper... Very slow checking out . I asked, " Don't you just scan the barcode?".. she said no... You need to speed up the check out process .. too slow.
