1. How do I reserve an airport parking spot?
Reserving a pre-paid guaranteed parking spot is easy with ParkRideFly™. There are two ways to book your spot. You can make an online reservation - it's quick, easy and most importantly, it's secure!
Should you not feel comfortable booking online, or if you would prefer to talk to a reservation agent on the phone, please call our toll-free reservations help line at 1-866-922-PARK (7275). We'd be happy to assist you!
2. How do I check in?
Please bring in your e-mail receipt to check in. You must turn in your receipt to get credit for your online payment. Our shuttle drivers will assist you with your luggage. You will need to leave your keys at check in.
If the location is a self-park location, you will park your vehicle, keep your keys and present your online reservation receipt upon check out.
3. Do I need to show a receipt for my pre-paid reservation?
Yes - you must present your receipt to receive credit for your pre-payment. Without your receipt you will be charged again.
4. What if I cannot print my receipt?
All facility partners require that you print off your email voucher and bring it with you to the location. The voucher is your proof of your online pre-paid reservation. Please check your voucher for further instructions.
5. What if I forget my voucher?
If you forget your voucher, please call ParkRideFly™'s customer support line at 1-866-922-7275 and one of our agents will make best efforts to get a faxed copy of your printed confirmation to the facility so that you can exit the parking lot. However, ParkRideFly™ will not refund your pre-paid parking stay if you fail to present your printed voucher when exiting the parking lot. You must contact the facility directly to seek a full or partial refund of the additional parking fees paid because of your failure to present the confirmation voucher.
6. When should I arrive at the parking facility?
We request that you arrive at the parking facility 15 minutes before you want to arrive at the airport (not 15 minutes before your flight leaves). Bring in your keys as well as your paperwork from the Internet when checking in at the front counter to speed up the check-in process.
If the location is a self-park location, you should allow the same amount of time. However, you will park your vehicle, keep your keys and only present your online reservation receipt upon check out.
7. How far from the airport is the parking facility?
All the parking locations on this website are approximately 5 miles (or less) from the airport. The parking facilities on this website requests that you check in with them 15 minutes before you need to be at the airport. In most cases, the shuttle should be able to get you to your departing terminal in 10 minutes, or less.
8. How often do the shuttle buses run to the airport?
We run on demand - when you are ready to leave we will have a shuttle bus waiting to take you to the airport.
9. What should I do when I return from my trip?
When you arrive home, please proceed to the baggage claim area. Call the number on your claim check ticket that you received at check in. While you wait for your bags, a bus will come to the airport to pick you up and will be located just outside of the baggage claim area or on the location indicated on your claim check stub.
10. Will I have to wait long when I return?
No you should not have to wait long. Please call us prior to getting your luggage and we'll be there to pick you up by the time you've collected your items.
11. Are your parking lots safe and secure?
Yes, we provide 24-hour security. Our lots are safe, secure and well-lit. For more information on specific security precautions for each parking facility, please choose a location from our list of our ParkRideFly™ parking operators.
12. What is the cost of airport parking when I book through ParkRideFly™?
Our rates are very affordable, in fact they beat onsite airport parking facilities. While rates may differ from one parking facility to the next, we have negotiated the highest discounted rate for you to park your vehicle at an affordable rate while you're away. Car care services (and any other add-ons) are extra.
13. Is tax included in your price?
Prices on our website are subject to applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
14. Can I use additional discounts when booking online?
Our online rate reflects the highest discount available. You cannot combine any other discounts or coupons when booking online.
15. What type of parking do you offer?
To meet your specific needs, you will find both valet and self-park facilities on our airport location pages.
16. Can I schedule car care services while I am away?
Car care services, such as oil changes, and interior and exterior car washes are available at select locations. Please view the facility details page to see which car care services are available at that location. Please note, all car services are to be requested at check in and cannot be scheduled in advance.
18. How can I obtain information on my Frequent User/Parker Rewards?
Once you log into the reservations system using your email address, you will see how many points you have accumulated to date.
19. What if I need to change a reservation?
At the present time, please call our toll-free reservations line at 1-866-922-PARK (7275) to make any change to your reservation.
20. What if I need to cancel my trip?
Should you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please view our cancellation and refund policy and follow the steps outlined on that page. Should you prefer not to cancel through the website, please call our reservations line at 1-866-922-PARK (7275).
21. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Any reservation will be fully refunded, as long as 24-hours notice is provided. All cancellations without a 24-hour. notice will be charged the equivalent to one day of parking fees. A full refund will be given for cancelled flights. View complete details on our cancellation and refund policy.

23. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of reservation for a guaranteed space. Please give us a 24-hour notice for cancellation so we can give you a full refund.
